Great place and good ambience...we had ordered a veg spicy pepper roast and a veg fajita pizza as part of a bogo offer....it was delicious and the toppings were fresh and the serving time is quick .Havent tried the non-veg pizzas yet, but i dont think they would disappoint anyone either...great place and would love to visit it again👍

Ordered a thin crust. The bread was very satisfactory. But the pizza on the whole felt very dry. Toppings were adequate. Either sauce or the oils are deficient. Nothing close to an authentic Italian pizza.
Steffi J
We ordered thin crust medium size pizzas, they were as good as regular size and no taste it was like sabzi roti... No trwce of cheese at all. Very disappointed.
Gargi Singh
Ordered home delivery for Double cheese and Tandoori chicken. Both were awesome. Looking at the delivery distance, we felt the pizzas would be cold, but were pleasantly surprised when the pizzas arrived warm. Thanks for the good ones!

Late delivery. A below average experience. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas for 3 of us. They barely managed to suffice. The toppings were stale, the sauce too less. If you really want to sell your food, please improve the quality instead of silly schemes of BOGO. It was the worst experience I've ever had eating pizza.

Papa Johns pizza 🍕 it's really good and tasty... Serving time is very quick and fast... Place is small.... Nice seating arrangement and good staff.... Lovely ambiance...

Thank you so much for making us wait for an hour & serving us with lousiest pizza we've ever tasted. <br/><br/>When the pizzas arrived they were cold & the cheese tasted like rubber & the vegetables used in the farm fresh were stale. <br/>You guys served us with a medium pizza in a large box. That's pure evil on your part. Looks can be deceiving. <br/>If the pizza would've been any bigger it would've ended up in our trash can. The worst pizza we've ever tasted. <br/>Your outlet is a disgrace on the franchise which promises to deliver fresh pizzas to customers. <br/>P.S Thank you for nothing.

The worst pizza ever!<br/>I feel like writing a hate mail to Papa John's for spoiling my evening. We ordered two pizzas (as there was a deal -BOGO), double cheese and farm fresh. Both were disaster. The cheese tasted like rancid rubber, the base was horrible and the farm fresh was plain tasteless. The pizzas came in huge ass box when we opened it, it was tiny! For 1st time in life I was happy to be deceived, if it was as big as I expected then more than half of the pizza would have made it to my trash bin.<br/>Also the delivery guy forgot to give the most important thing- oregano! You had one work!

Ordered the simply veg and veg curry pizzas. Chose the garlic Parmesan crust at an additional cost of â‚č20 . They were having a BOGO offer too. Pizzas were delicious specially the simply veg. Curry pizza was a little tangy. The seasoning was different and tasted good. The crust was soft. Service was prompt. Overall I am happy with the experience.

I always felt that brand pizza chains are over hyped and their pizzas are overpriced and mediocre but Papa Johns sure proved me wrong because I had an excellent meal and a very satisfying pizza experience!<br/><br/>I started my meal with the Cheesesticks which are basically pizza dough topped with generous amounts of Mozzarella cheese served with dipping sauce. It's served to look like a cheese only pizza but tastes like garlic bread with lots of cheese. This one is really really good and I totally recommend it if you're dining or ordering from Papa Johns. I'm craving it again while I write this post!  I also had the chicken wings because I am obsessed with wings. Its one of my all time favorite finger foods and I whip up a mean batch at home too. So what delighted me the most about the wings here was that they're not the usual sweet and sticky barbeque style but instead are baked wings that are marinated with spices and served with barbeque sauce on the side. These were nice and spicy and even my mom really liked them though she usually detests wings.  <br/><br/>Moving on the pizza, I had the Chicken Super Papas in a thin crust which came with everything you want on a pizza - chicken tikka, chicken salami, spicy Italian chicken sausage, onions, capsicum, mushrooms and black olives(which weren't available when I went) layered on top of pizza sauce with lots of mozzarella. What I loved about the pizza was that they were generous with the toppings so each bite was very fulfilling. Also, their pizza sauce is not overpowering with tomato flavor so you really get to savor the taste of the toppings! <br/><br/>I had a great time and really liked their food. The service was pretty good too so I totally recommend Papa John's Pizza the next time you're pizza craving comes up!

Having pizza here.. Its a cool place... Nice to hangout with frnds and family.. Taste was average.. Potato strip was half done.. Ambiance was good.. No place for parking a big drawback... Overall good experience..

Twas good. Delivered exactly when they said they would which is awesome. Tasty. . But the sizes seems to be getting smaller and smaller.. #thatswhatshesaid..

