Never had a meal with such a great ambiance before. FOOD quality is above average. It's a resto bar so you can order drinks with your orders. Very satisfied with the services.

We ordered the Chicken Reshmi Kebab, and it was nicely tendered—offering a good portion size and quality. The prices are reasonable. Overall, it's a good restaurant and bar; however, it could benefit from a separate seating section for families, not mixed with other groups. Con: Captain who takes order at 1st floor is always in hurry to take order.

Tasty food with lots of options (veg non veg) nice ambience. staff behavior also very good.

Ambience 4/5 Has a retro vibe with chandelier and all. Has a good bar on the ground for a typical family dine. Food : 5/5. Mostly mangalorian food. So if you love fish and lobsters this is definitely the place you dont want to miss. P.s. Spiciness is a tad higher than conventional places. Tried Chicken ghee roast , masala papad, peanut chat, egg pakoda , fish tawa fry and cocktails. All cocktails are well crafted and decorated well too and tastes awesome. Service : Very fast and really commendable with the crowd they are handling.

The ambience was lovely, the food was delicious as well! We ordered Tiranga Kebab and Malvani Prawns for starters, both dishes were spicy and well prepared. For main course, we got the Angara Chicken Curry, Prawns Biryani Laccha Paratha & Kulcha. The food arrived quickly and was delightful. The costs are a bit expensive although it is a good place for both family and friend get-togethers.

Good restaurant for family get together and dinner. The ambience is good and food is tasty. Order whatever in the menu and it will come tasty is what I can say. There is waiting on Saturdays and Sundays if you come after 9.00 pm as it is located very close to seasons and amanora mall, so people flock in post shopping etc. Must try dish: Pomfret (Starter) in Banana leaf. Good ambiance and interior. Seating is little cosy when we expect spacious arrangements at such places. Food is undoubtedly super tasty but you jeed to be patient to wait for your order to be placed. Menu has variety of options and many of them are trademark cuisines of this place. I would recommend you to visit for your dinner out plan

We went here with 4 other families, it is an Indian dine in and the food also tastes good, one thing which I believe should be a must have is Palak chicken/mutton it tastes great, start with the cream of mushroom soup and then go for the Bamboo biryani... you get alcohol has well. Overall food is good, ambience is good and friendly service

Pathetic food...the soup was so spicy it literally burned my stomach and when informed to the manager about the same he said hot & sour soup is supposed to be that spicy then ordered main course paneer sabzi was horrible in taste

The Erandwane staff is much better than this one..These people don't know how to serve you. We have to tell them everytime to serve. We went here for lunch, after sometime the managers and hotel waiters were seen having lunch too on the same tables. I am not being any racist here but this is not done when it comes to hotel management. It just made us feel how local this restaurant is.<br/><br/>1- Spring Rolls 4/5<br/>2- Malaysian Noodles 1/5 (No taste at all. It was just bland noodles)<br/>3- Mocktails are good too.<br/><br/>And to end this, we had also ordered some shezwan chutney along with our noodles which was stale and smelling. When I told the manager about this he simply took the chutney and went away. He did not even apologise nor did he bother to give us a new one.<br/><br/>I guess these are small things which should be noticed. Customers don't eat for free, they pay money for it. I guess it a restaurants responsibility to see customer satisfaction

Ordered Mangalore chilli prawns today from Zomato and enjoyed. Though the quantity was less the preparation was very good and the right combination of spices. I submitted a low rating in error and contacted Zomato support to fix that but the could not help so giving 5 stars here with a quick review. The dish definitely was 5 star and very good

Place is nice and surprisingly quite reasonable too. Ambience and hospitality is the USP of this place.

I visited the place before but recently visited on 28th Sept 2019 and the service 2as pathetic...Nothing was served on time..We have to ask for spoons for dal..The glass were stinking..When reported to manager he said problem with water coming via pmc and asked to changed glasses but new glasses served were smelly as well...Even calling the manager was of no use as he did his job as a formality...Very poor experience and will not recommend anyone to go there..Staff don't even care about he customer..Will say sorry and keep on working at its pace..

Kwality is a good place to dine with your family. They have ample space the interiors are too good talking about the dessert we tried chocolate brownie was good but the gadbad ice cream could have been better. They have amazing menu to try variety of dishes.

we had a very bad experience on Saturday.28/9/19..we ordered thier famous chicken rajdhani we were told it will be sent gravy,bit it was very thick...we ordered sizzling brownie and the moment we tried to eat it was unbreakable...the manager himself couldn't break it ...it was bad in taste the mouth went dry...we had hard time removing that bad taste..<br/>we had come earlier for veg it was so good we were tempted to come again but yesterday it was pathetic.<br/>please work on it.

