Every person work there are very good and polite. Happy and fresh environment even at 10.30 PM great taste and everything is well arranged Great place too meetup specially for Couples. Just need too have some quick table service which i noticed is missing Location of the store is at very Right point. You need visit here atleast one too taste great food

Just your average Pizza Hut but the service has been pretty quick. Not crowded usually so probably good for a quick bite.

The Classic Pizza's that they have are really good. Especially the Capsicum and Onion. I didn't like the non-veg one much but the other one was just amazing. Tbh I didn't expect this taste.

Got just one tea spoon Volume of Texas garlic dip in 30 RS, ordering it is not at all worth, got something else instead of potato popper. Even received very less number of chilli flakes and oregano. If bill amount is approx 1000 RS there are 2 medium pizza so they should pack the seasonings accordingly! Pizza hut is getting expensive day by day. Earlier they used to give free dip with the meal. Now even after paying for the dip we receive such a less quantity.

Pizza and garlic bread was cold and very hard to eat. Also pizza was thin and had very less toppings, considering the prize was rs 700

Was here before my visit to the Katraj Zoo, and i quite enjoyed myself with these delights, however i expected more because im used to a certain crust which your competitor has in their pizza. Nevertheless, ill visit another store to see there's a difference!

The pizza and the food wasn’t sealed. It was open and left with the security guard downstairs. Making it multiple human touch points. It’s made us very uncomfortable to eat this pizza. We don’t expect this from a brand like Pizza Hut

Boycott this place. THEY WILL MISMANGE YOUR ORDERS AND IGNORE YOU. People without ethics are what they are. First they screw up your order then instead of owning up the issue they start interrogating you and never respond to your complaints. Its been 20+ years since they are operating in India but their app is ridiculous. If you want to complain, they call it feedback and the great feedback form has 40 different fields which need to be filled in manually in the same app that you used to order food. WHY? Because they know that they screw up frequently but HEY, they don't want to you to complain. The app also does NOT have their phone number nor it maintains your order history. And their employees call you up asking if you called up the call center to report the problem. If I ordered on the app WHY would I call to complain? The app has to provide the facility to place a call or chat or report problem but HEY, they will do their best to make it difficult for you.

Suffered severe food poisoning (fever, loose motions, vomiting ) four hrs after eating the pizza. I had to take a leave from work for three days and i still hvnt recovered.<br/>This was my first time with pizza hut katraj and my worst experience with any pizza hut till now.<br/>I am surely never going to hv pizza from any pizza hut after this for sure , no matter how much i may crave for it. Truly the worst experience....dont understand how basic hygiene cant be maintained by international brand like pizza hut. Besides this, the pizza was completely cold by the time it reached me

Just visited the pizza hut opp Bharti Vidyapeth. I was disappointed by the service they provided , it was too slow and also at first they gave the wrong order.<br/>As far as taste goes it was standard Pizza hut taste no difference in it.

0 sense people are working in katraj pizza hut... They displyaing combo for 1 offers in their own restaurants, on their own digital display, when i asked for the offer ... Thr order taker says we dont have this offer going on you have to choose combo for 2, if you dont have offer why you are displaying it??? Is it making any sence?? She offers me discount if i order for take away or home delivery, but same offer not applicable for walk in customers, this means people who are taking effort and travelling to visit your rest. have no values... Pls rethink on your weired discount policies and dont make your customer fool by displaying offers which u dont have... Till then i would suggest others there are very good other options available in market who are continously providing value for money products and services...

I am a pizza lover...but what to say about Pizza hut..they never let anyone down..do try the new hand tossed pizza they are yummy..the best is the chocho truffle cake tasty..it's the best truffle even it's veg without egg it's awesome...<br/>The pan pizza rocks all the time the combo's also are beneficial when you have house parties or guests...Pizza hut has the set standards...

Never ordering from here again. I placed order via zomato at 3:20 pm took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza and garlic bread. Called them directly the lady on the call told me order is on it's way and asked me to wait. When the food finally arrived after 2 hours it was all soggy and cold. Had to throw it straight to dust bin as it was no longer eatable never ordering from here again.

This store is hardly 800m away from my place.<br/><br/>Our order did not reach us at the scheduled time.. but i received a message saying our ordered has been delivered..so after waiting for another 10 minutes..i called up the pizza hut nmbr (centralised nmbr)..they said its an error with system, hence i received the delivery msg..thn i asked abt the delivery time..for which i hve an email from dem..he straight way denied the timing and said the delivery time his system is showing is by 9. 30 pm..!! How can it b possible..<br/>I continued waiting for anothr 15 minutes..but in vain..i again called the CC..all they said was hold for a minute let us chck the status..n dey came up saying that the pizza is already out for delivery.. i told him i hardly stay 800m away from the store..and its unlikely to take so much time..n asked him to connect with the store manager..he again asked me to hold the call n came up saying he cannot connect me to the store..!! By this time I was on my nerves..<br/>All i could do was to wait again coz i had already paid for it online..<br/>Called up the CC again at 9.40 pm when the pizza still didnt arrive.. dey then raised a complaint and said the managwr will call me back in 2 minutes..Hilarious..!! Aftr another 10 minutes of waiting i again called the CC n thn the manager calls me and says dey ll dispatch the pizza in 10 minutes..!!!<br/>So i finally got the order after over 1.5 hours of waiting..and all dat i get is a soggy cold pizza..<br/>Totally wasted my money.. the local guy infront of my house serves better pizzas than this so called universal brand..<br/>Two thumbs down..to you Pizza hut..<br/>
