Review Angithi Restaurant - Ranchi

One of the oldest restaurant in Ranchi and they are still standing tall for a reason. Quality and quantity has remained consistent over years. Staff is well mannered, ambience is good and clean. Dedicated parking for the restaurant customers is available, so all in all good place to have food without any surprises.

Taste of the Angithi Restaurant has drastically improved after it's renovation. The service quality has also been upgraded. I am an old Angithi customer. It's not that earlier, it served bad taste meals, but now i find it to be furnishing delicious meals. You also have ice-creame parlour and enormous parking space. Easy access is one important plus point of this restaurant.

Angithi has always been my family's favorite! Can never deny the fact how good their food is! Their simplicity is what makes them perfect!

It is indeed a good restaurant having a good ambience, individuals and families can have a great time of food and fellowship. There's wide and diverse varieties of food. Service is extremely good. Add on is the spiritual atmosphere where minds get refreshed.

They have their own ice cream parlour.. Place is good, with good food options. Enough space for birthday parties or any event.. Price is little bit more...

Food and service are both really good. I had ordered chicken lollipop, crispy chilli chicken, chicken handi and roti. All were really tasty, especially chicken lollipop and handi was just too good. Tuuti fruuti is a must try here.

Overall the dinning experience was good . Although the prices are a bit higher than usual but the taste of the food cover it . The sanitary system is well maintained. But it's the staff that steals the shows they really humble and friendly. U should give it a try I would rate it 3.5 out of 5

Little bit disappointed with the size of the restaurant...else was fine!!!🙂need to put exust fan in the dining area..to keep the guest in the comfort zone!!

What a place for chicken lovers. Not many places in Ranchi gives such taste of your favourite non veg. Awesome experience. Courteous and smiling staff. Go for it and give it a try. Would suggest chicken lollipop, chooza Afghani, tandoori chicken. Only thing, they can work on the ambience.

The goods are nyc but does not comply with the brand it has. The restaurant offers a cosy and nyc interior but with average food quality and service.

Conveniently located with ample parking space, this Restaurant is really good at North Indian Cuisine.<br/><br/>The place is small but decorated neatly, with seating places bifurcated in almost two spaces.<br/><br/>Have nice spread of both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Cuisine. The Reshami Kebab and Chicken Lababdar was nicely done and tasted lip-smacking.<br/><br/>All in all, a good place with average ambience, prompt service and reasonably priced food. It costed around 0.8k with Starters for two of us.<br/><br/>Happy and contended !!

Food here is very delicious there is no doubt in that. Just love their chicken butter masala and naan combination. Overall the taste of food is good and so is the service. Chicken chilli was also well made. Some might find the price slightly on the higher side as compared to other restaurants of ranchi, but after tasting the food I don’t think many would complain about anything. Good and satisfactory food.

Not for Vegetarian! Non veg lovers must try once, you won't regret. Prices are a bit high, ambience is old but only that is needed is Taste, you get that best over here.

Well i have been to several Restraunt in india and always had a special love for naan just we loved naan in karrems delhi you almost get the same fluffy taste here in angithi..and that makes better with butter chicken it's tasty as well. The price was upto mark. Staffs were nice to me but unfriendly to other tables as i see. Ambience is still old and feel very 90s other then if you love to eat naan and chicken u can come here it's tasty.

Been here today with family for dinner.Delicious food specially Chilli Chicken and Murg Mussalam.Very good service as well I am going refer this resturant to ppl who wants to have good dinner @ economic pricing.

It's a quality based hotel. But it is best only for<br/> non veg lovers. Services are amazingly good. <br/>But for any starter or main course order you must have to wait for 15 min to 45 min . Because they provides you freshly prepared food orders. This restaurant is not so worthy and also not cheap. Cost average according to your order. At last I want to tell all of you one thing that home delivery feature of this hotel is not so good. They charge for delivery and also deliver in more than a hour.

Vegetarians will get disappointed most probably. You won't get half plate option unlike the non vegetarian options, that's very unfair. And service might disappoint you a bit. I had a very bad experience. Call it a bad day but whatever was served on my plate, that was a disaster. <br/>#vegetarian <br/>

Good food, good ambiance. Food is good should try their special menu barque chicken dishes. In weekends it is little crowded but other days you won't have problem with crowd. Good place to go with family n friends.

Starting with the good points, I have always loved the food at this place. <br/>Chicken tandoori and chicken afghani has been my all time favorites. All other main course dishes are good but not very extraordinary. <br/>The ambience of the place is okay.

