Review Sigree - Ranchi

This is a good place to dine in with your family for lunch or dinner. Appetizers are delicious but the main course is not that good. Price wise it is on the costly side but the portions are filling. The service is good and so is the ambience. Overall a good experience.

Liked the place and the ambience. The food was good, staff very well mannered. Things were neat and clean and the place was not very loud. A good place to spend the evening with family or friends amidst woody ambience.

The food tasted really good. Visited for the first time today and was amazed by the quality of food. Affordable too. Service was great and the waiter were real polite and helpful. A must go for people who like non veg.

Nice ambience. Food is amazing. Fish in Chilli basil sauce and Mutton Rogan Josh is a must try. The service is really fast and the servers were very nice.

Nice place. I have visited this place for dinner, food was really nice. Paneer and Daal Makhani was very delicious. Mutton was also good. Good Ambience, good service, I felt little costly. Overall it was a good experience.

Food here is awesome. Though its a small space but ambience is very lovely and cozy and the food is incomparable. I have been here twice and both the times it didnt failed to impress me. We had its dhuadhar murg, nazafgarh ka tandoori murg, drums of heaven, prawns, dhania murg and watermelon-cilantro crush. It was all delicious

Located on the busiest streets of ranchi, in a top notch mall - Sigree is a wonderful place to dine in. The menu has access to a varied range of dishes and drinks. The place is a little costier than the foodcourts in nucleus but the extra is worth it. Beautiful, cozy and a small open restaurant. American corn is a must try. Mostly loved because of the interiors and perfect selfie spots.

Sigree has good ambience and good food. The non veg starters as well as main course is a must try. The masala kulcha was so soft and tasty with matar stuffings, it's a must try! Nice place, good service and staff behavior

Sigree, situated on the 4th floor of Nucleus Mall, Ranchi. Taste of the food is really brilliant, however it's bit costlier but worthy.

I have visited the restaurant since long. It was one of the best places in Ranchi. But last time when I visited the restaurant was not up to the mark. The menu was torn, onions were not like before fresh and tasty, napkins were given instead of dining cloth, also we had a problem with POS payment. Additionally the menu size has also shrinked. Although the food was very tasty and that remains its USP

This restaurant brings in a good fine dining experience to Ranchi. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it for people who are looking for places that serve good food from multiple cuisines.

Good ambience. Very courteous staffs especially Mr. Nayak who served us really well and his knowledge about the food and drinks on the menu is commendable. Many thanks to him! Food is tasty and mocktails are good too. Visit, if you're a non vegetarian food lover like me and want to have a good time!

Awesome place and peiceful semi open air restaurant and the best one in the Ranchi although where you can get variety of best of oh! Calcutta, mainland China and sigree. Ofcourse range of liquer served too..... and best garnished cocktail by bartender Mr. Rajat and attendent served by Mr Manoj Nayak. Nice and curtisious and help full thanks mr. Manoj Nayak.

Quality of Chinese food and Indian food is good enough to try here. But, the liquor range isn't that great and often not available here. There's a lot of noise around in the mall and it won't be such a friendly place. The ambience is sacrifices being at mall although, but the service is good for family time.

Ranchi has absolutely no good eating options and this place serves as a boon to it's people. I was in the city for nearly 2 months and starved to death on working days and used to food binge on weekends if I weren't sleeping. So I ended up going to this restaurant twice and we did enjoy our time there as there is nothing much to do in the city. Food all in all is good. Not many complaints there. Only thing I want to mention is that their noodles were made in kind of a tomato chili sauce which left a bit of a sweet aftertaste and that might not be for everyone. Chicken was really good. Chilled beer. Good quantity bread basket and daal makhni was also good. This place is the safest bet in the city.

Had an wonderful experience and loved the food. The food is really very tasty. The ambience is also good but was only not comfortable with the idea of seats over there as I had to make efforts while entering and holding my plates for being served. Even the staffs were not able to reach out to any third person in a row. Other than this everything is perfect.

The worst sitting comfort my family got while having food. An uncomfortable customer can never have food properly even if the food is great. No leg space and the third customer in a row has to raise the plate for each service, even the staffs complained of it. The owner is looking for only the numbers not comfort.

I had a whole new experience at Sigree. Serving one of the best North Indian and Chinese cuisines, this place should be on your list. Recently I had Chicken dimsums here and I would strongly recommend this. Do visit Sigree, enjoy their delicacies and you'll certainly love the ambience and service by the amazing crew.

