few days back I traveled with this flight they are providing good facilities you will try this.
Sometimes one faces strange situation ! I had excess luggage to what Go First flight allowed in flight from Pune to Delhi, their charges to carry two bags of 22kg. Were prohibitively costly for me so booked these bags by indigo cargo..... Much less than normal airline charges.... But one has to work
The staff helped us with the printout of the tickets and also verified the senior passengers ID's who were not having the adhaar card in person. The indigo's security personnel helped in the baggage and the boarding pass as well.
Nice experience, staff is so welcoming and helpful , service is so good, love to fly again , they follow all the covid guidelines
