Restaurant is really good.. Spacial mention to Mr. Banne, Mr. Krishna and Ms. Pornima extremely happy with their hospitality. They served us a really good Indian and Chinese food. A very polite Tejas Chef has guided through us menu and took the order. Best to visit.

Love the food here. I have been visiting Cafe Bay Leaf since 2011 and always relished the cuisine here. Variety of dishes with taste mouth watering tatse...preparation of the fish (Basa) in particular is the best. Some of the sweet dishes are relishing too

Had a nice elegant lunch here for a corporate lunch last week...the spread wasn't that lavish, but was delicious definitely. The sweets section was just too good and I ended up gorging on them like a caveman...and eventually slept off during my company meeting

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs.

Beautiful place with a good variety and spread. Would definitely recommend the same to all my friends. And the location of this place is also very convenient.

Hotel is good. Restaurant serves limited variety of cuisines for buffet, however, whatever limited options they serve, they serve it well. Location is right on the main road.

Excellent service & superb food. One of the best place to dine in this area

Useless restaurant. Bad food.

Tried the dinner buffet, was exorbitantly pricey at 1500 per person with a very limited menu. For starters veg we had 2 options were served a potato dish and corn tikki while for non veg there was fish tikka and cajun fried chicken which for some reason was kept on a water bath in a serving tray making the chicken batter soggy. A very ordinary main course consisting of very mundane dishess like paneer kadhai, singapore noodles, ratatouille, jeera and peas pulao, dal fry etc. While the non veg main course was equally ordinary onsisting of 2 fish dishes one of which was most probably a river fish chicken biriyani and a couple of otyer eatables. There was a basic salad counter with a chicken salad, boiled fish and boiled eggs for some reason along with regulars like pasta, curd rice, etc and regular cut veggies. They offered a few deserts which i couldn't have unfortunately.
I have had worse foods and been but when i am charged 1500 i expect more.
The staff on the other hand was extremely well behaved, very vigilant and polite. 5* to the people who work there from the valet to the restaurant manager everyone was amazing.
P.S. It os not holiday inn anymore the management has changed.

A 24/7 Hr Restro! What you want now.....Its situated on ground floor of Holiday Inn but to reach location you have take wrong turn on highway but as per me it's worth it...every penny you pay. Being restro getting set for morning operations still they make sure you get perfect service. Service was great didn't get much time talk to server but he was very polite and gentle. But why 4* as everything was perfect except food taste we were hungry n we get service so we ignored it but by taste it's not worth it at all quality, quantity is good but....

You must be absolutely drunk or rich or mad to come to this place and eat this shit. One of the worst kind of food i have tasted for a buffet . Absolute waste of money and time. Waiting time is 30 min atleast for water / roti or anything else. Even veg items were tasteless. Don't even think about tasting non veg. The Adraki chicken i tried was full of ginger and raw chicken smell. Egg fried rice was gone completely and no option to refill that as well. Water taste was just like tap water.
ABHISHEK JHANWAR
Starters : out of total 3 dishes, we have been served only one that is potato balls.
Main course: Food quality was awful even a small dining hall is more knowledgeable when it is about cooking.
Service: as the food was worst the service is disgusting. Instead of serving if feel like they were withholding.
Not recommended.
Mayank Dhorajiya
Food was very bad in taste. I can say there was no taste. We started with starter that also after waiting for approx half an hour. In main course roti was served after almost half an hour. very bad service. Worst experience. Waste of time.
Vaishnavi Taduvayi
You will only keep hoping for the next dish to be good but you will be nothing but disappointed. The taste of the food doesn't live up to the ambience of the place.
Just another example of "Don't judge a book by its cover".
A buffet is supposed to have all the food ready but here the veg starters came 30 mins late. In veg starters there was mushroom but served to only 2 tables and not to others. Coming to main course egg fried rice wasn't there and the paneer dish tasted differently in 2 times , first it was stale and second time it was as if paneer was cut and put directly in gravy without cooking properly, coming to non veg the dishes they tasted just normal, only thing good was papad and sweet dish. Still in doubt why there was a pizza section as we didn't get that. Service was too slow and rotis were like something that one can just wish and wait to have it.
Last but not the least water in bottles was contaminated and on asking for the second time it was too warm. On asking for cold water they gave just half bottle(1 litre) for a table of 8 people. Wish I could give no stars but there isn't any option for that. It wasn't a buffet worth the money because even plates weren't cleaned until we asked to the staff.

