Tried the charcoal sandwich (RS.80) Taste was good. Place serves fresh bread and cakes.

Good collection of cakes and pastries. Price is slightly up, but the cakes are good. Tried their Chocolate Truffle cake and it was really worth trying. The place is small shop with a counter and display of different food items. Adequate 2 Wheeler parking is there, you can park a car if there aren't any more vehicles. The shop is on the main street so the roads are always busy.

I sample only the veg items and cakes....really good stuff. Each and every cake has been delicious and loved by all the people who have eaten them.....in fact many of them converted into bread story cake fans and customers !

Ordered chocolate truffle customized cake, it was just delicious.

It's a tiny little outlet in Kalyani Nagar but they have the most delectable cakes and pastries around. Their Chocolate Truffle wins hands down as does the Irish Cream. I wouldn't mind them having a few more pieces of doughnuts from time to time, which are either not there or disappear faster than they appear. Give their tea cakes and sandwiches a try though, I've found them to be my paisas worth. Polite and decent chaps behind the counter have always made them an experience worth mentioning. PS: I'd really like it if I could get walnuts in my Chocolate Truffle cake on order the next time please. Haven't been able to convince you of that to date :(

As the name suggests, Bread Story specialises in a variety of breads. The most popular bread includes the whole wheat bread, which is made of flour. They also make other exotic breads like the focaccia with olive and rosemary, and the traditional milk breads. The owner Sony is a nice lady.

A regular here, their cakes and pastries are good and worth ordering for corporate events and birthdays. They do home delivery as well. Have tried their pineapple, choco vanilla, irish coffee, chocolate and fruit exotica cakes. Their pineapple and fruit exotica flavours are the best!

The Bakery that I can always trust, for it's chocolate truffle cake it never lets you down. It is filled with dark chocolate if you order it they make it fresh and as you will cut it it breaks as it's sooo soft.<br/>I know if I have to order even a 1kg cake I can trust bread story with it.<br/>I have tried it's Plum cake as well as it's fruit cake in dry cakes and both are amazing too.<br/>This cake is soft moist and very yummy chocolaty in taste if you are a chocolate fan it's a must try for you 😋

Bought a chocolate cake from here. The cake was creamy and fresh but a little more sweet. Given the price tag it carried, did not find it that great. So 3 stars here.

Love the pastries served. Also one should try the puffs and other bakery items. The home delivery packing too is superb. Quality of the food is to the mark and freshness is noticed.

Been a fan of their freshly baked breads and sandwiches, but this time round ordered this lovely marshmallow strawberry ganache chocolate cake😍 and boy they made it looking like that!! And the taste was to die for ! Beautiful and perfectly topped 6 layers of yumm chocolate cake in there a class apart and this one’s not on the menu so order in advance needed.

The cakes here just melt in the mouth. Specially like the Black Forest, Fruit Exotica and Choco Vanilla flavours. The rates are decent. Overall the best bet for cakes and pastries. It's my go-to place for getting cakes and pastries.

Back then there was no seating available not sure about now. Prices are a bit above average but given the taste, I am willing to shell out that much 😊

The cake was delectable and tasted melt-in-the mouth yummy. Would certainly recommend the place for their cakes, you would fall in love with them :) Definitely delicious, definitely worth reordering and definitely worth spreading the word. Each cake just out beats the other one in taste. Can't decide which one I like better. It is just so soft, tasty, melts in your mouth and delicious.

I ordered a photo print cake for my husband's birthday. I had called up the previous day to get all the information. My call was promptly attended to and we were provided with all the necessary details. We went to the store, sent the photograph by whatsupp and confirmed pickup time. The guy was very upfront that we would have to pick up the cake. We were disappointed but at least we were informed.<br/><br/>On the day of the birthday, we were thrilled to see that the butterscotch cake matched what we had requested. (except for his name appearing under ' Happy'). It tasted great and my husband loved it. Wish they could arrange to deliver it to the house. We had to pick it up which was a bit of an inconvenience.

