Pizza Hut serves delicious pizza and all the snacks. We all love the pizza’s drinks and snacks. top notch ambiance and seating arrangement was great. On the table we saw water bottle, ketchup bottle, 2 Cups, Seasoning’s like red chilli flakes n oregano’s that was very nice. And they gave us 2 plates and cutlery for serving the entire meal 🤗. Must visit this Place. Food- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5 Service- 5/5

Love the pizzas here. The place is quite organized in terms of seating - the tables are well arranged, preserving optimal space and privacy. I did feel like the sizes of pizzas were a bit smaller than the pizzas that we get in other pizza huts in the same area, but works.

The pizzas outshine Dominoes, but the Choco Volcano could use improvement; Dominoes takes the lead in the dessert section with their Choco Lava Cake. Today's experience on Dec 30, 2023, was excellent, though improvement areas include separating the veg section and providing baby chairs. The below IS my old review I had given 3 stars earlier Devyani International Ravi Jaipuria. Please pay attention to this outlet for Christ sake. It is understaffed. The staff is untrained. They don't care about the customer. You will have to run behind the staff ... To take your order, keep presurerzing them to bring your order soon. They don't have proper cutlery as mentioned in so many other reviews below. To get a tissue paper you will have to smack the staff or else they won't get you even a tissue paper. The most pathetic service you can ever get. You may have to yell and even screen over them to get your order on time. Apart from the service the pizza is good. Pizza quality is superb The seats are very uncomfortable. Definitely this pizza hut outlet does not match the international standards of Pizza hut. A lot can be improved if there is a strong will of management

A very nice place to have a good Pizza plus the interior always gives you the hunger Always a pleasure to visit this branch. It's clean, great ambience and polite staff. Pizza 95% time perfect.. The pizza crust and base is properly baked. Good refreshments are also available. Perfect place to eat post shopping 😝

May be due to busy area in Phoenix mall, the taste is not that much expected as outside. They gave wrong info on app. My order was not prepared and in app it showed order ready. Even the food received was not hotter as expected and not baked properly. Should have more concentration.

Loved whatever we ordered. It was delicious and well plated. Ambience was lovey dovey as the interior theme is hot red. There was a glitch in the service but never mind. May be they need to hire some more staff to improve the service. Casual hangout place for your hunger.

I find this restaurant very attractive due to its seating arrangement. Approx. 50 people at one time can enjoy the dine in experience here. The taste and quality is awesome. I visited this restaurant on 10th October 2018. However, service department need to do some work. Overall good place for romantic and family dine in. Go and enjoy the quality of Pizza Hut here.

I went for the unlimited pizza friday offer and i immediately realized the difference in taste if you order withòut any offers...the pizzas were very bad and the toppings were smelly which is not the case if you go on a normal day and order without any offers.

Really pathetic online delivery. Ordered food for corporate clients. Look at the pics I don’t want to say anything. Can u imagine I gave this to my visiting customers. Delivery after 2 hrs. Cold pizza. Toppings all over. Amoeba shaped pizza. Never again.

The taste is all fine. Pizzas we ordered were all amazing. But if you dinein that will be your biggest disappointment for the day. Slowest service ever. We are just sitting around for about 20 minutes so as to give the order. If you guys start giving buffer for receiving and serving the orders, you will end up giving free away for all. On of the worst center's across India. Staff/manager is least bothered about customer's, they only know to say Sorry with a smile everytime. No hospitality culture, always engaged in some or the other things. They also provide wrong information about offers to customers & after billing again they make a sad face saying Sorry. These incedents have happened with me for 3-4 times in this particular store only. There servers are always down or they keep it as an excuse for the customers. Also on the bill they print your wrong mobile number so that feedback cannot be given. This they do it with customers who they know will provide negative feedback. I have kept my bills as reference. They are always not aware about any wallet offers or coupons & give false commitments to customers & later wrap it up by Sorry.

