Review The 60's Cafe (the Beatles) - Rishikesh

Subham Bakshi
The ambience is quite good, they provide various sitting options, one is a garden place, one is a verandah and other is an inside place. Proper lights and decorations makes this place a visual delight. You can see stories about The Beetles all around. The service can be improved regarding faster order placement and delivery. The food price felt a bit overpriced compared to food and other cafes.

Passing through the roads of rishikesh the lights and the name attracted us. As we stepped in we could get a vintage 60's kinda vibe in the ambience. We ordered a burger, pasta and a Special Golden Latte. The burger was okay and the pasta too creamy and cheesy. The Golden Latte was a mixture of all the ayurvedic herbs (turmeric, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper...) That is definitely a must have in winters!!

I visited this place with a friend of mine for dinner. The place remains busy. You can choose to sit inside or outside as per your comfort. The staff is attentive however I believe they should either have more staff to handle the rush. The food was good. My friend ordered spinach feta salad which was yummy. I ordered their special sandwich which wasn’t that great.

This place is a perfect chill out with incredible food (salads are huge, fresh and so tasty). They have big selection of juices which are all very fresh and the quality is on top. Plus views - having dinner within a very niche garden setup is something not to be missed. Vibes of this place brings together amazing people and music is always great!

Great food and vibe. This classic rock themed cafe may not look like much as you step in but once you order the food you won’t help yourself going back. Great range of class A food from salads to curries to burgers. Recommended dish: The veg burger (probably the best burger (meat or veg) I’ve ever tasted!)

This place is just perfect. Food is just awesome both taste and the way they serve is appreciable. Ambience is very cozy and they also have garden which adds extra points for their cafe. Hospitality and friendly nature of staff just amazed me.

We visited for lunch. The cafe, commemorates the Beatles and the photographic memorabilia was very charming as it captured the visit of the Beatles to Rishikesh in the 60s. They have 3 different styles of seating. The menu though vegetarian is quite eclectic and creative. The food was well presented and tasty and it was nice to be served by the owner himself. Definitely a cafe

A really lovely place to enjoy a meal. Great atmosphere in a beautiful setting. All our meals were very tasty and at sensible prices. The mocktails are really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place and food. I wanted to have Thai curry with rice but it wasn't available at that moment so I ordered Rice Pad Thai Noodles and asked to make them spicy. And they considered it so seriously and made it super spicy which enhanced its taste. Great service I must say.

Unique spot with a grest vibe focusing on all things beatles, 60s music and healthy eating. We ate here twice during our visit to Rishikesh. It makes a wonderful spot to escape the busy streets with lots of seating options available inside and outside. There is also a romantic amience at night when all the fairy lights come on around the garden. The food was delicious, and I can definitely recommend the panner butter masala. They have an interesting menu, which made a good read while waiting for our food to arrive filled with information on meditation, the beatles visit,Indian bands in the 60s, veganism and more.

The food and vibe of this place is outstanding!!! Desserts are must-try. Absolutely beautiful ambience. 5/5 for everything!

I spent at least 30 minutes browsing through the Menu; devouring the exciting and interesting well compiled information on the Beatles and other interesting articles! The food choices are great and varied. everything that we asked for was fresh, yummy and delicious.

BEST place to eat! I ate here almost everyday, so much to choose from especially if you do not eat Indian food. Awesome variety in menu, absolutely amazing view to the Ganga and temples- sunset pics were amazing! Friendly staff, great tunes, clean and tidy atmosphere, all around a great place to eat and meet other foreigners.

One of the best food I tasted in an Indian cafe for a long long time. However the high protein pancake was not tasty as it was presented. Lemon ginger honey tea and coffee were almost perfect. The led Zeppelin pizza was a stairway to heaven.

We went to Rishikesh for Rafting and we had pre-decided that we will visit this cafe/restaurant. I really liked the way they have painted the wall to give the visitors their sign where they are located. We continued to walk up on the stairs and finally stepped in. It was packed and mostly foreigners were the enjoying the moment. We waited a bit and found space for us. It's a small one but I think its really popular there because the whole time we saw people coming. We had authentic Indian food and it was surprisingly really good as I thought it might be just ok. I was in a mood to have something different but due to my friends I had to stick with it, no regrets as it was really good. The only drawback I would say is that they haven't done a proper seating arrangement as alot of space is not utilized due to which alot of customers have to wait. Other than that no complaints.. Go for it as I personally recommend this place.