They are selling stale food. Last month I got a cake it was stale. This month I got one again stale. By 18 month old daughter loves cakes and every month we celebrate her birthday. Whenever it comes to cake bread story is our first option. They have varied range of cakes with designs something different than other cake shops. Fruit exotica is the best I ever had here. Also sandwiches are worth try and even muffins are tasty. <br/><br/>Yes they have a bit problem with delivery where they need to improve a lot.

The cake I ordered was Choco Vanilla and it tasted good. For half kg, we paid 340rs and 10rs extra for knife.<br/>Talking about service, the bread story guys should atleast provide more options of payment with no wallet at all accepted there other than card.

Good place for desserts & breads.. Cake was fresh & moist.. loved the flavours.. also tried the brownie which was good.. But the best thing are the fresh breads.. they have this slight sweet aftertaste to them which i love.. will definitely visit again & try a few more stuff..

Well, I placed the order for a cake through zomato at bread story, the order was accepted and after a wait of 2 hours they decided to cancel the order without informing us. To make matters worse, it was someone's birthday cake and we were playing the host. So, thank you I guess for playing spoil sport.

This is my Go-to place for fresh breads In Kalyani Nagar. Especially the Garlic and Cheese Garlic Breads. They're quite vfm and do have the subtle flavor and aroma of garlic. Just the way I like it. And for 50rs. per loaf, it's A-Okay in my book √<br/>Some of the savories are also pretty decent.<br/><br/>However the prices of regular breads like whole wheat and multi-grain are slightly higher w.r.t. the competition.<br/><br/>This is a relatively well-known bakery and patisserie in Pune with a lot of outlets spread all over town. However, I have found the quality to be inconsistent. Tried a few items from their Viman Nagar outlet but didn't find them as fresh.<br/><br/>No variety in pastries for vegetarians, is the only 👎 for me. Patisseries can, and have gotten really creative with pastries without the need for eggs. Please try and introduce some more eggless pastries into the menu.<br/>Looking forward to trying out the Red velvet marble muffin and the eggless Apple pie as listed in their menu. Awesome cakes, esp the blueberry cake was totally out of this world.. However, one little change, please revise your delivery guys.. They are horrible, and do not cooperate well at all.. All the love that could have been offered on the cakes goes away because of improper deliveries. Also, please see to it that you provide a knife with every cake inclusive.. Missing knife in the cake box takes away all the fun, as there is nothing to cut the cake with..

Nice pastries, breads, cookies and other bakery items. Nothing special though, have had much much better elsewhere. I do like their truffle cake. Apart from that, nothing different from any other bakery.

Very disppointed with the service.I ordered for the delivery of a birthday cake and was charged Rs 30 for "Packing" a birthday cake(Not sure what they did extra except for a card board box).When asked for the knife the sales guy was rude enough to say that its not included in the order,even though i was ready to pay extra.<br/><br/>Zomato guys called to clear up the mess ,all they end up doing was blaming each other for the extra 30Bucks ,yet none of them was ready to take the responsibility .<br/><br/>Over all a very unpleaseant experience ,its definitely my first and last order.

Breadstory-the chain of bakery stores across Pune. It was a quick visit to that place along with my friend who is having sweet tooth and the most probable reason to go that place is that it is situated next to my office premises. <br/><br/>We had been there after lunch and ordered for pasteries ,one is Chocho truffle for my friend and regular pineapple pastry because i like either  fruit or pineapple pastry most. <br/>I liked the taste of my pastry because it was soft and fresh.The sweetness was appropriate and I tried a small bite from my friend's dish also. For all of you who love the chocolate sponge cake at Defence bakery in Delhi, you just have to try the chocolate cake at Bread Story! It's as good as it can get! Among the pastries, If you want to pick between the Chocolate truffle and the Chocolate crunchy, don't waste your time. Get them both!

