First Visit. Comfortable. Personally would have preferred a bit more brightness. Service - very good Food 1.Friday sesame chicken strips - good and bid portion. 2. Chimichuri chicken wings. Good taste and portion size 3. Fridays shrimps. Tasty. Less shrimps and more French fries. Tasty though 4. Creole style steam with shrimp. Excellent. 5. Had standard beer and whisky All in all worth going again

TGI Fridays is a place that needs no introduction. Went there on Saturday evening and the place is worth every penny. We were attended and welcomed by Mr. Faruk and he suggested some awesome dishes from the menu. The place is very well maintained and gives a vibe as if you are sitting in the States itself. The food is top notch and service is fast and superb. Located on the second floor of Pavillion mall on Senapati Bapat Road, they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Do try their Fried onion rings & burgers 🍔. Good place to chill with a group of friends. I highly recommend this place if you are in Pavillion and looking to grab some awesome American food.

The atmosphere as always was good and pleasent apart from the fact that the songs might have been repeated in very short intervals. The food was tasty specially the Garden Burger was 9.5/10 Spaghetti pasta was good but the garlic bread had a hair in it, but the staff quickly shared a replacement 7.7/10 Tandoori BBQ Pizza was tasty and flavorful. Felt that the base could have been more thinner. 8.2/10 The Peach mocktail was perfect 9/10 and won't mind ordering the second time. Also worth mentioning is that even if the restaurant was pretty busy the food was served without much delay.

Absolutely enjoyed the vibe here . The open air terrace seating is really fantastic. It can be a quiet date for a table of a lively fun area for a group of friends. Indoors the music creates a amazing atmosphere and sports fan can also enjoy live games screened. Do visit from on weekdays Monday through Thursday to enjoy a special Buy 1 get 1 menu. Cocktails are a good option here to go for, rather than the regular beers. Ladies do give the cosmopolitan a try- it’s absolutely amazing. My favourite bites here to go with my drink are the onion rings. Crisp, tasty and delicious to munch on. A nachos platter would also be great for cheese lovers. The Hangover burger is a perfect American burger with juicy patty, melted cheese and half fry egg. Pastas portion are also good for two. I absolutely love the creamy Alfredo pasta - highly recommended

I had ordered Southwest Caesar Salad from here and when I received it it was very well packed and no spillage. The portion was also good and now coming to the taste, it was very very good. Romaine and lettuce with grated cheese and croutons and perfectly made dressing which I mixed and it tasted very good. This was my good decision to order from here and they perfectly fulfilled it. :)

We went to TGI Fridays in Pavilion Mall last Thursday to avail their BOGO offer on food during lunch time. They have this offer Mon - Thu from 12-5PM. Being a renowned American chain, we expected them to serve classic global cuisine, especially Burgers and Tex Mex and the food really impressed us. We tried Mashed Potato Cakes and Double stacked Quesadillas in Appetisers, followed by American Veggie Pizza, Garlic Spaghetti Vegetali and Garden Burger. The Dessert Island Breeze Sundae was huge and can be easily shared among 4-5 people. We ended up ordering a lot of dishes in excitement, as the food was really nice. Since the quantity was humungous for the value it offered during the offer, we had to even take some of it as parcel as we couldn't manage to finish it. Their cocktails are great too, and LIIT variants are definitely worth a try. Overall everything made for a great experience. Get Friday vibes every day of the week at TGI Fridays!

Located in Pavillion mall, this place is well-known for the burgers they serve. The staff and service were good, they arranged for the table immediately even though it was a full house. Food was great, the burgers were huge and stomach filling, the sides were also amazing. Overall a great experience.

I have visited TGI Fridays a couple of times. Both times I had burgers here. The burgers are really good. The meat is properly cooked as I like it. The veggies are fresh and overall they are the right amount of moist. They are served with fries and dip which I enjoyed too. We also ordered fried mozzarella sticks and did not enjoy it. We found them to be overfried, with less salt and the appearance is more of a brick rather than a stick. For that price I expected something much more juicy and tender. The service is prompt, but on both occasions it was a weekday so there was no rush in the mall. The decor is good. It's good to take your friends and have a good time with a light beer and burgers. I'd recommend the place for the burgers, not so much for their appetizers.