We went for team lunch. Tasteless food!!!Tried to explore all the item in search of good taste but all in vain.
Dont ever plan for lunch/ Dinner.
Shrenik
Very disheartening food taste and quality of water.
We visited in a group of 40 people and i cannot recall a sing peson praising even a single dish.

Cafe Bay leaf is a restaurant located at lobby level of Holiday Inn (Hinjewadi). 15th August being Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan we siblings planned to visit this place for a dinner buffet.

📍Ambience - Sophisticated is the word. Quite atmosphere with dim lights and slow music. Ambience is perfect for a dinner date. Also, for kids they have a play area at the other side of the floor.

📍Food - We opted for dinner buffet. With some discounts on dineout we got it for 700 per head.

🔸Welcome Drinks - No welcome drinks were included in the buffet.

🔸Starter - Two veg and non veg starters each.

Veg starter - Tandoor Veg and Aloo cheese balls were served. Aloo cheese balls were served hot and tasted good. But tandoor Veg was a real disappointment.

Non veg starter - Chicken tikka and a fish starter was served. Both the dishes were OK. It would have been better if served hot.

They didn't even have a live chat counter which again disappointed me.

🔸Main course - Main courses had better options. Salad,Raita, fruits, noodles, biryani, good gravy. They had all variety of breads and they were served hot on the table. The chicken salad tasted too good.

It was the first time in buffet, I had capacity to have main course as we hardly had the starters.

📍Desert - Best part through this buffet meal was the Desert. They had good variety of deserts representing Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan. I really loved the theme.

Overall Rating - 3/5. (Only for the ambience and deserts).
Rushabh Salvi
The hotel serves amazing kind of buffet food but the most favorite part of it for me is the desserts.
Santosh Jadhav
I went there with my family for dinner buffet. We have been served with starters almost cold. Further to our surprise, entire spread of the buffet was not only semi cold but without any taste similar to starter with exception of coconut curry dish. I have not tasted such bald food in any buffet so far. Please do not waste your money even if it is offered for FREE. This teaches me life lesson of how not to celebrate remarkable moment in your life at unknown hyped place.

This place has a nice breakfast and dinner buffet and various options are available .We were hosted and served by Shubham ,Preeti,Jhumur,Rakesh and
Manager mster suman they all were throughout available and made sure to serve us better and on the table all freshly cooked or direct from the kitchen.Thank you for the wonderful service.

Dinner buffet- for dinner they had Various options From starters to salad, various desserts, 2-3 types of papad, live pasta available, various breads like tandoori roti and naan, vegetable paneer and dal. What i really loved was their chicken and fish starter - indian, continental and Chinese style. I loved their all types of papad plus I am papad lover. Dessert items were many but only few of them were good, mainly they were too sweet. It could have been better.

Breakfast buffet- They had chicken salami, sausage, brown and white bread, fruits and fruit juices, croissant of various flavour they were fresh and good. Also had dough nut of many flavors, live pan cake with white cream which was just yummy . Bhaji puri, sprouts, juice, idli dosa and medu vada. I loved all their english breakfast items and live pan cake.

Recommended for once with family and friends!!
Masala Dil Sei
Great food,
Good Service,
Tacky Ambience.

Menu is quite appealing, availability of dishes are good and dish preparation timing is negotiable.

Only problem notice and didn't like was that Spaghetti carbonara has only few ingredients as per original recipe but here they use very quantity of ingredients like only 1 bacon strips which is not enough or feel in compares the Spaghetti and not able to feel cheese.

Also Just need to improve Veg Lasagna Quality.

Overall great Service even at the time of closing.

Nice place to dine out in peace along with family with kids. Ambience is up to the mark, living up to expectations from holiday inn's brand name, and service is just ok. We happened to visit them for a late breakfast when buffet counters were almost on the verge of closing, so we opted for al carte breakfast with aloo paratha for everyone. Paratha was well packed with alloo filling and was served along with curd and pickle. Paratha tasted bit bland and nothing great to rave about.
Supratip Banerjee
Location for this restaurant is bit off. But the ambience was good. Staffs were courteous. We went for dinner buffet though the food was not at its best. Most of the food items were cold even the soup 😂. Except of few dishes rest food items were of average taste. I was expecting better food quality from them. Desert section was good. Please improve the taste of your food items, that would be my only suggestion.