Good spot for hanging out with friends and family. They have nice presentation of starters menu and a very large seating area. Would have been nice to put up some happy hours during the week. Overall good experience.

Food was good, but they served the food in broken cutlery... When we asked them to change waiter said that they don't have any as there manager is not changing cutlery and most of them are broken from sides... So left with no other options we have to eat food in them only.. Too pathetic experience

If you haven't had Manglorean food, try this place. If you had Manglorean food and haven't had it here, then surely try this place. If you don't want to have Manglorean food, I insist you try here to change your mind.<br/><br/>Never knew before eating here that Manglorean food can be this vivid and tasty!<br/><br/>Started with Kundapur soup and it was unlike any other. I could smell the Desi ghee and literally taste each and every spice added to the soup. Sure winner.<br/><br/>Manglorean chicken curry was also a class of it's own. Couple it with Neer Dosa or Appam and you'd realise why they eat this curry with these. It won't taste as good with the chapati.<br/><br/>Barring the small delay in serving the second round of breads, the service was prompt. The place had some mosquitoes though, which left that feeling of not having a complete experience.<br/>Otherwise a great place to be.<br/><br/>Visited second time today. Chicken wrapped in banana leaves served on iron tava and dakshini chicken curry. Neer dosa was great,yet again.

Pathetic service. I have been regular customer here. Food quality is really good. I m giving 1 rating based on their pathetic customer experience. Since last 2-3 visits, I am feeling worst customer service. We ordered dal-khichadi for my daughter which needed to be without chilli. They provided dal-khichdi with chilli. On complaining, they acted to replace but the new one was similar to old one. I am not going to this restaurant again who doesn’t know how to treat customers.

Horrible......I ordered mutton ghee roast.....for 445 Rs and what I get is 4 pcs of mutton......I could get a kg of mutton for this price.....I feel cheated really badly cheated not ordering from here again.....if I could give it a minus I would have.....Horrible...I will not recommend this place to any one

We had a wonderful time at kwality. It's great for family dinners.From starters to dessert everything was great.Service is also commendable,they made a great chicken and neer dosa recommendation.Overall it was quite perfect.Must vist!!

I would say I had the best North Indian food in Hadapsar. Ambience was nice. Outdoor sitting and bar is also there. Must visit with your family.

Cool ambience So much caring staff and delicious delicacies. One of very few places in city where you feel like going again and again . Indian or Chinese Veg or Non Veg you are bound to live this place

Kwality Family Resto <br/>This place is located opposite Seasons Mall. We had been there with my family. In all we were 10 members. Ambiance was good. They had upside and downside sitting. We had starters and main course. Food was ok ok but, the prawns biryani was awesome. Staff was polite and courteous. They have valet parking. But the Magarpatta road is full of traffic at times.

The kwality family restaurant is a good restaurant in hadapsar.food quality is good and test is mast and service is excellent staps was frencly.

Went to this place with my colleagues. Tried almost all varieties available there. From veg to chicken, lobster and prawns. Food was delicious and their service is super fast. Courteous staff and good ambience.<br/>Would like to visit with family.

I did not experience any good service today at Kwality. Staff was very unattended as soon as we entered. Previous they did keep good care. But I guess as the demand increases on Friday these staff and management need to work to provide better service to customers for their own good.

Worst chinese had in my whole life. Disgusting experience. Taste was totally blunt. N service was also not upto the mark. If anyone wants to spoil their evening then only visit.

The food is definitely below average here.<br/><br/>We went as a group of ten, ordered stuff like tandoori chicken,(too dry) chicken lollypop (pathetic and small), paneer achari Tikka (decent), bamboo vegetarian rice (decent), prawns in butter and garlic (not good), mutton roganjosh (bad, too sweet), butter chicken (average), crispy fried veg (bad, oily,too small pieces).<br/><br/>Overall the food is definitely below average. The bill was 7300 for ten, including drinks and mocktails for some of us. I wouldn't go back here. The waiters tell you the fish is fresh and come back saying sorry there's no fish. This happenened twice with different fish dishes. So don't fall for their claim that it's a seafood speciality place. Secondly don't sit in the corner or side tables they have a broken air-conditioned system and it's too warm. Sit right in the middle of the place if you're a large group.<br/><br/>No fennel or mouth freshener was served in the end, neither was there anything great about the service. I did also feel a slight pain in my stomach too after the dinner. Rumbling stomachs were reported by many folks in our group, causing worries about the ingredients and oil Kwality use..<br/><br/>In short, not worth a try. Walk around and across the road to the other joints there instead or go to the seasons mall restaurants for a much better experience.<br/><br/>

The place looks good but veg-startars are average, way to spicy or way too pakoda like. Veg Biryani won the trophy. AC looses 2nd most points apart from veg starters. Overall I 'might' try my luck again. Baba Adam ke zamane ke songs on TV. I am not sure why need TV, I can sit at home to watch it. People seemed polite but not much of attention paying, if have made a request. Another positive point, no forced Service Charge. Place, service can be better if they want to !

