A Legend in Hinjewadi with excellent management and hospitality. Mezza 9 stands as a grand old restaurant in the area for around a decade now. Massive multiple seating areas. A mezzanine lounge and banquet area. The menu is nicely designed and food quality is amazing. The service is top notch! Last time visited, Pravin who was the manager was highly courteous and understanding. The bar is full and functioning. Highly recommended this place when in the IT park area.

Great place for dinner and party with small group.. they have a very good hall and provide good quality and hygienic food. Even the ala carte menu is good and food is tasty. All the staff people are good and humble and suggests best food

Had gone in the afternoon. The ambience is pretty nice but everything is a bit old. But that's not always a negative. Overall food was awesome. Service was even better. They had made some makeshift tent which ideally they could have made slightly better looking. That tent alone brings down the vibe of the place. Otherwise a strong suggestion for the north pune crowd.

Best location in Hinjewadi for good ambience and very decent food. The music they play here is just THE BEST. They have decent beer collection to choose from, and also a wide variety of food choices. It is best for a family dinner, or a dinner with friends looking to just chill, and perfectly suited for corporate dinners. I myself organised a couple of team dinners here and the locations and buffet that they offered was really nice. Good service, good atmosphere, good food, good beers. What else do we need 😁 P.S: might feel a little expensive, but given all the factors and also the location, it all seems reasonable.

Amidst all the hinjewadi traffic and noise this is a beautiful restaurant with lovely ambience and tasty food. The restaurant has cosy seating arrangements and is best suited for couples looking to enjoy a candle night. We enjoy all the dishes and had a great evening.

Great family Restaurant near Hinjawadi. I went their two times and it was quite good experience. Best part i liked it was out door seating. Because near hinjawadi most of the restaurants are indoor and hill top. In detail review below: Ambiance: this restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. Also have live music sometimes but inquire about it prior. Cleanliness and hygiene is also good. Food : food quality is amazing as compared to other restaurants near by. Quantity is also reasonable. Waiting time is also less. Try different pockets its quite fantastic. Prices: prices are little but higher as compared to other family restaurants but quality is good far better than others so its reasonable. Pro tip: if you want outdoor sitting book it prior or go earlier before 8.

Brilliant place to visit with Friends and family. Depending on how big your group is you will be assigned a table or hut place. Mezza should do something about mosquito or customers should wear thick jeans. Shorts strongly NOT recommended.

One of the good places our family frequents. The food quality has been top notch since many years now along with prompt and great service. Ambience is nice but could be better with a little renovation which is I guess due now. Will recommend it for family or candle light dinner. Plenty of parking space. They have however extended a part where Bday parties are organised, so the parking space have reduced a bit. Nonetheless it’s a great choice of fine dine. Attached is a pic of Burmese Khow Suey which was delicious and almost authentic.

Food quality was good and quantity as well. Good party place for Hinjewadi people. The only thing is, this place is on one side of the Hinjewadi road. So a bit noisy and polluted.

This review is from my experience to Mezza 9 before the lockdown.<br/>A great place to celebrate or enjoy hanging out with your family and friends. You can dine in the open air with candlelight and there's a separate hall called the 'Lounge' where you can experience a 'bar like clubbing' atmosphere. All kinds of alcoholic drinks are available, the staff is quite professional. They provide a fine dining service. There are two separate rooms inside the 'Lounge', one where you can comfortably relax and hang out with your buddies while listening to club music and the other is with the bar and dance floor. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian types of cuisines are available. Suitable for corporate parties, birthday parties, and family functions.

I had visited this place along with my friends. Some of them were vegetarians too. They have quite a good options in veg as well as non veg too. We ordered chicken kebabs which were good. But all I can remember is the taste of Mango cheesecake. If you’re at this place, you should totally try this.

A nice cozy place for dinner with a nice variety of food. I love their buffalo chicken with blue cheese dip - it's a staple for everytime I visit this place. Also, the high number of tables ensure lesser waiting time on weekends.