Nice Pizza. Ordered Fajita and Garden Fresh for my team, and they liked it:)<br/><br/>Thanks for the pizza and also for in-time delivery!<br/><br/>Looking forward to order the same pizza again:)

Located on sb road<br/>A decent pizza joint staff is very good and helpful we ordered bbq chicken pizza it was ok ok not so great they need to improve <br/><br/><br/>All the best guys

The seating and service in this outlet is good. The pizzas are tasty. The bbq chicken ia one of my favorites. Its a bit expensive than other pizza places but the thin crust wins you over.
Avik Mukherjee
Utterly average, overpriced pizzas. The materials used are often no fresh, and the sauces are almost identical irrespective of the pizza you order. Will not be trying this place again.
Saurabh Sharma
This was second time I was ordering pizza from this outlet and it turned out to be horrendous. I ordered two med Pizzas, veg curry and farm fresh pizza and they both tasted like aaloo pyaaz parantha made at home. Bad experience this time.
Puneet Wangoo
Worst Experience ever. Spending 2k for pizza for 5 and still if we need to order something else to eat. I dont know what should i do then... Ordered one large and two medium pizza for 5 ppl with thin crust. <br/> I dont know what you guys sell does taste say only taste without quantity... i alone could have finished it.<br/>I know wont matter to you guys but u lost 5 customers, continue doing so and you will lose all. God bless you.
Diptej Saner
One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Not worth the money at all. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas, both tasted so bad that I manually wrote to their customer care about the bad quality.
Chaitanya Tallam
It was a good experience. Nice ambience and service however average on food. We took meal for 3 and meal for 5. So we first got the Parmesan bread sticks and the sauce spread on it was just ausumn. Loved it. And then came the fajita pizza and the spicy pepper roast pizza . Both were average as they lacked the juiciness and was expecting more toppings and cheese on it as it was a bit dry. Other places offer better pizzas. And then the desert tht was the mousse cup. Which was very good. Liked it a lot. The bread sticks with parmesan sauce and the mousse cup was a hit. However pizza wasn't tht great. And yes one more thing taxes are lot. So be prepared to see heavy tax.
Masood Khan
Papa John's pizza is best and tasty to eat cheap price for overall pizzas and low tax .........................but staff is not looking smat <br/>I gived you full rating but only one things is less that is smiling on his face
Kavesh Naidoo
Papa John's in India is horrible! Just like Domino's. These pizzas are honestly embarrassing and I would never eat at Papa John's in India again! Papa John's is a world famous name. So the standard needs to be kept otherwise the name falls with that standard. I'm not going to even get into any other aspects of this place because there is no need when the main aspect is useless.
Burhan Chashmawala
Pizza is superb ! I would like to visit it again . It's clean and hygienic . they take long to serve a pizza but it's worth waiting for it ! Love It
Mukund Joshi
Good pizza but not something I would want to visit when I want to have pizza. It's clean and hygienic. Taste is ok too. Smokin Joe's is my personal favourite so comparison is obvious

Pizzas and cheesesticks are delicious as always. EXCEPT THAT THEY DELIVER AFTER 40-45 minutes than the expected time of delivery. This is the second time that I've faced this, once during heavy rains which was acceptable and today when there's no rain. The food ordered was cold when delivered. Despite receiving a call 45 minutes before the time we received it that it would reach in 10 minutes. Sincere advice to order atleast 2 hours prior to the time you want it. With - Saral

Tried to order delivery from this Resturant and they refused the order citing "no-one" is available for delivery. Saturday evening is the best business time and if you refuse to deliver - do you think I'll order from you again?