The interior and set up was good, went there on a Saturday afternoon with a friend. But one can imagine about the poor quality of food and drinks when the best thing among everything was coke. The quality of ingredients used was poor. Not going to return here.

#LATEPOST<br/><br/>Memories from a self driven month long vacation across #Uttarakhand in #Feb2020..<br/><br/>Probably, the only cafe in India to be themed on an international legendary band - a go to destination for anyone visiting #Rishikesh - the view of the #Ganges is stunning to say the least - the whole cafe has a laid back ambience which attracts a lot of visitors (specially foreign tourists) - a lot of #Beatles memorabilia is available for viewing throughout the cafe - feels like a lot of nostalgia is associated with the space - it's kind of walking into the past.. Even the menu card is kind of an encyclopaedia about the band's association with Rishikesh.. This place currently is also known as #DelmarCafe - one has to walk up or down a few stairs from the main road to reach the cafe - only serves you #vegan delicacies though.. Pricing is slightly on the higher side of the spectrum but service seemed to be indefinitely slow.. <br/><br/>I just had my share of #desserts (that's what I am forced to do generally whenever I walk into a vegan cafe 😅) and fortunately - they were excellent..<br/><br/>#GordonRamsaysHotBananas - Caramelised Banana chunks served in chilled coconut milk with Vanilla icecream - I had no clue that bananas can be so delish untill I tasted this one - too good to be true.. 😍<br/><br/>#ClassicChocolateCrepe was pure chocogasm for a chocoholic like me.. The soft Chocolate Crepe was absolute ecstasy for my tastebuds.. 😍<br/><br/>#rishikeshdiaries 👣<br/><br/>My humble two cents: #MUSTVISIT (if you haven't already) 🤝<br/><br/>#SupportHospitalityIndustry 🙏<br/><br/>#LifeofaFoodnTravelBlogger 🕺<br/><br/>Journey of an Epicurean Cine Trotter continues.. 👣<br/><br/>Thank you all for being a part of our Facebook family - Kolkata Food Trotters - please #LIKE & #FOLLOW our #PAGE as well - Kolkata Food Trotters ❤️

Food Journey in Rishikesh!!<br/><br/>We went here after a friend's recommendation and to be honest we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambiance. The quaint yet colorful setup of the place by the riverside was one of a kind. We spent quite some time clicking pictures before we occupied a table. The food options being pure veg were a bit disheartening for me at the beginning.....however I cheered up seeing Chinese options alongside American and Indian. The taste was good and so was the quantity. We ended up overeating as we where already tired with river rafting. As for me I liked this place and would definitely recommend it to people visiting Rishikesh.<br/><br/>You will go here if you're a Beatles fan at all because they play tracks by them, have their entire decor dedicated postcard at INR 30 for you to take away as a souvenir! <br/><br/>📷Follow my Journey on Instagram 🔛Iam_kanchisingh <br/>

This is a legendary Cafe with spectacular view of the river and serves some of the finest dishes in town. Many friends suggested me this cafe and that's how we landed her! Firstly they serve amazing varieties of tea, we too tried<br/><br/>•Cinammon Toddy: This is hot apple juice with infused spices with cinnamon chunks. The tea just blew our taste buds, we enjoyed every sip with utmost satisfaction. Highly recommend this tea. We ended up trying atleast 3 teas! Sooo good!<br/><br/>Next we had our mains,<br/><br/>•Veg Lasagna: The lasagna was prepared well with generous layers of cheese. It was delicious and was a great companion for the cold weather.<br/><br/>Last was the dessert,<br/><br/>•Caramalized Banana with Ice-cream: The banana was served hot with Caramel sauce, accompanied with Vanilla ice cream, the combination was to die for! A very unique dessert that catered to our cravings!<br/><br/>Overall this place is a must visit and would love to come back to rishikesh just to visit this Cafe! No kidding!<br/><br/>Taste 5/5<br/>Service 5/5<br/>Ambience 5/5 (Just of the location)

They did not serve water; waiter was pushing us to order next meal when we did not get our first order on table. Food was tasteless; no salt at all. Lot of scope for hospitality.