Chicken Quesadilla : Good quantity of filling , Delicious chicken quesadilla served with French fries , Sour cream & salsa . 2. Cajun Shrimp & Chicken pasta : Creamy and delicious pasta with big sized prawns . Served with a Super buttery garlic bread 3. Tuscan Chicken pizza: Fresh thin crust pizza with ample of toppings 4. Wingman Burger: This one is highly recommended Delicious huge burger with a succulent patty & greens topped with delicious chicken wings skewered on it . Served with a Lot of French fries 5. Blackened chicken tacos : This was unique. Soft shell tacos with delicious black beans & chicken filling . Served with a creamy dip , Fries on the side and topped with Onion rings. We ended our meal with TGIFs take on the classic sizzling brownie. Brownie obsession : In house baked perfect walnut Brownies served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sauces.. Caramel , chocolate sauce add to the flavour Overall a great experience and definitely worth it.

There are so many good things about TGI Fridays! The amazing ambience as a rooftop with an outdoor seating space, the yummy Long Island ice teas (LIIT), the delicious veg and non veg platters, or even the overall Mexican cuisine! This was my 3rd visit to this outlet and enjoyed as much! The staff is warm and helpful, the service is good as well! Head here if you are looking for a relaxing experience with delicious food!! You have to try their LIITs specially the Ultimate Electric one!

Tired hangover and classic chicken burgers n they were great, one of the best I had till now. Veg food felt little homely. The place has good vibe to hang out with friends. Service was good too, very courteous staff.

TGIFriday - 2nd Floor, Pavilion Mall, Senapati Bapat road Cuisine: American diner/bar/restaurant. Good stuff: Ambiance and mainly the food. Bad stuff: Absolutely slow service, unattentive servers. Appetizer was the lone dish of Jack Daniel’s BBQ pork ribs which were really amazing. We ordered main course of a chicken dish with crab meat, a salad and a tenderloin steak. The entire main course was served after minimum 45 mins. Astonishing part was that the salad was delivered the last. The tenderloin steak came in quite cold. Due to unattentiveness of the servers, our main course was not picked up promptly from the kitchen and hence we got our food delayed and cold. The manager was kind enough to apologize and replace the steak within a few mins and this time it turned out to be really good. A dinner which could have been over in 1 hour cost us 2 hours 10 mins (and extra money over the designated 2-hour mall parking charges) just because of pathetic service right from ordering water to the final bill. Overall, the food is indeed good. Place has a nice charm to it esp being in a swanky new mall. But please go with a lot of time and patience which is indeed a virtue here.

It was ok...food was average...ambience is good...and yes about bill...it was approximately 1500 without tax...and after adding gst and service charge it came approximate 2000+...lolz...

This place is a great combination of service and food. Thank you Omkar for a fantastic service. I would rate 3.5 for overall food experience. However, lemon ice tea and coffee walnut mud pie is a must try for dessert!

Dilbag was a great guy. Right from the entrance to the time of leaving, he ensured a great service was provided. The rooftop ambience was an added beauty. Would recommend to occupy the place during the sunsets. Beautiful!

The place is fancy but food & drinks are bland. We ordered Nachos, Fish fingers, LIT and Whiskey Sour out of which Fish fingers were decent but Nachos were awful. LIT and Whiskey Sour too were not up to the mark. Really disappointed.

The overall experience was so wonderful ❤️ the service was great, good ambiance, good music superb staff.. especially Mr Dilbag Singh. He is so humble and decent. Very Customer centric and is an excellent person. Thanks to him we will keep visiting this place again and again.

Food quality and taste was not satisfactory . Descriptions given in the menu was found to be very misleading since what was served was quite different . The Alfredo pasta was little undercooked and filled with too many tomatoes . The same was with the chicken Veracruz - along with the chicken breast came some rice that tasted like “bhel” . Absolutely not worth the money

Very bad!!!! Food too is not worth at all...nachos costs 700 bucks and preparation is worst.All our drinks were diluted including our beer.We were very disappointed.They need to really work on there preparations because not even one dish we ordered was satisfactory.

Beer is diluted. Mocktails have nothing but ice in it. Food is tasteless or rather tastes bad. We ordered nachos which were very bad in taste and loaded with raw vegetables. Fries were hardly 10-15 in number and they are charging horrendous price for it. Quesadillas had no salt and the cheese they use it bad. Please don't come here unless you want your money to get wasted.