We decided to try Papa John's and it turned out to be good. We had the papa's paneer pizza and Garden special pizza.<br/><br/>The base was crunchy and the toppings were tasty too. The service was a bit slow.<br/><br/>Like pizza hut, they also charge a lot in terms of taxes. So be prepared when you see the bill :P
Shubham Gupta
I m very much disappointed with the pizza they delivered. Had ordered 2large pizzas and both the pizzas were basically a base and tomato ketchup. Lacked cheese and was too sweet because tomato sauce. Though only good thing was jalapeño. <br/>May not want to order again.
Ujjwal Agrawal
visited this place with some friends and the ambience is average..we ordered 2 large pizza's zaffran veg and tandoori panner.. both were good but not spicy enough ..the crust was soft and the cheese was equally spread and i like the serving style here, it is different from others .. Overall  a good experience..!!!
Sujata Thaker
Papa John's Pizza outlet on Senapati Bapat Road was somewhat of a disappointment. I had gone there with great expectations, especially since this pizza joint is not there in my city Kolkata. So my experience was a mixture of good n not so good. Firstly the service was too slow. They took their own sweet time to take our orders and bring to the table. Moreover even to bring back the change from our bill they kept us waiting inordinately long!!! ( Sorry state of affairs)<br/>The cheese bread sticks weren't cheesy enough and the garlic dip was ordinary. The veg fajita pizza was great and we all loved it for its spiciness. We also ordered say it with cheese with extra topping of corn and though it was bland( that's how it was supposed to be anyway) the taste was spiced up with the two special seasonings they provide.Expected better from this place and the good experience of the pizzas was marred by the tardy service.
Munish
The pizzas were good. However, the parmesan cheese garlic bread sticks were a disappointment. And the service will be better if done with a smile and a couple more people to serve.
Siddhi
Found them through the online order list and only really ordered from here because it says there that they have a discount. For some reason, I didn't get to avail the discount despite doing what they said.<br/><br/>Anyway, the food is good. I love how fresh the pizza crust is and the breadsticks are also really good. I got a lot of coupons too, so I'm happy with the overall experience. Just wish zomato hadn't falsely advertised about the discount. Also, small detail but I would have preferred my pan pizzas in smaller separate boxes instead of one large box for storage purposes.
Prerana Thorat
Had a pleasant experience here. I am not a pizza lover and I didn't expect much here. But both the pizzas we ordered were good. Garlic parmesan breadsticks were tasty. All in all not at all disappointed. Check out the pics 😄

I am surprised that there are only 3 Papa John's outlets in Pune. I read few reviews before trying out this pizza place. I was told that their spinach sauce pizza is very tasty. But Papa John's has discontinued it. Another dish to order here is Garlic Parmesan Bread sticks. <br/>We ordered for a large Garden Special with which we got another large pizza free. So I would suggest you try the Fajita Pizza. I took one pizza with the regular crust and the other with a thin crust. I loved the Garlic Parmesan sticks and the thin crust pizza. If I had to rate Papa John's, it would be 2nd after Pizza hut.
Sanjuta Goel
Bad choice I must say. <br/>I'd been to Papa John's in Delhi and so had good expectations with the Pune one but it let me down. I ordered 2 regular pizzas and garlic breadsticks. The crust was very hard and not good we had to throw 1 pizza away. The breadsticks looked unpleasing and were also not tasty enough. The only good thing was the Pepsi we ordered along with it!

Me always have bad days with food, when i go for a take away.<br/>Papa Johns failed miserably. Who wants corn in their tandoori chicken pizza? <br/>Definitely something is wrong with their R&D team.<br/>Poor lava cake... me the one must have liberated him from a freezer.<br/>No lava in it...after taking a bite, my head is filled with lava...<br/>Its painful feeling that hard earned money was wasted in a crap dinner.<br/>Tdy me gonna accept the fact that my husband is the best cook.😊<br/>@PJ No wonder you have been kicked out from mumbai.
Yogesh Kale
Tried this sometime back. It was completely deserted place. The service seemed sluggish. You can see them working in the kitchen making pizzas, the kitchen looked like running out of things. Not very impressed with the taste. Their dips were awful. Not going ever again confirmed.

A bunch of coupons and discounts got us in the mood to order from Papa John's a few days back. As we were freshers to the place we thought of ordering something that we wouldn't regret, as I hadn't heard any amazing reviews from my friends. On a limb we ordered the parmesan cheese breadsticks and the veg fajita pizza. The delivery service was really good and the pizza arrived in a time that still allowed us to cherish the soft and warm crust. the pizza in general was good, however, I do not recommend their regular crust pizzas as they are extremely thick at the edges and tend to have a doughy after taste. They weren't stingy with the toppings so had to complaints there, however their sauce in particular seemed bland. Moreover, the parmesan breadsticks were a horror. No flavor, minimal cheese coating and extremely chewy and doughy taste led to a major mood kill. It was task to finish them off even with the Coke we ordered, though I can't give Papa John's the credit for that.. Wouldn't really recommend it to anyone but I haven't tasted many of their pizzas, so will surely wait for more reviews before I visit again..

