Amazing experience... The food is really delicious... Went for buffet...the ambience is pretty good with light music...staff service is also good... Served with a welcome drink which was soothing...starters contains crispy veg, paneer tikka, sweet potato, barbeque pineapples (not really great), chicken wings, chicken tikka, prawns and fish..the main course was also good except the paneer dish... deserts were ice cream(havmour chocolate and vanilla), kheer, gulab jamun, fresh cut fruits, sweet samosa and besan laddu.

We went for a sunday dinner buffet. A very good spread of all the items. Starting from the starters- chicken 2 varieties, mushroom, prwans, paneer, veg fry, alo tikki, fish tikka, pineapple roast, chicken wings. Each and every items were very well made. Apart from that they serve you with soup and lemon juice. Main course had a variety. Another attraction was the dessert spread- sewai, nariyal mithai, lavang latika, dahi vada, kulfi- kesar, pista and strawberry, gulab jamun and another type of sweet whose name i don't recall. The staff were Cordial and very well behaved. Reasonably priced. Also, on sat- sun, there is live music that is another attraction. Overall very good ambience along with good food at a good price.

It's quit a nice place, we were there of our office party and it was lot of fun. the food was good it was a unlimited buffet so there were ice creams, kababs, biryani and hell lot of things the ambiance was good and the staff was very professional. its in the phoenix mall so its located at the prime location of city its worth spending time and money there

The Grand Buffet as the name suggests their must be something Grand.... but actually its not that Grand but can say its great for the prize range it provides... For starters if you are indo-chinese fan you will love the Chicken Manchurian, and if you are fan of the mugal kind if kebab fan then their are quite a options available like Chicken Galuti kebab or the Sheak kebab... For main course for me it was not that great but their after come most favourite for us the Desert... They got quite a variety of it like the Hot Gulab Jamun with chilling Ice cream thats the best, they got the kheer and some other..!!!!

This is cool nice place for buffet dine. You can surely consider this place for it's ambiance and location. Food test is also good. We visited here for team lunch. This place is at Phoenix market city hence near by kalyani nagar , KP, yerwada, commerce zone and kharadi.

I share my experience of yesterday. TGF of Phoenix is a great place with a nice aura. The interior was well furnished. Best hospitality. The people over there were friendly especially the one I guess him to be the coordinator guided us well. They served us well. Although as compared to TGF ,spring city mall I guess yesterday the varieties of food were less and the taste and flavor of particular items were not up to the mark but since that was just previous day story and all of my past experiences has been good I ignored yesterday. So if you think of going there go for it. Everything is great over there.This is just my yesterday experience I surely suggest you to go over there.

Be aware that this restaurant is located at east court and not at main mall. This is newly opened restaurant with good Ambiance. I bought coupons from Little app. I am vegetarian and they had around 7 options in veg. Food quality was great and I really liked buffet options , all items were delicious and food was better than Barbeque Nation.

Food quality was fantastic. Starters was very good, Buffet was also good but need some improvement on buffet choices. Staff was very polite and helpful. Live music was the fantastic.. Recommend for those who loves to eat with family, friends or your love once.. Overall it was good experience, pocket friendly (you can also buy coupons from nearby). You can also call them and book a table (recommended).

(Late Post) Absolutely pathetic. Starters and desserts were average. Everything else was terrible. The food was literally stinking from a distance. Everything was cold and tasted really bad. Most dishes seemed like they were at least 2-3 days old. Staff refuses to accept that anything is wrong. When we told a waiter to call the manager, he came back saying 'the manager is having dinner and that's why he can't talk to you now'. After paying the bill, we insisted on talking to the manager again and finally he came and acted as if everything is normal and we are making a big deal unnecessarily. He even went and inspected the stale food but said it is fine. Later on, I tried to contact the management from the website and the email ID mentioned there but no response from them. Avoid at all costs.

Went there for a farewell dinner. The tandoor was not fitting on the table we sat. Shifted to next table, then a/c was not working. Starters were below average. At around 10pm when we moved for main course 50% of items were empty. When we requested for them they said it will take 10 min. We came back to our seat and tried to find something after 20 min but the dishes had still not arrived on table. Just had gulab jamun made out gits packet, which was the only dessert left at 10.25pm.

Today's experience... Not up to the mark. When we plan for some celebration and the food does not fulfill the expectations - then it is not worth. We are here now to celebrate our wedding anniversary and disappointed from starting itself. Starters : Fish is not available, prawns are so much in love with sticks and not ready to come into the plates 😂.. when we asked about some fresh things - answer was "the things are as it is and same quality will be there". Fish might be on leave for election result. ** Attached snaps of prawns - not a single prawns we could eat properly as it was breaking into pieces (was not fresh)

It is a Dhaba version of BBQ Nation. Bad food with very less variety. They use colours, lot of oil, preparation is poor. Menu is substandard. They didn’t even have any soft drink/ mock tail/cocktail on a hot Saturday afternoon, except for their complimentary lemon water. The chat corner (an effort to copy BBQ nation) has a very unhygienic look. Avoid this place...

Looks good, from outside, otherwise pathetic service. Food was not so yumm, very less items in menu n desert having very low items. For live counter of roti we have to ask for 3 times, for water we have to ask waiters 5 or 6 times. I can't understans why they are paying their waiters, we were calling them, but they were only passing by us not even serving us a single glass of water. Noodles were great, n gulabjamun too. Food is ok, but few staff is very very slow at their work.

Most pathetic service. The staff is extremely dull and slow. Least interested in giving service. We had to keep asking them for every thing that we needed. Even for clearance we had to every time ask them for it. Till the end they did not even serve the chapatis. We eventually had to leave the place as the place was unsatisfactory. The Grand buffet restaurant 🍨🍕🥪🍞🍫was this time our stop, which sells great buffet in which veg food✌️ for just at 💸rupees 700 .The food was damn amazing and delicious specially the Dahi bhalla🍧, Karan ji 🥟and Gulab jamun🍡. Never go to this restaurant...only u go when u want to taste raw prawns, uncooked chicken tikka kebab, uncooked mutton kebab...this restaurant is located in East court, Viman Nagar..from the gate u will expect that it gonna be a good restaurant but once u sit and realise its the worst decision u have taken by going inside.. We are three and went for dinner...not much variety in starters..the limited starters have worst taste...also the main course is pathetic... Hand wash section is like u came to a dhaba...where mirror has lots of dhabbba on it... This restaurant claim that cheapest barbeque..but I realised I wasted the whole money... Never go !!!!!

The food is not good starter paneer didn't had salt in it prawns coming on skewers were already burnt. They had corn tikki but the corn was missing. Mutton rogan josh had rubbery mutton. Butter Naan was burnt and crispy which it is not supposed to be. Paneer main course was hard and rubber paneer not fresh. They service a welcome drink which is supposed to be chilled little fizzy but was all flat n warm. Staff was drinking welcome drink in front of us. Menu was blur not properly printed. Worst part they presented a menu but the dishes were not available and staff says the menu is of different event. Which restaurant does this.. Staff didn't had menu knowledge. Food refelling wasn't proper as in fresh fruit i got to eat grapes just once and rest it was all watermelon.. Food platter was dirty. Tables were bit sticky. Staff wasn't professional. They had to ask to clear plates get starters refilled. It was my friends birthday party but didn't enjoy well. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

They are deteriorating day by day. A year back they had some variety in starters and desserts. This time around they were less in numbers that too just few of them palatable. Main course was ok taste wise but had pathetic presentation. Next time around if u have hunger pangs better go to Phoenix food court. Totally waste of money and time. I went to The Grand Buffet after buying a Dineout coupon during their 50% off food fest. When I and my girlfriend sat at a table the receptionist informed the service boy that we're from Dineout. I should have got my clue there itself. I had bought the coupons for a non-veg buffet. We were only offered non-veg starters - Oily Basa fish fry, Chicken Wings, Prawns and the standard Chicken starter. They kept 4-5 skewers of the starters at the table. I could see only 3 service boys for the entire area. Once we finished off the 4-5 skewers, we literally had to ask the service boy for more. I had to ask 2-3 times and wait 5-10 minimum each time to get more starters. When I asked for veg starters, I was told that this is it. Only the 4 starters that were served already. The chicken and prawns was chewy and dry. There was hardly any flavour to it. The taste of the Chicken Wings and fish fry was okay/decent given the discount I had got. Chicken manchow soup had very chewy chicken in it. The chicken was all suspended in the soup in small thread like pieces. It looked as if it were someone's vomit. There were no spoons for soup on the counter. Main course had North Indian veg and non veg, veg noodles, paneer curry and paneer Schezwan. Mutton was good. I didn't try crab curry. Dahi wada was good. Desserts had gulab jamun, vanilla and chocolate ice-cream, very oily Shahi tukda, kulfi, water melon, musk melon and bitter sour rotten like carrot kheer. Chocolate ice-cream, kulfi and the fruits were the good part. All in all a very average place if you consider the service. I would rate the place as below: Food: 2 Service: 2 Ambience: 2.5 (looks too dark and gloomy to enjoy food) TLDR: Worst buffet food and service out there! Avoid at all costs even if they're offering discounts as you will not be offered anything worthy to eat.

While for good barbecue we all prepare other places grand buffet is pocket friendly with prices now being increased it should ensure they increase variety with non bbq snacks also for both lunch and dinner! I have attended buffet on Valentine's day with my family. I shall rate the hotel on following points. Ambience: Ambience is good. Not so exciting. I wondered about wash basin there os only one for entire hall. Basin is not even clean. It's wet around basin. Mirror is also stained. Kindly change it. It making all look bad. Food: food is very good. Limited items but tasty. Service: It's good staff is very friendly. Cost: As compared to others it's very low cost. Verdict: if you want good buffet at lower cost this is best option

Visited second time and find it be good and full Paisa vasool.Liked snacks chicken Tikka,Fish, pineapple, chicken wings etc.. Main course Mutton is just out of the world, Biryani is nice..Frankly I got so much fill after snacks that tried only these two main course, Coming to sweets they have all exclusive sweets, not too much overload like pudding and all, they had Ghujia, gulab jamun, ice cream, fruit salad and kheer, shahi tukda.All were worthy and authentic Indian touch in that. if you are looking for pastry, pudding and etc then this sweet spread does not have that. And they guy who served Ram was very pleasant and nice.

