One of the best housing society of Raipur the entrance is really beautiful with lots of trees on either side. There are walkways on the side and the round about is having a large bonsai. The whole area looks extremely beautiful at night with the subtle lighting. There are different categories of villas here. One can buy plots and construct a house. The area has lots of small and big parks between the houses. There is a full fledged restaurant and bar by the name Irra and also a coffee shop. The club house is located below a flyover like structure before you enter the housing area. Living here is very grand.

It is an amazing society. The best I have seen so far. It is well planned with great amenities. Truly beautiful from inside. Feels like a resort kind of place. Can't appreciate enough. Totally recommend this society.

Very luxurious residential complex. The place has every facility imaginable including a very well appointed gymnasium, thorough library, super cute doll house, convenience store, cafes, restaurant, a guest house, bird sanctuary and a pond with ducks. There are play grounds and facilities for multiple sports, swimming pool and so much more. It also has a small mandir in a very serene setting.

Beautiful housing project in Raipur. Beautiful garden and nice restaurant Irra here. There was a network problem in this society. Now Airtel Mobile tower installed in Swarnbhoomi premises. High Secured society.