I am a big fan of pizza and other Italian foods. Having tried pizza's from finest of the chef to commercial Dominos, I was yet to try Papa John's ever. They started the home delivery in Pune when I was at my friends home. So thought that's the best opportunity.<br/><br/>But alas. Experience turned out to be horrible. <br/><br/>Pizza quality: the ordered pizza arrived cold. Seemed to have been made long back. And being a fan of dominos, the 30min guarantee also didn't meet. It seemed that we ha e ordered some stale pizza with barbeque sauce. Toppings were like embedded chips on a PCB. <br/><br/>Service: No delivery time guarantee. That is why they take the luxury of coming as per their wish. Good thing only was that they accepted sodexos.<br/><br/>Verdict: A big NEVER from my side I would say.
Sidhant Das
Nice place. One of the better places to have pizzas. Specially the thin crust pizzas. The price is reasonable and the options of choosing your size of pizza is nice as you can it to XL with a little amount spending on it.
Tushar Jain
Papa's Paneer and Fajita Pizza are the best here in Papa Johns. <br/>The staff here are polite. Although the cleanliness is not up to the mark.
Kalyan Pendse
Orderd fram freash and double cheese .. Both the pizza were good.. One was thin crust and other one was regular .. Obviously thin crust was better.. But the funny part is they forgot to cut.. The pizza.. Hehehe.. First time in my life.. I had uncut pizza..
Rohit Puri
Fast delivery but pizza tasted very bad with pathetic toppings. Not worth the money. Medium pizza too small for two people. Will never order again from here.
Pooja Bhoite
The waiters over here are confused bout the orders ! Pizza not so great .. It's was dry n cold .. Garlic sticks were also dry and tasteless !

On Wednesday i received a brochure of Papa John's with the morning newspaper. They had a scheme of buy one get one free so decided to order that day.<br/><br/>I ordered one tandoori chicken and got chicken barbeque free with that. Order was given at 8.30 and i received the parcel in 30 min. So good work!!<br/><br/>Regarding the pizza, tandoori chicken was liitle dry and they should increase the number of chicken pieces and cheese quantity. Chicken barbeque was better and sauce was really good. <br/><br/>Food 3.5/5<br/>Service 4/5
Karishma Poonekar
I have never disappointed... They have delicious pizzas... And their Parmesan garlic sticks are speechless... But must say that though there are many options in the pizza menu... Very few are actually worth eating.. <br/>Once I tried to experiment with a different pizza and was a disaster... <br/>So stick to what u know rather than wanting to know... Chow..!!

There are days, when you have been so exhausted that all you wish to do is indulge yourself- be it food, a good read or bubble bath for that matter. Today was one such day for me. Having left work really late, I decided to give the calorie counting a break, not that I am on it anytime, and just treat myself.<br/><br/>Thus, this place. The place is clean, tidy and well managed. You have an open on looking kitchen here, wherein they are preparing the dough right in front of you, but to the relief of my senses, you cannot smell any of it. Somehow the amalgamation of aromas is not very appetizing for me.<br/><br/>The crowd was very thin. And yet, it took a very long time for me to be able to place my order. The guy at the counter, though polite, seemed a bit lost.<br/><br/>I ordered for Single Topping- Fresh Green Capsicum Pizza. It took its own sweet time to arrive. I have to say, I saw it coming. The base of the pizza seemed fresh. The portions were a bit too small from the regular ones I have had at other places. It was hot and a bit too salty for my palette.<br/><br/>I enjoyed the meal, mostly cause I was famished. I have had better pizzas at other Papa John's outlets.
Jaison John
You can definitely try Pap Johns if you like thin crust pizzas or if you are bored of dominos and pizza hut. The choice of pizza or sides here is not that great. The service wasnt that great either. We had to wait ages after we ordered for the pizza to come. The rates are higher than those in pizza hut/dominos.
Hrishikesh Kherdekar
The pizzas here are good. They have a different array of flavors that they provide such as chicken tandoori. They service as well as the ambience can improve. It can be visited by people on low budget and in demand of decent pizzas.
Yugandhara Dalvi
For me is the best place for pizza in town. I love their super papa pizza and all meat. Chicken wings and garlic bread with dips are extremely yummy. It little expensive I feel. But taste is amazing. I usually order home very rarely go and have at their respective outlets.
Prateek Dani
This is one my favorite places for pizza in town. Like their sides and non veg pizza. Their garlic bread and dips are great. The service is great. Ambiance is good too.
Jomy Reeba Mathew
For a change, i love their different flavoured pizzas and pastas. When you get bored of the monotonous taste of pizzas from else where, u can definitely try here, they do provide u good options. I love their offers too. Do drop by here when they have some promotions going on .. that would be even better :)
Gaurav Baruah
One of the most amazing pizzas I've ever had.. Papa John's had been in my bucket list for a long time so it was definitely worth the wait. I ordered a thin crust medium sized Chicken Delight along with a beverage. The pizza tasted great.. Chicken chunks were tender and tasted good. Although it did not have many stuffs in it, it was nice. It featured in their classics category. I guess its reasonable enough. I recommend going in a group of two to three. The guy who took my order was very friendly and even helped me with my order. I did not have to wait much long either. Also, there's live streaming of sports with good music being played in the background.
Srija Choudhury
For me ... pizza means papa john's !<br/>There are very few outlets in Pune but thankfully all are nearby my locality. And when I am hungry I can easily finish up one medium or even large pizza ! And of course pepperoni is my favourite ! The best thing about Papa John's is .. the crust of the pizza is neither too thin nor too thin .. it is soft also and not to greasy ..
Aatish
I'm a die hard fan of Pizza ..... And Papa John's pizza are the best ...... Awesome & Authentic ...... The service is best & people working are also ..... I'm regular @ this place & one should try their Paneer Tandoori, Cheese Pizza, Mumbai Masala (new one) ..... Magic ..... Taste awesome, love the Cheese Pizza b'coz the it stuffed with lot of Cheese and one bit is enough for anybody to start loving & enjoying it .....
Nishant Patel
I am a die hard pizza lover and Papa John's has been my favourite since the time one outlet opened at Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai. I decided to go for a pizza for lunch. I stepped into Senapati Bapat roads, Outlet which is situated opposite JW Marriott and I was utterly disappointed on all counts, right from the service boy who took our order to the food we ordered. The service boys in the outlet were very occupied, I don't blame them for that, but do blame them for recommending a particular dish and the order wasn't up to the mark. I had ordered one portion of chicken wings, one portion of Chicken tandoori and one portion of Chicken barbeque as my order for three people. Chicken wings were horribly bland, looked as if they just wanted to serve something for the heck of it. In the entire meal the only saving grace was Chicken Tandoori. If I had gone to a local dhaba and ordered a pizza, I can bet even that would be better than what I ate there. I am not sure if I'd ever come back to this outlet at least.