Cafe Bay Leaf is a one of the best restaurant of Holiday Inn Pune Hinjawadi, i enjoyed the levis buffet of this restaurant, food & service is fantastic, staff is very helpful and proactive. I will strongly reccomend every one to must visit in this restaurant along with your family and friends and make your day memorable.

Good place for dine with family & friends. They have huge spread in buffet with lots of variety. Been with my family last Sunday brunch. Grills counter was nice. Had spent few hours at pool next to the restaurant which was part of brunch.

Service was very good and amazing buffet breakfast spread servers were kind friendly and even offered to-go coffees in the morning, we enjoyed a lot.
Recently I have been to the restaurant, the Maharashtrian food prepared by the chef Amol was amazing. The service was quick and prompt, staff was amazing. To name a few were Preeti, Shubham, Vivek. The overall ambience is nice, one thing I would definately like to highlight is that they have seperate buffet for veg and non veg. Since our group had few vegetarian, they really appreciated the entire set up. I am definately going to visit again with my family and friends
Santosh Kumar Sahu
Sunday Lunch I was @ Cafe Bay Leaf with my bunch of close pals. Maharashtrian food was really lip smacking, delicious. By the smell itself you would find all your taste buds get activated. The staffs were so polite and hospitable. This place was really a kinda most happening place in this stretch.

I have recently visited to Holiday Inn Pune with my family to explore their Maharashtra Mejwani food festival and it was one of my most amazing experience which I had .

The staff is very hospitable and express kind service gesture with delicious food and that really makes your experience positive and unforgettable.

I can still imagine the food plating and presentation how nicely it was done.I would definitely visit again to this.
Suchita Pandya
Excellent service and food really loved it specifically made soup for my kids as they don't eat spicy and it was awesome loved the ambience staff very good excellent service
Ninad Parab
Will rate only for the ambience. Food quality had dropped. Not at all value for money. You may get better food in any of the restaurants in Pune. If you want to have a quite place to sit and talk then you can drop by.

Two things that i liked about the hotel.is their staff and.hotel Ambience.other wise food was.not upto the mark.
Being a buffett fonder I choosed to take buffet here and surprise to see that starters were all cold and options were very limited.
Other bad thing was that pool party people which was happening in the outsude area, were coming and eating the deserta with bare hand .it was completely unhygenic.
Theee are all reasons I selected 3 stars for cafe bay leaf
Meeti Mandani
We came here for dinner and really had an amazing time. Wonderful food, ambience and hospitality.Thank you Moumita. Must visit place. Will defibately visit again.
Amruta
The place is good on ambience. The food is good tastewise but it was dead cold most of times. They have good spread on variety but beveragages are limited. Sidees like dry fruits, olives we're missing. But what they really need to improve on is service part. They have bad service and the hospitality was lacking which we experience in star hotels, might be crowd was the factor but still. Not visiting this place anytime soon.
Harjinder Chugh
Visited Holiday Inn- Mahalunge on 2nd October on the occasion of our Marriage Anniversary.
I liked the food. It was tasty and similar to home preparation. The spices were just perfect.
I had a sumptuous food. First time i enjoyed the daal outside. It was moong daal with a taste of my mother recipe.Everyone in my family enjoyed the meal. Thanks to Nearby vouchers it was less heavy on my wallet.
Saman Ambreen
We opted for a buffet dinner there which is quite reasonable and good enough. They had several options in buffet. Being a weekday it wasn't crowded much and overall the ambiance of the complete space is really great.
Abhishek Ganguly
Holiday Inn

So where should I start? For a price of just RS 1000, you get a massive spread. Ever dish looks impeccable and tastes awesome. You also get pani Puri and chat St the live counter, and if you are staying in this hotel you get 15% discount on the bill. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is literally no limit to the spread. I would say go opt for the buffet option over here. A total value for money.
Rahul Keni
Had been to Cafe Bay Leaf for breakfast while travelling to Mumbai. The buffer spread was pretty good & the staff very polite & proactive. Special thanks to Ankush & Prachi for taking good care of us.