One of the best place to dine out in the Hinjewadi Area. Tried Prawns Lasooni Tikka - most recommended . Service needs some improvement. Overall experience was too good.

Mezza 9 is one of the oldest and known restaurants in Hinjewadi area. Even in the food revolution which hit Pune city 2 years back it stood still and keep serving some of the best dishes to the customers.<br/><br/>Ambiance is one of the forte of mezza 9. They have two big outdoor seating area which shines more in the evening with the slight dim lighting arrangement. They have big cabanas for families or large groups...<br/><br/>Let's start with food -<br/><br/>Soup - Winter calls for soup and what better than to have a piping hot soup with spicy kick in every sip to warm your body? We tried Greek Horiyatiki soup which was the perfect one for me as I prefer spicy things.<br/><br/>Mezze platter - one of the best things to click on the table and it tastes good too. The hummus we're really good and had balance taste. Even the pita bread had just the perfect softness to accompany the rest.<br/><br/>Desserts are the best thing to end any meal and mezza 9 uplifts the expectations in this section. We had mezza 9 choco ice box and classic tiramisu. I have visited this place a few times now and find it a pretty decent place in terms of food and general vibe. But in my recent visit I tried out their buffet which was a bit of disappointment in all departments. In the food, the starters were cold and among 3 non veg starters only one was good, rest all were very badly done , and the main course was also just ok. In the service, it was very slow and had to remind the waiters several times to get some food refill.

This happens to be one of the most noticeable places in Hinjewadi because of it’s location and popularity. It’s a very common landmark. They have got cabanas with beautiful lighting and tables with comfortable seating as they are quite spacious. There are different sections to sit and enjoy your meal and drinks. The staff is well aware of the menu. The menu is also wide. One of the most preferable places for the people in IT to go for dinner dates and team lunches because of beautiful space they got. <br/><br/>We ordered two cocktails sandstorm and maijenta Chalisa and two Mocktails, long ride and passionate love.<br/><br/>Talking about the food, I personally loved the chicken butter garlic soup and Mexican tortilla red bean soup was good too. In salads, we got to try two of them which were Greek Horiyatiki and Healthy Bite Salad. I loved healthy bite salad more than the other. For the starters, we had a Mezze platter, baked stuff mushroom ricotta, Harissa cottage cheese, Dahi ke kebab, basil chicken skewer, chicken chilada Kebab, Kung pao chicken and murgh Sholay Kebab. Coming to the main course, the only thing we could have was chicken biryani because we were already so full with the starters. Then, for dessert, we had a classic tiramisu, Mezza9 Choco icebox, Belgium chocolate mousse and apple crumbled pie.<br/>I am surely coming back here again because what I experienced was just amazing and I’m sure they won’t fail to surprise me with the amazing quality.

This was second back to back instance where the food quality wasn't great. During first one we had bad experience with Rissoto rice, the cheese used was sour and had peculiar fermented odour. Last night tried Chinese Cuisine. Excess vinegar in Monchow soup and triple schezwan rice. Both were tasteless. Mosquitoes is another big issue which the management should tackle.