This is the first time I visited The Grand Buffet. Kudos on the ambience and instrumental Bollywood tracks playing. The service was a little slow, the staff took their time to provide fresh plates and water. We went for a non veg menu and the barbecue grill was very well made. The highlight was the crispy prawns. From the main course, the food was average. The salads were made very well though. The dessert consisted of Shahi toast (extremely tasty), gulab jamun (decent), kheer (okayish)

We read some mixed reviews of this place but thought of giving a try, went for dinner. The place is good, less crowded, pleasent music, polite staff specialy Shubham and Prabhat who were professional and looking after our table, they did their job very well. Talking about the starter, it was Ok...(amm won't say best, that means there is much scope of improvement)..few chicken starter were little burnt but they said its barbecue and had to be like that. Main course and dessert all good. If we talk about overall, then this place is value for money!

I visited #theGrandBuffet for dinner with my friends. We have to wait 50 min till they could make an arrangement for us. Food: Coming to the starters - Veg starters had a variety - On the grill we had Mushrooms, Paneer tikka, and Pineapple. They were serving Veg crispy also on the table. All good, and they took care of our taste buds when asked for spice level. Paneer tikka and Mushrooms were lip smacking. Main course - Macroni Pasta, Garlic Rice and Daal had an average taste. Bhindi chatpata and Naan were very tasty, Noodles were a little hard. Chicken dum Biryani was a bit spicy so I don't liked it, but it was okay for my friends. Desserts - Fruits, Seer khurma, Kulfi and Gulab Jamun were served. Variety and taste was decent. Ambience: We had been inside the restaurant. The ambiance was good. It was not very noisy. The tables and chairs are well maintained and clean. The live music/performance was the best part of our dinner. Great atmosphere 🤩 Service: Staff was courteous and was taking care of us very often. Even I had a talk with the manager regarding the pricing, and she was very polite and helpful. Very good service. Thank you 🙏 Value for money: Very expensive. We visited during the Delhi chaat festival and it was 649 + tax. This amount is huge and one will think and compare with BBQ nation or ABs before visiting the place. Suggestions: There should be available options for the complementary drinks. Also, there should be 2-3 starters. Rest no complaints, you guys are decent 🤠

While the ambiance was OK; the overall service and taste of food was just unacceptable. Welcome drink was served when we were half done with main course. Starters tasted average and the main course was not even average level. The desserts were awful (as if they were prepared by school kids). The place is ok as per the charged amount . But the problem here is that all the items in barbeque are not available everyday. Sometimes, you may miss prawns or corn as happened with me. I would suggest to contact the restaurant first before going and ask regarding the items available in barbeque. One more feedback to the Grand Buffet that inform your attendents not to ask several times to the customer whether he/she has done with barbeque or not. Ever get the feeling of "oh no! What am I doing here?" ?!! Well that was all I felt throughout my time at the "Grand" buffet. There were so many things that were wrong that I still cannot believe i ended up paying Rs 600 + for the shoddy experience. Service: 1/5 I walked in at 2:15 PM to a huge but empty restaurant in phoenix mall, which can easily seat at least 150 people at one go. I was told the non veg buffet price was Rs 629 which was totally contrary to the promotions (Octoberfest) they have on Zomato and their prices. Against my good judgement, I decided to give it a try anyway. Post my order, i could easily see the reluctant staff of 15 + getting ready to prep meal for only 1 customer. The staff were almost ready to eat when I apparently barged in to the restaurant. While I was seated, two grown up adult staff ran chasing each other in the restaurant from the reception till the kitchen. I understand team cohesion but the fact that a customer is in the restaurant the manner which the staff behaved with absolute disregard was extremely unprofessional. There are more minute things I can point out but that will make this review unbelievably long. Food: 0/5 I can make do with many things but compromising on food, THAT i can't do. The starters were below average in taste, texture and visual appeal with the exception of the fish, which was brought towards the end. Prawns - small, chewy and dry with no seasoning. Happens when you overcook or in my case "re-cook" food. Chicken - again chewy and dry. Chicken wings - a very mild sauce combination and unsavory. veg kebab (or so they call it) - pure dry dough without a hint of seasoning. Main course: Cold food? seriously?!! They literally only reheated the food which I asked them to. Why could you not heat the food, when I was going through my starters? Why wait till the customer points out that the food is cold? Most importantly WHY would you have to reheat food at all ? Anyway, the crab curry was the only dish worth savoring among the lot, not the mutton or the chicken. The Dahi wada was again without any seasoning and lacked the usual tartness. Desserts were average. Cost: 1/5 The only reason I visited really was the Ocktoberfest offer that they so fancily have put up on Zomato but quite literally that afternoon it was a sham. The lunch buffet (as per your price list) is Rs 399+ tax but I was charged Rs 599+ tax. That is totally misleading and of nowhere near the value of the food that I was served. Value for Money: 1/5 The food, service and experience is of less value than the paper they printed the bill on. My verdict: I pity those who would spend their hard earned money here or who before me have had a similar experience. I strongly urge my readers and buffet lovers to avoid this buffet because for the similar or less price you can have a quintessentially better buffet at BBQ Ville, AB's or other newly opened BBQs. I also urge the management to retrospect on how they run things here. This is not The Grand Buffet, it is The Grand Blunder !

Ohhhh boy, no one leading the team... It was like watching a headless chicken dance....!!! It was chaotic.... Ohh dear boy...!!! Also, this was the first ever restaurant which said they do not have a lemon wedge, we asked for it thrice they didn't get it and later told that there is no lemon wedge available. The starters were pathetic, half of them were burnt, chicken was dry, prawns for sure were frozen.... Bad bad bad....!!! Main course each and every dish was so salty including the salads. In the end we ended up eating only desserts. I don't think any of there food was palatable...!!! I for sure am never going back here I was scared on the first visit.... And for others well all I would say is 'enter at your own risk'...!!!

This is when one of the support staff person asked me to join him at the corner and whispered "sir, there was a party and because of that non veg is limited". Had been to TGB for Saturday night buffet. We were veggies and whatever I write here is for veg items only.We got a warm welcome a tasty tangy lemon juice as welcome drink. So this place have been one of the worst I have been too. We called to book the table and they just said come down which raised a red alert but it was Monday so quite anticipated. 1. Staff - cordial but no etiquette. It was very difficult to figure out the staff as everyone was in casuals. Limited understanding of menu. 2. Ambience - looks amazing and spacious but there is no space between tables for a person to stand. It’s a buffet and people will tend to stand and sit frequently. The family next table hit ours and the soup spilled. 3. Food - I understand that the taste and flavours are different and some place might not go that very well. But the bare minimum requirement is that the food is hot. It was cold and made the taste terrible. Starters again were barbecued long enough already before being served so barbecuing it again just for namesake made it worse. We really had to skip the starters after first round. We went for main course and accept the maccaroni everything was stale. Didn’t taste good at all. No one even asked for serving breads plus no one was serving water. Desserts were sad too. Overall, this is for the last time I am visiting this place. To the management, sorry to write you guys off but this is an honest attempt for you guys to look into the issues.

I love this place to visit with my family and freinds. I have gone here almost 5 times in last one year. The food is awesome. We have barbeque here. Unlimited food makes the highlight of the show. Even it is unlimited feed the restaurant do not compromise on the food quality and the buffet system always has variety in menu for both veg and nonveg foodies. It is like food festival. They also have live karaoke and some amazing performance. Interior is nice and it has the food served in the center. You will get welcome drinks when you enter. Staff is very good and helpful. You might need to make reservations as this place is always crowded and you have to wait to get table most of the time. The Grand Buffet

We had great food here. Overall great experience. Somehow I don’t understand why there is huge difference between seasons mall and Phoenix mall outlets. They are opposite in the term of taste and quality. I will always prefer Phoenix outlet to visit.

my FIRST and LAST serving with THE SO CALLED GRAND BUFFET..went there with family for dinner buffet to celebrate my birthday..!!! worst dinner ever...spoiled my bday celebration. if you are a BBQ lover its better u go AB's season or BBQ in kalyani...but this is not the place where u would love BBQ at all... 1. their staff has so much of miscommunication among themselves and don't know where to make their patrons sit..i was relocated to different tables TWICE.!! 2. it took them 15 minutes to start the starters and get the grill for us. 3. chicken wings tasted stale; chicken seekh was half cooked and tasted stale and bad, prawns had too much salt in its marination. most of the veg item was just marinated and kept on our grill so the was all raw 4. after the 1st serving none of the waiter cared to ask us what other skewers we wanted until i had to reach out to manager to ask how can we get someone's attention to bring more food...!!! only thing which i finally liked was chicken biryani in main course... I wish i would have went to cafe Arabia or KFC at phoenix which was hardly 100 mtr than this waste of time n money THE GRAND FUDDU BUFFET..!!!

My dinner experience is not good. Taste & quality wise both! Found some flaws in non-veg pieces. Uncooked pieces found on my plate. Very disappointed. Wasted my money. Starters: Some were surprisingly good, while most of them were tasteless. Dinner buffet: Not good at all. The management need to check non veg stuff more precisely. On the other hand a few options for non veg starters only. Chicken wings made my day. Although non vegetarians can enjoy meal 🥘 taste wise food was okay ! Methi murgh and mutton rogan josh was best. And deserts were quite good as compared to overall food. Good place to visit for family gatherings only if you’re a non vegetarian. We had a booking for 20 people for team lunch one day before. This place was empty when we reached there around 12.50. They were not prepared for bbq and starters. For Veg starters, they had crispy veg & bhajiya, which was not expected as starters in place called Grand Buffet. Overall mains food was also ok ok, not so great. Service was good, but huge improvement required in food menu to survive in compitition in buffet segment.