Great Place. Although it is an open floor plan restaurant, the ambiance is quiet and not intrusive. Especially the staff is very friendly and even encourages and makes suggestions for better dishes to try. We had ordered Fish in chili basil sauce, chicken in hot garlic sauce, chicken fried rice from the Chinese Section and their Nolen gur ice cream from the Bengali cuisine and we were not disappointed. Taste was authentically oriental. Can't wait to try their other cuisines as well. :)

After a long long time,Ranchi has finally got a dine out place that is amazing,the service is excellent and the kebabs are genuinely kebabs....The bar is too good, they mix some amazing cocktails,a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family,good ambience and the staff is excellent...Kudos to team Sigree...Keep Growing

Extremely oily Murgh Lababdar and very very slow service. Took 45 minutes just to prepare one dish only! Even after calling the Restaurant at 10 minutes interval, no urgent action taken by the Restaurant to prepare the meal. Frankly it seems they just half cooked it and sent it for the heck of!

One of the best destination for the chicken lovers. Must try the Najafgarh ka tandoori murgh. In love with the tandoor items of sigree. The ambience is too good. Staffs were well mannered and no doubt the food is awesome there. Feel the city of joy (Kolkata) in Ranchi

At the outset the name of the restaurant suggests that it may serve north Indian mughlai cuisine. But it was pleasantly surprising to see their menu had a wide variety of bengali spread too.<br/><br/>The restaurant is at a corner on the top floor of the mall and the seating looks similar to a lounge with a bar. Yes alcohol is served and I ordered a chilled beer of which they had only two varieties.<br/><br/>The food however was great. We ordered a kebab platter which comprised of chicken, fish and mutton kebabs . The kebabs were good , however , the fish kebab was very well made.<br/><br/>For lunch we ordered the Kosha Mutton with Luchi ( bengali word for poories) . The Kosha mutton was awesome .<br/><br/>Seating was comfortable and ambience was good. The staff especially was very cordial and well trained .

Its an open restaurant in the 4th floor of Nucleus Mall. Lovely decor and great service! The staff were warm and courteous.<br/>As I went there I was told that they were serving only buffet and it was specially curated keeping in view Durga Puja. But when I asked them if a la carte was possible, they managed it.<br/>Tried Mutton biryani and a cocktail! This was one of the best biryanis I have had in my life. Perfectly cooked and the mutton was delicious. The drink was good too! Loved it.

I took my mom here for her birthday and it was worth it... They had a sweet gesture to make her birthday special by bringing in a brownie with little candle on it... I've been here several times since and food has never dissappointed... So far I likes kadhai prawn, murgh tikka lababdar, tandoori murgh... Mainland china menu here is also a must try... Cocktails here has the kick u need and at the same time refreshing and wide variety to choose from... Value for money...

Sigree in nucleus mall ranchi offer very limited variety of food as compared to other sigree in big town.We had 2 dishes of chicken and prawn the bill exceeded 800rs. and we didn't find it worth it. Prawn was ok in taste but Tandoori chicken was hopeless and too much colour was in chicken which made it worse to eat

We went here for lunch. The food was at best above average. Their Chinese preparations was better than the others. We ordered dimsums which were tasty. Dilliwali tikki and babycorn chilly were average. I kept wishing for the iced tea to be more tangy. Although we were very happy with the courteous staff and quick service. I hope to go here again and try a different set of food.

The place is small bt its cozy and would classify as class, the ambience is really nice. The staffs were educated and well behaved. The only prob was the delayed service which they need to improve... Price wise i would say yeah the place is upscale as per the likes of the city where people are adapted to lower price. But i guess for a better place u need to widen ur pocket limits too. Aslo one point they need to enhace is taste of the food. The items i tasted were bit bland. After all a restaurant is about its food so they need to focus on this department above of all.

The service staffs are highly unprofessional. Order takes ages to reach you, in the midway they might tell you they are out of stock or they don't have it. Bar doesn't have much option. Awful experience.

Bar with a different new look....i used to vist Sigree earlier and was very easy for me to get a table but now just because of humble staff good fast sevice and superb food with preety good and new type of serving this place u need to book a table early on weekends....Chicken dhuwadhar is a must try and fish preperation was also great...must try this place..

Comfortable place to visit with family / friends. Quality of food is comparable with the original one in Kolkata..good liquor range too! The only downside is a lack of privacy as the restaurant shares an open area visible by normal peeps on the fourth floor of Nucleus Mall.

Loved this place. Even if it is in a mall, you will find peace in the sitting area. Food is delicious and the staff is really polite and friendly. Here, I found the best sizzling browny in Ranchi after a long time. Must try.

We went to this places for yesterday's dinner, after being asked to wait for 30minutes we were given a seat finally. The seats were very uncomfortable and right in front of the kitchen. It ruined the idea of a luxury dinning at a good place. Coming to the food, we ordered veg and non vegetarian food both. The food was not that great even though we had ordered food as recommend by the people serving us. One thing which was really dissapointing was that the service was not at all prompt, all the waiters were totally confused, there was lack of coordination. For instance the serving time between two breads was 15minutes so we had to wait for it in between our meal inspite of the fact that everything was preordered. In the end we were rediculed by noticing that the finger bowl that they gave us was very dirty, it seemed that the utensil was not washed since ages just the water was being changed.<br/>We were thoroughly dissappointed with our experience. It completely destroyed the idea of a good dining experience.