Better than Dominos. The cheese layer with barbeque chicken is lusty. Service is quite good. Well I didn't like the staff approach. These days you'll hardly see people going inside. Everyone prefer Dominos, they serve pale raw crust pizza. Which everyone prefer.
Tejas Kulkarni
Could have given more but the chargeable sauce disappointed me. Pizza sauce is the main thing I love here and now they even charge for ketchup .
KalpeshAsalways
Since long, i havent been to this place. But i must tell you that they make some really good pizzas. The chicken bacon crust pizza is good, margarita is also epic. Garlic bread is also awesome and they serve Ghee with it. Its a must go place if you are hanging around S.B.Road, Just try it out !!Food: 3.5/5Service: 3/5Ambiance: 3/5

Worst pizza I ever had..this is the first and the last time I am ever gonna step into papa johns..overrated menu, tasteless pizza, had to wait for ages for a pizza of the size of a coin
Saurav Samantaray
Stood upto its reputation for great thin crust pizzas. The new add ons to the menu is mouth watering and yummy. Choco dough bites is one of the trending dishes and delight for doughnut lovers. Its one of those rare cuisine which you will find in any pizza stations
MAYUR LUNAWAT
I love thin crust pizza's . Mostly dominos and pizza hut don't offer those. Hence tried papa Johns and wasn't disappointed at all. Loved the Mumbai masala pizza. Garlic bread sticks with dip were nice too.
Samam Srivastava
The barbeque chicken pizza is surely a delight. So is the garlic bread. Papa john's is slightly expensive and one should really know what to order to meet their desired needs.
Ć hāĆșĆŒĆŒ
Love the garlic sauce n pizzas are very good out here do try the garlic bread sticks they are very yummy ! Must say when it comes to papa john's it's just mouth watering ! Just giv it a try apart from Pizza Hut
Vijay Verghis @vj1901
# papa promises lip smacking pizzas and they do deliver good pizzas, especially the thin crust pizzas. Personally not a great fan of their regular pizzas. My all time favourite is pepperoni & chese pizza which I sometimes top it up with onions and mushrooms. Garlic Parmesan bread sticks is another favourite. Ask for their garlic sauce which is a good supplement for your pizza. Like any other of their competitors these guys do sometimes mess up with on time delivery. I definitely feel they have a better restaurant experience than their competitors. Parking might be a challenge and it's mostly road side options. They are slightly costlier when compared to the competition however they got the best thin crusts which I like.
Paavan
Worst Experience Ever.<br/>Poor Service.Staff dont respond properly. Take Wrong Orders. And the worst thing over there is that there are so many mosquitoes flying over there and they are not taking any steps for that. Please avoid going if u can.
Ishang Sinha
The best place for pizza lover's. Varieties available at reasonable prices. Service is also good, better than other pizza joints. A Must visit place.
Saikat Nandy
This small pizza joint is an absolute "must visit" for all pizza lovers. This outlet near The J.W. Marriot Hotel might not look as inviting as the other pizza shops , but trust me going there you wont regret it. The aroma of the open kitchen that greets you at the entrance will make you all the more hungry. They serve both regular crust and thin crust pizzas. The menu is quite diverse. Personally not a lover of veg pizzas but the Hot Pepper Passion is one that I would love to make an exception for. Among the international favourites the Chicken Barbeque is an absolute classic. Also Papa's Italian Chicken Sausage abd the Pepperoni Pizza are equally delicious if not more.<br/>They serve good combo dishes and the attendants are quite friendly.<br/>Among the deserts TRY the Verry Berry Pie.