We went for a sunday dinner buffet. A very good spread of all the items. Starting from the starters- chicken 2 varieties, mushroom, prawns, paneer, veg fry, alo tikki, fish tikka, pineapple roast, chicken wings. Each and every items were very well made. Apart from that they serve you with soup and lemon juice. Main course had a variety. Another attraction was the dessert spread- sewai, nariyal mithai, lavang latika, dahi vada, kulfi- kesar, pista and strawberry, gulab jamun and another type of sweet whose name i don't recall. The staff were Cordial and very well behaved. Reasonably priced. Also, on sat- sun, there is live music that is another attraction. Overall very good ambience along with good food at a good price.

Yesterday evening we went to The Grand Buffet hotel it was the first time i visited there with my family, the ambience was too good nice soft music was been played along with live FIFA world cup match on screen, the taste of the food was excellent I specially liked the starters it was hot n spicy the way i like my food, the main course n deserts were good too along with fruits n lemon juice. This was our 4th visit and haapy to saw that they have changed the management. Food was tastier than before, service was ok, but we didnt get any soft drinks, maicktails or any kind of cold beverages. Staff informed that they will start serving these drinks from 1st of next month. Overall food was good.

Please its a NO-NO place to go and have food here. On Friday, we as a team of 25 ppl visited this place for Dinner and the atmosphere was enthusiastic with live music. At 9 we reached, starters were served on the table but that were served with the gap of 10mins. Every now and then we need to ask waiter to get the starters. At 9.30, we came to know they were serving welcome drink as well i.e. watermelon and lime juice which we got after we had done with starters and only lime juice because watermelon juice was finished. When it comes to taste, neither the starters were spicy or had any taste. It was just masala on it. Whatever it may be veg or nonveg starters there was no taste in it. At 9.45 around we thought to go for main course and imagine that at this point of time their veg and nonveg salad had finished. When we asked the waiter he told that he will get it but it never came. None of the main course had any taste expect dahi raita, gulab jamun and aloo sabji. Just imagine non veg was also not good in taste. The whole food was tasteless. The first 15-20 guys got the bowl to eat deserts but later when we went for deserts, bowls were not available. The icecream was totally melted and it was messed up. I was wondering whether we were in marriage hall or in hotel. On top of the above, at 10.30 PM AC was off as they were about to close but live music was on. Really strange experience and not at all recommended.

I visited on 7th June 18 with 3 of my friends. Food was good & worth the price but hygiene & staff behaviour is something that needs a lot improvement. There was a big Rat roaming around freely inside kitchen & restaurant. When we told this to manager he wasn't even apologized but instead he was not ready to listen. He told us that he is paying 10000 Rs for pest control. Does Paying money to some third class agency means it is done ? First learn some basic hotel manners. Even if you feed for free ,Playing with customer's health is not at all acceptable.

Food Quality has become very poor. Non veg gravy was not think to much water. Roti served was too crispy, which would be soft and more butter. Service was not good. Every time we had to ask to fill the empty buffet. Dahi wada should be soft which is never soft at grand buffet. Ambiance is good but sofa needs to be cleaned. Very disappointed this time.

But worth a try may be if you are lucky you guys will have a better experience than I did 😊

The restaurant falls into the economy section and serves quite a variety as compared to the cost. It serves started on a grill on the table and some come as platter to plate. The rest is served as a buffet . They serve a variety of Indian dishes. Taste can be improved a little bit but the food is not bad. The service is good. The tables are well spaced. And when we pressurised no we want it they were like bring them small cups.. look at their customer handling.. One of the worst restaurant of pune. few days before I got a call from jukasu, they gifted me a dinner in this restuarant, and below rating is based on that experience. Food quality: Food is horrible. They have very less varieties in starters and they all taste bad. The main course is worst than the average quality of roadside food. Even it was not fresh. Service: The only word which can describe their service is "pathetic". You have to wait on table for around 20-30 mins to get the barbeque. You have to call them each time and they will keep ignoring you.

We told about the food he apologized nd he promised next time we will give you complimentany. We didn't even touch the main course as maincouse was also pathetic. We told over situation she said sorry I can't give complimentary. I don't know who promised and that manager left I can't do anything. This is how they r eating our money. Guys u decide weather u want to eat pathetic food or to save your money.

There is Change of management. Now weekdays also they charge 600 + gst not yet updated on Zomato. With the increase in price they have also reduced food variety. Now only one mocktail instead of 2. 4 starters now instead of previous 6. No Kulfis now which are my favourite. Main course was a disaster, worst in taste. Only positive side was they are concentrating on better service so you have to wait less time as waiters are now more proactive. But what will do with good service if your food experience is ruined. (This is a buffet right) This is used to be a pocket friendly buffet with best in class variety and taste. I wonder why would someone go here and not Barbeque Nation and other places while prices may be Rs 50-100 difference and food way way better than here.

I went here for my Birthday lunch today, my wife did the reservation in advance and advice them to arrange something for birthday, they did not have any clue that advance booking was done, Staff is bizarre and not trained properly , Now coming to food , we are vegetarians so only two out of 5 barbeque started were good except those everything was below par and unhygienic , Desserts were below par and very fewer items, Ice cream and kulfi was melted and maintenance is poor.

There were long durations when our grill was empty and no waiter served us with anything inspite of asking on multiple occasions. Even though this place offers one of the lowest prices in the bbq/grill buffet category, given their quality of food and service it feels highly overpriced. The ambience is also nothing great and rather fairly congested. In addition, their wash basin was clogged which is just plain disgusting. I have had a very good experience with Grand Buffet Magarpatta, and I'm happy to say that Grand Buffet Viman Nagar has won my heart too! let's begin with; Location: Grand Buffet Viman Nagar is located in the East Court at Phoenix Market city! Phoenix Market city is the heart of not only Viman Nagar, but most of the Northern Pune region. hence the location is top notch and couldn't be better. Interiors and Ambience: The restaurant is well designed and more spacious as compared to their outlet in Seasons mall, Magarpatta. lighting is beautiful and the overall ambience is just perfect! not a bad place to visit with your partner, he/she will definitely love to be on a date with you here! Food (quality and taste): I'd always say this to all the restaurants that there is always a scope of improvement as far as quality and taste of food is concerned. Taste of starters could be much better. Not saying that it isn't good, but people shouldn't visit a restaurant just once. So to make people visit again and again, the taste of food should just leave a memorable mark on everyone's taste buds! All the dishes are quite tasty and the prawns on grill particularly are a must to try. Service: I'm not unhappy with the service. Table attendants are quite hospitable and prompt! Although I visited on a weekday and the restaurant wasn't even half full so I can't say for the times when the restaurant is crowded! but overall the service was pretty decent and have nothing to mention as such. Nothing grand about it. Just a royal place with an ordinary food and hospitality. Ambience was the only thing good about this place. Food was just average. Starters were not good in taste. The guy serving the starters were giving us such looks when we asked to repeat something as if we are taking something from his own plate. Even after multiple requests, some of the things were repeated and served. In the main course, several containers were empty and no one was bothered for a refill till someone asked or pointed out. No clear labels on food being veg or non veg. Same for the desserts as well. Eager to get us the bill when we were having our desserts. God knows from where they did their management course. I have planned team dinner here. I must say i am very disappointed with my experience. We were not given water glass for 20 mins after we seated on table. Approx 30+ minutes later we got our 1st starter. Then no one appear. We at end started direct main items after very disappointed with service. There was no bowl also to take half of the items. I will suggest do not plan any of your good events here. Even on weekday we had such experience not sure what will happen at weekend. Definitely a better substitute for barbecue nation. Better in terms of 1.Ambience 2.Taste 3.Prize however, service here is slow and the staff is confused. Vegans might want to skip this as not much variety available for them. Tastiest barbecue dishes were prawns and fish. The meat was tender and marination was perfect. Paneer barbecue was also good. Not many options in veg, only paneer, mushroom and potatoes. Nonveg options were tastier. Seekh kebab, chicken tikka was also good. The main course had little less variety but definitely tasty. Chicken biryani was yummy. Singaporean noodles and chicken manchow soup was amazing. Overall had a great experience here. The prices were discounted. Rs 499/- per person excluding GST. Which is way better on your pocket in comparison to BBQ nation.

Had been here for Dinner buffet as part of women's day celebration😃 and yes I liked the place👍 Ambience- Really nice and classic... dim light setup at tables and nice decor😃 3/5 Food- Starters is what I was looking forward for and it was a live barbeque experience and it was nice the fish was good nice juicy tender and we'll marinated, chicken Manchurian and chicken Tikka was also tasty... however didn't like the chicken seekh kebab felt it was a little rubbery Main course- Of course and elaborate buffet but very little space in stomach😉 we tried the fish masala and butter nan which was really nice and again fish made very well... chicken salad , sprout salad&pasta were also okay..mutton roganjosh gravy was really nice but somehow the pieces didn't break off the bone easily🤔. &special mention is the chicken biryani with raita which was really tasty... well flavoured rice, perfectly marinated chicken was really good..totally recommend 😘 desserts- there was gulab jamun , kulfi was really good... the kesar barfi was not good and chocolate ice cream was okay Service- Fast and good... right from welcome drink to flow of starters to servicing all went well and timely. Verdict- Overall a good restaurant... if you like Barbeque Nation but an affordable and budget friendly wen then do try The Grand buffet...I would give 3.5stars out of 5will definitely visit again.👍 Suggestion- is to marinate the starters bit more which will enhance their flavours even more👍

I just cannot get the meager reviews given by other people. This place is actually the best in it's range and above too. Coming to starters, we were served some delicious Paneer tikka, Mushroom tikka and a Pasta of our chosen ingredients and it was delicious. The main course was "the best" I've ever eaten. The range of cuisines were mouth watering. Chinese, Mughlai, North Indian were all delicious. Desserts were too humble to ignore. We were actually shocked to find authentic Bengali sweets as a part of the menu. Also, the staff was courteous and responsive even during rush hours. Ambience was far better than any other buffet restaurants. A must visit for sure.