Bread Story is a chain of bakeries dotted all over Pune and like most has a similar selection of savoury snacks, assorted breads and cakes. The one in Kalyani Nagar is popular but in competition with several of the other bakeries located close by like Alpha, Persian Bakery and Copper Chocs. <br/><br/>I had gone there recently but on entering was overcome by a strong aroma of ittar. Either an employee had doused it without realizing how much was splashed on or a customer had waltzed in and left a trail of this strong perfume. I am fond of ittar but it is hardly conducive in a bakery which is trying to promote its baked goods. <br/><br/>I fled.

This is my favourite little shop to halt for a few minutes while exiting the West End. At very reasonable prices you'll load up on Brown, Multigrain and other breads! Great range of cookies! Some day they may even get a credit card facility and join us in the tax system?

So bread story comes into picture as its time to celebrate the birthday.<br/><br/>I gave orders for Fruit Exotica around 11 AM and requested them to deliver it by 4 PM. But it was delayed by an hour.<br/><br/>I had a bad experience for a couple of times. Cakes will never be delivered on time. <br/><br/>Home delivery is supposed to be at doorstep, but the delivery boy waits outside the gate with a reason they are not <br/><br/>allowed to enter the premises by security guards. <br/>Well other food brands deliver it at doorstep so why is it that you don't.  <br/>Another bad experience is with COD, you need to give an exact amount as he said 'Sir, chutta nahi hain mere pass' <br/><br/>then i bought a knife to finish the deal. So keeping that in mind a person should order accordingly.<br/><br/>A big NO from me.

The delivery experience ruins the taste of the cake. I have been ordering from Bread Story since last year. No issues initially except the fact that they don't deliver on urgent basis. Which was fine as we had to order 3-4hrs prior. <br/><br/>Recently they have started giving reasons for delivering to the exact address of my office/home saying that "Security wala anadar nahi aane deta" whereas there is no such hassle with the security. If Pizza Hut and Dominos and McDonald's can deliver why can't they. Plus Bread Story charges Rs. 30 for delivery of a 1 kg cake. I don't think they have any reason to not deliver if they are charging the delivery charges. <br/><br/>Its not about going out and taking the delivery by myself but its about the ethics the store works on. If they have committed to something they have to follow it. We pay the charges we wait for said time still they talk to us like they are doing us a favour. <br/><br/>To sum it up in one sentence. Bread Story is unprofessional.

Bread story I think their specialty is choco vanilla cake I haven't found a better tasting choco vanilla than bread story's. <br/>Readers it is recommended.

The garlic bread is simply out of this world. Have been eating it almost once or twice a week. It is just amazing. Most of the time u will find it quickly running out of stock. The brown bread and spinach puff is also one of the best

The mushroom and cheese roll and the spinach and cheese wrap is flooded with flavors and creamy cheese. <br/><br/>My most favorite was the veg pinwheel which is a mini pizza but it's class apart!

Delivery on time and maintaining the quality of the cake. And Bread story has never failed to impress. Each order is noted down promptly, they take all the necessary care even in the smallest things like messages to be written on the cake to suggesting the best flavour. And most important thing, deliver on time.<br/>Till Date we have ordered Chocolate Chips, Choco Vanilla, Fruit Exotica and Black forest cake.<br/><br/>Choco vanilla cake - I have not seen better layering of cakes till date. The vanilla icing and the chocolate layers in one bite - a heavenly bite it was.<br/>Chocolate Chips cake - A little more chocolate chips would have made it better than the one described above. Still the cake was as spongy and as creamy as the one above.<br/><br/>Two common things about the cakes - Top quality, less quantity. The cakes are so good that 1 or 2 lbs never seems enough.

Have ordered many cakes from BreadStory KalyaniNagr for celebrating birthdays of my colleagues and friends. The cake is freshly prepared and tastes good. I have tried many different cakes, except Fruit Punch all were good and fresh. They prepare Fresh Cakes on order if you order by 4pm. They even deliver it to your office or residence, if its nearby.

Please Can you update Your latest menu with latest prices because you have written 40 bucks for Veg Club Sandwich and other sandwiches and you charge 45 bucks for the same..
