Review Kaveri Restaurant Ashoknagar - Ranchi

I visited here with my family and the food and the service was 10/10. The sweets variety is impeccable and is perfect for every occasion. I tried the golgappas of the restaurant and it was served very cold. The Naan, paneer mushroom taj curry and paneer saag was very good. I will definitely visit here in the future too.

Kaveri is a pure veg restaurant in Ashok Nagar Ranchi. The ambiance was simply beautiful and service was really fast appreciated. And no doubt food is getting 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This restaurant has multiple cuisine options and we ordered Paneer Chilli Special family Dosa Mix Chaat All dishes are a must try item.

A best place for Pure Vegetarian and it offers wide variety of Indian and some Continental dishes. It is the chain of one of the best restaurant. Staffs are great and a good place to offer small parties. It is economical and serves delicious cooked foods. It also serves No Onion No Garlic food.

Outstanding vegetarian food, at par with the best you can find anywhere else! The Main Road branch has been an institution since the last almost 35 years, and the Ashok Nagar branch is an excellent extension. Asian, North or South Indian - the food is delicious, hearty portions and great value for money. Cannot have enough!

Good place to have vegetarian food. This is a restaurant in Ranchi which is one of the oldest. May be more than 25yrs old and still have same taste of food. A must visit option for all vegetarian food. Must try veg chilli and paneer chilli. Staff is helpful. Service is fast.

Very well mannered female staffs. Decent, polite and well-served! Food was as usual authentic. Ambience is good. Sitting options are diverse. Contemporary interior. Better option to escape the rush of the Main Road branch.

This pizza is blast of cheese and tikka paneer are so soft as melted butter.. Too yumm . Finger licking .

It is the one of the best restaurants. I live in Mumbai and have been to multiple restaurants but I always crave for Kaveri's food. No one matches their masala dosa, mushroom pizza and paneer chilly. I have been to Kaveri's branch in main road since my childhood and this restaurant has the same taste, I can not differentiate. Lots of Love. ♥️♥️

Tasty food

Kaveri is undoubtedly fabulous but this time our order was declined . We were waiting for the order but afterwards we found our order was rejected. Kaveri is not too far from our house as we also live in Ashok nagar. This was very disappointing and disgusting.

The worst I have tasted of Kaveri's, I ordered peas pulao along with paneer chilly and butter roti... The taste of peas pulao was awful and paneer chilly was average... Hope the stick to their set benchmark...

The dosa that i had ordered via Zomato was soaked in oil and taste was horrible and it felt stale also...... The only good thing abt the order was its packing.......its heartbreaking to see such a popular brand serving such low quality food

Pathetic Dal, absolutely tasteless. Inspite of not billing the same. Restaurant manager applied his business brains and gave 15% discount on entire bill, thereby resulting in high billing to restaurant owner.

This restaurant chef is just ruining the brand name created by gel church complex. Order paneer chilly (not gravy) and you will receive yesterday's paneer wrapped in ararot trying hard to hold paneer swimming in tangy orange colour liquid with no pyaz or capsicum and they charge 183 for this. Go for dosa plaza or krsna and strictly avoid this ashok nagar kaveri.

I wanted to give this restaurant a four or maybe five star but the rude behaviour that i encountered just today was out of my expectation from such a big name.... A name is made by years of hard work and patience but it can be lost easily... When such a big name has customer service of a terrible level then what can we say... I expected a polite manager to talk to but it was the opposite... Thank you kaveri for teaching me that i was expecting too much from you.... #notworthy

Wrost service

This place is really great when it comes to veg food, and specially talking about Jain food, they are humble enough to cook food that without onion garlic that too with a good taste.

Today evening I wanted to eat pure veg but was not in a mood to go to main road. So this new place looked like an option. Extra oil, extra spices and burning belly. Garlic butter naan tasted more italian than tandoori preparation as they used dried garlic chunks. Best thing was Paneer Korma, Paneer do pyaza was average and mix veg was below average. I am not sure if it has anything to do with "real" Kaveri.

The newly opened kaveris is the branch of kaveri located in main road<br/>Malai kofta and veg jalfreej was awesome in taste and veg manchurian was also good in taste like its oĺd kaveri of main road but the masala na was not good as potato masala of nan got biter in taste but again i will say the taste and quantity of the food was awesome do visit this place once you will like the food.<br/>Due to biter of masala nan i am rating it 4 star.

Kaveri has been the most popular names amongst the folks living in Ranchi.<br/><br/>However this newly opened place in Ashok Nahar needs lots of improvement to match the taste served in the hindpiri branch.<br/><br/>We ordered hot and sour soup, quantity wise the same was nice but it was not hot n sour soup in true senses. Was full of tomato ketchup.<br/><br/>In starters we ordered chana chilli, which was super dry, we suggested to make it little spicy.<br/><br/>In main course we went for paneer chilli and noodles, paneer chilli again being full of tomato ketchup. No where near to the one served in hindpiri or even lalpur branch.<br/><br/>Coming on the ambience, it's not very big so expect a waiting time during peak hours.<br/><br/>Also they have huge variety if sweets, to my surprise saw bakhlava for the first time in Ranchi.<br/><br/>Little improvements in the taste, and this place will reach the actual standard of kaveri restaurants.

The ambience of this Kaveri is very unique and different from other outlets.I tasted Paneer Tikka Lababdaar, Dal Makhani, Methi Malai Matar and Paneer Keema with assorted Indian breads like kulcha, butter naan, tandoori roti and lacha parantha. The methi malai matar was appetizing. The dal tadka and paneer lababdaar were delightful. The paneer keema was delicious.I also had paneer chilly and chowmein which was tasty as usual. I really love dahi golgappas which is the best. The food tastes are same as other Kaveri outlets but with little twist i.e, new presentation.

Slow service, untrained staff, good food though. Ideally one table should be looked after by a single waiter but this was not the case here. Not only me but there were many complaining customer nearby my table. If the management is reading this please keep this in mind and try to resolve this at the earliest. The food was tasty as usual but the poor service spoilt the dining experience. Hope to see a better service on my next visit.
