The place is good for dining in. The ambience is inviting and suits both for a friend's outing style as well as a family restaurant style giving it a good balanced feel. The staff is really friendly and warm. The food is good. Apart from the pizza, the desserts are really great. The pricing is a little on the higher side.

A place with good ambiance and location and good menu. Services are a bit laggy I would say. If they are saying 20mins consider it for 30mins. No Washroom or Wash Basins, We visited recently and since its pandemic situation we wanted to wash our hands but they said to go on 3rd floor of the Mall to wash our hands, we were NOT given Sanitizer when we entered the store so that's something bad and not expected from a Global brand. Overall it was a good experience at the store.

WORST PIZZA I EVER HAD, I ordered online through Zomato, a medium sized veg exotica, with stuffed crust, cheese max, and topping of baby corn + mushroom costing Rs 780/-, * cheese max = almost no cheese, *baby corn (expecting sweet and tender) = it was so sour that it could leave pass the lemon ( to eat the pizza we had to remove the toppings of baby corn, the sourness was unbearable to eat). So think at least 10 times before ordering online

I rate restaurants under these fields: taste of food 9/10, pricing (value for money) 6/10, ambience 8/10, location 5/5 and service 4/5. Total 32/40 which is on the higher end. It's tricky to review a pizza chain, but I am comparing it to any other eating option that is available in the city at the same price. Lack of competition in the area makes it a good choice.

Well i was bit lazy to go at the outlet but i have been there before the ambience is quite impressing, this is the biggest outlet in ranchi. Talking about the food then we are aware of the serving it has never failed they serve the most cheesy pizza even if u do not extra cheese you get that cheesyness in your mouth, perfect blend of the soft bread and mozzarella. Not just pizza they won't fail you in their cocktails and desserts. Their service is amzing i placed a takeaway order through its website and on my request they did home delivery they are very polite and believe in customer's satisfaction. Yes the price is little high but if you expect a good quality then you have to loosen up your pockets. They do offer some great deals in meal. Very displeased by the service provided at this outlet of pizza hut. Doesn't stand upto the standards of the brand. No attention had been provided by the staff even after sitting there and yelling for half an hour and when this brought to the notice of the management very irresponsible behaviour was conducted. This place was bit awaited here in the city..Had a high expectations...coming to the locations it is right on the spot..near to the airport.The place is good to be there..and the decor was impressive.I had expected the food to be as good as other pizza hut joints in any other city but it was not up to that mark. They have to surely hire some pro for there pizzairrie.... It was something on a bit salty side ....but a thumbs up for the service and not to forget about the dips.... One can surely pay a visit to the place... I could suggest a bit diverse menus...

It is the only pizza hut outlet in Ranchi and it was little far away from my place, but still I used to visit it frequently because I love their pizzas and potato wedges. Also their red velvet cake and virgin mojito and also hot n spicy quasadillas. About this outlet, staffs are really friendly, they will treat you very well and serve nicely. And ambience is also good. Sitting facility is also nice, with two big round tables for larger groups.

The pizza base, awesome. The amount of regular cheese is never less. The Non veg pizzas are great and so are veg ones. And pan pizzas are surprisingly awesome. The garlic breads and cakes and desserts are just not forgettable. Chicken lasagna and other chicken dishes are a must if you are a chicken lover. Try out the brownies with icecram and mocktails.

I went there four days back with my friends for the second time. The ambiance is good and most importantly can have a quick meal before or after a movie. We ordered country feast veg pan pizza and masala lemonade. Masala lemonade was very good and one should definitely give it a try but the pizza was not that good. It needs a lot of improvement. Regarding the price i would say it is overpriced. one thing which bothers me is that i didn't knew about the discount on using axis bank card and they didn't bothered to tell this to me when i used that card for payment.

I can never forget the experience I had here. Have been a regular to Pizza Hut for years. This was the first and the only time I went here in Ranchi. We were three of us and ordered a lot of food. The waiter clearly knew I was a vegetarian, as the orders were very specific. We ordered for paneer quesadillas and he got us chicken! On confronting, he kept denying and eventually I had to call the Manager. He apologised for the blunder but the damage was done. Hope they can be careful in the future!

Pizza hut has always been the best provider of pizzas. I just love everyting about it, the ambience,the service, the staff and obviously the food! Me and my friend had an overload spicy chicken pizza offer and a classic chicken caesar salad . The overload offer consisted of a large pizza, chilli cheese garlic bread and 2 drinks. The garlic bread was finger licking good! It was the best amongst all the dishes we had today. The salad was nice too.They gave paprika sauce and musturd sauce for enhancing the taste of the salad. The pizza was filled with chunks of mexican chicken and was AMAZING! I also loved the masala lime soda. It was very refreshing. The prices are a bit high but it is totally worth the experience!

I have a confession to make I like Domino's pizza more, but the environment of pizza hut more soothing and peaceful. I tried white sauce pasta and Birriazza, whereas pasta is good Birriaza(kind of biriyani) is a disappointing coz of its quantity it ends before u start. I recommend this place to who like pasta and peaceful environment.

Good to dine at Pizza Hut in Ranchi. This is a nice place, next to Eyelex and in the same complex where Maya has an outlet. Nice pizzas, attentive staff. We had to wait for a while and not 1 but 2 tables were ready for us ;-)

Not bad. Many a times I have been here with my family and friends. And trust me my family hates pizza hut like anything :P even I am not satisfied with the taste of pizzas they serve. The best thing I like here is the tiramisu :-* and it tastes really good. Better thank any other outlet. Rest people out here are polite enough.

The place is really good. The waiters are polite and very courteous. The food is as it should be. But they fill in the Oregano sprinklers with a lot of salt, almost twice I tried to sprinkle the seasonings on my pizza, all that fell was salt. I had to dust it off!