This is my 3rd visit of Cafe bay leaf which is located on the ground floor in holiday Inn. They have large variety of food for vegetarians and non-vegeterians and huge variety of deserts too.Last but not the least, the great service and interaction by their head chef Mr. Rantandeep and he made sure that we had a great time and he left no stone unturned. ;)
Vijit
Nothing offensive about the food here. Most of it is reasonably well cooked and tasty. Just not anything to write home about. All in all close to a 3.5... The wok tossed noodles and chicken biryani are top picks
Fatboy Foodie
Cafe Bay Leaf located on the ground floor of Holiday Inn has a wide buffet everyday at a reasonable price. A huge free flow dining house with veg and non veg seperate counters, dessert counters, paratha counters and a sweet looking bar. They also have an outdoor area along with a swimming pool. The best time to visit is during winters and evenings.

You can also opt for the ala-carte option. Some of the highlight items of their buffet menu are,

The Thai curries
Eggs Basillico
Chicken Chilly
Prawns fry
Battered Fish
The Indian fare

The staff is polite and on their feet. Well trained and we'll mannered. Bayleaf also have corporate discounts and reservations are done too. The chef and his team curates a great menu and the food is very tasty.

Food - 5/5
Service 5/5
Hygiene - 5/5
VFM 4/5

Fatboy Foodie we had gone for our team lunch at the Cafe Bay Leaf Holiday Inn. There was so much variety of food for vegetarians and non vegetarians. The teriyaki chicken had a nice tangy taste to it and it was nice and tender.

The paprika fried fish had a crunchy coating and the fish was soft and tender from inside, had no bones inside.

The chicken pahadi was nice and tender from the inside and it came right of the bone. The only problem was that it had to many bones with teriyaki chicken and pahadi chicken.

After a long time I had Ham salad, this salad was so amazing and the ham was tender to, had a nice garlic taste to it.

All the assorted breads were nice and soft also when you put in mouth, they melted.

All the desserts were amazing specially the marble cake with chocolate sauce and custard. The mango barfi and the chocolate tart were to die for I was in desert heaven.

Quality 4.5
Taste 4.5
Quantity 4.5
Services 4.5
Shiksha Chourasia
As I was staying at the Holiday Inn we had our dinner here. We ordered Chicken tikka, Kadhai Murgh, Garlic naan and aloo paratha. All the dishes were good in taste but the naan could have been better. We also had their dessert which was mud cake sizzler and was amazing in taste.
Wandering Around Cities
I and my friend went here for a sunday breakfast and we really enjoyed. There was a huge variety of deserts there. The best part was the welcoming staff present there
Amruta Kamble
Very bad buffet. Tasteless and bland food. What we liked there was the papad achar and curd Rice. I had taken my clients here for lunch n I felt very disgusted and embarrassed the food was so bad. Do not waste ur money here.
Sangeeta Mahapatra
Visited this place for lunch with a big group of office colleagues hoping to have an enjoyable experience. However, it turned out quite the opposite.

We opted for the lunch buffet. The salads to starters to most other dishes were so cold that they were completely tasteless. On mentioning the same, few starters were re-done and served hot, sure tasted better but once the start was ruined, it wasn't going to get better.

Overall below average food for the price (665/- + taxes) for a 5 star establishment as such. These guys really need to step up their game food wise if they want customers anywhere close to be being happy.
I sure am not going back.
Rome
I was here with my Mum to have the breakfast buffet a week ago on Sunday.. The place is spacious and beautiful , Staff is courteous & friendly , Coming to the yummy buffet it consisted of
Tea - Variety of green tea , black tea , earl grey
Coffee - black coffee , coffee (with milk)
Croissants
Muffin
Cereals
Juice - Spinach & Cranberry juice
Toppings - whipped cream , nutella , choco chips , dry fruits and more
Pancakes , Chicken Salami , Boiled Chicken , Donut
Fruits , Cut fruits
Indian breakfast had idli sambar with two types of chutney , puri bhaji , poha
Noodles
Live station