I remember visiting this place with my family for dinners and birthdays! Back then when hinjewadi was not a IT hub this place still existed. And after numerous options around the city, I happened to visit here after a year or two. I must say nothing much has changed. <br/>Infact they have worked a little on the interior and made it even better. The place is huge and they've various seating arrangements from huts to outdoor seating, inside seating and much more. As we were a group, we decided to get seated in a hut which was quite preety and had candle lights, flowers and the table was also well arranged.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, we started off with the soups,since Winters have kicked in and nothing can be as good as a warm bowl of comforting soup. I tried the Butter garlic chicken soup and Greek horiyatiki, I absolutely loved the Butter garlic soup it was just the kind of soup I love, creamy and flavourful. Whereas Greek horiyatiki was on the spicy side and perfect for people who love spicy.<br/><br/>Appetizers -<br/><br/>Mezze platter - Oh the Mezze platter looked so preety that you don't feel like eating it, full marks on presentation. The hummus tasted just fine but I was in love with the pita bread. <br/><br/>Baked stuffed mushroom ricotta -<br/>One of the best things that I had here, I absolutely loved the consistency and taste of this. Must have.<br/><br/>I also tried Harissa cottage cheese and dahi k Kebab - I found both the dishes average and could be improved. <br/><br/>My favourite appetizer in chicken stands to be the Seekh Kebab and Chicken Chilada Kebab. The seekh Kebab looked quite average but after taking a bite, it just melted in my mouth and was super delectable. The Chicken chilada Kebab is a treat for people who love cheese, it was loaded with cheese in between and wrapped with chicken, the chicken was juicy and tender and overall this was a filling appetizer. <br/><br/>After having so many Appetizers I couldn't go for Mains as I was totally full, maybe next time :)<br/><br/>Irrespective of the heavy meal, there's always a room for dessert. I tried Belgium Chocolate mousse, Mezza9 choco ice box and classic Tiramisu. The Mezza9 ice box was their legendary dessert but it's changed a bit in taste and maybe it can be made better, the combination of ice-cream used can be swapped with something else.<br/><br/>Overall it's an unquestionably great place to be with your bunch of friends, loved one's or family because the place is huge and they have something for everyone.<br/>Great going guys! Mezza 9 has a beautiful ambiance with spacious seating with both indoor & outdoor seating ! The candlelight dinner open area, cabanas as well as the inner space all truly make it a treat to visit Mezza 9!<br/><br/>Loved the comforting taste of Butter Garlic Chicken Soup and the innovative Chicken Chilada Kebabs! Ordered Absinthe...the staff lit the drinks on fire...the heat made the glass crack and the drinks spilled on the table setting it on fire....The manager then had the audacity to charge us for the spilled drinks stating that they weren't responsible for the cracked glass, the amateur service or the spilled drinks...had to argue for 40 minutes just to get the cost of the drinks removed...on top of that no apologies and arrogance

We went for lunch. Below average lunch buffet. Spread was small so we thought they won't compromise with the taste but it really wasn't so. Really bad service. In a buffet set-up, staff has to be proactive but instead they were laid back, rude and uncooperative. We kept waiting for the starters which when came were not worthy at all! Moving to the main course, we were hoping that it will save the day. But it did not. Went to take salads, raita and papad and saw that none of them were covered. They had so many fruit flies on them that it just spoiled our mood. You can see the flies sitting on oranges in the picture that I have uploaded. The main course was again below average. Desserts couldn't do much for the day either. We asked them for ice cream five times before we got it. Overall it was such a bad experience and we paid so much for it. If you are looking for a good buffet in this price bracket which is Rs 700 per person there are much much better options in Hinjewadi and so, you can easily skip this to avoid a bad experience.

The slow and lethargic service made me loose my appetite. The place wasn’t even crowded and I could see staff hanging around but no one cared to respond. I was highly disappointed this time. <br/>We ordered two starters. Buffalo wings was not good. Chicken banjara kebab was good. We reached there around 1, We asked for table of 12 and they were trying to accommodate us in table of 10, there were empty tables around but manager was not ready to give that. We were about to leave due to this and another manager came and asked to seat inside as they have empty tables there also. Finally we were convinced and went to seat inside. At the time of taking orders we were ordering ala carte but they were asking us repeatedly to go for buffet. All the non vegetarian choose buffet and we vegetarians went for ala carte. When we ordered Sizzlers they denied saying as it's a.c. room, Sizzler can't be served, So we ordered starters and pasta but again manager was literally forcing us to go for buffet but we denied. Even the attitude was not good. Coming to the food, For vegetarian it was ok experience, tandoori paneer starter was average, pasta was good. In main course, we ordered Paneer gravy and roti , rice, it was also average and not as per the price. Coming to the non veg buffet, it was not at all good, rather it was waste. Only thing I really liked was brewery, though again they showed their class by not giving biting with beer, later when we ordered second glass they offered biting with it. When we asked for chakli again with another glass of beer they said they are out of stock for it, but 5 minutes later they came up with packet of it. Though ambience was nice outside we could not enjoy as we were asked to sit inside, but service was pathetic and not expected from such large restaurant. Even they were missing courtesy and manner to talk with customers.

