This is an Indian ice-cream brand from Nashik. This shop have all the rang of dairy don ice-cream. They have Ice-cream, Milkshake, Mastani. I always visit this place for new flavours. They have wide range sugerfree Ice-cream. This place is not expensive worth for money and the staff is also friendly. best day to visit is on 20th of every month they have a offer called 20 is 20.

I think dairy don is company from Nashik. It's little old shop in pune. Nice shop. Here you can get icecream in cup or cone... also family pack. & milkshakes also. Nice shop to buy different types of icecream but I never tried milkshakes till. The taste is nice. Good to go. Not big shop. Also outdoor & indoor simple sitting is available. Give it try, if yoy never tried before ...

The experience was quite good.. Especially after a wonderful dinner.. The delicacies were tasty including the sugar free ones. Just one addition: The tender coconut was not sweet at all.. Ig it's not sweet in general but I'm just warning those who don't know

Visited today for monthly offer and was really happy enjoying the taste... Strawberry never been yummy like this... Many new flavour introduced the days.

It's one of the best ice cream I have ever tasted. I loved almost all the flavours I have tasted till now. My personal favourite is dark chocolate. Their icecream shakes are also very soothing. On the price side these items are above average price. Small single scoops comes around for 60-70 rs. But it's worth to have it once in a while. Some other interesting flavours include Black forest, coffee etc. They also have an option for sugar free icecream.

Fav spot for a quick icecream, variety of flavours for everyone's liking. Rates have now been hiked now but the ice cream is worth it.

One of the best milkshakes and ice-creams. Must try if you come here. Strawberry fresh ice-cream, oreo milkshake were awesome. Also for those who like thandai, you can try thandai milkshake.

I am very much attracted to this place due the test of icecreams... Theya have awesome taste as well as great texture. One should enjoy the treat here if you want a real icecream treat... Not only icecreams but thick shakes and Mastani over this place is yummy. I enjoy them till the last drop! Go punekars try some, to have satisfied feeling from icecreams!

Belgian chocolate ice cream is smooth, dark and amazing! All the flavours are ice cream are great, strawberry cheesecake flavour is a must try.

Have been here multiple times. The branch in Erandawane located at karve road has an advantage of premium location.<br/><br/>They offer some nice combination of flavors. The thickness & smoothness of ice cream is good.<br/><br/>Visit it at the time when there are discounts/ offers & you would be more than happy :-)<br/><br/>Its just the Kassata ice cream; I didn't like here.<br/><br/>Great variety of menu is another positive.

The place is clean and a humble staff.<br/>Well choosing which ice cream to eat might be a little difficult if has been coming here regularly, as the options are too may and keep adding new flavours.<br/>I have always cherished all the chocolate based flavours and I just love them.<br/>Other must try are sitafal, tender coconut, lichee, Black Forest to name a few. They some unique flavours as well like the pan, jamun, jack fruit etc.<br/>The menu is a good mix of traditional flavours and new ones are kept adding.<br/>Some are seasonal.<br/>The taste is very Rich and it’s fresh. <br/>There are different cone options.<br/>Double scoop will definitely fill your tummy ensuring the sweet tooth is taken care of perfectly.<br/>Dairy Don is a very good ice cream parlour.<br/>They have never disappointed me and I will for sure keep going here of course for the chocolate flavours and the new ones which they keep adding.<br/>

This is very nostalgic review, as I literally grew up eating ice cream at there nashik branch, every annual summer holidays, as my maternal relatives stay there.<br/>Coming back to there quality, I would simply state that If Mumbai has Naturals, nashik has dairy don.

One of my friend introduced me to this place very first time. They have lots of variety of Ice-cream. I'm most fond of "Red Guava" Ice-cream which exactly tastes like real guava..😋 Everyone should try their Red Guava Ice-cream at least once. Yesterday post 11.30pm, I had this strong urge for having an ice cream and while scanning Karve road for an open shop, I reached where I was expecting my wish to be fulfilled... <br/><br/>Place: Dairy don, Karve road<br/>Order: Fresh fruit double scoop sitafal ice cream. <br/>Experience: I came to this place after years. Some people might take offence, but according to me it was at par in taste with Naturals and probably a bit economical too. I was much more than happy as I was not even expecting fresh fruit Sitafal to be available in this season, let alone being this good! <br/><br/>I have some really fond memories of the first ever Dairy Don which is in my native place Nashik. It really used to feel like a treat 15-20 years ago. Also, after having played cricket on the playground across the road for hours, we kids use to go there just to have cold water from the dispenser!! 😁😁 <br/>So while having such a tasty and Nashik wala ice cream yesterday I was having the now famous proverbial ५६ इंच वाला सीना feeling. But then suddenly something happened that melted away this feeling.. The billing counter person asked the helper to ask the people to vacate the chairs and move out as he wanted to close the shop, even as people were enjoyong their dessert. It was really heart wrenching to see such poor hospitality on their part! The usurped were naturally and clearly amused, agitated and angry!! I mean I haven't seen any meaner shop/ hotel owner than this.. and I have been to quite some even in the Peth areas...!! I mean I agree he might have been overshooting his closing down time but then he should have realised that while taking the orders. Did he forgo the orders and the associated money? I really don't think that he had an emergency to close within minutes of taking the orders.<br/>I left the empty cup right in front of his shutter. Hope it welcomes him today morning!!