Everything was very well done , food tasted amazing we both wer completely full .. Mom liked it as well😜🤗
Aarunik Gupta
Once a lunch buffet, they provide a variety of mouth-watering vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with fresh salad and desserts. The staff working over there is quite friendly. The preparation is cool, taste is delicious and the ambience is classy. Had some mocktails, which were really awesome. Spent a great time over there. Must visit this place once you are near Hinjawadi, Pune. Must go for the buffet.
Ambience: 5/5
Service: 4/5
Food: 4/5
Economical: 4/5
Vishal Adsool
One word to describe the food here - Pathetic! Went with my family for food and was disappointed to the gut. First of all they did not have a seating of our choice despite of having hardly any occupancy and secondly the food preparation was way below average. The edible percentage is proportional to the review rating. The chicken was half cooked, the chicken clear soup tasted like broth. The bread was evidently underbaked and left without butter and the funny name mocktail tasted like green tea with soda. Total disaster. Avoid this place.
Makarand
Limited spread for non-veg, little better for veg food. Deserts variety is decent. Live counter offers only pizza, average quality. Overall most dishes in buffet were very bland, you could find may be 1 or 2 to offer some taste. For such a branded hotel, this was a disappointment. Perhaps they cater to non-indian palate.
Nilanjan Majumdar
Had a nice elegant lunch here for a corporate lunch last week...the spread wasn't that lavish, but was delicious definitely. The sweets section was just too good and I ended up gorging on them like a caveman...and eventually slept off during my company meeting :-p
Riddhish Gore
Not the best of options for buffet. Only 4 starters & all of them were pathetic. Thai curry was the best amongst the buffet. The lighting is poor in the restaurant, I don't know why. Desserts were alright but almost everything on the buffet failed to impress. Not at all expected from such a huge brand. Service is unquestionable though.
Divya
Just a very very bad experience. Holiday Inn is a standard across the globe but this one is just unkempt.

We went for dinner buffet and the lights were dim, flies all around m, cold stale looking food. Never going here again.
The only saving grace was a lil better service.
Jitendra Nikam
Visited Cafe bayleaf yesterday with family by taking deal for Sunday brunch (took deal from another merchant)...

Positive---

1) Food was good, taste wise almost everything was good.

2) In deal fish was not mentioned but we got it in starter.

3) Liked mutton buryani, chicken masala and nan.

4) Desserts were good, liked shewaya and fruit faluda.

5) on request they arranged baby sit for my daughter and it helped a lot to enjoy our food and she also enjoyed

Negative---

1) As I had taken deal for Brunch, i believe manager didn't like it. The general manners which we observe in other big hotels were missing.

2) Food spread was missing, like only one chicken main course was available.

3) Ambience was not what I expected after looking at photos, might be due to rainy season.

4) Mock tails was unlimed in my deal but quality was not up to mark.

5) Had to remind them that fruit rubady, pastries are over and bring the new one (point is no body was there to manage these things)

But overall experience was good. Would like to revisit.
ANUPRIYA KAREER
We were here at their KBC fest dinner buffet and we did NOT find it disappointing at all. For 600/- per plate it was a steal deal. Starters and main course had limited spread but Fulfilling in all aspects. Mutton shorba was awesome and chicken tikka was cooked to perfection. The veg and non veg biryanis were mildly spiced keeping in mind the foreigner guests. The salad bar had good varieties and tasted really good. The desserts section had pretty good spread. Their seviyan kheer turned out to be the best dessert item. Last but not the least, the great service and interaction by their head chef Mr. Ganpat made sure that we had a great time and he left no stone unturned. Looking forward to another steal deal food fest from their side.

Only 1 word .. PATHETIC..

Have never eaten such taste less food..
Add to that service is so slow that u will die waiting..

Such big hotel and such poor quality..
Better to have road side wada paav then wasting money here..

