Review Cafe Junoon - Raipur

Located in New Rajendra Nagar, this is one of the best cafe in the city. Ambience is nice and warm. Simple and nice decor. All accompanied by some music in the background. The place is very tidy and the quality of their food is unmatched. They offer quite some varities in their menu. It is good and tastes great. The sitting is very limited, but the way cafe operates is amazing. Usually crowded during evening. Pricing is nominally high and staff is really good. I would highly recommend visiting this place for some good food and spending time with friends or family time.

Tried there Vada pav n spicy pav bhaji, both were awesome n counter women was so polite n suggested some more dishes to try, but price for drinks are too High 😕

If you are looking only food quality then you must go but if you need food with comfort/ambiance then try another. My detailed observations are : pros : good quality food . Good service cons : a little bit costly. A very small place in the building passage . The kitchen is at a sitting place where you will easily enjoy the noise of kitchen equipment. Cutlery is average and not as per the price they charged. Long waiting time . Overall at five star price they provide five star food at local dhaba infrastructure . The management should look into infrastructure issue

Everything is amazing here, and their style ,their way of seving just awesome, but on weekends you have to wait for atleast 30 mins for their delicacies!!

Went just for drinks.. Had lota bar lota mocktail, it was nice Place is little small, there is always waiting time.. In the mean time ,my friend was hitting and collecting mosquitoes 🤣 Uncomfortable sitting area I think your new place is under construction, so it will definitely be nice

Most creative café in Raipur, a must go while you're here. The presentation and variety of food is really great, virgin fruit sangria is a must try. They'll veganize almost anything, so please request and customize your order. :) Great food, decent ambience and great service. Update: I have now become a regular here which made me realize the actual reason for keeping the name junoon. It's because they make and serve food with such junoon (passion) that the consumer is bound to love it! The attention to detail and zest is really appreciated. Keep it up! They have started keeping vegan products on the counter for sale which is cherry on the cake!

This is one of the most popular quick service restaurant in Raipur. The place has an eclectic menu with something for everyone. The prices are reasonable and service is too good. Compared to usual flow, here, you place the order first and then wait to bs seated. Just about your order is ready, a table is allocated to you. The dish is delivered at your table and after that you need to do self service to your table mates. We were a group of 5 adults and ordered tandoori momo, noodles and jain pasta, apart from Mumbai वडापाव and a dosa. The presentation, taste and size of serving were outstanding. The joint is veg only and serves Jain options as well.

From the soft core to the crispy outer of he paneer ball and the perfect spicy tangling, the chilly paneer here is by far the best I have had. But beware before ordering the drinks, many of them are large enough for 3 or more. The Amul pao bhaji is equally lip smacking. Great ambience as well. But you might have to wait for very long during rush or celebrations. So try to drop in sooner . The service is a  little slow but the food is worth the wait.

Started from a little stop to a extravagant space they own now. Great food. The very first thing i have tasted here was hazelnut cold coffee. It was thick and they serve a preheated hazelnut chocolate cube with the coffee. With that i have also tasted mexican pizza and manchurian. They are famous for Genie dosa. Check that out too.

The ambience is again on point and the menu and the food is one thing that is never compromised on in this place. He keeps adding variations and varieties to his food and the staff is very humble and well behaved with proper etiquette’s. His price range have gone from minimal to maximum but that does not become a hurdle in going again and again to this place. They introduced the city with fusion dosas and fusion food and also thick cold coffees and shakes which are now trending in the city. All in all this place is pure love 💖

I had to write this review just for one reason. The "service" is very poor. The place gets soo crowded and one has to wait for hours to get food. I had terrible experience here. However, the food os good but anyhow, its not worth the pain you face.