Why are they even running this place surprises me because they have nothing available. We wanted to go for a meal for two which includes 1 medium pizza, 1 appetizer and 2 beverages either soft drinks or soups. For appetizers we asked for garlic bread which wasn't available. Then we asked for soup which again wasn't available. So we had to cancel that and order two separate pizzas with appetizers. Again to be informed that they do not have paprika available so we may have to choose a different topping. They forgot to get us appetizers which eventually came after reminding them at the end of our meal. We asked if they can give us some warm water to drink as one of us wasn't well and the answer is "no we don't have warm water". So after arguing that we cant have cold water and it is only heating water up and getting in a glass which wasn't a very difficult task, they agreed. Overall a very unpleasant experience as they have nothing available that too on a weekday when the place isn't so crowded as well. I would also rate a 2 for pizza as the toppings too were pretty dry and didn't look fresh.

Pizza Hut is a great franchise to have a good time with friends and have pizza. Pizza was properly baked and stuffed with fresh cheese. We also ordered a dish which was served with a ice-cream and a pastry and it was delicious. Nice place.😊

We ordered the Lebanese chicken pizza and cheese garlic bread. The whole menu is overpriced. The garlic bread size has shrunk and the price has increased. The pizza was fine to taste but the chicken pieces were very less. Not value for money at all. I am not a fan of pizza hut but this place has changed our perception. We went for shopping in phoenix mall where we came accross this place. The place is small on ground floor at phoenix mall. Nothing much on ambience part. We were bit hungry so we ordered meal for 2 combo which included one medium pizza, garlic bread, potato wedges and 2 cold drinks. We placed order and then waited on our table for delivery. Then comes delivery of food, one after other, hot and tasty.<br/><br/>Potato wedges: Simple potato wedges which were hot and was ok in taste<br/><br/>Garlic bread with dip: Hot, crispy, flavourful, soft garlic bread. It was good in taste as well.<br/><br/>Pizza: Veg pan pizza with adequate amount of cheese. It was also super soft and baked to perfection. Loved it.<br/><br/>Overall had great time with pizza and would definitely return to try different pizza 😊

Well my love for Pizza always pulls me to one or the other Pizza Huts. With the new variants and prices it’s more tasty and give you various options. Feels the same Pizza Hut like others. However the service is which is good here.

Pathetic food quality and pizza was not fresh and not enough cheese on it. Also cheese seems low quality not pure mozzarella. They even not serves pizza to us.also it was cold. And tasteless. I had pizza in Phoenix but at food court.not on ground floor .I thought it also available on ground florr but it was different and worst. Very unhappy with food and service. Next time its better to eat on food court in mall they have maintained quality and taste. Rather than this one.

After recently trying Pizza Hut’s newly launched handcrafted pizzas, I could not help but order again! The first time when I ordered in, I tried their tandoori paneer pizza.<br/>This time I visited their outlet at Phoenix Mall and opted for chicken supreme pizza made with their new handcrafted San Francisco Styled Dough. By the way, the handcrafted pizzas are exclusively available in Pune.<br/>It is very light, crispy and simply scrumptious. It is available in medium size and can serve two people. For a complete dining experience, I also ordered a masala lemonade and potato wedges. Also, yum! But nothing beats these new pizzas by Pizza Hut.<br/>The experience was amazing and every bite will make you believe that these pizzas have been #HandcraftedWithLove.

After hours of shopping and carrying those bags around, sifting through the numerous rows of shops, this place is like a sight for sore eyes.FOOD is as tasty, with all that cheese there's hardly any room for mistakes. They have a lot of options, for small meals and group meals. Variety is good as well, and you get to customize as per your wishes.AMBIENCE is tasteful, not at all cheesy :P doesn't look like a regular pizza joint but a more luxurious one, with great decor and ample space for kids to run about, this is your answer to a calm lunch or dinner after a tiring day of shopping.SERVICE is good too, but not much to say since they follow self service system. The employees are very quick and maintain good hygiene, which is of utmost importance in such places.All in all a good combination of all three things and just right for a quick bite.