It's been quite a time since this place is running even after getting a touch competition from newly opened bars and restaurants.<br/>The reason behind is the ambience, management and space.<br/>This place can host large parties.<br/>That is the reason it is chosen before others placed at Wakad.<br/><br/>Prices are also fine wrt ambience and food taste.<br/>Music is a section where they can improve on.<br/>Service is just okay as well as food.

Not sure in which world Shahi paneer has yellow gravy but mezza9 is definitely coming up with its own version of it. It was too sweet and the paneer used was stale and rubbery and had a hint of coconut to it. Point is, don't ask south Indian chefs to make Punjabi food. Stick to what you know. Pathetic experience. Disappointing.

Been here with some official guests.Ambience seems to be perfect.The biggest issue the management needs to work is with the Staff motivation,Proper Training on Service,Hospitality,Guest Relation,Sequence of order taking.Not a proper person was there to take our orders.Plates and spoons were not hygeine,Full of Dust.Food was Average.Every one seems to be upset.

This is a very very instagramable place to begin with. It is very spacious with outdoor seating. Coming to the food, we had paneer Tikka and new york cheesecake here, the taste was so good. Highly recommended to visit this place.

One of the oldest restaurants in Hinjewadi. This place has ample parking space which helps as it stands in a very busy area of the city. <br/>Food is just amazing here. I am fan of their indian chicken preparations..all are amazing. And their cheese garlic butter naan is a must try.<br/>Do try their choco ice box dessert it is very delicious.

They gave shitty wiped cream instead of blueberry cheesecake....such dumb people...who don’t know what a cheesecake is have it on their menu...

Mezza 9 food test is good.I like banjara chicken and chicken tikka from there menu.It' spacious and ample if sitting facility.Open lawn and many personnel cabin sitting arragement makes the lovely ambience.Staffs are also polite.

Good things first, once you enter the view, lightings and décor is so amazing you pause. I visited the place with my friend last evening. The buffet area was surprisingly empty. Though downstairs it was crowded.<br/><br/>Having said the interiors and ambience was great, there was one thing really weird on the barbecue floor, there were two cats running all around. Since it was a buffet, the cleanliness came across as a concern. Apart from that the place appeared quite clean.<br/><br/>The service there is great. The waiters actually made efforts to make it a worthwhile experience.<br/><br/>What failed terribly was the spread and taste. What started as "Why didn't we visit this place before?" Ended with "Okay, good that we didn't".<br/><br/>The buffet only had three barbecue options- fish, chicken and prawn. Only the prawn tasted decent. The also served crispy potatoes, chicken leg, seekh kebab, pani puri and a kiwi drink. Apart from pani puri, rest all were below average and somehow tasted the same! We then ordered white sauce pasta, which by far was the biggest disappointment. The sauce was thin and didn't have any flavor. The vegetables were resteicted to colorful bell peppers. The main course looked so sorry that we didn't even bother trying it.<br/>Coming to dessert section, the brownies were hard as a stone! The mousses were quite bad. The only few things that were decent were gajar ka halwa, ice cream and banana cake.<br/><br/>The place has a lot of potential if only managed better.

Food was good, and the service was very good, and the ambiance also very nice, ambiance just need to colour full improve, for everything I'm giving (4.5)

Buffet dinner was good,especially the barbeque items,on my first visit there was no music played made the ambience boring,alcohol rates not pocket friendly to be honest.

Worst experience..food quality was very poor..heard a lot about this place so we decided to go for the lunch..service was very slow..staff was very rude..serving waiters had a bad attitude..they didn't even care about their reputation and told us that they didn't need customers when we tried to complain to the Manager..Manager was also very irresponsible..not worth at all!

