While the special cold coffee fell short of my expectations, the pizza managed to impress. If you're seeking a venue for a delightful day out, marked by a comfortable, romantic, and aesthetic ambiance coupled with good food, this is the perfect spot. The focus here is on creating an atmosphere rather than just delivering exceptional cuisine. The presence of a small bookshelf was particularly appealing to me. The service was exceptional, catering to a diverse crowd spanning various age groups. The snug seating and a charmingly 'grandma'ish ambiance add to the overall experience. I highly recommend a visit, and if you do, don't miss out on the Grandma Special Pizza and indulging in some delectable dark chocolate offerings.

It's a good cozy place to hangout with friends. Ambience is really nice. Coffee is what I liked the most. Food is okayish. Quality is not at par with the price. Plus service is little slow.

I had really good experience at this friendly and relaxed place. The food was great. Even the peached ice tea was well made and tasted great. The sizzling bloom bread was a fun experience and also very tasty. Thin crust pizza was yum too. Would definitely go again

Service is a bit poor as they often forget what did customer order but the staff is too polite. We tasted 3 different drinks so they were perfect. The atmosphere is enjoyable and you can come here for a date or with friends but mind it!!! It's a couples paradise... so avoid making too much noise......

I really loved the ambience and the food, the theme had a touch of nostalgic and royal types sitting also their food menu has great Italian and western classical dishes present in a unique manner. Must visit this place if you are staying in koregaon park.

Ambience is great. Beautiful cafe. We tried hot chocolate with marshmallows and cookie crumble dough which were good. Hot chocolate was one the bests here.Aglio olio Spaaghetti was just fine, it was basic and will do. But hot chocolate and deserts are a must here.

And oh, the heavenly Ferrero Rocher Shake was the sweet treat we needed to complete our dining experience. This place is an ideal spot for a date; the ambiance sets the perfect mood for a romantic evening. Whether you're looking for a delightful dining experience or a place to make memories, Grandmama's Cafe has it all.

Located in Koregaon park, this place has a very good atmosphere for friends and family. One of the places for Brunch. Seatings are good, with few cushioned swings. They have large options for Starters, and main courses and less for desert and soups. Food quantity is comparatively less, but the taste is really good. A must try is - freshly baked dough with ice cream. The price is high for the quantity, but okay for quality. Valet parking is available.

Cute little cafe with interesting decor. It has a vintage, cosy feel. Bustling on weekends with a little waiting to get a table. The staff is sweet, friendly. Menu is diverse. Kid-friendly. Love their quirky food presentation. Tried - Grandmama's special hot chocolate - 5/5 Mashed potatoes - 3/5. I wanted to taste the potatoes so didn't get stirfried veggies with it but is recommended. Washroom is small but decently clean.

Tried their mud cake and Irish coffee. Would give it a solid 9/10. Friendly staff. Good ambience. Photogenic interior.

This cafe in Koregaon Park is in a relatively quite ambiance which works well as it's great place to hangout with friends or a date night and in a rather busy area. It is a nice place in terms of aesthetics. The staff is polite and prompt in service. The food was tasty and served quickly. We tried the following dishes and beverages -Mushroom Risotto with chicken -Grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies -chilly cheese garlic bread/toast -Hot Chocolate (it was so good, I might just go back for this alone) - a personal recommendation -Lemon Ice tea -Peach Ice tea Definitely worth spending an evening here.

One of the prettiest cafe in pune. It provides you a calm and pleasant environment and is an ideal place if you want to stay away from hustle bustle. <br/>I really loved their biscuit cake which is simply a dessert with layers of biscuits sandwiched in between chocolate ganache. Visited this cute cafe with a friend a while ago and had an amazing experience.<br/>To start with, we ordered icecream soda and kiwi flavoured brain freezer. Both were so amazing to taste and we just loved it. With this we ordered a starter called mushroom peri peri. Being a mushroom lover I had high expectations from the cafe and it almost met my expectations. It had a very nice black pepper taste and spices were on point. <br/>The best part was the pizza we ordered, mac and cheese pizza. It was so yummy that we were just drooling over it and would definitely recommend.<br/>The show stopper was overloaded hot chocolate fudge Sunday. This is by far the best sundae I ever had !! It was so gooey and creamy and chocolaty. I had a foodgasm with the first bite I had. This is a must must have if you visit grandmamas cafe.<br/>Talking about ambiance its truely amazing, staff was courteous and overall a very decent place to visit with your loved ones.