If you're a Kabab or Tandoori cuisines' lover, then, this is the perfect go-to-place in Ranchi. My favourites are Chicken Remiya Kabab, Chicken Tikka and Chicken Tikka Butter Masala. Also, they make amazingly soft Naans. :')

Angithi is your everyday, casual dining-out experience that is neither bad nor out-of-the-world extraordinary. It's a basic place that serves decent food at a decent price. The ambience and service is ok. I have been to the restaurant on a couple of occasions and had Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Butter Masala, Tandoori Chicken and Butter Naan. I found the food ok and the quantity served to be satisfactory. Overall it's a sort of place I would hop into if I am somewhere in the vicinity and need to grab a bite, but it would not be my first choice if I am otherwise planning to dine-out.

You people should first go and learn basic etiquette and then open up a restaurant. God knows how you fools are running a restaurant. Pathetic people!!

Angithi is a pretty good restaurant.I visited it many a times.The food is really good especially the non veg items .Service is admirable. Only if the ambience could be improved. Moderate price and serves justice to the quality of food provided.

I had been there just once for lunch, the food is good, ordered veg pulao, dal and mix veg and all were good in taste, the service is fast, the staff were well behaved

The restaurant is simple yet remains full and u why because it fullfills your demand of EATING!!!!!!the menu is full of varieties and all are finger liking good.even after having so many fast food corners in this area like kfc,maple wood and moti mahal it is very difficult to get a table easily on weekends at peak hrs.try this place for chicken.

The food is really good, though a bit expensive. Their non-vegetarian food is amongst the best in city. All the items taste very good. The kebabs specially are very nice.

Was in love with this place until visited it a few days back. They have increased the price of foods by a great amount. Also, the glasses were not clean and had to change the glass twice. Now to look on the positive side, quantity of the food they serve is great and so is the taste. Kashmiri polao is yummy. Other items like kulcha, nun and chicken dishes are also good.

If u are interested in having awesome food for reasonable price then this is the place to go. The place is known for its superb Chicken lollipop. Have tried chicken lollipop of many other places, in and outside Ranchi, but none of it compares to the awesomeness served at angithi. Have been here just once, not too bad - nothing too great either, nice place to wile away time. Tried the tandoori chicken, which was good, and priced reasonably.

The food ambience and service okay. The think lacking is consistency. The same dish tastes rstically different two different times. Even if the cook is different, i believe a restaurant should believe in a single recipe and leave the experimentation to themselves instead of trying it out on customers. Of my two visits, one was amazing where all dishes tasted great. When I recommended the same place to my other friends and went with them, the food as well as the service was not up to the mark. And i had to say that the chicken tandoori was not the same as last time. The place is good and has good potential if it improves consistency. That trait is very important in this line of business.

This is a must visit place for those in Ranchi but.....one has to very selective in choosing their dishes ...as far as I am concerned the tandoori/kebab section of this Place is one of the best in the city ... I would seriously recommend having a go at the Reshmi kabab here ... i can say that it will be the best which you will get in Ranchi...!!!

Been there . Thanks to uncle. Had malai chicken tikka . Would give 4 stars for it was well pepared and had been rightly barbecued. Ws served hot and the moment it was put in mouth felt like its melting. good for non veg items

Angithi is one of the oldest and famous restaurant of club Road Ranchi. Food is great and the service is also ok. You can try Angithi Special Chicken for main course and also chinese cuisine. The only thing which I think is little bit off makeover of the interiors. Overall its ok to eat here.

Very vibrant atmosphere bustling with ppl.this is on club road ranchi. I tasted singapore rice here..liked it..it had sm chashews n chicken etc. Good service. Value for money.

Nice ambience, attentive staff, pretty decent food. Try the chuza Afghani there, it's a mouthwatering dish. Goes very well with laccha paratha.

Good quiet location. Staff very attentive and quick. Starters were kasundi barbecue chicken for the day which was good with the tang of kasundi. Prawn masala was recommended by other customers on Zomato but it was bad with a thick masala which had no taste . The dehati chicken was also not cooked in dehati style but had the same thick masala ...can give the place a try but might be better to stick to the tandoor !

Have made several visits here and it is evident that it is no longer as good as it was about 4-5 years ago. <br/><br/>We used to visit the place specially for chicken dishes, but the taste has deteriorated. <br/><br/>However, the place is still decent for non-vegetarian dishes, not so much for vegetarian ones. Also, it is conveniently located and their pricing is reasonable.

It's been there at Ranchi for long but I never visited them so it was my first. <br/>Ambiance is good enough, nothing special to mention about it. <br/>Service is good, maybe a 4/5. <br/>We ordered chicken spring rolls, Murgh Afghani, Prawn Masala and one chicken side dish that I don't remember. Spring rolls were too oily and I didn't like it much, they should improve it. While Afghani and Prawns were delicious. <br/>Food was satisfying at the end, a 4/5 maybe.
