Review Subway - Pune

Harsha
I visited this place after finding it on Google. The restaurant offers a complete Chinese ambiance, with seating arrangements spanning two floors. However, the space feels a bit congested due to tables being placed quite close to each other. Additionally, the washrooms were far from clean. We ordered thread paneer, mun-chow soup, and prawns Singapore noodles, and all the dishes were exceptionally delicious. The portion sizes were generous, satisfying our appetites well. The staff was courteous, and the service provided was satisfactory. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, especially for four-wheelers. There is no dedicated parking available, and the surrounding area is busy, making it difficult to find a secure parking spot

Have been a customer since over a decade now and must say they have remained consistent in everything... The food is delicious & tasty and the service is lackluster and you feel the enthusiasm is missing. Their Schezwan sauce is one of the best I've tasted. Apart from that we had Veg Manchurian Gravy (entrée) and Veg Schezwan Fried Rice. Delicious, good quantity for two people so you can skip starters if you're not too hungry. I think they need to bring back the printed menus... The scanning QR code belongs to Corona era and there's no need for it especially when Jio doesn't get proper reception on the ground floor. And that's only the menu, you still have to order verbally. No offers or discounts are given. Chang's is like Indo Chinese street food in a restaurant, so it's a bit expensive when compared to others. Plus they were running AC really low... And when asked to turn on the fan it was on for briefly 10 mins and then switched off. I didn't care asking again. Newbies will think this place has parking... Well all the best if you are in a car. The once sleepy Kalyani Nagar has transformed into a mix of old houses and brand new office spaces in under 5-6 years. It's chaos now out on the lanes. Overall I'd suggest you go for the great tasty food... Forget about the ambiance and service. If you want the latter the go somewhere else

I discovered this restaurant on Google, offering an authentic Chinese atmosphere with two floors of seating. However, the limited space and close table arrangement felt cramped, and the washrooms weren't very clean. We ordered thread paneer, mun-chow soup, and prawns Singapore noodles, which were all incredibly tasty with generous portions. The staff was polite, and the service was decent. Parking was a challenge, especially for cars, as there was no dedicated parking, and the area was busy with limited secure spots.

Have been a regular customer of this restaurant. "Sundar, swast, tikau" are three words that perfectly describe Changs Chinese restaurant. The food is 95% delicious. Out of 50 times that iv visited (not joking) over last 8-10 years, food has been great most often. Consistency is thy name! Prices are reasonable and the Indian Chinese served here is awesome! All time favorites are chicken manchow soup, chicken manchurian gravy, Kung pao chicken, burnt garlic friend rice, egg fried rice, chicken lollipops. Minced chicken rice, apple chicken, American chopseuy and spring rolls are other specials. The schezwan sauce is amazing too! Have visited/ ordered via swiggy/zomato several times in the last decade. Would definitely recommend this place for people wanting to try for Indian Chinese food.

A good old fashioned Chinese restaurant. With authentic taste and delicious food! The seating is enough on weekdays but on weekends you might have to wait for a while.

We ordered Sesame chilli chicken, chicken lollipop and Chang's spl chicken noodles. Both the starters were awesome but the noodles were lacking taste.

Tasty food and great service. Among all the dishes that we order, I liked the salt pepper mushrooms. I will definitely recommend this.

Chang's is one of the oldest in the area. Going here since my college days and the quality is maintained till today. If you're looking for affordable, authentic Chinese food with that traditional touch to it, you must check out this place. My ultimate favourite is the thread paneer. Crisp on top, soft on the inside. A perfect snack before your main course. I'll definitely try soups here. Even the basic manchow soup was prepared so well. Besides, the noodles were perfectly cooked. The schezwan chutney was delicious too. If you want to try something different, order Mandarin Chowmein. Soft noodles inside topped with vegetables cooked in Mandarin style. Although I didn't enjoy it that much. No doubt it was one of the best on the menu but the noodles were a bit sticky and the vegetables tasted a bit weird. But you may enjoy it, so do try. Rest, very beautiful ambience giving you a typical Chinese restaurant vibe. Chefs are friendly and you ask them regarding what to order. Service could have been a little more quick. But the wait was worth it.

Chang's is undeniably one of the standout Chinese restaurants in the area, and it lives up to its reputation by serving truly delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially for four-wheelers, as the streets tend to be crowded. However, there's adequate space for two-wheelers, so that's a plus. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their Chicken Rice and Wonton Noodles, and I was thoroughly impressed. The flavors were exquisite, and the portion sizes were generous. In fact, a single bowl of their Wonton Noodles could easily satisfy three people. To cap off the meal, I indulged in their sizzling brownie, which was a delightful treat. It perfectly complemented the savory dishes I had earlier. What makes Chang's even more appealing is its reasonable pricing, considering the high standard of food and service they offer. It's a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine without breaking the bank. I highly recommend giving it a try!

A must try for chinese lovers. Taste is fine. Its ambience is good though too costly for chinese. Road side chinese hv better quality n quantity for same price. Waiting time is too much. Its always full. But its not worth the hype though a chinese love must giv a try to hv a experience. Its manchurian soup was the best. Veg dishes dont taste dat good. There is always a eggy smell coming out of veg rice n noodles. Ambience is good. Don't go on a sunday as u hv to wait for an hour or so. Afternoon tym the rush is less than the evening time. Do try to experience fine- dine chinese.

One of the nostalgic moments my tastebuds had after a long long time. My go to - Thread Paneer (Ref. Images) Thread quality has changes since college times, felt too oily now and also thin and light and crispy like Manchow Soup's Manchow (maybe they gave literally that) it can be improved, but overloaded in quantity for crispy fried lovers My 2nd go to - Burnt Garlic Friedrice (Ref. Images) - Perfectly burnt garlic 🔥 Refreshing - Fresh Lime Soda (I had Salted) Pure concentrated Fresh Lime with just the right amount of soda and salt *just perfect* 👌