Totally to be avoided..
Manthan Bhatt
If there is below 1 star rating here than for sure it deserves that. Very poor service & Food, unprofessional staff n managers.Buffet food quality is very bad and more on that it was tasteless and seems to be a yesterday's coocked food. One should opt for road side Dhabha - where you can have atleast fresh food, rather than going for holiday inn and wasting their money n time.
Nimisha Bhatt
Pathetic food and pathetic service. Only few waiters to serve. We had been there for buffet lunch. They have no options for vegetarians and also don't facilitate veg customers. Menu shows lots of options but when you go there they fool people by saying that they have only this much options for vegetarians. Food was not properly cooked. Everything was cold. Everything was provided after asking for facility. Manager was rude and was not giving proper answer. I suggest not to go for parties else your party will be ruined and not good food after paying a lot of money.
Nikita Kothari
We opt for Buffett..,,,Very bad experience.,,,.Food quality is very bad..Poor service..Not expected like this...Don't waste money there...!!
Firoz Shah
Only the service and the ambience Is good here .. the service though very slow the service staff is courteous n the nice spacious airy ambience makes up for below average food .. may be my expectations were sky high considering it is holiday Inn n all .. but alas ..
Bharat
If there was a rating less than 1, this joint deserves it.
Useless food and totally non deserving of any rating.
Cold, stale.food.
The staff is another add on to the whole terrible experience with they just not being interested.
They come to you at 10.15 pm and tell you that they are lifting the buffet
Then why did you not tell me when we came in at 10.00 pm.
Please do not WASTE your time, occasion and money by ever going here.
So.many better options.and at that rate.
Vikram Sahoo
Good food awesome ambiance and service was proper and classy!!! We had booked for buffet which was served very nicely to us. It seemed too classy to me in respect to plates and spoon used..
Love For Food
last visited the place with family, the selection of food in the buffet is excellent, the service staff is courteous enough to serve us the starter on our table while dining their. Best part they have happy hours where they have huge range of selection of beverages to select.

Location is nice, our kids enjoyed as they have a lot of space outside the cafe towards the pool side where kids played.

Buffet has value for money, & worth spending time with family.
Sonali Gonsalves
Great place to stop on the way back from Mahabaleshwar. It's on the highway and not hard to get to. We ordered a coffee, chicken tikka and a chicken and mayo sandwich (large portion). All were great. The mint chutney with the chicken tikka was particularly good. The chicken tikka was well cooked. Our waiter Papua was very sweet and efficient. Refreshes you for the rest of your journey, ours was to Mumbai.
Nikita
I like the place. The ambiance is very good. Been there with colleagues and once with office client as well. The food is too good. Liked the service there.
Shahaji Pawar
We had a office party at this place some couple of days back.
Food was awesome and it was pre-decided by the project people so not sure about other days.

Service was good. Music was awesome, DJ was playing Bollywood & Hollywood tracks. So overall this is a nice place to visit in hinjewadi.

A good place to eat if someone is on the Mumbai - Pune highway and wants to fine dine. The hotel is bang on highway and easily accessible. Lot of space for parking. Ambiance is very good. Food quality is good and one can enjoy lot of non-veg dishes. I specifically tried Fish and fries (fries seemed faded maybe my luck) and tried some kun pao chiken. Both Fish and chicken were nicely cooked. The hotel has alcohol also available. can't review on that since i don't drink.
Harshad
Nice coffee shop of Holiday inn, the ambience is quite nice with a huge room and high ceiling. The menu spread is a bit limited although non-vegetarians will not complain much. The veggies are left wanting for more. Ample parking as its a hotel and great service. Recommended once, when you are not short of time!

We had breakfast over here. It starts from morning 6:30 to 10:30. The buffet contains a variety of items from different Indian cuisines.
We had nicely bottled refreshing drinks of different flavours ranging from lassi to carrot juice to watermelon juice.
I had puris, Gobi paratha with rajma and some other daal. Tasted the noodles, crispy chicken rolls, and a chicken preparation that tasted lot like chicken manchurian. There was also chicken preparation in indian style curry. and lots more.
I have tried one sandwich which was nicely baked by the staffs with some cheese and salami.
The live counter served cheesy chicken omelette.
The best part of the IHG breakfasts is their bakery. They were really very tasty and mouthwatering.

Had been to Cafe bay leaf on a Friday evening last week for dinner buffet and it turned out be a big let down.
Right from the soup, starters, main course and desserts everything was below average. Not at all star hotel food.
Starters were soggy, salads lacked flavour. Main course non veg section had egg curry , basa fish, hyderabadi chicken and egg and pea fried rice - fried rice was the best of the four items displayed in nonveg section.
Desserts were equally bad. Ice cream was stone hard and tasted like local icecream.
In short this is the worst review I ever wrote but everything is true - avoid this place.

