Unique way preparation that has made Dosa Fry famous, however in Mumbai said dosa (uneven shaped) is scrapped and thrown in dustbin. In my view, this dish helps in reduction of food waste at the same time serves as a different offerings.

The Shambhar and chutneys are mind-blowing. Some people I know personally who just goes there to have Shambhar with Plain Dosa.

It's very crowded on weekends and on holidays and that proves its taste and likeability.