They have a lot of variety in ice creams. Nice outlet on Karve Road. Tried a few flavors. Wanted to try the sugar free ice cream but could not try that one.

This is my favourite place to have ice cream and thick shakes. They have a variety of flavours and all the flavours are extremely tasty. The must have for every chocolate lover is their Belgium chocolate thickshake.

Dutch cake ice cream is the Best thing to have....<br/>N Thandai thick shake is not so good....<br/>Sitafal ice cream was not available and that was big disappointment

Situated on Karve road just opposite Bhonde Colony.<br/><br/> Lip smacking flavours, they have !!! Also on 20th of every month one specific flavour is given for ₹20/- only. This is for 20th of all months. Had Dairy Don special, French Vanilla, and a Cold Coffee. All superb.<br/><br/><br/>Though the seating area is hardly good for 10 people or less....it does not deter ice cream lovers to visit this place. 5 stars if seating is improved !

Good thing about this outlet is that they accept cards, paytm and cash unlike my another review about pimple nilakh one. Rest all pretty much the same. Ice cremes are lovely.

On my short , half a day trip to pune, it was scorching Hot and i wanted something really chilled, and i happen to spot this place, (Never knew they had chain outlets all over the city) <br/><br/>One Word : Zestful.<br/><br/>I ordered , an Irish coffee thick shake, . This shake has some of my favorite flavors ever–I mean, coffee and caramel should just be BFF’s, right?  This shake is a quick indulgence for one,  Pop in a straw and knock one back!<br/><br/>My husband ordered Strawberry thick shake, it's not groundbreaking; there's no gastronomic secrets in it  This is no fake-flavored strawberry, but it doesn't have icy chunks of strawberry in it either. It is just totally all strawberry, all the way.Double thumbs up (secretly prayed that he must not like it and give it to me, which he didnt :( :P) <br/><br/>Pricing : Rs.150 in total. Total Worthiness.

Don't ever try thick shakes... Instead go for a mastani.... The ambiance was ok.. We tried chocolate and black currant thick shakes and to our surprise, both were not good. The mango mastani did taste good though...

I like the variety of ice creams available here!! I tasted the paan ice cream but it wasn't so nice so I settled for Swiss cake!! It was good!! The prices are not too costly

First try out in a dairy don outlet. Similar to gelato outlet and same flavours but qualitywise its goid but not best. Tried belgian chocolate and black forest ice scoops which were good but their waffle cone is not that crunchy.

Good chain of ice cream parlour and has been surviving for the last couple of years in the tough competition from the likes of Amul, Baskin Robbins, Havmor et al. <br/><br/>Scoops that I tried were very fresh and tasted brilliant. <br/><br/>My verdict: Priced a tad bit higher.

They have wide range of flavours. The quality is amazing. The thick shakes are heavenly. Service is good. Ambience is okay. Less seating area though.

Since located near to my office, its easily accessible. Twice I visited, both the times with team members. 1. Less workload 2. Colleagues' treat. It has got variety of flavours, you can choose one from many. You might get confuse on which flavour to select (as I did on both the times). Whatever I had ordered, taste was good. Always prefer a waffle cone, 'coz they are pretty crunchy and crispy. Pricing is good enough and affordable. Thumbs up to the outlet.

Superb is the word for this place.beverything right from mastanis to shakes to ice creams, everything is fantastic here. I love going for an evening or post dinner stroll and lay my hands on some ice cream. The price is reasonable and the variety is quite good. They need to innovate a bit in coming up with some different flavours and some seasonal fruit flavours.

I am not a new customer to this chain....visiting the original shop(Nashik) since i was born.<br/>This chain offers very good, delicious and along with it a nice range of ice cream flavours.<br/>Though people think it is average but it is the best one can get in those price and i personally think they are way much better than Naturals and Kwality, since these days Natural seem good only for Chocochip and Roasted Almonds and Kwality for some more limited choices whereas Dairy Don has alot to offer and the shake just beatless....