We had warmly been welcome and informed that sea food is finished sir, if you want to eat chicken or mutton we are here to offer. Glad welcome with limited menu, staff is so responsive that live charcoal had to light it up again. Very mesmerizing place, captains are so upto the mark that they turn off the AC's n TV's to make their customers run away. As half n hr passed eating the starters, I had to look at the deserts. But cherry on top #STAFF had to ans that deserts are empty sir! First thing do not compare every BBQ with BBQ nation,I am not happy with the service. They don't have proper staff to handle customers.In desert you will get Sivaiya kheer,gulab jamun,caramel pudding(out of stock) and ice cream(bad quality) just to complete the count of items.they usually do not refill the items,So don't expect good things,Main course you will get methi malai panner and bhindi ki sabji :( and for roti you have to give the count,how many roti you want. The cuisine includes everything from Tandoor, to North Indian to chienese. Ambiance is a little dark and maybe the service of the waiters might not impress you as good as the BBQ Nation. Worst customer service ever. Had to wait for 45 min although the booking was done before. No quality food. Had to wait for almost 15 min every time a starter were served. They had only prauns and chicken. No fish no mutton. Asking about the food about starter they just apologize its over. Main course weren't refiled. Had to eat the last remaining food which was not good at taste. Desserts were over tooo. Had to ask a person to take out the last remainng icecream from the bucket. Pathetic. Wont recomend it to anyone .

I love the concept of unlimited buffet dining, it comes with both the perks I love. Unlimited starters and unlimited sweets. But still one has to keep the basics in mind, first poor food doesn't make up for good surrounding or anything else for that matter and second poor service can be tolerated only if food is excellent and it doesn't cost this much. Both cases are not true here, food is not great, service is not great and cost is also high. All things compared with other options available in competition.

Could make it better by adding more variety and fixing the billing issue.

We visited this place a few days ago when the Goan Food Festival was going on. First things first - the food...was okay type. The staters are 3on skewers and the rest in plate. They tasted good. Main course was very mainstream with not much variety in salads and veggies. We tasted quite a few items and it was above average. We quite liked the surmai fry in live counter which was a part of the Goan Festival. In dessert, the Fruits were stale and smelling. Ice cream had finished and a fresh stock came up 20mins after informing it had finished. Staffs are very friendly and nice to talk to. Ambience was nice. Altogether it deserves a rating of 3.5/5

The most pathetic and worst buffet experience one can ever have. That's what summarizes my experience over here. Starting from the chicken, fish starters to desert through main course - everything is tasteless. The waitors are not professional and untrained, they don't understand anything. The looks and interior decorations are the only thing good and for which I have put 2 points as rating. Only the surmai and banra fish fries were good. Came here for new years eve and had a terrible experience. Although the ambiance is good, the servers arent timely, the meat was undercooked and almost all the food was flavorless. The drinks in the buffet package were laughable- lemonade was basically sugar water. Was looking to have a memorable time to mark the end of the year and ended up extremely disappointed instead. Floors were dirty and unkept. Extremely unhappy :( was expecting more.

Heard of its Goan food festival and read reviews which were quite astonishing.....which temped me to try this place....to my surprise It was nothing like the reviews on Zomato or for what I have heard of.......they had removed all regular starters from their grills and there were only fish on offer which were not up to the mark as well......tried tawa prawns and surmai fry.....firstly the tawa prawns were not cleaned at all half the prawns had skin on it and it was fried as it is i doubt they had even clear the fish properly....surmai fry was also not fried and was totally tasteless.... and too add to it they had removed all chicken items from there starters list it was very limited on offer....overall the service was also very poor.....water was also served almost after an hour when we had already asked the waiter for it nearly 3 4 times .....even welcome drinks were served only once.....and after all the suffering for starters when we jumped on the desserts than we were disappointed over there as well as their ice cream freezer was broken and all the ice cream had melted...... To sum it up it was a horrible experience all together and total waste of money wont recommend Amy one to visit the place again...

Mismanagement at its best. I visited on the 31st December for linch buffet and I am sorry to say I regret my decision. The so called 'Goan food festival' is a total farce. They had placed a live grill which served uncooked fish. The prawns were not even cleaned properly and tasted terrible. Other starters were not served untill you reminded them 4-5 times. Service was pathetic. We asked them for water which came after an hour after we had sat down to eat. Main course and desserts were fine. To sum up, it was a total waste of time and money.

Had gone to this place for team lunch. The place is though situated in the east court of Phenoix mall, but some how didn't hook up with the environment which we find in old phenoix mall restaurants. Ambiance is the only thing that is pretty good. When we went to this place, we found that we were the only people in whole vicinity. Coming to food, I had few varieties of chicken starters, none of them were tasty or up to the mark. Either they were uncooked , Under cooked or extremely overcooked. Prawns were best in taste. The grand buffet is quite nice place. The buffet is good in such a less cost. In INR 499, the buffet is really worth. The starters were good though I thought there were more options of non veg starters than veg but the taste was really good. The main course was also tasty. The star of the whole buffet was the sweet dish:- gulab jamun and kheer. Nice place to hang out and have buffet. Don't expect anything lyk barbeque nation. Deserts were also average.and tht too no special dish all were normal gulab jamun, balushahi, etc. Only good thing was kulfi as I suppose it was not prepared there so it was good. We went to this place for a team lunch , we had made prior bookings but still it took them some time to make arrangements for 30 people , the hall was full , it seems they had last minute walk in of about 50 people which caused chaos , the food was served half cooked , chicken and mutton was stinky , there was so much rush that even the plates were not available nor the spoons , and to top it my colleague found a metal wire in his food , after repeated complaint the manager gave is the discount of just 2 people. For such substandard food the cost was totally not justified.

My cousin had requested the service staff twice to start with service but they were busy attending other tables. Coming to the food part. Veg startes were not good at all except veg crispy . Non veg starters were good could have been better. Mutton seek kebab did not taste like mutton and could taste all different flavours in it. Prawns were not marinated as required. The main course non veg gravy dishes were the best part of the meal. Specially the crab curry. Did not had much space to taste biriyani cos had to give a shot at the sweet section. Sweet section was a disaster to be precise. It had the classic gulab jam, seviya kheer(lack of sweetness), banana pooding(usually served in hostels) , kesar barfi(just for the name sake), kunjiya, cut fruits, vanilla and chocolate ice cream( so hard to take a scoop out of it I had call the service staff for help). As you can see in the picture a service station just beside our table was used to keep food to be served as well has soiled cutlery. This was most disappointing. Food - 3.5* Service - 3* Ambieance - 3.5*

The food was decent but the service was extremely poor even though the place was moderately crowded. Dishes in buffet not being re-filled, barbeque skewers with just single piece of chicken or potato for a table of 6, having to shout to get waiters' attention, etc. are just some of the examples. They have to really pull up their socks if they hope to become a success. Almost all the the tables around us were voicing the same complaints to the manager.

Went to the grand buffet yesterday along with my friends. They have there anniversary special offer going on so the buffet is priced at 499 per person. The ambience is good, but a bit suffocating due to the live grill i guess. Offers a decent choice of starters for vegetarians and non- vegetarians. The maincourse was also decent, dal makahni was good. Desert was a disappointment as the expections were a bit high. Enjoyed kulfi( only 2 flavors) , moong dal halwa and gulab jamun. Like the name suggests, the setting is truly grand. Huge space and a lavish seating arrangement. This is a value for money buffet place. In some earlier reviews, I read about this place being compared to BBQ Nation. Well, you can't compare the two because their formats are slightly different. Bbq starters are much varied and tasty. Whereas Grand Buffet had about four or five options only. The live grill on your table reminds you of BBQ though. Being vegetarian, we enjoyed the arbi starter as well as the paneer starter. The main course was okay. The dal makhani was watery. Yellow dal was good. Bhindi masala was more like home fare. Methi matar malai was really good. Paneer was chewy. Roti & naan were good. The tomato soup was excellent. Desserts were nice because I prefer Indian sweets over cakes and brownies. The moong dal halwa was awesome. Gulab jamuns were succulent. The kulfi flavours were also good. Ice cream was watery snd already melting. Overall, a satisfactory experience. A good place if you want to stuff yourself and have a good appetite. We skipped dinner after lunch at the grand buffet. ☺ Value for money. Might visit again.

Having tried a lot of restaurants with similar theme, I was not expecting anything extraordinary from this one. The food was average overall. Best dishes was the chicken tangdi kebabs and chicken salad. Rest of the items were average to poor like the prawns. Both the prawn dishes did not have any flavour in them. At one point while eating the prawns I wonder if I was really having prawns or something else. There was nothing special in the dessert section too. The restaurant was very poorly managed when it comes to the glasses. The glasses were used serve cold drinks. There were used glasses everywhere: on the table you are being seated, under the table, in the waiting area, on the buffet table etc. It almost felt like I was in one of those "We don't care about ambience" kind of bars. On top of that, there was a mouse crawling on the water sprinklers on the roof.

On a Friday afternoon we dropped into the phoenix mall for lunch. A very vibrant entrance made us walk into the grand buffet. A spacious interior welcomes you to this buffet serving restaurant. We came to know that its their anniversary period and they are giving away buffet at 499/- all incl. The starters were served on the table in a barbecue fashion. The variety had mutton sheekh, chicken, prawns, fish, paneer, mushrooms 🍄 and more. Side items like tandoori drumsticks, chicken manchurian were also offered. In the salad, they had a couple of chicken salads, pasta salad, sprouts and corn. I did not try the lung fung soup. In the main course, they had fish, mutton and brilliant butter chicken. They also had chicken biryani and some Chinese stuff like noodles. The desserts comprised of gulab jamun, kheer, couple of bengali sweets and ice cream/ assorted kulfi. Overall for a price tag or 499/- I haven’t been to a better buffet in Pune.