I brought this to the staffs notice they were courteous enough to make a Chinese chicken dish and a veg pasta dish fir us and we finished our food and left after sharing our feedback with the F&B manager.
Service was good but food .......
Had been there for the buffet dinner. Being a star property the ambiance was great. The staff was courteous right from the gate. Now, the food... this is where the cracks begin to show, i expected more choices in starters, soup tasted great. Salad bar had lots of choices alas some looked they were prepared earlier. No complains about main course except that there should have more choices of rice or atleast different variations.
Will i revisit again? Probably but for the price we pay we expect more.

Sunday morning and breakfast time after an entire week of work you just feel like treating yourself with a king size breakfast. Was in a mood for a drive so being an early riser I decided to check out holiday inn which is again quite far. But hey, nothing comes easy right? At least good food! So driving early morning with good music and empty roads the perfect setting for breakfast. I started feeling the hunger pangs :-) as i took the long route through katraj on the way I saw some people running that's when I found out there was a marathon happening that side just my luck! it took me a while to get around the traffic and enter this place, a decent ambience and well trained staff. Always smiling. Quickly glancing through the options I took a glass of water melon juice and vanilla milk shake first. Before I knew it a lot of people who came for the marathon ended up here for breakfast I knew then that this place is going to get crowded :-) next up I filled my plate with the yummiest burnt garlic noodles and poached fish both were yummy and made you go back for the second helping. Ordered dosa from the live counter it was average but the sambar was tasty. They had small dumplings of vegetables like a momo called "money bags" cute but not that tasty but the fruit salad the bakeries the pan cake with whipped cream and French toast were cooked to perfection. They also had the regular affair of poha peas paratha sabudana wada and idli which were good but the continental stuff like sausages and vegetable and chicken panini were too good to miss. Had a round of each though ;-) another helping of burnt garlic noodles and mushroom fried rice and jam Danish followed by a perfect cup of cappuccino with fresh waffles and I was in wonderland :-) I did find small shortcomings though but nothing worth mentioning all in all worth the drive good place to start your day.

Absolute Disappointment. 900 Rs nearly per person for dinner buffet and you don't get a single item drool worthy. Everything is badly cooked, tasteless. Starter we had only two non veg option and both are tasteless. They don't know how to cook mutton. Even the ice cream was full of sugary ice and no cream at all. Only good thing is the ambience and they have lot of space where my toddler could run around but again the food is too expensive and totally not worthy.

Very nice Ambience. Good quality food. Wide variety of dishes for breakfast. Excellent preparations. Had lunch too and the food was equally good as breakfast. A good place to hang out with friends and family.

Would have given 5, but a few of our group were Jain and Jain food was served very slow and very late. Need improvement here.

We been there many times...approach inner service road to the hotel.
For many the hotel would go off the sight.
Food is decent. One could enjoy in teams or groups.....but not much options.
The cafe and Felix bar r one in one.
Until one Climbs the stairs and reaches the first floor to the lounge and bar!
Staff is decent.

Good place to have a buffet dinner. Been there thrice and all three times loved the food and service. You can be there with your family, friends, colleagues as well as with your date. Absolute chilled out and relaxed place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Buffet was slightly over priced but thats OK for once in a while self indulegence.

There are very few places in hinjewadi where one can go for team outings, one of such few places is restaurant at holiday inn. It is called cafe bay leaf. They have got wide spread buffet for lunch.
The good part of this place unlike other buffet places is that the good is served hot and is fresh.
Desserts are yummy
Staff is very courteous and good.

I knew this will be bad as per the ratings given . But just for the sake of trying , We have had a horrible lunch experience . Only two starters for Non veg and that too average . For veg they were serving Gobi as starter . LOL . Now the main course section is even worse . The mutton was half boiled and only one rice option . They are more interested in the salads and 10-15 types of salads are being served . It was a waste of money .

We have chosen Holiday Inn Buffet for our office party as we have visited other hotels so many times and wanted to go for some other restaurant near Hinjewadi.
But unfortunately we had very worst experience.
It might be a good hotel for lodging but certainly It is not the place to have good food.