Its one of my most favourite place to visit with family and friends. Its a cool cafe restaurant offering mouth watering food, amazing shakes and mocktails. The fusion dosas of mumbai were introduced to the city of Raipur by them and are sure to satiate your taste buds. The presentation and service of the mocktails along with its taste is sure to make you wanna try a new one every time you visit this place. I have uploaded the pictures of the most favourite items from the menu and none of these shall be a disappointment as the food is totally delectable and you would surely relish the taste of the same. Cafe junoon . Used to be a jam packed restaurant/ cafe in raipur . I went to this cafe for the second time on 10th august 2018. After a gap of approx 4 months . We reached there at around 9 pm . To my surprise it was almost vacant with just a few tables occupied . We were a group of 10 people . Gradually the tables were occupied and it was a full house by 10pm . Now coming to the food . I wouldn’t hesitate to tell that they have degraded their quality . Nothing was tasty like it used to be in my first visit . Even the owner has put on airs . The service has become too slow . If you expect Customers to pay up first then you must know that you are not a fine dine cafe . Rather a qsr . So accordingly the service should be fast . Anyways we had our food and shakes . Nothing like before. I would definitely give a try one more time . But still i would say one must give a try.

It’s one of the best cafe in Raipur, and attracts huge crowd even in week days, they serve delicious dosas from which paneer chilly dosa and dil khush dosa is must try, they also serve good chinese food one of my favourite from there menu is schezwan noodles and veg crispy, the quantity they serve is wort the money and cold coffee is a must try when you visit this place...

Worst place ever since i gone years ago when this cafe was in skr chowk at that time owner was like plz sir ,howz the taste ,comeback soon n olll and after opening the new cafe the behaviour of owner turns the effective and doesn't even take care of old customers. Says either u have to wait or come tomorrow .so from that day and todays date i never stepped over this cafe and wont be going in future any more<br/>

The best thing about Junoon is in the name itself. Started by someone who oozes the "Junoon" for food - it shows in the place - the food quality, the service and the overall experience!<br/><br/>Cafe Junoon is a place that is the starter of several food trends in Raipur - making dosas fashionable for example! <br/><br/>The menu is very versatile - from pizzas to pav bhaji to shakes. And everything is lip-smacking! <br/><br/>Finding a place to sit can be a task but generally doesn't take too much time. The only downside is that the place can get a little noisy sometimes and the acoustics could possibly be better managed!<br/><br/>My favorite things on the menu: nachos, pizzas, Genie Dosa, and the pav bhaji!<br/><br/>Recommended for: Hanging out with friends, family and whenever you want to have a risk-free, vegetarian outing!

The nachos were extremely yummy. I went there after a long time as I had heard my friends say and people review the place for being extremely pricy as compared to the quantity and even I would like to confirm that yes, the quantity has decreased and it doesn't really have the same charm anymore for me, the place was empty also unlike the buzzing crowd that used to be there earlier

This is one of my favourite cafes in Raipur. I remember all the times I have been to this place because too many good memories with good food, yes that adds on. I have taken or introduced a lot of people to this cafe, even my mom and my brother who do not live here and they loved it too. So, leaving behind the emotional aspect, the food is just savoury. The best thing about this place is that it's full of innovation and you could genuinely see the hard work this guy puts in. They used to have a small place before this one, as they needed this.<br/>Long queues is a thing of this place. No wonder though.<br/>Almost everything is my favourite, this time I tried something new, which was very delicious but my favourite is paneer chilly, Gini dosa.<br/><br/>Just one suggestion, if you can please expand your menu.

The cafe war in raipur is getting competitive with time but this place stands out. The only place in raipur where you can expect something new and different. Cheese balls and mexican nachos are a must try. Totally value for money. The ambience is nice too.

Raipur needed a place that reflects a metro city culture. Cafe junoon stands on the top of my list to experience just that in raipur. The owner is one of the coolest and talented entrepreneurs I have ever met. The guy is so passionate and happy about what he's doing, that you'd simply love to come back again and again. Amazing variety of options available on the menu, do try their hakka noodles, Oreo shakes, chocolate shake and most importantly their mocktail, ALL OF THEM. Great service. They never fail to surprise with their presentation skills ! Always jamm packed and always worth the wait !

One of the best place in town to look out for. Nice ambiance and service. Their dosas, masala pav and sandwiches are good. Value for money. Must visit place!
