Located opppsite to the passport office but it seems to be a little less approached restaurant as compared to others nearby. But i must admit,it would be a mistake if people choose those other places over it.<br/>This place has a variety of dishes varying from North indian dishes to South Indian Dosas,Pav bhaji .It has almost everything including juices and sweet dishes.<br/>I have been a regular visitor and have tried almost all varities<br/>My ratings :<br/>Food : 4/5<br/>Ambience : 3/5(4/5 if you like quiet places)<br/>Service : 4/5<br/>Value for Money : 4/5

Iโ€™m not a fan of vegetarian food, hell Iโ€™m a hardcore carnivore but sometimes you have those days when you crave a dash of veggies in your bowl and on those days this is my go to place. One can never go wrong with just about anything and everything you order from here be it their Pav bhaji or Palak paneer or even their cheese garlic naan that is to die for. Absolutely love this place!

UPDATE FEB 2019<br/>Restaurant has now been shutdown. Best guess - it ran out of business due to the smaller eateries that have sprung up in the area.<br/><br/> I've dined here with family in the past a few times and have found the dishes to be very delicious. The South Indian items are pretty much spot-on as far a authenticity of flavour is considered. One item I've ordered repeatedly is the Pav Bhaji which IMHO can formidably go head-to-head with any Mumbai Pav Bhaji.ย <br/>Items are a bit on the spicier side but can be toned down upon request. The owner is a South Indian from Karnataka and is very courteous and friendly. I've never experienced any arrogance in his or the staff's behaviour as mentioned in some of the other reviews.<br/>I've ordered-in a few times as well and have been very pleased with both the flavour and the portions. I'm knocking off half a star for just one bad experience I've had while ordering in - the food was just devoid of any flavour.<br/>Well recommended as a budget eatery.

Had naan and paneer butter masala... which turned to be an invitation to food poisoning...... these types of restaurants should be shut down...

April 15 2016: Average food and a Ton of ATTITUDE by the owner. I prefer eating less tasty food but such attitude from the owner himself not acceptable. ๐Ÿ˜ก<br/>Sep 27 2017: Visited Passport office so gave another try since it was on the opposite side, Found an ant in my Sambar.

I live nearby to this restaurant. It was a sunday morning i along with my gf visited this place. We ordered masala doas, grilled cheese sandwich & a cup of tea.<br/><br/>Time was around ย 10:30 am restaurant was almost empty but still the service was very slow.Secondly it took half an hour for them to make sandwich despite m saying to waiter so many times & when ย it reaches the table it was cold & was smelling bad.<br/>When i asked waiter he didn't respond anything. Then again i asked manager he went to chef he said something but didn't come back to me.Then finally i went to the manager asking what happened he said it was preapared a long ago waiter forgot to give it you.He didn't even apologised once..too arrogant..:(<br/><br/>Finally i paid the whole bill, but one thing is sure i will never visit this restaurant again & will make sure none of my friend goes here. Spoiled my monday morning.

This hotel is pure vegetarian hotel and opposite to New Passport office. Its 4min walking distance from my place.<br/><br/>You will find a place to seat anytime you visit indeed a plenty of space for sitting arrangement.<br/><br/>I visited more than couple of time and found food very good with Long waiting time for food all the time. Not only with me but almost for everyone its d same case, you can figure out with empty table and customers expressions.

Pocket friendly pure veg restaurant. Serves good starters, fresh paneer and soft rotis. Pulav is pretty good. Rest of the items are fine. Ambience is o.k. sorts but quality of food is good.

Welcoming place with chilled fresh juices, great mastani and my favourite cheese chilli dosa. Indian dishes are good and service is fast, I always enjoy going to Yeshwant, specially when I don't feel like digging a hole in my wallet. Good value for Money

Waiters way of serving and talking is really bad. We ordered plate of idlis with sambar separate, the quantity was real small qnd coconut chhutney was too watery. We asked of one more idli and after sometime waiter starting bothering us to buy 2 idlis as serving one is not allowed. It is not about paying extra but creating nuisance when customer is dining.

Placed right opposite to the passport office, this veg. restaurant surely caters hundreds of new clients every day. I've been here couple of times and was happy with the food quality. The lunch is served till 3.30 pm.<br/><br/>Pros - proximity to passport office, decent food, plenty of choices, reasonably priced<br/>Cons - unhygienic surroundings, cleanliness, veg only

A lovely calm place to have an evening meal. I was there with my mother during Dusshera and the food quality, speedy service and helpful staff made it a decent evening. It's not heavy on the pocket as well, which is why I rate it as 4!

Food is pretty awesome...service is OK..went there a couple of times and the guy actually remembered us the second time. The veg tartarath they have is pretty special...overall a good and cheap place to go and have your dinner at...Nothing fancy, but not run of the mill either.

Simple place! Typical veg menu here. Mostly frequented by visitors of the passport office. The pav-bhajji and chole bhature here are decent. The curries are regular in nature and not bad at all. The paneer-chakori here (special) was actually really tasty and different. The paneer and naans served here are soft. So if you stay around this place or are visiting the passport office then the place is good for a quick meal. The service is prompt here and the place is not very pricey.

I had the misfortune to visit Yeshwant Veg Restaurent today, while my friends had to visit Passport Seva Kendra. Food quality was excellent as well as service by waitors was good & courteous. Main problem with this restaurent is their manager - Pravin Roy. After we had cup of coffe & tea there in afternoon, he asked to move out if we are not ordering anything more & he wanted to switch the fan off in sweltering heat in afternoon. We went there for snacks in the evening again - this being relatively decent place opposite Passport Seva Kendra, he asked us wether we would only sit there or we want to eat something. While we were ordering snacks, electricity went out. This manager refused to put gen set ON, saying that is order from his owner. I would not visit that place again nor recommend it to anybody, as there is total callous attitude for customer.

I haven't really visited the restaurant since I have always ordered home delivery from Yashwant Veg. as it is quite close by. Overall, their food quality is very good. Some might say that the price is high, but they provide good quantity. Definitely value for money. Try their Tawa Paneer since it is one of their specialties.

The food is decent. Value for money? Umm... Yeah, of sorts. The thing I hate about this place is how the waiters keep asking you whether you want something more or they're ever-ready with the bill. Hate that.