First of all if you want any affordable buffet restaurant then go for this restaurant. Its exact copy of bbq nation but the difference is only their freebies and varieties of food. Firstly You'll get served with drink which is not cold and tasteless. Then live bbq, chicken, prawns, fish and some chinese stuff also. The main course - less varieties only biryani is good, and dessert - uh let it be. Guyz you'll react the same after seeing the dessert. Overall i loved only Live bbq. I hardly recommend it.

We had been here for buffet of 575 . The starters are of limited quantity. You would get 6 nonveg starter and 5 veg . The quality of the food was very poor . The chicken is not cooked properly and not well marinated with the spices. All the starters lacked spices and they were blend. Coming to main course, the biryani was not good .Pulao was ok. Pathetic experience - We went there at Saturday evening for dinner - But the Service and Food both were really pathetic. Firstly we had to wait for almost 15 mins before any waiter could attend to our table, and then he put some of the starters and disappeared again! We called him for the remaining starters and refill - and he then brought these. It felt like we were begging for food :-) The quality of starters is not be something which needs a mention. The Crispy Vegetables, were so stale and nowhere CRISPY! On the main course, the Paneer Manchurian Gravy, had only GRAVY and NO PANEER :-) Even after complaining twice to the staff about this, this was not sorted till we ended our dinner. And mind it - this was Saturday evening when the restaurant had about 40% occupancy, so you guys can understand what would be the freshness of food and service level on weekdays when there is even lesser occupancy. Not to be visited again - This restaurant is a bad spot on Buffet Restaurants where Service and Food quality both are above average.

This place doesn’t even deserve a rating of 1. It’s such a disgusting place with no value for customers. On Saturday I purchased coupons on nearbuy for 4 at the Grand Buffet. Early bird offer (technically there wasn’t any offer) Decided to take my family there for dinner, so we went to the Phoenix outlet. A nice looking place, we settle in and my brother went to the manager to show him the coupons, the manager scans and redeems all the coupons and then conveniently tells me that they don’t have any such tie up with nearbuy.com neither do they have any offers. You’ll have to pay first before you eat, while I’ve already paid around Rs. 2500/- while buying the voucher. After showing the offer on the app and their outlets, he kept refusing to accept and started speaking in a rude tone. So I told him I’ll call customer care and let’s get a clarity. His response,’ humare sare customers ke complaints hote hai toh unke numbers hum Rakhte hai aur unse jo dushmani hai wo bhi hum dekhte hai. Aap number do!!’ He started behaving in a rude manner and was yelling back at us, not willing to tell us his name. And he starts walking out slyly. Obviously we didn’t let him go, then he spoke to someone from the other outlet and I made him speak to nearbuy customer care as well.Then he says, “oh I didn’t know and I’ve been unaware of any such tie up. So you can sit.” What a shitty manager. We had been extremely polite but the restaurant was least interested in customers. Didn’t even say sorry once till we walked out of the restaurant. Definitely not recommended only because they have zero respect for customers. I've been thrice to this place over last 1 year. Starters are okay, not great. Main course is absolutely pathetic. Be it veg or non veg. They used to charge 450-500 a year back which was OK for this compromised version of BBQ nation. But they've done so well in NOT improving at all that it amuses me. Such a prime location, huge space and staff, still the chefs cannot even cook a tasty daal. Totally decided that this was the last time I went there. If the owner of this chain is reading this, WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING? Such a big investment and that's the best you can do? I can cook main course 5 times better than your chef, and I'm far from being a cook. Horrible experience!

It has minimum lights thus giving a cosy effect Quantity: There are a lot of options in both veg & non-veg. Options available for sides as well. Quality: The veg side was fantastic except the dishes of paneer. The quality of paneer was not "Great". The special mention goes to the "Gatte ki Curry" sabzi. It was made perfect.The non-veg variety was good. Special mention goes to "Fisk Curry" It was a delight. Wide options for desserts.Value for Money: Definitely, no difference in veg & non-veg prices.

Good variety of snacks in veg and non veg but most of them taste the same because of the similar preparation. Pathetic service by the management. U guys spoiled my daughters 1st bitrthday. Initially the manager Mr Lilen said that we dont decorate the place u will have to do it on ur own. Then later on he takes the material from us and assures us that he will get the work done and said us to pay their boys which i agreed. Recently visited Grand Buffet viman nagar . They were having kabab festival. The ambiance is good. I like the Buffet spread arrangements. Was wonderfully set up. The cutlery and pots were quite clean. Young people from nearby offices were having some celebration so the vibe was good and energetic. We were served cold drinks and starters which were obviously kababs and some chinese dishes. Being vegetarian we tried only veg starters. The kharya mitha paneer tikka was was good. Paneer was soft and juicy. Tandoori kumbh/mushroom kabab and malai kabab were mildly spiced and tasted nice. I liked yum gulati kebab, that's how it was written 😊. What was disappointing is the dahi kabab. I love dahi kabab and I was looking forward for this but it wasn't dahi kabab, however there was sourness of curd in it. However all chinese starters were tasty. Crisp and perfectly seasoned. In main course they had four types of gravies which were quite good. The lasooni daal was too good. I enjoyed digging my spoon in chocolate ice cream. They do have few more desserts but I was full till then 😉

The Grand Buffet is a part of chain of restaurants around pune. This is a BBQ place with enough big buffet spread to satisfy you. The ambience is pretty impressive. They have a royal kind of vibe. Their staff is dressed as royal helpers. Ambience is very nice with proper lighting arraignments. Tables are well spaced and are big enough. Service is very quick. The smiling and helpful staff makes experience better. As it is buffet place it is self service, starters and BBQ is served at the table. Coming to the food. There were 6 different varieties in BBQ 3 veg and 3 non veg. Veg: Paneer tikka, mushrooms and tandoori aloo. Non veg: chicken sikh, fish and chicken kebabs. All the starters were well marinated. Live grill ads to the taste and flavour. Sikh kebabs were good. Properly seasoned and tender mutton. They have different starters also. Veg: subz galoti kebab, dahi ke pakode and crispy baby corn. Non veg: mutton galoti kebabs and chicken wings in Chinese sauce. They have spread of main course. Variety of veg and non veg items are available. In non veg they had mutton rogan josh, chicken do pyaja and fish red thai curry. They have noodles, fried rice, Chinese gravy and biryani. Desserts section has loads of options. Sweet spread will drool you. Overall experience was really good. For the amount they are charging it is value for money. They offer you big spread and it's light on pocket.

Firstly let me start with the ambience. It's really royal! The food is really good too. I had the vegetarian barbecue and loved it. My hubby had non veg. He's a fan of this place now and insists going there all the time. Also from my experience the barbecue restaurants normally don't have a good main course. This place, however, is an exception. My husband loved the lal maas. And let me just say that they have the best dals in Pune. Quite like what you get in Delhi. Ooh and the showstopper for me was the dahi wada! I devoured it on our first visit. However, it was missing on our second visit. That disappointed me a lot because I had gone there specially for the dahi vada. Hopefully they'll have it on their menu permanently. The angoori gulab jamuns are delicious too. That the price is really reasonable is a cherry on top!

But they need more training because they were slow in providing service! Now coming to the food - they buffet costs 600 per head including tax. Which is cheap actually. But with the cheap price the quality of the foods were also verry cheap! -_- Starter items were okay. But i think they should arrange more chicken item. In the main course mutton and biriyani both the items were tasteless! The chicken preparation was also very poor in taste! -_- In main course the noodles was something which i liked! Now in desert section gulab jamun was cute and tasty ❤ small in size but great in taste ✌ Except that the sweets and cake was also good. The desert section was quite impressive. I booked this place for my birthday on 5th of may. There was karaoke at that time. The live music sounded well. The starters are really well cooked. The service lacks labour as the thing you order will take 10 mins to get to you. The main course was just fine. We had a great time there dancing and the crowd there is very friendly and supportive. Waste of money & Time. One of Worst management Hotel ever I've seen. I had visited number of Buffet & Star hotels like, Sayaji, Blue lagoon, Marriott's. But I haven't experienced such arrogant management staff. Higher manager behaviour is like Desi Dhaba owner, he don't have manners how to deal with custome. Yahi bolna baki tha uska ki Aapko kisne bulaya tha. From last two weeks they don't have Card payment service. And one more thing..Just name is Grand Buffet they don't have varaiety of food. Don't have special & Different Veg & Non veg food. Buffet it means we are paying atleast ₹600. As of my experience waiter duty is to introduced special & crispy dishes. yaha pe hame hi puchana padta tha ye hai kya wo hai kya....Please don't try ....

Went to this place to celebrate a special occasion. Ambience is very good. Hotel staff were polite. Could be more active though! Food: Starters both veg and non veg were really good.Main course was ok..could have been more beter. Dahi vada were really good. So the main highlights would be the starters! We were a group of 31 people. This place is really affordable for a big group, the service was excellent, and the food was amazing. We booked very last minute and they really helped us coordinate the whole party. The non vegetarian and vegetarian starters were delicious, and served on the barbecue. They also served a welcome drink, which was refreshing. There was a lot of variety in the main course as well. And for everyone the highlight was the deserts- 3 flavour of kulfi and soft, melt-in-mouth gulab jamuns, among other deserts. Definitely a 4 out of 5 for it's kind of a restaurant.