I went to Grand mama restaurant with my family and had nice timing with lovely service along with tasty food.

I spend hours there on weekends and even weekday evenings - with my books and my laptop and a lovely cup of tea along with hummus or some other appetiser. Can’t say I can relate to a better ambience anywhere. This ones inside Phoenix mall - so the proximity with the central entertainment area does cause a lot of noise to spillover on Friday evenings - but in general the food and the service and the set-up - everything wins my heart. Comfort through and through! Try the salads, the biscuit desserts and the coconut chicken soup - must haves !

Having enjoyed their main branch in Koregaon park, went here with similar expectations. But unfortunately, it turned out to be a highly disappointing experience. <br/>Had ordered the waffles but the waiter didn't take note of it. They served us pancakes. When we informed them of the wrong order, very conveniently the staff told us to have it since now it's been made and even pancakes are their speciality. Sigh.<br/>It is ridiculously overpriced so your thought of grabbing a bite will cost a fortune. Ambience is good but that doesn't fill stomachs<br/><br/>P.S: I don't wish to sound rude and mean writing this review. Just wanted to be honest in terms of my experience.

I asked for waffles and I got pancakes the staff was really rude and I oder a Oreo shake it tasted so bad it was like water the coffee was so bad so over pricey

I was excited to dine here because of their theme. They nice European theme in interrior and with food menu. I had mac and cheese buffalo chicken, coolers,lamb pie. All of the food items were tasty

Got a f*king dead cockroach in my food (sloppy Joe bbq paneer sandwich). Their excuse was that it happened first time. Who knows maybe it's the first time a customer noticed. Couldn't have made my day worse. Make sure it doesn't happen again by checking everytime any order is prepared and served. And ofcourse use pest control for god's sake.

Potato Bombas is just deep fried sweet mashed potatoes, very bland. Sandpaper chicken is just like kfc’s popcorn chicken but kfc’s better. Apple pie is okay.

This is very highly overrated as a restaurant. The leg that i got in my roast was so small that it looked like it came from a 400gm bird. Also the sauce was a bit too salty. Can't understand why it's rated so highly

Some days back, had a lovely, early afternoon, with Foodie Friends..... Over Breakfast / Brunch, at Grandmama's Cafe, Phoenix Mall, Viman Nagar.<br/>It has a lovely and cute ambience... Very English... 👌. And lot of decoupaged artifacts.<br/>We ordered... Cappuccino & Hazelnut Frappe... 160/-. Liked the creamy and sweet taste.<br/>There was Creamy, Mashed potatoes... 110/- on the side.<br/>Also ordered, Grandmama's Masala Omelette... 250/-.<br/>Birds Eye chilli omelette, with cheese... 260/-. It was not as spicy, as we expected.<br/>Also ordered, Eggs Benedict... 280/-. This was not, upto our expectations... As it had, normal bun, instead of English muffin. There was no ham or bacon. And instead of proper, creamy, hollandaise sauce, it was more like a flowy, lemon butter. Didn't do justice to it's price.<br/>All these, came with a side of potato wedges, toasted bread and Salad. The salad had a nice vinaigrette dressing and was tasty.<br/>Ended with... Hazelnut Truffle Tian... 280/-. It is Grandmama's, special chocolate sponge pyramid cake ( but there was no pyramid... but a round cake ... 😀 ). It is soaked in the richness of hazelnut and ferraro rocher. I love this place which is a very famous string of restaurants from Mumbai, and has set their foot in Pune.<br/>My favorite is their Marshmallow Lovers Hot Chocolate. Which is thick like the Italians prepare it.<br/>Unlike the ones we usually get - a mix of cocoa powder in hot milk.<br/>Its totally worth it.