I am travelling from Pune to Ahmedabad by bus and I reached the pick up point well in advance and being an Amdavadi I had craving to munch on something....so as I was exploring Zomato I came across Papa John's about 2 kms away from my location. It did not tale more than 30 secs to stand up and search for am auto. I reached there and ordered the very yummy breadsticks and packed a pizza for the journey...we had one 1 in Abad bit it was closed don't know why sp finally I get to eat the very tasty pizza with their famous mustard sauce...cant just resist the taste....?
Prateek Rampuria
Papa John's is a good outlet for pizza. It is better than domino's but behind pizza Hut for me. I have had their classic veg, papa nawabi and a Mumbai masala. Classic veg was good with fair amount of cheese but the other two lacked a bit of cheese. This was my second time in papa John's. The first experience was definitely much better. First experience was a 4.5 / 5 but this time their pizza was not at all up to the mark. The bread was not doughy but except that nothing else was great. The vegetables also were not well cut. The taste of nawabi was good but Mumbai masala was a disaster. Even the quality of their mozzarella was degraded this time. This experience was bad. They gave garlic butter with the pizza which was very nice and unique! We don't find that in other pizzerias. This time I was also served a pepperoncini. It was like a jelly based pepper sauce and - extremely hot n Fiery!! Overall they should maintain standards and efficiency. Good luck and cheers :)

Have been here several times and everytime I leave, it is with plans to get back soon.<br/><br/>What attracts me to this place is the "Island Green Salad" that they serve and it tastes osm with pineapple in it. The "Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks" that they serve are also good.<br/>Also the Pastas and Pizzas they serve are much better than various other chains serving Italian food.<br/><br/>Can't wait until my next visit ;)
Aniket Pargaonkar
I would rate Papa John's as definitely better than Domino's and Pizza hut. The bread base that they have is way better than Pizza hut. Its fresh and juicy and doesnt give that dry feel in your mouth. The toppings are also quite good and I love the garlic butter they provide with pizzas. We had ordered 2 veg (Papas paneer and classic veg) and 2 nonveg (Chicken and Fajita) pizzas along with garlic Parmesan bread sticks. The pizza was quite nice but we really didnt like the breadsticks as they were a bit chewy and soggy with the sauce they had poured over it!  But overall we had a decent experience and wont mind ordering again!
Yusuf
By far the best pizzas I have had in India... The ambience is also really good.... Though the price are competitively high but the quality of the food they serve it's worth it
Ishani Sharma
Good pizzas and generous toppings! And when you tell them spicy they actually make it that way!!!! A little overpriced for an outlet like that!! The Choco lava cake was horrible! The bread sticks and potato wedges were average too. The funny thing is they don't have cheese dip available. <br/>The delivery is quick and hassle free!!
Vinit B Gandhi
Well to start with, Papa Johns serves the best Parmesan Bread sticks I have had.. They are a must have if you ever visit the place. The ambiance is good and the music played is contemporary. However the place seemed highly understaffed and it takes almost 15mins for each order to arrive. So for those who are being bitten by hunger pangs you would have to wait quite a bit. The pizzas here are good especially the thin crust and they run some very good combos to ensure you don't overshoot your budget. It is a good place to chill with your friends and have a good italian dinner
Vatsal Gupta
Visited the place 2-3 times. The branch is always understaffed even during the rush hours. It took 20 mins to place the order then another 40 mins to get the pizza .we ordered 2 extra large pizza . the crust was lifeless and toppings were dry. But the ambience is decent and close proximity to my college. The variety of coupons is a bonus when u visit PJ . keep it in mind to reduce your costs. Cheers!!!
Sagar Atalatti
I love the Papa John's Pizza because of excessive toppings of Meat or Paneer. Before I used to order from their Ghole Road Branch. But the branch Senapati Bapat Road doesn't seem to honour that. Quite disappointed ????
Ketki Navale
I am a big fan of Pizzas. I love them. Period. After two bad experiences at Papa John's over the last couple of years, I decided to give it a final chance last night. And the experience was even worse. <br/><br/>The place was deserted. That should have been my first clue to get the hell out of there. We ordered a large Chicken Fajita Pizza and after an excruciating wait of 45 minutes (despite being the only customers there) we ended up getting a Vegetarian Fajita Pizza. On telling the waiter so, he comes up to us after another 10 long minutes with the same pizza with some chicken thrown around on it. As you can imagine, the pizza was dry and lifeless. So we sent it back asking for a fresh one. We also ordered a Chicken Barbeque pizza which was again dry, bland with a few patches of Barbeque sauce on it. The second round of the Fajita was pitiful too. <br/><br/>The only decent part of the entire meal were the free Parmesan and Garlic Breadsticks. <br/><br/>Food: 2/5<br/>Service: 2/5<br/>Ambience: 3/5<br/><br/>Cheers!
Pradyut V. Hande
A more than decent Pizza place at more than decent prices. Both Continental and Indian flavours lend the Menu a nice, customised touch. Functional ambience with ample seating available on a weekday. The Garlic Breadsticks are a standout offering. However, I was put off by the staff's reluctance to offer us enough Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce (they almost seemed to be rationing it!). All in all, a pleasant, no-fuss dining experience.

