You get exactly what you expect. Tried the bhurji and omelette apart the chicken sandwich. All were surprisingly good. Staff is courteous, and timings are super convenient to pop in for just a quick tea break.
Great to have Irani Chai and Sutta, Smoking is allowed inside the premises(which is rare).
Not so hygiene but for the guys who love tea? It's for you! Also bread jam and maska is yummy as the bun is really soft like cotton! Plus for the guys who smoke, yes you can dine in and smoke too!

Nice place to get the usual eggs and bread and tea in the old part of the city. It has history and the reasonable pricing, limited but tasty menu ensures many regulars keep back.
They gave Tea in a plastic bag with openable lid. Very innovative. The Tea and Snacks were awesome
A good place to hang around... Tea with bun butter is one of the best.
Famous for chai, bun muska, bun omelet and samosa. Magestic restaurant is not meant for family but it is an ideal place for middle class and working class to sit, have tea and snacks and have over-the-table discussions. Hotel is usually crowded.
