Review Kfc - Pune

Interior wise and location wise, it's a very good place with great ambiance. Most importantly, their staff i found was physically challenged, who were helping to place their order on the device. Which I found very pleasing. And customer needs to deal with patience with them. The interior and sitting arrangements are cool. We have tried chizza, but it's nothing but a base of chicken and cheese layer with capsicums. Their services are good. 👌

I had a delightful experience at this establishment, where one can easily spend 30 to 45 minutes. The food is truly awesome and incredibly delicious, though it must be noted that the prices are slightly higher. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. I rate this place with four stars primarily due to the price range. The sitting arrangements are comfortable, and the lighting is well-done, creating a nice ambiance for families. It's a great spot for both lunch and dinner, with a good selection of vegetarian dishes available alongside the truly awesome nonveg options. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it for those looking for a quality dining experience.

I love KFC chicken❣️,this outlet was fab and I must say food is truly awesome and incredibly delicious 😋. The leg piece at KFC was deliciously hot, tender, and flavorful. However, the wings were disappointingly cool, affecting the overall enjoyment.

We had a beautifully delicious and crispy chicken bucket, definitely give it a try.

Located at a very nice place, take your food and sit back side watch the busy road people driving and people walking in a hurry. You can feel how fast time went by. This one is my favorite KFC branch in Pune.

They have done some renovations from the last time I visited. It's now a bit small but the ambience is good, the self service kiosk has reduced the queue time, and the service is faster. The only cons, I can see now is that because of the size reduction, maybe seating could be an issue during peak hours of the week and since there is only one restroom, there is a bit of queue there😅

I had their veg burger for the first time. I liked it more than the chicken burger. The only thing I didn't like is they don't spread sauces evenly and it has come out from side of the burger making it little dry! Why don't people do there job well?

Toilet are not at all managed, last Saturday I was there, they didn't put my number as I would have got link for review, and hence they put their number. I had placed my order for hot chicken wings at 8:19pm n 9:24 cold drink with masala which was awesome and I had it first time. I know there is rush.. no toilet papers, if you think customers are not using properly. Please put up boards saying, after use please flush the toilet, thank you for doing it, it helps us and next person to use it and you can be the next person something like that 😂 i suggested them, but they don't listen.... Anyways 😎👍

Nice place. People can easily spend 30min to 45min over here. Food is awesome and taste is too delicious. Price if the foods are lightly higher but good place. Staff is also friendly and good. Atmosphere is very nice. Giving four stars because of only price range. Sitting arrangements are nice. Lightnings are good. Family cafe. It's good for lunch, dinner. Here is veg food is also available. But the nonveg foods are awesome. I'm love it!!!

New construction, good food & service, nice atmosphere

The only outlet which is good in terms of seating capacity, service , hygiene , food quality. Rest all other outlets seem to be unreliable. All the varieties are available.. usually crowded on weekends. Good for placin online order too .. and the recent renovation has made the ambience much more lively and vibrant than before .

I ordered 2 Chicken Zinger Burgers. The bread felt Stale and the chicken was also not cooked right. Burger had no lettuce in it. Just 2 pieces of undercooked chicken inside stale breads. Now to add to it, the burger was a mess. Just some mayo sause and chicken in a totally messed up manner. <br/>I eat from KFC outlets very often and can say for sure that these is not how I expected food from KFC.

Classic chicken zinger burger definitely taste so good. Suddenly the size of the burger is now big, had never eaten such big kfc burger but worth the price.

Expectations on high end as it's a international brand. Although except couple of KFC items, all other items do not meets expectations. Waste of money. KFC should introduce with some desi masale, it would be a great option for desi chicken lover.

KFC is a place that is on my list all the time! I do love gorging on the crisp fried chicken. Although, it is a bit disappointing that they do not serve the original recipe here in India. just the hot and crispy version. I'd like to suggest that they start it soon.

KFC food will be surely a finger lickimg if they can provide some yummy dips in the same bucket price. The tomato ketchup they provide is also in leas quantity. Chicken leg pieces are most of the time found half cooked some blood instances inside. But still we loves KFC mad we are regular visitors. My 3yrs old daughter is a big fan of KFC chicken stripes.<br/>Just a suggestion, please provide the good chairs so that one will not have to suffer from backache after visiting this place. Also put on your ACs as you are taking a fat amount in bills.

Visited 2-3 times to this outlet of KFC. Ambience is OK. Little crowded on weekends. Chicken was good but bit oily. Also crispyness was not there.

A regular KFC outlet like anywhere else.<br/>Moderately crowded when I visited, took 12 to 15 minutes in the que to order.<br/>Fried food was ready to serve while the grilled food took around 20 minutes to be served.<br/><br/>The air conditioner was not working at all, it was very suffocating. So had to eat fast and rush out for some fresh air.<br/><br/>I was very upset and concerned with hygienic storage standards of the beverage cans.<br/>The Red Bull can served to me was in a very bad condition.<br/>It was oily, sticky and full of dust and waste particles.<br/>Same with the packed drinking water bottle.<br/><br/>There was a bord reading that the packed drinks like water and canned drinks will be served at MRP, but they charged extra, more than than the MRP.<br/><br/>Food quality was average, few of the fried chicken pieces where very dry, chewy and did not seem to be fresh at all.<br/><br/>The staff was hesitating to serve ketchup and tissue paper.

We often fall for the big brands in the market. That's what happened to me last month. The chicken that I order was bit stale. The taste was quite different (degraded) than usual. Chicken was very oily. I could not believe that I am at KFC. A rare disappointing experience at KFC.