Surreal. That's the first thing that comes to mind when one walks into the quaint little Beatles Café. The breath taking view of the place is only complimented by its scrumptious vegetarian cuisine. The Pan Fried Vegetable Chopseuy is a must try.. If you wish to get seats with a great view, suggest you go early as patrons take ever so long to give up the seats..

Amazing view, Great vibes & even better food. Went there for a brunch, ordered lasagne, grown up sandwich and swedish potato wedges & banana split.loved all of it. Whenever you’re in Rishikesh, Delmar/ beatles is a must go!

Just the perfect laid-back cafe..Ambience is top-notch. They play real good music. If you're a classic rock fan, you should definitely pay a visit. And not to miss the food there. We tried some fruit mocktails, watermelon fizz, another banana shake. And all were equally good..And tried the Led Zeppelin pizza there. It was fresh, cheesy and the crust was good too. My father took khichdi, which was so good to taste. Overall, a must visit place. Location is a bit interior. Just ask around the shops and that can lead you to this quaint cafe with awesome views.<br/>PS- the best thing is they serve water in glass bottles and earthen glasses. Vegan is a way of life here.<br/><br/>

Came to this place after reading some really good reviews online. I really loved the vibe of the cafe when I entered. It was very lively and chilled out with great music and interiors. We ordered the Scottish burger and The led zepplin pizza.<br/>The burger was delicious, specially the cashew cheese that came along with it. The pizza on the other hand had some issues. The cheese used was a bit substandard.<br/><br/>The worst thing was that upon informing about the problem to the staff , instead of offering to bring another dish the staff told me that if I didn't like it I could get it packed and give it to someone outside but I'll have to pay for it.<br/><br/>Thankfully Maanvendra (probably the owner or the manager) came to the rescue. He not only apologised for the pizza but also agreed to not charge for it.<br/><br/>Would love to visit again and try other things on the Menu.
Abhik Dutta
The place is having the best view of all the cafes I’ve visited so far. Sitting on the banks and having a view of the ganges is breath taking. The food wasn’t the best Of what I had so far. But you don’t get a cafe which is more replenishing to the eyes than to your stomach. Service was prompt and the staff was courteous. Must visit.

Nice environment... Awesome view of the Ganges..old-school beats playing in the background.. U can enjoy the beautiful view of Rishikesh and a ultimate weekend with your loved ones.

Food - 4.5/5<br/>Service - 4/5<br/>Ambience - 4.5/5<br/>Music - 5/5<br/><br/>If you're a Beatles'/Soft Rock fan and are around Rishikesh this is a MUST VISIT.<br/><br/>The place has a breathtaking view of Ganga ji and a temple, finding the place is a task(Zomato helps though) but once it opens up the effort is worth it. They have interesting pictures, posters and collectibles of all rock bands, do check them out and the music is to die for if you like Rock.<br/><br/>The service takes some time but the staff is friendly and serves with a smile (Shout out to Pankaj). Food is pretty amazing as well, be it their Pizzas, Grilled Sandwiches, Desserts and even their Indian food is good. I loved the drinks especially the Ice Chocolate.<br/><br/>Amazing experience all together, surely recommended.<br/><br/>PS - Do spend sometime to read their menu, it has some pretty cool stories in it.<br/>

The river view from this place is breathtakingly beautiful. Food was great and service was also good. Special mention to the 'Caramelized Grilled Pineapple' dessert which I couldn't get enough of. 😍

Well, whether you are a Beatles' fan or not, you gotta visit this place. Just loved the vibes around, with their innovative dishes and decor, you can easily spend hours here while still cringing to come back for some more. Much recommended in Rishikesh!! The highlights are the 'Hot Russian tea' and 'Coconut milk masala chai'.
Ambika Bhandari
A beautiful place quite close to Laxman jhula with Ganga view....Though the car is little difficult to trace yet it is worth the visit....Just ordered some fries and tea and they were good.....A must visit place in Rishikesh if u really wanna enjoy the view of the Ganges.
Shivangi Jain
One of the most talkative place in town which has been dedicated to the well known band "BEATLES". Again a place near to River Ganges which is conventional for it's rapid waves can be seen and felt here.<br/>It's stunning ambiance as well as toothsome food makes you fall in love with this place and leaves to feeling content.