Dairy Don, one of the few new ice-cream shop chains in Pune has been a popular place these days. A few recos for the icecream served here made me visit this place on Karve Road. <br/>We were in a fix when we read the menu. It had everything from Icecreams to Mastanis and Shakes. Just the ice cream menu had over 30+ flavors considering both hard and soft ice cream sections.<br/>We went there specially for having the tiramisu icecream, but it wasn't available along with a few fresh fruit flavors.<br/>So we tasted Belgium Chocolate and Black forest, out of which we chose Black forest for our order. And with the overdose of mango that day, we decided not to try their special mango versions and go for watermelon from the fresh fruit ice cream section. They allow you to taste every flavor you wish to.<br/>The black forest scoop was just a black forest cake, a little more cream to it. It was good though. Being iced more than a regular cake, the texture was still there and so was the taste.<br/>The watermelon icecream, claimed as fresh fruit ice cream, was not at all fresh. Its tough to get a perfect ice cream with fruits like watermelon . But, I have had better watermelon icecream.<br/>Still more flavours to try, this place a lot in store.<br/><br/>Black forest - 4.5<br/>Watermelon - 2.5

Its the hostel kids' London Dairy. If you really have a hankering for something sweet, something cold (which is something I have almost everyday these days), without shelling out 100-150 bucks for a scoop, Dairy Don is your saviour.<br/><br/>The best thing about this place is that its evenly priced. So whether you order the regular mango or pineapple, the seasonal watermelon or the fancy Belgian pr Swiss chocolate, you'll pay 40 bucks a scoop. Love the equality thing!<br/><br/>The flavours- I think they have enough varieties to keep me happy. They have the usual ones (mango, strawberry, pineapple), some quirky fusions (Swiss cake- give it a try) and classic chocolate favourites. I personally loved the Belgian and Swiss chocolate flavours.<br/><br/>Yet to try the ice cream shakes... Maybe tonight!!

I have been going to Dairy Don (the one in Nashik) since almost 1996 and not once have they been anything less than perfect! <br/>Although their menu here in Pune is very limited, they have brought in their best stuff, like the Swiss Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate, Mango, Rajbhog and Choco Almond. The brain-freezing slushes they have in Nashik are yet to make an appearance here, but I believe they will enter the market soon enough.<br/>I love the bitter Belgian Chocolate, it's like eating a creami-fied Lindt 70% dark. <br/>Swiss Chocolate was an instant hit with all my friends here, and you'll understand why when you try it. It is a sweet sin.<br/>Rajbhog does a 100% justice to its name, while not being repulsively sweet. It's a real treat even for someone not fond of sweets.<br/>Choco Almond and Choco Crunch are the softy variants and are nothing less than the creamy scoops.<br/>Their mango is better than Pune's famous Sujata Mastani's, and even better than Gelato's. It's like frozen mango pulp!<br/>I did not like their shakes as much, but they are worth a try at least once. <br/>This is one ice cream that makes one forget Gelato, twice over with the pricing! For a place that seriously lacks good ice cream joints (barring Portico or Iceberg, maybe...) Dairy Don is something that reassures, "All is not lost!".<br/>I have visited here a dozen times so far, and I don't see a reason to stop.

It caught my attention the week it opened. I have been there several times and enjoyed every-time.<br/><br/>Ohh I had written so less for one of my favorite ice cream parlor! Why I like it is because they gave double scoupe icecreams of high quality at affordable prices. I went here last Sunday and was delighted to have their Alphanso Special sundae. They give a choice of having Vanilla or Mango ice-cream along with fresh cuts of pure Alphanso. I had it with Vanilla to have some contrast . The pieces were just delicious and is value for money at 110 bucks.

Funny " I thought, as I walked into this Ice cream shop. ..Hoping to find something exciting ....some new flavours....<br/><br/>But it turned out to be just an ordinary Ice cream shop...<br/><br/>Not bad... but nothing different or exclusive. <br/><br/>They have pretty much all the regular ice cream flavours, just like any other shop.. <br/>They serve softy, and thick shakes etc.. <br/><br/>If you go just 1-2 kms further there is an entire street full of Ice cream places....Amul... Baskin Robbins... Gelato... Kwality...<br/><br/>Pricing is economical.. Thick shakes are nice. <br/><br/>I was really hoping to find something new and exciting...something which would set this place apart, from the rest.. <br/><br/>If want to have Ice cream at Karve road......I have plenty of options, but unfortunately, Dairy Don wont be on top of my list.

For anyone who is from Nasik, or has been there long enough, Dairy Don is synonymous with awesome ice creams and shakes.<br/>This does not change as the outlet spreads its wings within urban Pune.<br/>There are plenty of ice cream joints on this road, but Dairy Don hols its own fort with the ice creams that it serves.<br/>Having tried most of their flavors and preparations, I have never been disappointed with the taste. It takes the regular ice cream experience one notch higher with the innovative sundaes and ingredients.<br/>I would highly recommend the mint thick shake, the black current and the cherry blossom sundae. If you love ice creams, this is an experience you would definitely not want to miss.