I went to this branch of KFC on the 28th around 9pm and ordered a Big 8 Meal.<br/>To start with the place was HOT and especially during summer nights.<br/>I asked the KFC staff at the counter NITIN to switch on the AC and he did initially but later it again got HOT.<br/>They surely were trying to save on electricity since the rush wasn't a lot on a weekday. This time my friend who accompanied me told them to Switch the AC on "again".<br/><br/>We started having our BIG 8 bucket Meal between all this and noticed that the chicken was NOT as expected. NOT ONLY WAS IT EXTRA OILY but the KFC CRISP was just MISSING.<br/>Somehow dealt with the fries and the coke on the side.<br/><br/>EVEN the tables beside mine had chicken bones and other food and were not cleaned until I was 15 minutes into eating my bucket. EXTREMELY POOR service on a THURSDAY EVENING and a bad experience for an always loved Brand " KFC".<br/><br/>OVERALL a next to horrible experience and will never be visiting this place again.

Tried veg strips bowl - tasty fragrant spice filled rice with 2 tasty cutlets..there was some okayish tasty gravy at the bottom..overall it was good..could be better.<br/>Also tried fries in kfc for the 1st time- soggy unsalted fries.<br/>Also got a mojito- it was sooo good..mint and lemon in soda water with ice..refreshed me in summer!

Chicken popcorn and hot wings are the best and must have if you are a non vegetarian. Crushes complete the meal. The 12 piece bowl meal is enough for 2 people.

The most crowded KFC outlet in pune, been here many times over the years but never actually reviewed this place. Ambience perfect with the place crowded most of the time as it is nearby various colleges. Fingerlicking chicken as usual. Watchout for their daily offers they are awesome, staff is helpful. I have been to this place a lot of times and have had a very good experience every single time. Today was no different. The lady at the counter (Savita) greeted me in the unique KFC style and asked for my order. I wanted to try something new so ordered Super Charger. She recommended that I have the meal which is more economical compared to the 5 in 1 box. Also, at a lot of places they don't tell that the cheese slice in your burger is charged extra. The lady made full disclosure about the same and also told me the price difference when I upgraded my cold drink from small to large. Overall, a very pleasant experience today as well. But it can’t be your permanent hangout.

Tried their chicken longer box with crispy potato, crunchy chicken but it was little hard from inside too. Chicken longer look like burger was soft bun with spicy chicken piece in it filled with cream. I loved although with cold drink.

KFC Deccan, this is the first KFC outlet I have ever visited and have been visiting the same place since long time now. Just like other KFC outlets, the menu is standard. Most of the times this place is crowded as its situated at very prime location, just in front of the deccan gymkhana bus stand. As this is a very busy place, you will find all the menu items will be available most of the times. Typical red and white theme ambiance, nothing special. Staff is busy all the time so I don't see smile on the face while serving. I am big fan of fried pop corns and boneless chicken stripes. Not a big fan of chicken burger from here because it feels a bit dry for my liking but any boneless fried chicken will do for me. Overall average place and good for hangouts.

Hi there Deccan outlet for KFC is perhaps one of the worst ones. I go there many a times, but last week, when I ordered a large chicken popcorn for home delivery, we found that the quantity of chicken was very less and the container was filled with only the broken crispy crumbs. Quite frankly only 6-7 pieces of chicken popcorn were there. Two days prior to that I had bought a medium chicken popcorn, which was in my refrigerator, untouched. When I compared the quantity of chicken in them I found that the medium one had more pieces of chicken than the large one. This was the second time I had faced such an issue with KFC. KFC is one of my favorites but if they keep stealing from their customers in such manner, then I don't think that people would turn away to other alternatives.

Received the wrong order

This KFC outlet has ample seating area, with good staff and okay service. Food, in taste, is the just the same you'll find at any other KFC outlet. Their Chicken Bucket and Popcorn Chicken is what I usually end up ordering, and I find the Krushers little bit on the sweeter side.<br/><br/>Do visit on Wednesdays, they got lot of offers on that day.

I was waiting for my friend near deccan. Finally he came and suddenly we both realised it's Wednesday. KFC is having crazy offers on Wednesday. So we couldn't stop going there.<br/>I found the restaurant very clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. They were playing music.The young lady at the counter was very attentive. The food (buffet) was very tasty. And the bill was very reasonable. All in all, a very good experience!

I give 5 stars because I love the foods,there's nothing really tasty then KFC,if you feel like to eat some non veg snacks,KFC is place to go,i ordered many many times, via online delivery , plus I been there many times too,I don't really have anything to complain about the food quality.it just perfect 👌 but it's difficult to effort all the time 😅after taxes price is too high 😂😩 about delivery experience,sometimes delivery is too late,after all I love KFC 💕😘 hope for better experience from you 👍🏻💕

Ambience is awesome. Location is perfect. Well, if we compare with othee western chains, quality is ok-ok.<br/><br/>Well, what you expect from an international food chain? Is it good n tasty food? I think, we look at these places as hangouts. <br/><br/>And this place serves the purpose.<br/>

Good option for people out for shopping on FC road. Known for non veg but they serve veg meal too. <br/><br/>Same taste across all outlets...another good option for quick bites.

So... i have been to a lot KFC outlets in pune over the years and a lot of them shut down now. Starting from NIBM, to MG road,to wanowrie and all the way to pheonix mall viman nagar. From all my experience i have to say,this is the best outlet by far.<br/><br/>The crowd is amazing.there is ample seating area.the ambiance is awesome.... and lets not forget the most important part... THE CHICKEN....<br/><br/>From my point of view,i think this is the best fried chicken i have had. I am a huge fan of kfc's HOT&CRISPY and these guys really do an amazing job at making those. the chicken in tender and juicy from inside while it has a spicy and crispy outer layer,probably the best outer layer i have had till date on any type of chicken. As per my experience, the chicken is freshly prepared and the service is also good....<br/><br/>would recommend this to someone if they are in the area and have a craving for some fried chicken.
