Review Trippie Hippie Cafe - Pune

This place is awesome for meeting/dating people. The staff is very good. I visited this cafe yesterday ( 25/06/2017). Waffles and shakes are very good. The girl in the white top was very cute, even she helped me in choosing what to eat. I would definitely going to recomend this place to my friends.

One of the best cafes in Pune to conduct parties and events. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and accommodating to the party needs. We chose this cafe for the beautiful ambience it has to offer with busy Baner road view and natural light. The place can be customised to any desirable theme and with natural lighting, theme comes out nice.<br/>We loved the pastas, pizzas and cold coffee they had to offer in meals. <br/>Otherwise also, the cafe is interesting for casual visits as they have kept few board games and books to engage you while you waiting for food or munching with your friends.

Visited this cafe after i didn't got place Coffee Republic so nice cafe to spend the evening with special one not much crowded ordered cappuccino and hazelnut latte which was bit good but not for coffee lovers the alfredo pasta was good one but little less creamy and cheese the cookie was best part of coffee...

It is a cute little place in baner at a perfect location. It has an funky decor with bright posters and cool DIYs. <br/>It is a perfect hangout place or to catch up on dessert kinda place. <br/>I had ordered a waffle with m&m and ferrero roscher topping. It was okay, could be more chocolaty and crisp. <br/>Hope to try new things on the next visit.

Very generous staff. Pizza and pasta are good. They have got limited menu but taste is good. Small bites and starters are decent. They got some small games which you can indulge in while waiting for food.

Trippie Hippie Cafe is my hideout place when I am sad, stressed, depressed or a little anxious. I take the window faced corner table with whatever is on my mind, stare at the cars whooshing away along the curved up Baner road. The hostess of this place is a delight and she prepares the food according to my taste buds. It's a quaint place where I can spend an entire afternoon thinking into infinity and satisfying my tummy.

Being visited this place manytimes. Everything they serve is very tasty. So I have tried hot chocolate, red velvet shake, paprika cheese fries, chicken popcorn, pasta, mocktails, garlic bread and BBQ chicken pizza. They have served me atleast half of their menu. We can have fun with our friends here by playing games like monopoly, UNO, jenga and many more. The service is warm and attentive. I will strongly recommend you to visit this place to have some fun with your friends.

I saw the ratings on Zomato and thought to visit this place<br/>The worst place to visit.<br/>I had cold coffee which was just 1/4 in the glass and price was 120.<br/>Then i ordered cheese balls which were cold from inside.<br/>Cheese was not melted. I guess those were not fresh.<br/>Then. Last one i ordered was cgeese salsa nachos<br/>Please dont have it.<br/>Onion had a bad smell. They changed the concept the nachos. Again cheese was not melted.<br/>Short of staff. Check photos so you can have idea how worst the food was and quantity of coffee. <br/>This place will never be my last option too.

This place feels friendly. You get a nice view of the Baner road on the window side. Was welcomed with a warm smile by the girl at the counter. The girl herself took the order and delivered it. Very courteous. Ordered watermelon mojito, chilly cheese toast, paprika fries and pink pasta. We liked the Mojito, but we felt other items could have been better. When the menu read cheesy paprika fries, I imagined paprika and cheese fried into croquettes, but what I got was French fries with paprika powder on it (clearly my mistake for not asking about the dish). That said, it's a good place to hang out with friends. I would like go back for the smile. ☺️

One of the best cafes in baner. Their usp is yummy food. We hosted my son's bday here and it was perfect. The owners Akansha, Aishwariya and Chetan went extra mile to make sure all arrangements and the food were spot on. From their yummilicious Oreo shakes for the kids to watermelon mojito for adults, it was loved by all. The place has its own charm.

Me and my friend was searching for a cafe in baner. Came across this one. Pretty cool ambiance. Very friendly staff.Had ordered Hot chocolate nutella and cheese fries. Good food.They even have games like chess and ludo for time pass with friends. Overall a lovely place to visit.