I have never been to the restaurant in person, but thought of ordering online - I've ordered twice and I am in already in love with the food.<br/><br/>Have tried Palak Paneer, Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Manchurian.<br/><br/>I would want to mention that I had the best Chicken Fried Rice in Mumbai once and then now. A nice place to have dinner with your family and loved ones. Food is delicious and service is average. Their Kwality special veg dish was good but I did not like their butter chicken as it was sweet and not at all spicy. Indian breads are good.

WHY SO PRICY?<br/> I have never been there. I have passed by the establishment while traveling. But what drew me towards it was the number of positive reviews. The first time we ordered from here, we asked for Chicken Pullimunchi Ghee Roast and some other stuff. The food was so tasty!<br/><br/>But gradually, after a few times of ordering, you get to know the restaurant properly. They serve really good food. But their portions are small or their prices high. Take for example the photos I am posting here for plain rice and mutton rogan josh. That cost me Rs 546. The quality of food is good. But whether it is value for money is up to you to decide. We ordered food at office but worst experience firstly I found hair in my starter due to which my half starter got waste. Secondly food was cold and not at all worth for price. Its too expensive but quality is pathetic. We ordered cheese garlic naan which was horrible. This restaurant has exceptional standards bcz no discount n is always unavailable. Im a regular customer but trust me nowife time im not going here n spread the same word. The staff wer we called to place order was also soo rude n the order came after 1.15 hrs.

We visited this place last week. Quality of food and taste was really awesome but service was really messed up. It was very annoying to call the waiter every now and then and ask for something..we actually asked for everything.. bhaiya tissue la do..paiya pani la do..bhaiya drinks order kiye hai..bhaiya sauces la do..even we had to asked for the bill thrice..and every now and then new person was attending us..I think they should seriously look after their service.. And I think they should also get 2 more Ac's. As just 2 Ac's in the middle are not sufficient for the whole room. Otherwise they shouldn't charge for the Ac extra. Apart from this..we really enjoyed the food and the mocktails!!<br/>

Liked the food here.. Lovely neer dosa n mutton sukka dishes we tried. The manchow soup also tasted good.. Also the chicken chettinad curry we ordered also tasted good.. Ambience is great..

Went for lunch today with friends and it was really nice. Good food , good service and good ambience to top it. Try the Bamboo Biryani if you’re here. Mocktails were not on the very good side though but one can try Boomba. Overall, the food is very tasty and this is definitely a good place to visit. Bon Appetit!

I have been to this place twice. I must say there are a very few restaurants which makes you go again and again and this place is one of them. Impeccable service and delicious food!!!! Try there Dum Kebab and Bamboo Biryani and I can guarantee you will come back here for more.. <br/><br/>There is a lot to write and I don’t think I have the patience.. you should try this restaurant once if you are a foodie and also want a good time with your family and friends.. <br/><br/>Loved this place!!! Been here today for the first time. Soup was quite good ordered a chicken starter from north indian menu as per the waiter's recommendation it had to be really amazing. The starter was boneless chicken which had bones in each pieces... finally the waiter took it back apologized and got me another plate of same dish promising this time it'll be boneless, but the second plate of starter had bones in it too. While the main course was served with totally opposite of what it could have. Specifically asked the waiter to bring plain garlic naan but he got the naan with butter on it. Where in he was told not to get a butter naan just a plain garlic naan.<br/>Food is good but i guess the service can be better.