They didn't gave bill and charged more 200 than bill bad service had to ask for water then served bad gesture of waiters and manager<br/>Never been to such bad place disappointing service

I have been to Grandmama's before for food, so but this time I only visited for desserts and I was left disappointed. In my opinion, I thought they were not fresh. Maybe next time I'll have a better experience. Although, the Cappuccino was great.

All are know Grandmama's cafe famous brand of Mumbai and now its in Pune. I went with my friends at Vimannagar Grandmama's cafe and we all were fall in love of peaceful ambiance of the cafe. Out side seating arrangement it too good and personally i loved it. About food is yummy and mouthwatering Specially i loved their dal khichadi. Want to go here again. Service is also too good and quick.

I don’t usually write the reviews this often, but this place deserves to be written about. I went there like an hour ago and it was an amazing experience. To start with, it has an ambience that gives you peace and i just loved the interiors. Staff was friendly and the service was great. Jumping to the food, I had the italian ravioli, which was delicious. I loved the sauce that they made with it. I also had patata bravas and mushrooms. But what they absolutely loved the best was the dessert ‘Nutella french toast’. It was incredibly delicious and made my day. This should be the USP of this cafe. And the cafe has a variety of lemonades which one should try. The only thing that can be improved is the quantity of the food. Large plates looks like small ones and the tiny plates are too tiny. I would have given a 3 star to this cafe. But the extra star is for the dessert.

After a long and tiring shopping day, I decided to give this place a try and it was worth it.<br/>The interiors of this place are something different, but really beautiful. It is decorated with small plants and antiques. The place has a huge seating area. One section is indoor and the other one is kind of an outdoor section towards the open stage of Phoenix mall.<br/>We ordered an Oreo Kitkat Shake and Italian Hot Chocolate. The shake was good and the hot chocolate was simply lip-smacking! I have never had a better hot chocolate in this city! It was thick, full of chocolate, and a bit on the sweeter side. The staff is courteous and knows about the details of the menu items being served.

Nice comfy food. Spaghetti meatballs is always a good choice at any of the Grandmama's cafe. Tried the prawns. Really fresh served with bread and olive oil dip. Excellent service by Jack Suba.

Visited this place quite a while ago.As always the food here was amazing . We had some dishes like. Mango waffle, mango cheese cake,Mango freakshake and Nachos with Mango salsa. As the food looks and sounds amazing, it’s absolutely tasty aswell. This was part of their special “summer menu”

If you order hot chocolate at Grandmama's apparently they serve you chocolate sauce in a mug and try to pass it off. We asked for milk and another mug to make bearable hot chocolate by ourselves but we had to send the milk back again as it wasn't hot. Our unsettling experience at this outlet continued as the 'hot' coffee we were served was both cold (room temperature) as well as tasted stale. I would not in good faith recommend this place to anyone. The only things somewhat decent about this place are the service and the ambience.

The food was not well prepared! We ordered 3 dishes - one was under cooked (baked) and the other two were so salty that we had to send them back! The wine we ordered by the glass was half the quantity of any comparable place and twice the price. I'm not going back! Period

The perfect ambience by grandmama. I am in love with Al the stuffs out there. White chocolate mocha is awesome. Oreo Kitkat Shake is none to say about. Nutella French Toast is my favorite here. I am found of hot chocolate but unfortunately I didn't got the same the day I visited there.

I'm a regular visitor at Grandmama's cafe - Phoenix and have always had a great experience. The servers Arvind and Nalin gave us excellent customer service when we asked them to look into our concern where the Classic Bruschetta was smelling unusual. They immediately changed our order and got it fixed. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio here is yum too! Definitely worth visiting regularly! :)

Ordered Quattro Formaggi and homestyle grill chicken. Pasta was really average. Chicken on the other hand was delish. Mashed potato was as good as any i have had around. Chicken could have been a little more tender and salt a little less. Veggies on plate were ok.<br/>Service is too slow. Food took a lot of time to arrive on table.<br/>Cafe is maintained good with both indoor and outdoor sitting options. Outdoor opens at 7 in evening. They denied us sitting outside but then they allowed few people to sit outside. On enquiring they said you may also sit outside. The reason we said no is because there is humidity outside.

Used the Zomato gold 1+1..so not much damage to the pocket..