I had ordered a cold coffe with vanilla for myself and a green tea for my wife. Both were amazing. The speciality of this cafe are the different types of waffles that it offers. I had a waffle in my life for the first time and be rest assured that they are a must try. They were in fact simply out of the world. Any one visiting there should not miss out on their waffles. We both enjoyed playing the board games kept in a corner. There is also a giant projector at the center of the cafe on which you can watch the ongoing matches also. Went here today while we were looking for a place to watch India Vs. Pakistan. The food was great and the service was quick. The owner/manager was really gracious. This place deserves to be crowded!<br/><br/>Also, one thing.. we had ordered two varieties of pizza which we were served in two separate plates but we weren't given individual plates so it was a little messy. 🙈 A small point but an important one.<br/><br/>I'll give this place 4 stars for delicious food and quick services.

Been in love with this place ever since I visited it first. Different taste of the food items and drinks sets it apart. There are board games too which you can play while you wait for your food. Chicken Margherita Pizza, Chicken Schezwan Sandwich and the Green Apple Ice Tea are a must try.

It was my first visit to this cafe and seriously made me feel where i was all this while. The ambience is very calm and peaceful, the interiors are mostly white which adds to the serenity. The music is good and the volume just perfect to sooth your ears. The spacing between tables is just fine so you dont feel crowded if someone else is sitting on the nearby table.<br/>Another plus of this place are the different board games that you can play while waiting for your​ snacks and even after that. There is also free wifi.<br/><br/>Now coming to the food, the food was really good. We had oreo shakes which were really nice and then we had veg cheese pizza which also was good and tasty. One thing that i liked was that the dishes tasted good and they didnt spoil them just to make them into something different like many new places do.<br/>The presentation of dishes was really good and the little shopping cart in which they gave pizza seasonings was something really cool and different.<br/><br/>Overall i would say its a really good place to hangout with your friends on any evening and have a good time or just to enjoy your solitude, plus its not heavy on the pocket also.

Situated besides Cafe Rock Classic and above Subway it can just make it's own name known before former ones. Visited here just when I was searching for a place with live football screening and this place came to my rescue.<br/>I just had Cheesy Salsa Nachos which were too good along with Cheesy Veg Pizza. Had ordered a chicken pizza. Inspite of calling the restaurant umpteen times, there was no response. The delivery took over 75 minutes. And finally after ages when the food arrived it was Stone COLD. Just not edible. The restaurant claims that it got delayed by over 30 min due to traffic conditions... thats a distance of less than 2 km<br/>My 1 yr old niece walks faster than that! Sic<br/>So folks... order at your own risk!!

Nice cafe! Just wanted to check the food varietyhere on a casual evening. Had a penne pasta in pink sauce. It tasted delicious,right amount of cheesy and the quantity was good for 2 persons. Also ordered a waffle. It was yummy. They allow you to make a choice of two sauces and three toppings..so added maple syrup and chocolate sauce to it topped with choco chips, ferrero rocher and whipped cream.Loved it.You must really try their waffles. They have a vast menu including sandwiches, fries, other small and large bites.I am yet to try those.Will definitely visit again!