This place is very close to my office but somehow we haven't been to this place much.<br/>Today we went there for a team lunch :<br/>The quality of pizza at papa john's beats Domino's and pizza hut any day ...<br/>There pizza base is superior in quality when compared with Domino's ..<br/><br/>Starters :<br/>-- Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks are my all time favorite but it seems pap john;s have changes the preparation of the sauce as i could no longer see the olive oil dipped sauce with the bread sticks :(<br/><br/>-- GreenIsland Salad is just yummy , something for the diet conscious foodies :)<br/>-- They had this new pizza in "Kadhai Kamal" so we ordered one ... i would say it was OK as its traditional pizza are much better ... <br/><br/>I think one of the best places in Pune for Pizza if you are not a "Thin Crust" pizza fan ...

A good Pizza destination in the city. The chicken wings served here are awesome as well. The grilled chicken salad is delicious out here. However, a must have here is the Greek Pizza served here. It's just hot , spicy and delicious. You'll definitely love it. A good option to hang out.

This place is a welcome change from the usual Dominoes and Pizza Hut; but the Pizzas definitely don't taste as good as them. They have 1 particular Paneer Pizza in the Veg Section which is a delight! <br/>This place is slightly pricier than a Dominoes though.

Papa John's is something where I would always wanna go and indulge myself into amazing pizzas, their garlic bread is so buttery and finger licking good. Even if you are too full to your stomach... Please please make some space for very berry pie....its an amazing sweet tooth.

Yes it is 1 and thats only on the basis of staff service because we did not get a chance to sit and have food. <br/>We went inside and came out within a minute.<br/>They need to invest in staff training(etiquette & politeness).<br/>'Common guys you are in hospitality'

Pizza lovers...here is the right place for you. <br/>With their authentic thin crust, the pizzas are really good. Their parmesan bread sticks are delightful, floating in butter but still doesn't feel so heavy. <br/>Also please give a try to Very Berry Pie, it's whole new variation of traditional pie with thin crust pizza base.<br/>Quality of food is really good, and taste is awesome. Service is also not bad. <br/>I'll rate it as one of the best pizzas around.

Papa John's has always been a place which has tempted me to visit every time i pass by. Although there are very few Papa John's left in the city of Pune. The consistency in the quality and service has been there prime focus.<br/>What differentiates Papa John's from Domino's and Pizza Hut is the incredible tasty Pizza they serve. It is a true american delight for all pizza lovers.<br/>Due to non popularity of Papa John's in India, one can find this place never crowded - even on weekends. <br/>The pizza variants are eye catchy and one can easily find a pizza of his taste. If not, there is an option of making your own pizza that can satisfy your taste buds.<br/>My personal favourites are Veggie Barbeque and Rainbow Veggie. Just order a soft drink pitcher along with it and your happy to go. The best part is that you can actually see the kitchen staff preparing fresh dough for every pizza you order which really is a nice way to retain the freshness of pizza.<br/>As far as starters are concerned their garlic bread is mouth watering but not as great as of pizza hut's.<br/>Adding on to the spice, what papa john's gives is a yellow sauce which is their signature add on . The sauce is so relishing that it makes you order that every time .<br/>I sincerely recommend this place to all pizza lovers that if you want to have an all american styled pizza then get over other giants and give it a try. Its totally worth it.<br/><br/>Pros :<br/>Really amazingly tasty pizzas<br/>Friendly staff<br/>Nice ambience<br/><br/>Cons:<br/>Time Consuming( Duh: They make fresh base everytime)

Not worth the Brand! Pizzas are dreadful, slow delivery makes it worse. Breadsticks and Pastas are edible.