Ambience: Perfect for big lunch and dinner parties. Service : Extremely slow. The food was served after 1/2 an hour of our arrival. Food: Out of all the non veg starters, I only liked chicken munchurian and fish. Tangdi chicken was extremely bad and burnt. Main course: The main course was actually grand, lots of options in veg including Chinese and all. Non veg main course includes biryani, fish curry, methi chicken. Ever been to a restaurant who refuses to give you the bill? Well, here's one! Will get to it at the end of my review. To start with, there is nothing grand about this buffet except for the ambience! Yes..you read it right. The food sucks and the management sucks too. Never compare it with Barbeque Nation or even the newly opened Barbeque Ville. This place isn't even 1% of those two places. Ambience : It's quite good and royal but you go to a restaurant to have food and not ONLY for the ambience. I went there on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded. Cooling was fine and the decor was nice too. 9/10 for ambience. Food : Food sucks to the core. The grilled starters were stale and tasteless. The chicken starter wasn't even cooked properly. Prawns starter was barely noticeable because of the size of stale prawns. I have had food at various barbeque outlets but never ate such tiny prawns which were highly tasteless and stale. The fish starter was pathetic too. It had some different taste and I am not even sure if the fish was basa as it tasted weird. Maybe it was stale too so it tasted weird. The seekh kebab starter was just okay. Overall, the grilled starters were total disappointment. To top it all, the servers keep asking again and again if we need one more round of starters. Guys, why can't you keep on bringing them until I ask you not to? Simple, right? Then comes the main course... The starters were so pathetic that main course felt better for a change. The only good thing was laal maas. Yes, I loved that dish. It was tasty. Dahi wada was good too. Everything else was just average. When asked for naan, they did ask me if I want a butter naan or normal naan which was a good gesture. Service wasn't slow, considering it was a Saturday. About dessert.. Gulab jamun was good. Suji halwa was just average. Ice cream and kulfi were good. Now comes the showstopper moment... I had a food voucher from 'little' app and I could see the discomfort on the face of the guy at counter when I told him that I have a voucher. To top it all, he even REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE BILL, by saying that WE DON'T GIVE BILL TO THOSE WHO USE VOUCHERS. What kind of crap is this?????? Why the hell can't you give me the bill? It's not that you guys are doing me a favour by accepting the food voucher. Your restaurant is pathetic enough so you are advertising it on some food voucher app. I am actually doing you guys a favour by visiting it by buying and paying for the food upfront. Least I require is a bill after eating tasteless food at your restaurant. Aren't you entitled to give me the bill? Guess, I'll have to tweet or drop a mail to the government officials about how they don't offer you the bill. Change your cook and attitude. Maybe charge 200 bucks extra and serve tasty food. If you can't, change the name to The Worst Buffet.

Pros - good seating arrangement. The restaurant is very spacious and very clean. Loved the variety in main course- specially laal maas, dum aloo, dahi bhalla. In desset chocolate ice cream, gujiya, gulab jamun were damn good. Price is resonable. 600 including tax per head. Cons - welcome drink was bad. Atleast should give coke/mirinda. Service is slow..the waiters are not well trained it seems.

Visited this place with colleagues for team lunch buffet. There is nothing grand about this place apart from the ambience. Since there was some confusion with the location some of us went to other side of phoenix mall and when we entered east court and asked for the restaurant, we were shocked to see even the neighbouring shop guys were not sure about the existence of this restaurant and that was the sign that we were gonna waste our time and money. The place was located in east court of phoenix mall. The best part about this place is its ambience with some hindi instrumental music been played. The food is absolutely delicious with a reasonable price of Rs. 600 including taxes per person which is very good for a buffet in which you can get a lot of variety in food. The staff is very co operative and will ask you on timely basis if you need anything. Mutton seekh kebab and chicken manchurian were lip smacking.The only disappointment was we reached at 7:30 and we were not served with one or two starters which the people who came later were served.I have added this place to my favourites and will suggest everyone to visit it once for an amazing feast.

Went there with friends on a Wednesday evening hoping to have "Grand Buffet" as the name suggest but it was utter flop. Flaw #1:- It is essential to have a washroom in a restaurant where people who have come traveling all the way to your restaurant can get fresh and wash hands after a meal. Where as here you have to walk end of the mall to get to the washroom which by the way at night is so spaced out in corner doesn't feel safe to go there alone. No doubt the washrooms were well maintained and hygienic. Flaw #2:- If you are serving something saying its unlimited (welcome drinks) make sure it's sufficient for all the guest to try it out. Later in main course the dahi vada's which were suppose to be tasty were insufficient and didn't get to eat once the dish was over. As there were shortage of glasses where we went there and when we had asked for glasses it took forever for us waiting still couldn't get hand on any. Well you need to serve welcome drinks as well on the respective tables how will people feel welcomed if you do not reciprocate the action. I did not get to try any finally whereas, some of my friends who had tried it said it was just mapro syrup added to soda and some orange juice. Drinks were biggest disappointment. Flaw #3:- This is the main one ! Service !!! Too god damn slow. Not like you expect it would be like barbeque nation it was utter disappointment. We had to ask literally 3-4 times for a starter to repeat. Also I guess they don't have much variety of starters for veg also for non-veg. Being frustrated with service we didn't ask for options, just opted to go for main course. Flaw #4:- Being a big restaurant and widely spread and with many guest with usually big groups attention needs to be paid at each and every table you cannot handle a section merely with 3-4 staffs in each section (as I notice the restaurant serving area was divided into two halves) so people in the end of the section feel left out. There should be more staff especially personal attention should be given at each table only during starters at least. Flaw #5:- Not much variety in veg main course. Dal was the highlight and mainly had to survive on it throughout the night. Veg Chinese was not up to the mark the noodles were all dry and tasteless also the manchurian was cold. The food didn't dazzle the pallet or the tongue like it should. The rating as for the ambience and the non-veg main course. They had alot of variety in non-veg main course like fish, chicken and mutton. Deserts were the same like every other buffet places. This one is worth your money. The variety they offer under 600 bucks is commendable. Went there for dinner on Wednesday night. For starters they had 5 veg and 5 non veg starters which included fish, prawns, chicken, mutton, tandoor. Chicken was not that great but prawns were delicious. Main course included 2 veg 2 non veg mughlai dishes, Chinese noodles and three types of rice. If desserts are your favourite part of a buffet meal I would not recommend grand buffet(they served kulfi though). Overall a nice experience.

Lovely place!! They've got a vast spread for the buffet and reasonably priced. Great ambience coupled with highly courteous staff. Would rate this place anytime better than Barbeque Nation. The starters too were good. Honey chicken was the show stealer. Only recommendation to tge management would be to have more variety in starters for vegetarians. We were deciding on a good buffet place to visit when we came across The Grand Buffet. After reading a lot of mixed reaction reviews we decided to give it a try and see for ourself. The ambience is just a the name goes Grand. Nice and spacious with a good decor. The food is similar to the BBQ nation concept but must say their main course is better than BBQN. Nontheless, good option to give a try, if not visited yet. Now coming to the menu, the starters include chicken machurian (good), chicken drumsticks, prawns, basa fish🎏, mutton sheek kabab, pineapple🍍, paneer and mushroom🍄. Tastes very similar to the one you will have at BBQ. The main course has variety of options in veg as compared to non-veg. Veg - veg fried rice, steam rice, dal tadka, dal makkani, bhendi masala, peas n mushroom masala, palak paneer, tomato soup, veg biryani...so lot to try from. Being a non-veg eater only tried the steam rice and dal makkani which was really good. Non-Veg - chicken do-pyaza ( just ok), fish in Thai curry (tasted just like a Thai curry), mutton Rogan ghosh (very tasty), chicken biryani (nice) and chicken soup. Overall the mains were good. Coming to deserts, my favorite 😀 had good options. Cut fruits, pineapple pastry, gujia (coconut filling pastry soaked in sugar syrup), shahi tukda, gulab jamun ( just yuuummm), moong dal halwa ( ok), chocolate and vanilla ice-cream and the best of all kulfi (mava, rose, mango - all too good) At a price of 600/- this spread is very good I must say. Only wud like them to improve on their serving staff, they are a bit slow, had to repeat the same thing more than once to get it done. Little attentive staff wud be appreciated. Overall wud recommend all to give it a try for sure.

I recently visited The Grand Buffet with a friend. This one is the newly opened outlet in the East Court section of Phoenix Mall. Here goes the review –. Ambience – The ambience is pretty grand as per the name. The restaurant is spread over a huge area when compared to the cramped one at Seasons Mall. I immediately developed a liking for the place just because of its non-cramped seating layout. I visited for dinner and the lighting along with the overall décor, gave the place a modern “nawaabi” feel. The golden chandelier right on the entrance is so very beautiful.

"The not so grand buffet" Hubby and I decided to take my parents for a live grill dinner in Viman Nagar and so we chose The Grand Buffet. Ambience is pleasing with comfortable seating but the air conditioning was poor. We realised this as soon as the live grill started and all of us were sweating because of the heat. We requested for a seat change but our request was politely turned down. We felt the waiting staff was not well trained, at times they did not know what was happening around. It was quite haphazard and unorganised. We requested for drinks and we got a diluted fruit flavoured sprite drink. The drinks were not chilled either. The drink booth had no soft drinks after our arrival and nearly 6 people were struggling to refill the drink booth. It was a surprise to see nearly all the guests waiting in a queue for a shot size glass of drink. I would suggest The Grand Buffet management to provide better training to the staff for improving the customer's overall dining experience. Food: Starters were average. Many other places have much better live grill. We found nothing out of the ordinary at The Grand Buffet - they have emulated the tried and tested formula of Barbeque Nation. The usual prawns, tandoori chicken, grilled basa fish, mutton seekh kebabs, mushrooms and grilled potato were on offer. I would like to mention the crispy fried veggies were good. The veggies were crispy enough with an even coating of herbs and spices. Main course was also good but nothing that you wouldn't have encountered at other buffet restaurants. We had pasta salad, chicken curry, fish curries in Indian and Thai gravies, Lal Maas (cooked with chicken, originally a Rajasthani mutton delight), veg noodles, paneer curry, rice and dal. Taste was fine and the food was well cooked - no problems there. Coming to the desserts, the malai kulfi was a show stopper for me. I literally ate 4 kulfis as childhood nostalgia kicked in!!! My hubby probably had the same number of kulfis too. The rose and mango kulfis were above average. Shahi tukda was not the best I've had. Sabudana kheer was also very basic. Gulab jamuns were yummy. Fruits were available in the dessert section and just one variety of pastry was offered to the diners. Not impressed with the icecream collection as there was a choice of only strawberry and vanilla. Finally, we would recommend The Grand Buffet - but with some major reservations. Service for one definitely needs an urgent improvement. An original menu (not a copy-cat one from Barbeque Nation) will help this place regain its mojo. Certainly not recommended for large groups and office team outings as the waiting staff would not be able to manage everything.