It's easy to miss this place amidst the din of the busy baner road and pashan link road junction. However, the moment you step in, the cool ambience presents a refreshing change to the din outside. <br/><br/>I had the chance to visit this place on the occasion of my younger daughter's birthday hence the menu sampling was restricted to kid friendly food.<br/><br/>Starters: Try the cheesy fries. It was meant for the kids, but could not resit sinking my teeth into them after i sampled some. It was a big hit and the kids enjoyed the same.<br/><br/>Veg Nuggets: Crispy nuggets filled with vegetables. This was also good, however would have loved to try the wedges.<br/><br/>Oreo Miklshakes went well with the above and have it put it on my list for some days where i can unwind without the minion gang.<br/><br/>To sum it up, this place offers a nice ambiance, aptly supported by good food and smiling service. My kid enjoyed the place and the food and it was not surprising to see several kids commenting about the food.<br/><br/>Thanks to the team at Trippie Hippie, for making it a grand success, and will definitely visit sometimes soon to sample more.<br/><br/>Points to Note:<br/>1. Place is located at the busy intersection of baner road and link road. Four wheeler parking is not available and during peak times locating one close by can be a challenge.<br/>2. Place is good enough for hosting birthday parties (7-14 Years) with a maximum capacity of 20.<br/>3. This place offers very good value for money. Fine and ambient café situated right opposite to Effingut and Teddy Boy in Baner. This place has to offer serene, peaceful time backed by courteous staff and some budget dishes. Bottom-line that was the plan for us!<br/><br/>#Ambience<br/><br/>The place is pretty much the same what is demonstrated in the photos clicked by other zomatokars. They have a choice of corner based seating which allows you a more personal touch in a group of 2/3/4 (PS: I will not recommend for more than that). The place is small in area so it becomes little difficult if there are a few out loud speakers in the room. The café is located on the first floor so the overseer view towards the Baner Road is mesmerizing in night!<br/><br/>#Cheesy Paprika Fries<br/><br/>First thing we ordered was this, which is a high calorie starter. Actually I was famished at the time and eating it piece by piece was a task…:P But alas the time was worth it! The dish was server with potatoes at the base and a lot of mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese on top (Which I could identify) with a spicy garnishing over the wedges. This arrangement was served with a cheesy dip which contributed greatly to the tone of the food.<br/><br/>#Pasta<br/><br/>This place ordered the customization in pasta as in the sausage and the macaroni type, but we order the conventional Alfredo penne pasta. The pasta was decent in taste, mostly you will find the similar pasta on any café anywhere in Pune, nothing was out of the blue here.<br/><br/>#Drinks<br/><br/>The two drinks that I tasted were Blue Shoe and the Virgin Mojito which are again standard mock tails but they were just too sweet. Blue Shoe was still comfortable in drinking but the Virgin Mojito was just too damm sweet. <br/><br/>#Final Comment<br/><br/>The place is good if you plan to spend a good amount of time to catch up with your friends but if you are looking for a more typical connection with the food, I might as well not recommend the same. Had a fantabulous experience visiting Trippie Hippie Cafe yesterday. Great ambience, so calm and eye soothering and the Cafe generates some good vibes from the time you step into the Cafe. Especially the window sitting facing roadside is a real snatch in late evenings!! Its very spacious and located right in the heart of Baker, opposite to Veritas. <br/><br/>Young lads with two cute sisters and a handsome hunk are operating the Cafe. A cherry on the top when it comes to food - Food Menu is simple and uncluttered- small bites and large bites along with mouth lickering beverages and food price is quite pocket friendly. Cesar Salad, Cheesy Nachos and Pizza are worth trying. Trippie Waffle was very delightful. For all the Oreo haters, try out their Oreo shake once which is very delicious. Chocolate pasta is on my cards on my next visit which would be something new for my taste buds.<br/><br/>They also play some good mix of old hindi and International music which is quite relaxing to your ears. Beautiful place despite minimal decor. Great place to have chit-chat with your friends. The cheesy nachos were one of the best I had in a long time, that too at such a reasonable price point. The quality and quantity of snacks were both great. Beverages were good too. Everything is priced reasonably and the host was very polite and sweet. Hoping to be there again soon (I don't live in Pune, though)

Just stopped by for coffee and chai with wifey in this new place thats come up over Sub-way at the Veritas signal, Baner... Sweet lil place... had a very young feel to it.. nice simple uncluttered decor and complete focus on the college/ young professionals crowd...the menu follows the same pattern..uncluttered.. beverages, small eats and medium/big eats... Loved the overall vibe the place generated...<br/><br/>Coming to the stuff we had- hazelnut latte and masala chai... they both come with small cookies... both the drinks were nice though personally would have loved both to be without /reduced sugar so that the customer that decide how much they want... also had an order of cheesy salsa nachos... very yummy... they also gave us a 10% discount for voting... so brownie points for that...<br/><br/>they have quite a complete menu.. would love to visit for the other beverages and desserts.

Iv been there a couple of times and there's really nothing I can complain of. it overlooks the busy chowk. there's so much of natural light coming in due to those hhuge glass windows that it really gives a different feel to the cafe. Good different, really good different. rainy seasons with loved ones or on a beautiful winter sunset, the ambience will make your significant other feel happy and Trippe effortlessly<br/> ;) This place is run by two sisters they make sure that you leave the place with a smile. Coming to the food. Waffles, pizzas, pastas, finger food, it seems they've got it all right. I loved the way that serve their drinks. They give Marshmallows cookies and what not to go with your beverages. These guys have thought of everything you can imagine at the price they charge, and then some more. Full marks for simplicity and perfection.
