Parking is a bit shady. Other than that, flats are quite spacious and since it's near river, wind flow, ventilation is good.

Building is still being constructed. I'm sure it's been so many years since people started living here, (Definitely 2+ years) and it's still under construction. There's ample ventilation and sunlight in the apartment I live in but the society amnesties are non existent. No in-built AC's in the rooms

Nice and budget society to live in but the builder is a thug thus many facilities are unavailable and faulty. The flats are great to live.