Well I have to give 1Star coz 0 is not an option. I went there on Friday for a birthday. We ordered panner tikka and dahi ke kabeb with fresh lime soda and jaljeera and clearly instructed them to get everything in one go. After waiting for 20 min paneer tikka arrived without a chutney and upon asking they said that they forgot to bring it and asked us to wait. Dahi ke kabeb were all cold Nd finally after waiting for 15 min the chutney arrived by the time panner tikka was all cold. And wait we forgot about the drinks and the waiter too. Upon asking they said it’s coming and after waiting for 15 min drinks arrived. We didn’t eat anything as it was all cold and neither the staff was apologetic at all. Fresh lime was clearly instructed to the sweet and it was all salty. Jaljeera was tangy to a limit that one can take sip of it. Lastly, but not the least I asked them to serve us house water and the glass which came were smelling with oil. They didn’t even wash them. This is worst ever restaurant I have been too Nd YES PAID FULL BILL. THE WHOLE FOOD WAS ON TH TABLE BUT THERE WAS NO SHAME IN THE STAFF. finally was not left with any option but to go somewhere else. WORST SERVICE, NO SERVICE,NOT PROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER EVER GO AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO.

I have very nice memories of partying with friends at Mezza9. The place in terms of sitting is still one of the better ones in Hinjawadi.<br/><br/>This time I opted for the barbeque buffet... And honestly was disappointed.<br/><br/>The quality of starters was fine. But to my surprise, they didn't give me any Veg items on grill as I had taken non-Veg buffet. This is not usually the case with Barbeques.<br/><br/>Moved my focus to salad... And found only 2-3 options... Then moved to main course and found it to be just fine. (chicken biryani was not up to the Mezza9 standards). Ordered Veg pasta from live counter.... It took 30-35mins for pasta to be available. SURPRISING!<br/><br/>Overall... High hopes with Mezza9 always... But they have demonstrated relatively poor service and food taste, this time.<br/>Hope they take the feedback constructively and improve on this.

A very good place for hangouts and candle light dinner.<br/>Such a huge place.. its a restaurant for every age group. Beautiful little fountains leave u with pleasant mood. Food is delicious and ambience is mind blowing. Ample space for parking is available. Different sections within offers special experiences.I loved the place.

Bad experience. The place we were offered to sit, the fans were not working. The person who came to take orders knew nothing, every time he had to go to kitchen to check the details. When the drinks came, it was all messed up. I got lime soda instead of lime water. Half the desserts on the menu were not available and the person taking order was rather rude. Even when finally we ordered from whatever he had to offer, he returned saying one of those item was not available. Poor and slow service. I would not go there again

With variety of sitting, ranging from a open table, to cosy cottage-type sitting, it caters to all kinds of visitors; family, friends, couples and all.<br/>The menu and the cuisine is also varied and the flavour is nice too.<br/>Very much a place to visit for one who loves to eat out. But it is quite expensive. Not pocket friendly.

Good food, nice ambience and awesome service. grilled food was much better than other barbecue’s in town, open roof top is plus as it let smoke go away, main course and deserts were very tasty. Must to mention, staff is very polite, professional and will make your day by their service and promptness.

Mezza 9 has great ambiance in case you are going ok a date or even a quiet family dinner! The place is huge so usually, it is good to accommodate more people! We had Punjabi food and the quantity was a lot for the two of us so kudos on that! Would definitely visit again!

The ambiance is fantastic. The place is chill. The food sucks. <br/><br/>We ordered a malai kebab and they gave us a plate of kebabs with egg white, camouflaged as malai, which was unseasoned. Destroyed the taste altogether. Then the chicken buffalo wings. The wings lacked the kick and was mostly very sweet. The sauce accompanying the wings were mayonnaise and blue cheese, which tasted like puke. Even the waiters confirmed it’s fine. I mean, HOW?