Started lunch and telling myself "Not bad, not bad, not bad". Finished my lunch and realized "Not that good". Suggestion: Of course the word Barbecue is synonyms with Barbecue Nation and Sigree. Do not visit the place if you want to compare it with BN, it will be a big let down then. Last words: As I said before prices are comparatively less, you can visit once.

I expected a lot when i heard that this is the second outlet and the extension of The Grand Buffet-magarpatta, pune. Ambiance, Service was good but food was next to Ok! as the kebabs, chicken served were not completely cooked. We had to keep it for long time on sigri before we can have them. Price is reasonable so that doesn't mean we have to cook our-self so may be management should look into this. May be it had been resolve as we went a month ago. But do try out once. Cheers!!

Ambiance - Awesome, Space - Good, Service - Avg, Variety of food - Just ok, Taste - Very Bad. We go to such places to eat and eat good. Not there to sit and enjoy the air-conditioned ambiance. Guys you lack so many things in your food preparation. The most amazing thing is that after my so many instructions you guys could improve it. Go, only if you want to sit in AC hall.

My visit to The Grand Buffet was a mix of hits and misses. I went with my colleagues for team dinner. First of all it is located in East Court Mall which is in front of Phoenix Market City. It is a very deserted place with few shops. Ambience of the restaurant is nothing exceptional. The buffet menu had a wide variety of items. Non-veg starters were good but vegetarian starters were not upto the mark. Main course included number of items such as chicken curry, mutton roganjosh, crab curry, chhole, paneer, baigan, biryani, noodles, manchurian, dal, rice, raita, papad. I liked crab curry and chicken biryani the most. Dessert also had an extensive spread with items such as kulfi, gulab jamun, cakes, gujia, lauki halwa. I generally don't like lauki halwa but this one tasted good and so did gujia. Rest of the desserts did not meet our expectations. I will rate this place as follows Ambience: 3 Food: 3.5 Service: 3

Awesome ambience with soft instrumental music playing at the background and the great grand buffet at a very reasonable price. The Viman Nagar outlet is a must visit for all the foodies out there. Went there for a lunch buffet on Saturday. I booked my table through their website, from the Table Reservation tab which was quite a hassle free experience. When it comes to food, the starter options are really good and tasty- especially the prawns and pepper chicken. Talking about the main course and dessert, as the name suggests- its grand and drool worthy. I loved there spicy and juicy mutton curry from the main course section. Overall, I had a good time and enjoyed their servicing which was damn quick. I don't mind, giving a second visit to this place for sure.

Average is the word, went with high expectations but came back highly disappointed! Ambience: Overall okay with sufficient lighting and an open area, doesn't feel stuffy. Light instrumentals playing in the background Food: They have tried to produce a buffet similar to barbecue nation and failed miserably. Overall the preparation was average. Period. And yes, no chilled drinking water available. Service: Went on a Wednesday and found it to be understaffed, took a lot of time to clear the plates once we were done with one course and were moving on the next. This is something they need to look into. Overall not a place I would recommend to someone, better spend 100-200 bucks more and hit barbeque nation instead.

This review is written keeping in mind the vegetarian food. The starters were pathetic except for paneer that too just the first lot. Even that became chewy down the line. When I started with the main course, i came to know the importance of starters coz that was even worse. Now coming to desserts- in a buffet its a bit difficult to serve bad desserts, but The Grand Buffet made it happen. If you want to try BBQ and ‘Grand’ main course then Grand Buffet is the place I would recommend. They start with BBQ starters, serves it the same way as BBQ-Nation. Though they have limited options in BBQ and other starters items but I must say they are all tasty (I would mark BBQ-Nation’s starters little higher though on taste). But when it comes to main-course, as said – its grand indeed. So many options and variety in main course and whatever I tasted it was great, right from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. Especially I found desserts really good; it was beyond that typical gulabjamun, jalebi, rabadi or phirni. They had something named chandrakala (tasted like balushashi) and other item like ‘shankarpale’ but very crispy and rich in taste. Dal-Makhani is my favorite dish and they serve just amazing makhani. Every main dish had multiple options like 2 dals, 3 rice, 2-3 veg. curries and same for non-veg. Service was good, very quick and proactive. Ambiance is very nice, very traditional/shahi or should I say Grand :) . The copper pots for buffet looks so rich. The price in return is moderate and worth. I definitely recommend this place. This place is preferred for big groups, you will enjoy the most :)

Had been to this place for dinner with few of my friends, and had an amazing experience of food, ambience and the staff. To start with, the food was very tasty and presentation of it was also nice. The staff was very co-operative, helpful and attentive, as when ever we called them for some need they were available immediately. The ambience of the place is very classy and soothing, which makes me give an overall 5 for this place. I would definitely show up in future as I specifically liked chicken biryani of this place!

Went to this place on monday night. The entire place was almost empty. There was only 2 tables. Food was looking fabus but taste wise it was below average. Concept is similar to Barbeq nation. Coming to starters chicken was not fresh , prawns were undercooked. Fish was ok ok. In veg paneer tasted completely raw. As it wasn't marinated properly. For main course it's hige buffet set up. Where in veg some gravies tasted almost same. Not really worth for money.

Yesterday we received really pathetic service. We asked roti at least for 10 times! But we didn't get roti in the dinner. Finally we gave up. Really disgusting hotel. Why you people running this if you can't provide basic services? We got welcome drink at the end of the dinner, we are absolutely helpless as we were repeatedly asking managers for proper service. We won't visit this hotel in life and won't recommend anyone.

This is one place I have read such mixed reviews about! Surely it got me curious to know, what does Grand Buffet exactly offers! Finally, our team dinner gave me the opportunity to explore this place. Read on :) SERVICE: We decided to visit GB on a Wednesday evening. Considering it was a mid week, we didn't make a reservation for our dinner. The lady at reception arranged a table for 7 of us immediately. Smooth sail there. However, the service here lacks the spark, the warmth. Not that the people were rude or anything, maybe little bit more of a training in hospitality would just do the trick I think. AMBIENCE: The location (East Court of the Phoenix Mall) works perfectly. It's away from the hustle bustle of the mall and one can have a nice meal with family or friends here. The restaurant is spacious and I liked the sitting arrangement here. There are two areas for dining, though I didn't check out the outdoor area, hence can't comment about it. So if you are in a big group, there should not be absolutely any problem in accommodating. Of course having a prior reservation always help in such cases. FOOD: Starters and spread is not as lavish as their counter parts, but it's not inadequate! Non veg starters had Chicken, Fish, Prawns and Mutton. Very much covered everything a non vegetarian would look for. Moderately spiced FRESH food, good in taste. Veg starters had Paneer, Grilled Pineapple, Crispy Vegetables. Just as fine. Main course is a decent spread. Vegetarian section didn't seem too appetizing to me :-( non veg still had some interesting dishes to try such as crab curry, mutton gravies and absolutely delicious Chicken Biryani. Deserts are limited. Kulfis, Ice Cream, Gulab Jamun, One pastry, Cut Fruits, Sabudana Kheer and Halwa if I recollect well. COST: Super. For 599, what more could one ask for. It's definitely value for money :) Now I know why this place has such mixed reviews. There are certain aspects which are well managed, and some which requires improvement. Visited on a Weekday for Buffet Dinner. This is an alternative for Barbeque Nation and has the same kind of Barbeque buffet. Ambiance was Pretty good. We ordered for Veg Buffet and we're surprised with the Veg starters. Babycorn chilly was delicious, Panner starters was also delicious and panner was so soft and mouth dissolving. Unlike mock tails at Barbeque, soft drinks are served complimentary. Main course was also spread with Variety of curry, Rice and Dal. Finally on the Desert menu, Gulab Jamun, cheese cake, and Ice cream was very good to have as sweet dish. Kulfi were also delicious and with some flavours. Overall, A very good and delicious Buffet which made the day... :)

Went for a Sunday lunch buffet, for a birthday celebration. Table booked in advance. Had asked for birthday decorations but they denied. (though most places deny). Ambience is warm and great. Unlimited Welcome drinks available(coke, sprite n fanta). Initial services were prompt. Live grill available with fish, chicken, prawn, mutton, paneer and mushroom options. Loved it. Really delicious. Did not want to stop. Main course too was widespread for both veg and non veg. Though couldn't have much but tried a bit of all. Flavours amazing. They also had goan crab curry. And mutton rogan Josh and biriyani were amazing. One can order hot garlic butter nans. Lots of salad both fruit and veg as well as seafood, non-veg options available. However corn in the chicken soup was undercooked. Desserts section had surprisingly good spread with ice creams, kulfis, gulab jamum, sahi tukda and sabudana kheer. Loved sahi tukda. All great. Great value for money. A cheaper alternative to bbq nation. Service speed for starters could be improved. Great experience. Will visit again.

Not exactly a Grand Buffet but a good buffet nevertheless ! With all the not so favorable reviews of this place it wasn’t at the top of my list while looking into Buffet options for a Sunday Lunch. However due to an ongoing promotion we got a deal to try their buffet at 349 pp/all inclusive (Rs 599 otherwise) so it was an offer we couldn’t resist and gave them a visit. An important point to note is the fact that they are located on the east court of Phoenix Market city so park/plan your visit accordingly, they’re not located in the west court where other establishments like 212 Cafe, Shizusan, Bar Bar, Star Bazaar etc are located. This part of the mall doesn’t have a lot of hustle/bustle which might work to one’s favor if relaxed eating is what you aim for, it certainly worked well for us The Food – Their starters are definitely their USP as I couldn’t remember the last time we went to a barbecue place and we finished every single skewer of starters we ordered. Yes it was that good – may be it was our lucky day because every preparation was exactly how it should have been. Only starters were gud,they have timings like 7pm to 9pm and 9pm to 11pm for having dinner we need to finish dinner in the mentioned time or they will be behind us reminding,we started dinner by 7:40pm and got reminder at 8:30pm to hurry up ,bad experience we had yesterday they need to manage bookings accordingly,will not visit again nor suggest anyone ,spoke to the manager there his reply was can't help.