We had visited the outlet for the unlimited pizza offer. The service is great with a cooperating staff. The ambience is good. The pizzas served were delectable, keeping up the name of the franchise. The pizza hut outlets provides you with some amazing combinations to choose from. I have heard about their jalapeño poppers and went to try them with my regular pizzas. As expected the poppers melt in your mouth and jalapeños gave them a nice crunch. The pizzas were great and served hot. I am a fan of their service since they operate without any glitches.

Phoenix Market City has 2 Pizza Huts. One part of the food court on the 2nd Floor and the second one on Lower Ground as a restaurant.<br/>Place seems quite fancy from outside like a nice restaurant. It's self order and they have nice combinations to choose from.<br/>I tried the Meal for two option and had the Chicken Pepperoni and Cheese in the Cheese Stuffed Crust option that came with Potato Wedges, Garlic bread and two drinks<br/>Pizza: Nice pepperoni. I realised I'm not a big fan of pure mozzarella but my wife loved it.<br/>Garlic Bread: Would have been better with some cheese dip or some cheese over it.<br/>Potato Wedges: Quite nice infact.. Crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful inside.

Poor management. Had to pay double due to a faulty machine, the staff was courteous enough to share a contact and let us know that the money had come in but did not make any arrangements to pay it back. Had to go all the way back to collect it. Please revise refund policy

Pizza Hut is love! And, Pizzas are the best friends!<br/><br/>Ordered my all-time favourite Chessy Max Exotica Pizza and Belgian Choco Shake. Yum Yum! My happiness got doubled when I received Rs 100 Paytm upon uploading my bill on Crownit app. Would love to visit again and upload more such bills to gain more :D

This pizza hut at the lower ground floor is much better then the one at 2 floor of Phoenix mall.<br/>The staff here is very polite,<br/>This is a new concept from pizza hut that has less frills and low cost interiors as compare to one at 2nd floor.<br/>AMBIENCE: it is designed like a rustic old garage with low hanging yellow bulbs and black interiors and rustic wood.<br/>They have use metal chairs and table as compare to sofa inside pizza hut. This type of seating arrangement makes it more spacious.<br/><br/>STAFF: :Well trained staff with professional behaviour.<br/>I was served by Mr Akshay (a very humble person)<br/>He smiled and genuinely wished me and helped in choosing pizza. I liked his behaviour. In fact all staffed are humble and good.<br/><br/>PIZZA: I love their crispy cheez garlic bread it is crispy with cheez on top.<br/>The pan pizzas are great and sufficient for one.<br/>I have tried veggie pizza it comes with corn and capsicum in it with molten cheese. It tastes great when hot and with Italian seasoning. I like to top it up with a little tomato sauce.<br/><br/>The difference in the pan pizza and the magic pan is that pan pizzas have mozerella cheese with topping whereas the magic pan does not have cheese it has a mayo sauce with topping so you don't get that stretchy long cheese in it as shown in pizza advertisements.<br/>I usually buy their meal for rs 177 it value for money and more than sufficient for one person<br/><br/>

For me this particular Pizza Hut outlet serves the best Pizza in Viman Nagar I've tried Exotica, Veggie Supreme, Tandoori Paneer & Double Cheese. Let me tell you all were just made to satisfy my pizza craving. The Alfredo Pasta was pathetic & same was the case of Garlic Breads. But pizzas were fully loaded with veggies & yummy. Also they serve you ketchup with your pizza which is awesome 👍

Yesterday night I am visited to Pizza Hut new store in Lower ground floor of Phonix market city viman nagar there was I like order taking and suggesting to best pizza and meals going on. I like service , food and way of order taking guy of pink shirt with tie I forgot his name. Best pizza and fast service. I seen first time in pizza Hut pay first just like MC D. I always prefer Pizza Hut to have pizza here. One of the best Pizza Hut outlets I have visited so far. This place is well managed by good and courteous staff. The food is the usual Pizza Hut one which is lip smaking.