I must say that this place has one of the best service you can get in Pune. The staff is immaculately mannered! They can go out of the way to make you comfortable and make sure you get what you want.<br/><br/>The food is quite good too ( I tried North Indian) . <br/><br/>The only thing maybe that didnt match up to expectations was the caramel custard but then thats not such a big gripe anyways. We have visited kwality at MG road and had always loved it. Seeing one has opened near to our place it was always on wishlist for a visit.<br/>Visited this saturday to celebrate an occasion.<br/><br/>Ambiance: They have two level seating. We sat upstairs. It was colder and downstairs seemed more cozier. Its mix of sofas and chairs. In center you find table of 4 with chairs. Comfortable. Decor is good but not really wow.<br/><br/>Food: We ordered some starters and drinks. They had two food menus South indian and regular indian Chinese<br/>There was a cocktail of the day, dont recall the name but was quite good. For starters we ordered 2 from South Indian menu and one from north indian.<br/>1. Prawn starter from South indian menu was quite tasteful. It had a pungent taste to it not sure if will fit everyones pallete but my husband liked it.<br/>2. Paneer starter (probably paneer tenali) from South indian menu. Lovely it was ...awesome taste. Soft paneer melting in mouth covered with soulful well spiced sauce. Must try ...(sorry for missing the exact namea for these starters but there was mostly one paneer and one prawn starter in menu so you should be able to find)<br/>3. Veg banjara seekh kabab. If you like Seekh kabab you can try this. Soft and flavorful.<br/><br/>Were already full with starters so did not go to main course. Quantity was very good. We had to leave some of the seekh kababs behind. We were 2 adults and one 11 year old.<br/><br/>Service: This needs big improvement. I will rate service as 2 out of 5. Not giving 1 as they were polite and courtious. They served us starter and we were almost done eating it, afyer that the drinks were served which us not acceptable.<br/>Now and then different waiters, captain, manager were coming to ask to serve. I mean...it was annoying. You cant just keep coming and that too any waiter around is coming. Brilliant seafood! Coming from coastal karnataka, my family is not easily impressed but this place has always satisfied our souls. Must try the chicken ghee roast, Mangalorean chicken curry and neer dosa. The fried fish is delightful too. The fish has always been fresh. Pricing is extremely affordable.

Okay so this is a really great place for formal parties or any sort of get togethers. The food served here is amazing...so at times we tend to tell that the dish to be served should be spicy n so do the manager say that it would be served spicy... somehow when u taste it it's not spicy... basically I'm trying to say is that the food is spicy indeed so there's really no need to mention to make the dish spicy.... it's a great place for both vegetarias and non-vegeterians..so ya this place serves"quality food" indeed....❤️❤️

Good butter chicken but be ready to eat it with rats. All other food items are pretty average.. Seafood soup seemed stale, mushroom soup watery and their suggested starter mutton ghee roast was chewy<br/><br/>Such expensive place should at least try to maintain basic hygiene standards and ensure they don't have rats in their premises... So disappointed..

Never visited this place but order regularly from here. Excellent recommendation from the restaurant (on call) always! Provide customization as per required taste. My recommendation: nizam chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and chicken lollipop.<br/>Excellent place and great food!

Visited this restaurant two time with team for lunch. Each time experience was great. Tasty food is the key. Ambience is so nice decorated with huge attractive crystal chandlier.. I could say main attraction is this one only.<br/>As I like fish so ordered Tawa fry surmai , Rawa fry surmai , bombil kurkure. All were tasty. I never tried bombil but after having bombil kurkure I have become fan of this. Must try dish.<br/>In main course ,we took manglorian surmai curry with neer dosa and bamboo biryani. Though the biryani was not up to the mark but manglorian curry was perfectly made with spices. Neer dosa was not so porous as it has to be.but went well with curry.<br/>Service is really good. Staff is friendly.<br/>About food cost, Not pocket friendly but yeah worth to spend on such great food.<br/>Definitely would visit many more times to try out their other variants.<br/>Keep up team .keep the Kwality up always.

Lunch with colleagues in 2018.<br/><br/>Service: A well informed booking for 11 with clear instructions to get quick service was made in advance. We were satisfied with it. They were willing to customise platters and other food items as per our requirements as well but went with the menu.<br/><br/>Food: being hardcore non vegetarian, won't be able to do justice on veg food items. Had a really bad experience here. The fish starter were over coated and wasn’t fresh. The prawns starter was semi cooked. They should look to maintain some standard. The experience was so bad that we had to leave the place without finishing our dinner..

Went for a casual dinner , after reading good reviews , Good decor and vibe as you enter , had a huge family sitting besides , may be that made us little uncomfortable, the food was good , as per the reviews was expecting something out of the box , tried butter chicken which was Ok , a paneer starter as suggested by the server which was excellent , would visit again for a better experience

Kwality is a family restaurant located at Hadapsar that serves some really good food. Chutli - This is a mix vegetable preparation that is tossed in a sauce of South Indian Spices. This did seem something that would go with a Malabar paratha more than being eaten alone as an appetizer.<br/><br/>Paneer Hilltop - Just your regular paneer appetizer, marinated and finished off in the tandoor. Recommended.<br/><br/>Veg Seekh Kebab - Mix vegetable kebabs that we're super soft and delish to taste served with a really good chutney. Highly recommended.<br/><br/>Corn Chilly Pepper - I am obsessed with crispy corn and I absolutely loved the one served here. I couldn't stop at one bite and that means it was good. Visited this place for team lunch on a weekday and we had amazing experience. They have North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisines and all of them are authentic.
