The place has a Bengali back ground. Not sure if it's just the chef. This makes sure the food is really well prepared and you can be sure of good Indian flavors. Staff attends to you quiet well. Sort from home deliveries tray have outdoor seating for about 15.

Very very bad quality rolls. Their wheat base for roll is either maida mixed or prepared with low quality wheat. Also it's very very oily. Chole bhature too not good. Not ordering again.

The absolute worst food I've had the displeasure of eating. The rolls are incredibly awful, they put entire boiled potatoes in the rolls without even bothering to mash them.<br/>The egg biryani also is quite spicy and frankly not so good. You can get much better quality food from other restaurants.<br/>I don't know how this failure of a restaurant ended up with a 4 star rating.<br/>The only reason I've given a 1 star is because you can't go lower than that.<br/>

I ordered from swiggy, and probably delivered my wraps from Eatsome NIBM Pune branch.<br/><br/>I have no hesitation to say that I was served with pathetic wrap quality and quantity. Cheesy corn wrap did not have cheese at all. Reshmi kebab rolls had no preparation what so ever, bland taste, no mayo no cheese but only boiled pepper chicken.<br/><br/>Cheesy chicken wrap had mayo in it instead of cheese.<br/><br/>This is the second time Eatsome disappointed me. It seems Eatsome just wants to hogg a lot of money for cheap quality food.<br/><br/>Really very frustrating. No value for money.<br/><br/>

One of the Worst Momo's had ever in Pune. Stuffing of chicken is missing and mixed with flour. The Momo sheet is as this as a pizza crust. No flavour and 90rs for such disgusting Momo's.

We have been to thier nibm outlet.Eatsome have several outlets in pune. This place serves so many dishes like veg-nonveg wraps, biryani, beverages, etc.<br/>So we ordered these wraps -<br/><br/>1.paneer tikka wrap - the paneer was so properly cooked and marinated with sauces and it also was little spicy as well.<br/><br/>2.chicken bhuna wrap - the chicken filling was really good and chicken has some burnt flavour also.<br/><br/>2.chicken burji wrap - the chicken was cooked really well and taste the chicken in every bite.<br/><br/>You have to order on the counter & also self service system is there. The order takes 20-30 minutes depending upon the crowd.

I usually love wraps from eatsome but today was a different experience. I ordered 3 wraps at 9:20pm and the order was delivered at 10:45pm. When asked the delivery boy he said he had been given 2 orders to deliver. The roll was cold, had gone hard and difficult to chew. Next time on wards I would prefer ordering it from Swiggy than Zomato.

Ordered paneer tikka and chole wrap on swiggy. Had to throw away most of it because there was no taste. After complaining on phone both rolls were replaced even though the nibm outlet doesn't deliver in Sopan bagh. The second time there was more filling and sauce but taste was still disappointing. I don't know if it's a problem with nibm outlet or the general quality has gone down.

Had Chicken roll and Paneer Mayo roll here. It's a good place for grabbing a quick bite. Not suitable if you are planning to come and eat here with a big group. It's better to take a parcel than to sit and eat there if you are in group.<br/><br/>The taste of both the rolls were okay. The taste can be improved even more.<br/>The filling that they gave wasn't enough. It was more of onions and sauces than the actual filling.<br/><br/>They have good deals like buy one get one and it discounts.<br/>Their service is good. One thing I like of eatsome the most is their rolls, I literally order from there because of their rolls. I found the paneer sabji average. The paneer biryani/ pulav would be rated 7/10 just needs to improve a bit on the taste.

I had ordered paneer masala which had very few pieces of paneer and lots of oil . 1/4th container was filled only with oil. Packing was very poor by the time the order got delivered through swiggy the gravy had already fallen in the bag of the swiggy delivery guy. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Ordered a Chicken Tikka and a Cheesy Corn Roll a few days ago! The Chicken in the Tikka roll was half cooked and chewy. The corn in the cheesy corn roll wasn’t boiled/cooked either. This wasn’t the first experience of its kind. I do otherwise enjoy your rolls and the deals but please look into this matter at the earliest!

We ordered the following for home delivery -<br/>Chicken boti Kabab roll<br/>Chicken Tikka Roll<br/>Chicken achari roll and <br/>Chicken Chettinad Roll<br/><br/>The packaging was neat in cardboard boxes with proper branding, which kept the rolls warm and nice.<br/>The chicken boti Kabab roll reminded us of the authentic Kolkata rolls, and was the best of the lot. The achari roll had a sweet and sour taste bcoz of a lemon chutney being used, and tasted good.<br/>The tikka roll was not that great, and we have had better tastes elsewhere...the Chettinad was again authentic south Indian flavour filled roll, but somehow we didn't quite like the taste. It was also in the spicier side.<br/>All rolls had layer of egg in them, and we were never given an option of having a roll without the egg (when ordering online, through Swiggy). That is again, not the right way to offer the roll...bcoz customer who is allergic to egg might end up consuming it unknowingly.<br/>
