I have always been a fan of Veg Chocolate Truffle Cake from the last 10 years. This is my go to place to buy cake for all my close one's birthdays. I enjoy the Pastries as well. I highly recommend buying cakes from here as this is one of the oldest Copper Chocs branch in Pune. I believe they have started delivering as well, never ordered though

I have tried a couple of pastries and cakes. The cakes are better compared to several other chain stores in Pune. However the store needs to be managed slightly better. When I reached the store I couldn't identify whether the store was open or closed. No lights turned on at all. The store does try to stay away from use of single use plastics so that has to be admired.

As Verdict

Have tried the cake from this shop a bunch of times for birthdays at the office. The quality is above average. Comparing to cost the taste was not that good. Would rate this place to be at average when compared with other franchise available near it.

Very nice bakery for cakes, pastries and savouries. They have a small seating area to eat your stuff inside. They even have 'Hot Cross Buns' around Good Friday every year. Their products are reasonably priced. They take cakes on order too.

I don't like chocolate cakes so I tried the black currant cake and the taste was good. The cake was a little runny within, but the good taste covered it. Price wise it's not too high for most of the cakes. They have a small seating arrangement too, for 4-5 people inside the shop

Every time I come here, I'm disappointed with the kind of service they give. You actually have to wait unnecessarily for the staff to notice you and take your order. Also, not happy with the lady at the counter. Never seen her smiling or greeting properly.

Best cakes in town, Their chocolate cake is to die for. Also I like the Lemon tarts. Service is okayish, Service attendents are actually very casual, they can do much better. They have some tables n chairs kept so that if u wanna have a quick grub u can have. Thank you so much for the amazing cakes. Very good job.

While on cake selection spree, on certain birthday occasion, we happened to drop in here. Somehow, we found the cake prices to be costly though they had good selection of them on display. Some budget menu items beckoned to us and we selected to taste chocolate balls out of them. They were soft and great in taste. 👍 Ambience was attractive. People on counter were cooperative. Anyone requiring a classic trendy cake 🎂 can try it. And if you are fond of chocolate balls, definitely recommended for it. 👍 👏 Happy eating! 🥀🥀 😊 🙏

This place has to be THE best when it comes to chocolate cakes. I’ve been coming here ever since i tasted chocolate truffle for the first time in my life. They have managed to maintain the taste over all these years really well. I’ve tried chocolate truffle pastries and cakes at many dessert parlours but none have matched the one at Copper Chocs. Cheaply priced and totally worth it! All the celebrations in my life have also been done wth a choco truffle pastry from here :) The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Their vanilla and chocolate muffins are wonderful as well! The interiors have been recently renovated making it more spacious than before!

I been here many times and tried a lot of their menu. German Forest, Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Truffle cakes are good option. The Chocolate balls were good. They were soft from inside and super chocolaty from outside. The Eclairs was ok-ok. The Blueberry Cheese Cake was creamy and had a balanced taste. The best part is its pocket friendly, eat anything and Copper Chocs will never disappoint you :)

Ordered 2 red velvet pastries. After 30 min received call from Zomato, informing merchant had only 1. Had to choose optional cheese cake offered. For the size of pastry it appears expensive

I have tried almost all the famous dessert places n patisseries that are supposedly the best in Pune but haven't found the taste and quality of the chocolate pastry u get here. It's the best iv ever had. Veg puffs are awesome. Plain cakes are yummy. Strawberry pastry is good. Eclair is good but small. Tarts are good. Mousse is awesome. Somehow the red velvet and some of the others like butterscotch and cupcakes are not impressive. For chocolate cakes n pastries this place is probably better than all the other places In Pune. Prices are pocket friendly.

I was a fan of their chicken tikka puffs however on the last two visits (today and last week) I was disappointed. The upper layer of the puff is so stiff now it's really bad, at some places it was as stiff as the outer part of a samosa..... yes that bad. Also while we were having our puffs sitting in their outlet a beggar came outside standing asking for money and Starring at us eating. The staff was least bothered about it and did not care. As I was uncomfortable with this I told the staff that I'll give money for the beggar you just go out and give it to him. He straight away refused saying there is no staff. Well finally I had to get up while eating and go out and pay the beggar myself. That's the LOWEST standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE as well. So to summarize BAD FOOD and WORST SERVICE.

I don't really think it makes a lot of sense writing a review for a big chain like copper chocs which is so popular with people in town. I've been getting cakes for my friends and family for years from copper chocs. The dark chocolate truffle and the Red velvet are my favorite pastries out here. I've had them countless times. Go ahead and treat yourself with their desserts.

We are Australian and visited Copper Chocs in Pune recently. We have had experience in training in the food sector in Australia and were immensely impressed by the high standards of hygiene and quality control in their production area and their general treatment of staff throughout the organisation. While not surprised that a business in India can meet these standards, after extensive travel in India we also realise that some Indian business do cut corners in these areas and get away with it. Of course the proof is also in the product - which is delicious - we travel extensively and have not seen a better combination of quality and range in small stores in Europe or the US. The range, in particular, is rarely available in stores in Australia.

Cakes , rumballs , pastries YUM. Quality is great. Its better to buy ur thing n take it to ur place to enjoy it, than thr itself coz in space is just for 2-3 tables(2 seaters) Edit Recently had veg burgers and paneer tikka sandwich. Honestly, these are better than mcdonalds. Lets be honest. Copper Chocs amazed me with this.
