Just came across while driving by. Nice place with flair and the owner was so welcoming! Focaccine and bagel were awesome, cappuccino was made with a superior coffee! Looking forward to come with couple of friends.

One of the best hanging out places in undri. Food is delicious. And the place owner Mr .sunny has been very welcoming . Place is homely. Amazing experience.

Best place for coffee and pastries. Rates are pretty higher as compared to the value for money. Ambience is good they provide free wifi. So you can seat and fix some bugs or attend meetings if urgent. You can spend hours to have a conversation with you love ones. Indoor seating is available. Seating arrangement is good. I haven’t tested the food so can’t comment anything on that.

I visited cafe Bellagio with my family for breakfast. Although the place hadn’t opened for the day as we were twenty minutes early, the person who attended to us was extremely rude. He had no courtesy toward my family or me and displayed a lot of attitude. <br/>The cafe is listed under breakfast, so if you don’t have breakfast items at breakfast time, clearly the categorisation is wrong from your end. <br/>Also when we asked them if we could sit at a place with decent ventilation, the attendant just shrugged and it’s too bad we came at a wrong time when they had just turned the AC s on. <br/>It’s alright if you’ll haven’t opened for the day, you can tell your customers politely that you aren’t able to serve them anything. Their attitude was absolutely uncalled for. I hope you learn to be hospitable to your customers in the future.

I generally dont write negative review..bt todays experience made me write one.<br/><br/>Ordered online delivery...it took the restaurant 1 hr to deliver me one small pizza and a veg puff combo. Still that was ok for me.. bt it a started as i gave a call to the restaurant regarding my delivery.. the person who spoke with me was soo rude...he didnt had a manner to talk.. soo unprofessional.<br/><br/>I just asked him "bro kitna time legega.."<br/><br/>he was like "15-20 mins aur"<br/><br/>I said " bro 30mins pailhe order place kiya tha"<br/><br/>His reply " mere ko nahi malum 20mins legega..mere ko 10mins pailhe call aya tha.. mere se matlab nahi ki tum order 5 mins paile karte hon ha 1hr pailhe.. problem hai toh zomato se baat karo mere ko maat satao.."<br/><br/>I couldn't control ma rage and i cut the call...<br/>That was frustrating..<br/><br/>Coming to food<br/>Pizza was ok..not great neither bad...value for money..<br/><br/>Veg puff.. filling was tasty...bt the outer layer was soggy..<br/><br/>Fries.. bro ask ua chef to get some training to make fries..<br/>1. Disgusting there was a hair in the pizza. Had placed an order via Zomato and as per Zomato it says the place is hygiene and has the Zomato tag for Hygiene Place......

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Combo...<br/>The only plus was the size of the portion of Chicken.. but it was hard and dry... Even the supposed Mash Potatoes were tasteless blobs & in no way mashed or smooth.<br/>Guys... a little love and attention can take food to another level..

A descent place to chill out, patience is the key here as orders take some time but they are tasteful, hence worth the wait, owner is humble. The White Sauce pasta was good, had been better if chicken would be a bit more tender. In all, a place will visit again.

Nice people, coffee ☕️ was not my type of thing (50% Arabica 50% Robusta mix), Eggs Sunny ☀️ side up was nice 👍, the plain pizza 🍕 had too much of a thick base for the amount of toppings.

Spoiled my daughters bday party...just one day prior he is telling me cannot b done...pathetic way to speak to customer...he doesn't knows what is meant by per plate rates which is supposed to b unlimited.. and he is asking me for 25 people how many plates to b served..pathetic<br/>

I love cheesecakes and not every outlet can offer a good quality cheesecake. But, they just blew my mind with their amazing taste and quantity. The base was so buttery and smooth. The cheesecake just melts in your mouth. Do try their strawberry cheesecake. The staff was also really polite and courteous. The pricing is also really reasonable for the quality that they have to offer.

Thought id try out a place id never ordered from before...next time ill think twice, If only one could actually see the aloo tikki inside the aloo tikki burger...it may justify its name. The chicken burger only reinforced what I didn't want to ever think was possible...that mass produced McDonalds wins. And the order that was supposed to reach me by 2.20 arrived cold at 2.45. Sad Lunch...

Good place to grab a coffee or some cold beverages. However, if you plan on eating something here you better pack a ton of patience, we ordered 2 sandwiches which took 1hr 15 mins to be delivered at our table after placing the order. And this was despite the fact that we were the only customers in the entire cafe.<br/>Also the staff and management are not exactly of the "polite" lot and were bluntly rude upon being asked why the order is taking soo much time. Prices are also quite premium. If you are competing with the likes of coffee jar and ccd, socks need to be pulled up.

I had a paneer wrap , a hazelnut pastrey , grilled chicken sossage , grilled paneer with sorted vegetables... really good even the cinnamon roll was good and the brownie frappe 💯

I ordered online. Instead of the 2 Chicken Puffs I had ordered, I received only 1. The coffee was not very great and the quantity was way too less for the price they are charging it at.<br/>The Chicken Puff itself was very difficult to bite into and was definitely not fresh. also, there was hardly any chicken in it. In one way I feel good I did not have to eat 2 of those.<br/>I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The place is good for catch up with friends and food.<br/><br/>The desserts is flavoursome, we tried Chocolate eclair which was yummy.... My daughter loved it too.<br/>Coffee is a bit didn’t get satisfied with as it was suppose to be hazelnut flavour but none could be tasted. This cafe is opened at bizzbay mall. First there used to be Roadside cafe here. They are just newly started cafe. The shake was good but it was too costly. They need to work on the service a lot.

The best place for having coffee and macrons and lots of other stuff the breakfast here is also awesome and I have visit this place more often and love the ambience and it’s awesome

Love their sandwich ranges , I have visited thrice till date, sadly they still with extreme slow service.<br/>They need to work with more staffing and inventory management.<br/>Apart from that , suggestions to atleast print menu for the ones who won't prefer to ask the restaurant to what they want to eat, but chose from the option.

Cafebellagio is nice place when ever i have been there i loved the cold coffee and icetea.otherdays i had pasta,pizza,and Butter chicken it was orsam i will,recommend all my friends and others to go there as i like this place ambience is nice and cute and clean, Place i am regular there and so are my friends.must grilled fish with sauteed veg and mashed potato and defintely the pink sauce srimp pasta.

The most delayed service I ever came across. Just for 2 cold coffee they took more than 30 minutes, that too when only 3 tables were occupied. No sugar cold coffee had lot of sugar. There was no difference in no sugar and regular cold coffee. I specifically asked for the least carbs food suggestion, and when it came to my table it was a big loaf of refined wheat floor ( maida ) bread with almost no chicken inside. Certainly not a good place to try.

Wanna have a nice hot coffee on NIBM Road ? Head to Cafe Bellagio at Biz Bay Mall next to Jovos. It has a nice and bright ambience and a range of snacks to treat yourself on. A place for all ages to hang out. I wish them the best in this new venture.
