Best place to hang out with your male friends after office hours, I am not sure if it's legal or not, but this place offers you table to consume liquor. You can get liquor from outside and with a 20rs per person sitting charges you can consume your liquor brought from outside. No outside food allowed. This a nice option instead of costly bar and restaurants. That said I doubt if this Is a legal place or not . But a very pocket friendly place for liquor consumption.
The food here is pathetic, so just stick to the starter like masala papads and peanuts.