I was craving for Mexican so hopped into TGIF in pavilion for lunch. There is ample seating available with an outdoor seating overlooking the road outside pavilion. Since it's on the top floor, the view would be nice in the evenings.<br/><br/>I ordered the veg nachos and Chipotle Yucatan chicken salad. The salad was incredible. The naachos were were fully loaded but I fell short of the guacamole. Otherwise they are tasty too. The portion sizes we're larger than normal<br/><br/>Already quite full from the appetizer, I ordered The sizzling cottage cheese and veg fajita. It was excellent. Served with orange rice and a barrage of veggies, it was the perfect end to the meal.<br/><br/>The service was excellent and portion sizes were great to share.

Their service and food was really good... until the management changed.<br/><br/>The service now is not as good as it was before. Their weekdays lunch hours special menu which was their main catch for me just went for a dip as they've now changed their menu and made it so unattractive.<br/><br/>Their loyalty points scheme is a BIG GIANT SCAM. I used to go there regularly since their food was so good but just decided never to return after finding out about their misguiding loyalty scheme. First of all, they add just about Re 1 for every Rs 100 spent. I was messaged on my phone number that I have about 450 points. I went back to redeem my points. They first said that I had '0' points. I had to argue with the manager to prove that I had the points. Once I got that sorted, they're telling me that I cannot claim the points on the total bill and that it can only be redeemed on a single item from the menu which is lesser than the value of the points earned. That ticked me off and I decided to leave and they weren't bothered to ask or try to retain. This just misguides every consumer and has to be addressed.

The place is one of the best for lunch buffets but since they have changed their menu, it is not appealing. Also, they are charging service charge which is not legal after GST was imposed. <br/>Regardless taste is good and the quality is also to the mark. They should just improve their menu and make the dishes cost effective.

Visited this place 2 weeks back. It’s food is totally worth it. I ordered one Parmesan crusted chicken, triple chicken sampler and one classic signature mojito. The Parmesan crusted chicken had a salad bowl with two pieces of chicken breasts that were perfectly cooked and pasta as the sider. The tripe chicken sampler had three delicious varieties of chicken. And the mojito was a cherry on top. <br/>The place was a little over priced compared to their food. <br/>The staff was very cooperative and helpful. <br/>I would highly recommend this place for an amazing and lavish dinner.

This one has a full American pub feel to it. <br/>They are slightly on the pricier side but the quality of food is definitely worth it!

For me this is the best place in town. It has something for everyone though you decide to go with family or friends.<br/>Ambience and service is great. The service could be a little bit quicker but the flavours and food covers up for the lost time.<br/>Things definitely to try will be Pizza and Chicken Wings. <br/>All of us were a big fan of Steaks and the sides included with it. It was truly well done and as a meal it was the best to have at this joint. In all, Absolutely brilliant in all areas!

Perfect place for causual dinning.Our server Karthik Nair made our experience more interesting. He was well experienced and trained. Must visit on weekdays they do have bar shows and birthday celebrations.

700 rupees we paid for a vegetarian pink sauce pasta which didn't even taste great. Not kidding. I thought I was going to like this place but the food was average and after looking at the bill, I was taken aback. Food service charge is not the same as liquor service charge, also total tax is added separately. Of course we refused to pay the service charges. The problem is not the service, in fact, omkar our waiter, he outdid himself to make us comfortable but the food and bill is outrageous. Excellent time entertained buy the cocktail waiter who is the Tom Cruise of Pune with plenty of tricks and bottle spins. Sitting at the bar while eating provides free entertainment!

Go for the mains, skip the sides. The mains are an absolute delight. The presentation, taste, and faithfulness to the original cuisine is on point. The prep time is longer than average but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend the tenderloin steak in texas sauce, medium rare with mashed potatoes and buttered broccoli, which I always have no matter what. The cocktails are great and well balanced, though on the expensive side. Last time we had had most of the appetizers though found them lackluster against their cost. The mains though are filling and definitely worth it.

Had ordered roast chicken, with a rum &amp; coke on the side. The roast chicken was not upto the mark and the taste was very monotonous. Nothing much on the sides for change of taste. The veggies were tasting as if they were prepared the day before. <br/><br/>The rum &amp; coke, there was no fizz in the coke. Again, an old opened bottle of coke was used in the preparation.<br/>They charge a very hefty service charge of 12% on their already expensive food. For a plate of roast chicken of Rs. 705, I paid a service charge of Rs. 85 + govt. taxes.<br/>This food is definitely not worth that price.