The starter started well but then it faded too quickly Strangely, arbi snack was one of the top in flavors and diff to try . Most of the things for veg were passable in barbeque section and not to mention... The service was dead slow, atleast in our case on veg table or it looked so... main course spread was also as usual nothing worth mentioning or repeating. At places like this if I have to look for main course to full my self, I am actually disappointed. The desert were real let down, the mal-pua was hard, the pastry too dry at base This place needs to work on the food if they need to compete as with the price charges it was not at all worth going and could have been an easy pass.. Amazing variety and good on taste! Generally places which offer buffet lack on vegetarian front, there are not much options to be explored, but for a good change this place offered me yummy vegetarian varieties. The starters were good on taste, barbecue was good! They had a huge spread for mains. The desserts could have been a bit better, some one-two delicacies more. But overall really nice, quiet ambience and pleasant staff! You can go here with family and enjoy a cozy lunch/dinner! 👍🏼

Not at all, a place to visit again. Was excited to enter the place as ambience was great but was totally disappointed with the food variety and taste. Better to go for BBQ at such a rate. The only starter i liked was chilly baby corn and nothing else, they had no great variety in starters (May be i am comparing with BBQ) but that's the truth... So overall review--- no food variety, servicing was ok, ambience was great, waste of money, taste of food :1.7/5 ... So better decide and go :)

Wot can I now do. Mag pakavvvv watla Mala main course. V had good starters v had some paneer stuff then some Arbi stuff which I'll rate as d hero of meal. Now therefore, for service I'll rate 3/4, for food 2.5/5 and for the ambience I'll rate 4/4. Bcuz d space is too good, khup free watate, wide space open space and nice space..! Perhaps they did not had the own toilets when I went. My experience was not tht good when went yet I'll plan to visit again Bcuz I want to taste other things too! So there goes my review!

Have visited the grand buffet yesterday. The non veg starters was good , the veg starters was not that great . The veg and non veg main course had lot of option and it was yummy. The only suggestion I can give is to improve the dessert selection. There was sheera , Shahi turka , Gulab Jamun , Pastry, cut fruits and Ice cream. Was looking for something great. This was my review few months back: If you are a veggie, a big big no... else, okay to go. 550 bucks for a veggie food is like pouring in drain. Very limited & boring veg starters. limited & regular variety of main course. ordinary desserts. ambience of similar to a family restaurant. However, when i have been a treat last week (Jan'17), i was surprised to see the amount of phenomenal changes they made in entirety. I wanna turn-around my earlier review and state that: Superb Veg Starters, Soup, Especially their Rotis & Daal Makhani are one of their best. Nice desserts to end with. Now i feel paying worth Rs.600/- . Ample space and nice ambience. Good going and expect more to come :)

I won't even try this at home so why in a restaurant. Their sweet potato veg starter was amazing. Rest of the food was good but nothing great. Desserts were very few and only Indian. No cakes and pastries. Good ambiance. They need to put more on the plate as they will be constantly compared with BBQ nation which has already set the standard very high.

A friend insisted on visiting this buffet place for dinner. Hadn't heard a lot about this place yet thought of giving it try. As planned reached for dinner, it was a weekday towards the end of 2016. The place looked spacious and very less occupied. We settled down towards the centre. I wanted to wash my hands and surprisingly they didn't have a washroom. Hence had to use the common one of the complex. We asked for the menu to know what is being served but didn't receive it. The welcome drink was served tasted more like Fanta. The veg starters were the usual ones being served at buffet places. Mushrooms, potato, paneer, baby corn. Mushrooms was the only thing I liked. The veg main course was not much, veg mix sabji, paneer, daal tadka, Hong Kong noodles and rice, plain steamed rice. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for the roti and also had to keep reminding for it. Finally towards the desserts again not much options. Gulab jamum, ice cream, shahi tukda, kulfi. The only thing perfect were the Gulab jamun. What put me off was that in some bowls the spoons were lying submerged and no one bothered to remove it. Overall experience was not very pleasant. Later on the place became very untidy, the air conditioning was switched off, despite of requesting they did not switch it on, and we were sweating due to the barbeque. I didn't like anything, surely will never visit again. Lastly before leaving my friends who opted for the non veg meal realised that mutton kababs were served on the table beside ours. When enquired why was it not served at our table, they said we didn't ask for it, however we had asked for the menu as soon as we were seated. Such reluctant attitude. A very bad experience to end the 2016.

If you're bore or looking for an change other than bbq nation.. This is the place to be, limited starters but tasty. Compare to Bbq nation they have better main course. Mutton rogan ghosh and crab curry is mouth watering and yes shahi tukda and gulab jamun too. More specious and kool ambience. (Review by a VEGETARIAN Foodie) Heard a lot of good things about The Grand Buffet and thought of finally giving it a try and it turned out to be a okayish experience. FOOD: Considering a vegetarian, I didn't really have much of a choices. And the limited choices which I had weren't out of the world either to satisfy the taste buds. The starters were okay, there were quite some choices to make in Main Course but when the options are like Bhindi Masala and Fry Karela, you would rather stick with the basics and live with Paneer. SERVICE: This part was pretty good, the servers were pretty active and always ready to help. But they were at times a little unfriendly and didn't know what dish was made up of what and what else could be our choices so staying informed with the dishes would have really helped. PRICE: I believe there's a slight flaw in the pricing as the prices for the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian buffet is the same while the non-vegetarians get twice the number of choices to eat from. Not being stingy, just saying. But compared to other restaurants who offer buffet options, they're way cheaper so they just need to work a little on their food and service and they will be back on track. Overall, a fair enough experience for me, probably a great choice for the non-vegetarians. Might not feel worth it for the veg fellas!

We went there for lunch, when we reached at 1.00 pm there was no one in the restaurant. We were the first to enter at that time. Imagine it's just opposite to a big IT park and there was nobody, surprised. Let's get straight to the menu, there is no complimentary drinks as we get in BBQ, they serve Big Cola in small glasses. We got onto starters in veg they had, Paneer, Mushroom, Gobi Manchurian, potato tikki. Out of which paneer, arvi and allo tikki was OK. The waiter was reluctant to increase In non-veg they had, chicken Tilkka, fish, prawns, mutton seekh & chicken Manchurians. Mutton seekh came after 2-3 reminders. Chicken tikka was Ok, prawns were very small and hard, chicken manchurian was bad it only had the thick upper layer and inside it was not that much chicken. Fish was OK. Now coming to main course, the rice kept were cold we had to ask them to make it warm. U took methi dal Which was decent. Next the thai curry was also cold. Salads were decent. I didn't try the remaining items. Dessert, they had gulab jamun, dudhi halwa, shahi tukda and kulfi. All were good. Except that you won't get topics and variety like BBQ. They're trying to copy BBQ but they can't, the difference in price is only 50 rupees. My suggestion spend that 50 and enjoy it at BBQ only. This is a no no for me.

Pros: 1- starters are undoubtedly good ,specially you should try chilly prawn such a heavenly taste. 2. Fair options of veg and non veg main course. 3. Nice idea to introduce chinese and thai food in main course menu. 4. Non veg salid options were fair enough. 5. In veg main course i liked daal fry and rice. 6.sweet options were good. 7.Place was really very spacious and beauitful. 8. Last but not least the price is reasonable. Cons: 1. Service was not up to mark. 2.despite of prior booking there preperation was not appreciable. 3.one thing that i dint like at all is they neither have separate stick for veg and non veg barbeque nor separate cooking material veg/non veg food preparation. This thing is really disappointing for pure vegeterians. 4.drink they serve is too sweet amd ridiculously bad in taste, they should offer better mocktail options. Over all its a worth place to go and price is reasonable. I will write again if they worked over improvement points. Thanks.

We booked for 40 (+-10) persons with cost of 490 inclusive taxes. when we reached venue manager said cost has been changed after long argument he continued with 490 per head. But service was worst i ever experienced in any restaurant...... Prawns starter was given only once...no veg starters on time...though people who served were polite but not trained enough....oily and spicy food....when we asked for check manager was insisting to pay for 40 people thought only 31 people came for lunch and reason he said that we prepared for 40 people . . .if you prepared for 40 people then why starters were not served on time? Never will recommend this to anyone

I had been to this place on 26th November Saturday for lunch. I will rate it on a scale 1-5 with 1 being lowest and 5 highest. Food : 4/5 We started with 2 types of welcome drinks which are ok, followed by starter which were scrumptious and well marinated but one or two were cold, main course was good both veg and non veg, chicken biryani was great, since they have only Indian Deserts I would say they were good but they could even have a cake or pudding in addition to it. Kulfi was also great. Ambience - 4/5 Service - 3.5/5 Value for money - 4.5/5 At last a good place for parties with friends and family and will definitely visit again.

Visited the place last Friday. Ambience is good. Manager and staff are well behaved and courteous. They served 2 welcome drinks which were average. They served 5 non veg & 5 veg starters.In Non veg starters chicken fry, prawns and fish were really good. Tandoori chicken and chicken wings were of okay type. In veg starters chilly baby corn was really good. Others like seekh kebab , panner malai kebab n mushroom grill was okay type. Service was a bit on slower side. But after I brought it to manager's notice it was quick. Manager himself came to serve starters n check from time to time. A very good gesture... keep it up. In soup chicken badam shorba was a disaster. Main course spread was good and had variety having chicken, mutton and fish on offering. Desert section was also good having 3 types of cut fruits, gulab jamun, Loki ka halwa, shahi tukda, 2 types of ice cream and kulfi. Food was good in terms of both variety and taste.. Ambience and service were also nice. Will surely visit again

Good place to enjoy food......., good quality of food..... Value for money. It was nice experience n place near to viman nagar. But for b'day celebration they dont have cake arrangement.