After a tiring day at work and after taking a good sound sleep with a breakfast next morning like this at Holiday inn certainly has to be one of the best breakfast i have had from a long long time.

Their hospitality made it more comfortable and easy for me to go through all the varieties with ease.

Everything tasted so right and was prepared with next to perfection.

i would love to come back again to this place and it definitely is recommended for everyone to try their wide spread of breakfast buffet.

A very sad club sandwich, even grade one restaurant in Mumbai would do a better job of this. It's a shame to see this in a star property like holiday inn.

I loved the breakfast they serve. I had sandwich with fries. It was heavy and most importantly it tasted awesome.
Lunch is also decent.
They must improve on their Tandori Rotis.

Reached this place at mid-night 01:15 am and was dam hungry .From available menu ordered french fries which was a treat to have. All fries were equally crispy with adequate amount of salt. We ordered spaghetti chicken pasta which was equally good. Ambiance was good and so was service . In spite of so late every staff member was courteous .
Few years back this place was average bit now it seems they have really picked up.

One of the better breakfast buffets in pune. They have enough options to get your day kick-started in the most positive way. Ambience and service gets full marks here. Put this place on your task list when travelling to pune and you will never regret the decision.

Sometime back went here for breakfast, though they messed up with 1 dish. But then the customer service was awesome and made our breakfast on the house even when not asked for it.

Would recommend to visit this place.

Overall an unsatisfactory experience. Not much variety in starters, also with an ordinary taste. The range of salads, however, was good. The main course, again, was not too special. The part that I liked were the deserts. The taste was great and again a good variety.
Considering the high buffet-rate, you won't be satisfied with the overall experience.

If I were to visit again, the only dish I would have are the pizzas !! They custom-make pizzas for you in an open oven...thin crust pizzas are worth a try ( pizzas not included in buffet ), and quite delicious.

Additionally, the service from waiters is below par, as also the cleanliness.

Overall, a lot of margin for improvement.

Aweful coices for the dinner. Charges were exhorbitant and even they have charged for the mineral water which should have been given in courtsey when you eat dinner. No taste in any of the items. Deserts arent too great at times.
Indranil Bhattacharya
Very good food. We tried chicken risotto, chicken lasagne & chicken biryani. All food made very authentic way. Adequate amount and reasonable price.

Had been here for a team lunch at their lunch buffet yesterday. From a five star property perspective the buffet was crap. Generically it was about average.

Decent ambience, comfortable sitting area. The blue glasses need to be thrown off as they seem very cheap. Just a suggestion...

The service was nice. Very friendly staff and though the lunch buffet was packed with in house guests, we were very well attended to.

The food.
Starters. The tandoori fish salad was nice. I was disappointed by the other fish dishes. They came cold and soggy. The chicken in thyme jus was room temperature though it was in a chaffing dish.
The mains were just as average. The ajwain paneer had literally no seasoning. The mutton rogan josh was good. The chicken dish I don't remember its name, but was strictly average.
They had something called a dal dhaba which was a twist on dal makhani and was really delicious.
The dessert buffet was the only saving grace and they turned up some neat stuff here.
I loved the orange souffle and the kiwi leamington. The Italian steamed cake was not how it's supposed to be, but tasted good nonetheless.

Price- Didn't pay the bill, so can't comment on this.

Overall. I expected more, much more from holiday inn but got lesser in return from a property with such a global reach.

The buffet spread is good.. especially pork, fish and the desserts.. Love their salads too !!
The ice creams are just about average though..
Peaceful sit out on a lazy Sunday afternoon with above average food..

I was staying here for 3 days, so had chance of having dinner for 3 nights. Veg Biryani served here is auromatic and tasty. Also I relished on a dish called Mutton Masala prepared by Chef N. Tiwari. The mutton was soft and delicious and curry was equally tasty. The dining room has good ambience and prompt service. Lots of pastries and desserts in the menu as well buffet option. The morning breakfast has many options and it is good to start the day with it. Good dining options available for vegeterian as well as non-vegeterian foodies.

Its a good place for buffet! There are lot of good options in desserts. Service is very good. Once we ordered panjabi and italian food...its was OK but not as per our expectations. Overall a good place to visit.