This is costly place and taste of food is average. As such not much options present in food menu also. As well as the option already have are of much huge portion which is not feasible to order. Single dish has a huge portion so order second dish us much more costly and quantity will be much. Need to improve over menu taste and quantity and it’s cost. Reduce portion size as well as cost and provide more options.

The all time favourite TGIF!!! Nails it all! Be it music, food or ambience.<br/>Kartik was excellent with his service and suggested good options to our guests which were to their liking.<br/>The Pasta was excellent however the tenderloin was a bit chewy for a medium well. Small glitch but no harm done. <br/>Hope this will be taken sportily.<br/>Kudos!<br/>

Food was wayyy way below expectations. Chimichurri chicken wings had absolutely no Brazilian flavour, and honestly I’m yet to see skinnier wings, there was really nothing to eat on it. The Mozarella sticks too were pretty bland. The quantity for those was good, in fact too much, they could have instead just added some flavour or given a selection of sauces instead. It’s difficult to have more than two sticks. Although the waiter did offer a couple of sauces to help us down the wings, feel the preparation itself was lacklustre. Sorry.

The ambience is good. They have live screenings as well. We ordered mocktails and sangria. Both were pretty good. The chicken chimmichurri was very tasty. The nachos and pizza could have been better though. They also had an offer of buy 1 get 1 on shots. It was a good experience overall.

We went on a Saturday afternoon around 12 noon. We were the only people around. We were hungray but the staff is pathetic. We ahd to call out every single time. We did not order drinks as they looked a bit exhorbitant. Thank god. The chicken wings they served are the worst ones I must have had anywhere in the world. The sauce supplied was of a taste I can't even describe. the tortillas were next and they ha shalf the ingrediaents which were half cooked! We ethen decide dto play safe and order a psata hoping that no one can ever spooil a simple pasta! Lo, behold they managed to serve the most tasteless pasta as well! The final bill for all these items 2800! Avoid this place

Excellent place in a cozy corner of the mall. Food spread and choice is very good. Preparations are well made and service is excellent. This was the second visit (first one after enrolling for Zomato Gold).

TGIF is a popular hangout across the country. We happened to visit the one located in Pavillion mall. The ambience is decent and staff is very welcoming. Now coming to the appetizer review the chicken quesadillas deserve a special mention, the Tennessee wings were delectable, sesame fish fingers were average in taste. What needs improvement is the menu around the main course which I feel is limited and not very alluring. The Caribbean seafood and chicken rice was mediocre in terms of taste and flavour. The vegetarian option is sparse in the menu. We ordered sizzling cottage cheese and veg fajita which was delicious. The only thing that disappointed me is the pricing where you will feel the pinch because food is slightly overpriced.<br/>

Ambience: The outside seating area is lovely. The inside area can get a little noisy with loud music - it can get difficult to talk. But if u are in mood for a good time with music, you will enjoy. The servers do a quick number in the evening which is fun.<br/>Service: service is prompt, no problem with zomato gold or otherwise.<br/>Food: Not so good. Everything tasted bitter, maybe it was the oil or other ingredients. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and veg platter.<br/>Liquour: We ordered beer and LIIT. LIIT was really really dilute, and was almost money waste. Beer was okay.

Nothing much to complaint as far as service and ambience is concerned. They work as a very well oiled engine.<br/>Food quality is overall good. Could have added more twists to the food. We had pizza and it was wonderful. The chicken (pic attached) looked great and tasted good too, but too much bones and less meat.. so got little despointed..<br/>We stayed very late and the attendant got released from her duty, so we had to look for someone to attend in the end...

Food is very mediocre, nothing outstanding. I see lack of enthusiasm in food preparation and service. TGIF when came to India n today's experience is vast difference. Definitely not worth it

Bad food, impolite staffs, as it’s a chain it has a good ambience. I wouldn’t wanna visit this place again. I did complain regarding the taste of food, and the staffs said they cannot do anything. So guys try to improve and make sure no one faces any trouble in future.

Wonderful service by Brito, the drinks were excellent and the burger was heavenly. Friday’s at TGIF are the best. I would recommend everyone to try coming here on a Friday and avail their amazing offers on food and drinks.

Very bad experience today. Ordered nachos and pasta both tasted pathetic . Drinks were very average according to its price. I have been to many Tgif’s but it did not stood as its own level.

TGIF is located on the 2nd floor of pavillion mall. The ambience, decor and hospitality of this restaurant is great. The food was pretty good too. The main issue was that this place is a bit too overpriced. The drinks were very watered down.