Great food,great ambience and above all great service with polite staff. They kept on enquiring whether I was satisfied with the food or not. The Nazafgarh ka Tandoori Murg which is basically a Tandoori Chicken was far more juicier than the Tandoori Chicken of most of the food outlets in Ranchi.

This is probably the only decent restaurant and bar in Ranchi where you won't be disappointed by either the food or the booze. Food items are reasonably priced and taste good, service is a little slow because the place is understaffed. The chairs and tables aren't the most comfortable ones you'd find but hey better this than nothing. 😅

I happened to be here by an error of destiny but I liked the small open beautifully decorated corner on 4th floor of nucleus mall so much that I couldn't avoid it. One who is fond of Bengali food and visit oh!Calcutta or bhajo hari manna in other cities should definitely visit the place.

Absolutely loved this place!! The staff was very attentive and polite. Food was top notch! They have a variety of dishes from Chinese to Indian to Bengali cuisine! You would be a little disappointed if you are a hard core vegetarian, but they do cater to their veggie patrons jusy across, at another of their restaurants called Machaan. We went here for a family lunch. It was Women's day, so they served all the women in the group with complimentary mocktails. We all ordered vegetarian dishes, and surprisingly every single item was lip-smackingly good! Must visit with your family or friends for delicious cuisine!!

I have visited all the Speciality group of restaurants in kolkata, now im happy to see them in Ranchi also. Though the name is Sigree but they serve from the menus of Oh calcutta and Mainland china also, that means its a mix of Sigree(North Indian), Oh calcutta(Bengali) and Mainland China(chinese). This is a different kind of semi open-air restaurant, ambiance is good, staffs are helpful, food serving time is relatively quick and the food they serve is absolutely delightful, comparable with their food in Kolkata but since ranchi is not a metro city so the price they are charging is higher than any good restaurant of ranchi, this steep price can reduce the footfall.. Coming to the food, we went there mainly to have fish items, ordered pan fried chili fish, ajwaini fish tikka, calcutta fish fry along with chicken drums of heaven and fresh lime soda, the Basa fish items were delightful, since basa is not so common in ranchi , we were delighted to taste that fish after long time. Chicken item was not that good. per head cost will be over 1000 if someone wants to have full course meal here. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will visit it again in future for sure..

I went there for dinner in my birthday with family. The ambiance dragged me for a visit. But unfortunately we repented in the end. From the starter till the parcel we brought, everywhere they reflected an average impression. The chef honestly doesnot know to cook Bengali dishes, although they include a wide range of Bengali cuisine in their menu. Fish fry was horrible beyond imagination. On request he replaced with something else, which somehow we could consume. Other dishes too were not impressive and tasty at all. The highest unexpected thing was, we requested to pack leftout kebabs and at home we found they have packed food from some other's table. The parcel was not containing our ordered kebabs. Just imagine, you are carrying some other's left over food to your home for eating later !!! this is height of unprofessionalism !!! Moreover, they were not bothered of birthday celebration. Generally in such fine dining we expect a gesture from their end while cutting cake. They were not even interested to bring the cake for cutting. <br/><br/>Not at all satisfied .... and dont recommend at all...<br/><br/>Only positive point is the ambiance. The place is very gracefully decorated with nice view of roads.

Always good to have options in a town with very little to write home about. It’s a good start for the speciality group. Though was hoping to see mainland China. Ranchi could use some good Chinese. The place is done up well. Has a pretty good menu with options from Mainland China as well, though limited. What turned me off was the fact they claimed their loyalty program has been discontinued. But a good place to go.

The place is full of vibrant coloured sofas and seats and the ambience is nice overall. This is an open restaurant on the top floor of Nucleus Mall.Starting with the service, it was pretty good. The food menu consists of Indian dishes , dishes from oh! Calcutta and from Mainland China. There is hardly any variety on the menu and very little option to choose from. The prices are high and you'd want good quality food for the prices you pay , sadly, that's not the case. I wasnt satisfied with the food at all. We ordered a grilled chicken pepper and Singapore chilli shrimps for starter. Both the dishes were just okay, neither good nor bad. There was a little extra salt in the dishes. For mains we had a fried rice and tsang hoi chicken. Fried rice was salty but the chicken dish was so salty we had to get it changed. They served us with a replacement in two minutes which was a hundred times better than what we'd got originally. You also get alcohol here and the prices for that are less. I wasnt happy with my experience here.