Dreadful pizzas. You're better off not having 'em.

Everytime me and my frnds choose pizza hut and domino's . But one day we made plan to eat at Papa john's,because I heard from my friend that pizzas are best. <br/>But i don't think so. we ate both veg and non veg. Taste is ok and about the service, seriously not good that much.

Liked the seating and loved the music being played while we could sit back and have the meal. But the food, which is the main reason you would go to a restaurant, was just okay. The pizza was just average and the grilled vegetable side dish was okay but the cheese garlic breadsticks was absolutely wonderful! To think of it is just the garlic butter with herbs that is served with the breadsticks that is the real winner. I would rather visit Pizza Hut for this money, I do not think I will come back here except perhaps for the yummy breadsticks.<br/><br/>(The menu card definitely did not look like what I am seeing on the site, perhaps it needs updating..)

Parmesan Cheese breadsticks and cheese sticks are yum yum! Different pizzas from the usual and the best dips around!

Lots of pizzas I've had sitting here and even had them delivered at office which was nearby at ICC Trade Tower. I should say that the delivery is pathetic - they routinely forget to bring one or the other of the seasonings. If you go and sit there they'll take a hell lot of time to serve you. The pizzas are ok. I prefer Domino's.

Papa John’s outlet on Senapati Bapat Road is the only one I really frequent from the three outlets they currently have in the city. There used to be one on Ghole Road which I had wanted to visit as it was in a nice quiet neighbourhood but discovered one day that the chain had unceremoniously abandoned that location, probably because of the same reason;-)! This has happened to the prominent Dhole Patil Road branch as well - a Reliance Jewel outlet now occupies that space! Such shutting-shop signals an ominous time for the pizza chain's operations in the city and that is tragic because I really do like their pizzas, more than even the pizzas of many of the other rival American fast food chains.<br/><br/>I have somehow always ended up having a great time at the S. B. Road outlet – have had tremendous luck in experiencing great conversations, good food and even good enough service every single time. As testament to this history, the other evening had again an enjoyable time spent in its premises. Possibly because I have encountered thin crowd (should alarm bells be ringing?) in the joint every time I have visited, the atmosphere has been very serene and relaxing – ideal for catching up with an old friend and perhaps because of low occupancy, always also getting the appreciable attention of the staff. Have sometimes spent up to two or more hours chatting endlessly without anyone asking us to move on!<br/><br/>I love the salads and starters of Papa John’s along with, of course, their pizzas. What I couldn’t ever develop any love for, however, was their pastas and soup - ordered them a couple of times and then vowed to never order them again – something very synthetic about the sauce used! <br/><br/>My favourite salads from their salad range include the GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD (Rs 165) but since the other day my friend, who I was sharing the meal with, was a vegetarian, we opted for the ISLAND GREEN SALAD (Rs 145) in Thousand Island dressing. The salad quantity is quite good – the salad ingredients of lettuce, cottage cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple etc. were fresh as always. Their particular blend of Thousand Island dressing is also quite nice.<br/><br/>We also shared a RAINBOW VEGGIE PIZZA (Rs 365 for a 9 inch one) and our mutual favourite, ORIGINAL BREADSTICKS (Rs 60), served with one beautiful dipping buttery garlic sauce which is absolutely addictive and again one of those condiments I would willingly buy a jar of had they been selling that by itself! <br/><br/>The pizza was wonderful as expected – it had a generous scatter of corn, red & green peppers and onion. I especially love their crust – it is not as bready as Dominos’ often is. I do not know but either the quality of the flour used and/or the kneading and/or time spent in proofing of the dough and/or the precise manner of flipping the base that Papa John’s has perfected, but there is definitely something which is responsible for making their pizzas have such a wonderfully textured crust. Their pizza sauce also has a distinctive balance of tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, basil & thyme. No matter which pizza you order, these two things are usually always there along with the mozzarella so I believe they must shoulder most of the credit of why I end up liking their pizzas so much.<br/><br/>I simply adore all 3 kinds of their breadsticks especially their GARLIC PARMESAN BREADSTICK (Rs 145) – it is almost like ordering a cheese pizza considering it is also disc-shaped and sliced into 6 wedges. For a single person’s meal, I have often had just one of their breadsticks with some salad – it is quite a heavy meal combo! Another favourite is their PANEER BITES (Rs 145) which are crisp crumb-fried paneer squares - absolutely delicious with the barbecue sauce dip.<br/><br/>They levy steep taxes so the bill is always on the higher side given whatever you have ordered looking at the menu prices. Keep that in mind when placing your order so that you have a good idea about the margin between the pre and post tax bill amount.