Considering the experience I had from TGI Fridays Bangalore, this outlet is not upto the mark.<br/><br/>Ambience is 60% and good offers on drinks however the food is not worth the cost.

A nice and comforting place to chill. I really liked the outdoor seating. We ordered:<br/>Mozzarella Sticks: It was so great and cheesy.<br/>Veg Pizza: It had all the veggies and flavours were balanced<br/>Alfredo Pasta: I found it a little bland. Otherwise nicely cooked.<br/>Mojito : The biggest Mojito I ever had 😋

Been to TGIF at different places in the globe, this one stands no exception to the standard they follow. Good quality food, good service and great music. Keep it up guys.

After a hectic Thursday we went here to have a nice chill time, and we were not disappointed at all. I had ordered for their Chipotle Chicken salad and it was amazing. The staff is super courteous, we were served by Omkar, who suggested us the dishes. And the fact that we couldn’t click a photo it was because it was so good that we couldn’t stop eating.

Restaurant is present in pavilion 2nd floor. Indoor and outdoor seating available. <br/>Full bar menu is available. Service is good you have to ask for everything. Screening is available so you can enjoy live sports. Good for dinner date as well for corporate parties. Food quality is good. Food and bar rates are pretty higher.

Visited this place a month ago, We liked the ambiance. For me along with the taste, food presentation has to be attractive for me to really like it, that’s why I have removed 1 star. Overall a good place to hangout with your buddies.

I loved the food. It is a tad bit expensive but certainly worth it. It had long been my wish to try a steak, they serve some great steaks. Highly recommended, for a great experience.

Like the chic American diner vibe, and thanks for the cushioned chairs.<br/><br/>The menu overall is pretty extensive , but tends to lean too much towards non-vegetarian, which is perfectly alright..<br/><br/>The Carrot juice was brilliant and looked great. <br/><br/>The Spaghetti Puttanesca with fresh flavourful tomatoes, olives, capers and loads of Parmesan was a complete picnic! The marinara could have been a tad more tangy, but tasted great nonetheless. The portion size is really good and the ratio of spaghetti to veggies is spot on. And oh, the garlic bread was just exceedingly good, loved it!<br/><br/><br/>The Roadt Vegetable Quesadilla was served with Pico de Gallo , Jack cheese and sour cream. An overload of ultimate freshness on the plate, but wasn’t too happy with the portion size.<br/><br/>The Margherita was an unexpected letdown.<br/>We had a Bocconcini add on and that along with the regular mozzarella completely eclipsed the pizza sauce.<br/>A single shred of heavily oxidised Basil leaf didn’t contribute to the flavour profile either..<br/><br/>I paid for our food and wanted to share some feedback with the chef about the pizza. While I was speaking with the chef(who btw was really courteous), the steward interjected in a very condescending way and i quote “sir are you chef?”. I acquiesced that I wasn’t one but that I knew my food and that he had no reason to cut in. He then threw me another condescending grin and walked away.<br/><br/>The steward didn’t know stuff when I asked prior to ordering (which I why I had to speak to the chef), but had the gall to interject our conversation and disrespect us. <br/><br/>We don’t come there to be humiliated , but to have good food and decent service. I also sent a detailed email about this to their team, but no response (been over 2 months).

As usual perfect place to chill out on Friday nights.. Amazing Western ambiance. We had LIIT Hogarden and Jägermeister shots. Pepper chicken is very tasty. Staff especially Mr. OMKAR served us so well and with love and kindness.<br/>Next visit soon..

As it was Friday, we decided to try TGI Fridays. They have varieties of cocktails. We ordered Dirty Martini which was good and Strawberry Lynchburg Lemonade. I was not sure about how Jack Daniel's would taste with strawberry but it was awesome.<br/>They have Friday offer of 1+1 on chicken wings so we tried Chimichurri, which is a Brazilian twist on chicken wings. It was good, but Original Red Hot wings were a total disappointment.<br/>Fish fingers were better.<br/>Service was good.<br/>Ambience is okay.<br/>Costly place but Zomato Gold saved us :)<br/><br/>I will definitely recommend this for cocktails.

We always have a very good time here. The vibe of the place is so good and amazing hospitality by Brito is way beyond. He makes sure everything is perfect and will go extra mile to get you the things on your table. Like in my case, I wanted a Cappuccino and despite of some machine issue. He managed to make one. The bar show by him was awesome and got the complimentary Cocktail which was so unique. Chicken wings were so delicious.
