Ambience and crowd is average. 1+1 on drink if you have zomato gold then you will get 1+1 on food also. Live music and you can play pool in free. Food is also average. Approx 800 - 1000 Rs for two people.

4 Seasons has got it all... Asian, Italian, Continental menue, food, drinks, wine, ambience, sitting areas are different for smokers and nonsmokers. Decent parking space. Cigarette shop outside. They play really good music but they needa change their playlist. Service is quite impressive. Nice place to hangout with friends and partners. Often there is live music. People love it so much. Pool table is a bonus. Altogether chic place to drink and dine on weekends.

Ordered a chicken lasagna, it was very delicious, the chicken stuffing was a bit spicy for my taste but the layers were firm and properly spread and cooked very beautifully and tasted fresh.

This is a great budget friendly restaurant and they are doing it right. Anytime I can recommend this place , there is no indoor outdoor or different sections available so have to bare the speakers always.

Food was not good enough. We ordered chilly chicken, lasagne, bhatti ki machli as starters chilly chicken not so chilly, lasagne didn't have any stringiness to the cheese probably because they don't put mozarella but that's the trademark of lasagne. Bhatti ki machli was good but they told us it would be spicy but again not spicy. Mutton rogan josh lacked josh no traces of richness in the gravy. Portion sizes were less its okay though but the pieces of meat were also small that was irritating long story short didn't like it much. Quality save were garlic naan and the beer kudos to garlic and Budweiser.

I had ordered lasooni palak shorba and paneer bhurji from here after checking the good rating of the restaurant but really disappointed after tasting the lasooni palak shorba, which neither had flavor of lasoon nor palak just a green soup. Also the quantity was not sufficient of both the items whereas the prices are high. 2 stars only for the paneer bhurji which was still good in taste.

They have 1+1 on drinks but drinks price are already way too high. Ambience wise its good. Service wise its 6/10. Pool table available. Taste was pathetic. I ordered chicken crispy which was not at all good.

We went there for lunch during office hours, so expected a faster service and they actually served the food within no time. We tried their Chicken Rozali kebab which was quite tender and juicy. Harabhar kebab was also one of the best. Veg thai soup is also a must have here.<br/><br/>Overall the service was excellent and the food was also quite good.

I ordered ice cream which is Rs120 as per menu but they charged 150 for it. But its cost was into mind and I asked for menu and cross checked the price.<br/><br/>There were no apologies made for this, instead they started arguing on it and I faced a bad behaviour of staff. Zomato says, be friendly, this is a place for love and feedback, not hate. Let me be very clear about the rating that I have given. The food was decent, ambience was good and the service was great as well. You might be wondering then why the 1 rating! After we were done with food and drinks, we were charged for more number of drinks than we had actually consumed. I tried talking to the waiters and managers about it, but no one seemed to care. Instead, the manager threatened us saying he’ll call the bouncers and throw us out. I regularly go out with my friends, have some drinks and we know how much exactly we’re ordering. Charging for more drinks is absolutely not acceptable. I hope the management or zomato takes some action in this regard.

Worst Service, the person who took order doesn't listen it properly and at end blames the customer. While giving order to them, just record the order so that you can prove it. We went at this place to have some beer and play the pool. But, there is only one pool table and the hotel manager himself keeps playing the pool all the time instead of giving hotel customers chance to play. When we complained then he started fighting with us. Extremely bad behaviour by manager and the staff.

Visited this place along with my colleagues for the dinner. We tried Murg Mussallum in Non-Veg and it was awesome. Always like the part of Happy Hours that they offer. Great Experience. Only thing is smoking zone should be bit more seperated. Not everybody is that much comfortable with the smoke.

We had gone to the 4 seasons since I had my cousin's wedding in Pune. We decided for the 4 Seasons after a lot of deliberation and considering lots of other hotels in the vicinity. Good place,good food and fine service.<br/>just hope they work on their DJ skills,feels like they have quiet a few playlist which they play on loop every other day.<br/>can be better for good,only if the management pays just a little more attention.