Great place.. U can spend whole day thr just looking at the vally... Love it..food excellent...it shows they take a lot of time and care to serve u best dishes...
Nishtha Joshi
I visited this place after reading the reviews but its not worth it... No doubt the view is good, you can enjoy the weather and relax but the service was very poor... it took them 1 hour to bring our food to table when we have just ordered 1 dish...<br/>Also you have to manage with houseflies as there are a lot of it... many just went inside our drinks too...<br/>Overall my expression at this place was pathetic...

60's Beatles Cafe !!!<br/><br/>Last weekend i was in rishikesh with my friends. We were searching for a good place to eat so this cafe is popped out on zomato. This cafe is walking distance from laxman jhula. Best place to eat food and hangout with friends. This cafe is based on Beatles theme. Here you can spend hours and hours with your loved ones. I have ordered ice coffee, watermelon indulgence, ginger tea, exceedingly vegan pizza and irish vegetable & cheese burger. Everything was scrumptious and delectable. And it is light on pocket.<br/><br/>So, the ratings are like this :<br/><br/>Taste : 5/5<br/>Presentation : 5/5<br/>Quality : 5/5<br/>Quantity : 5/5<br/>Hygiene : 5/5<br/>Service : 5/5<br/>Staff : 5/5<br/>Value for money : 5/5

Visited this beautiful little cafe when we were in Rishikesh. The aesthetics were great and the place was very soothing and peaceful. I strongly recommend having their Masala Chai while having great view of the river from balcony while the soft 60's music playing.<br/>We were so famished that we started eating without taking a good picture of food but it was amazing. We tried Penne Alfredo , Masala chai, Rodriguez Pizza and Earl Grey flavoured Lemon Iced Tea. All was it was delicious!

We hopped onto the Beatles cafe one fine evening and loved it. After walking through the dingy lanes, we stumbled upon this cafe. It’s on the banks of river Ganga and the view is outstanding. A lot of people just come here to write while sipping on ginger lemon tea. We ordered the vegan Scottish burger which was delicious! We also ordered the ginger lemon tea along with a detox smoothie (very refreshing) and a strawberry shake. Both were yum and one should must visit this cafe, once in rishikesh.

One of the best cafes i have ever been to. What an ambience.. beside the river. The balcony cafe. Apart from that 60s music themed cafe. The cafe plays some of the best Beatles tracks along with that some magic numbers of the sixties. The seating is nice and cozy. Coming to the food I tried out light snacks like fries and a wonderful refreshing tea.. the hot Russian tea.. it was one of the best flavours I have ever sipped. Cheers to this cafe .. a must visit when at Rishikesh.

A perfect place to hang out with friends and family. This place is near laxmanjhula, with a majestic view of the Ganga flowing deep down. It is very difficult to get a seat during any time of the year. The place is decorated with memorabilia and paraphernalia related to the iconic Beatles and their members. We ordered black coffee, coffee latte with Himalayan honey, beatles three layered sandwich with French fries and cheesy salsa jalapeño dip. Texan mayo burger came with salad and French fries. Food was pretty good, although vegan fare. Nice place, nice ambience, will definitely visit again.

An amazing cafe right near laxman jhula, heaven for a beatles fan, it has an a great ambience, and will transport you just like the beatles songs. We ordered the led Zeppelin pizza, which was great both quality and quantity wise, the penne arabbiata was the best, highly recommended, penne alfredo did not please much, was quite blamd. In drinks we ordered ice chocolate and ice coffee, both of which were good. The price and food both are great, they also have beatles postcards for just 30Rs, don't forget to ask them for it if you are a beatles fan!
Bhavya Diddee
Amazing food and really good cold coffee. Irish burger is the best vegetarian burger I've ever had, and potato wedges were really good too. Disappointed with the red sauce lasagna, but other than that, a must visit for the food and the vibe, speacially the view of the Ganga.

Wow! what an ambience and the view from the restaurant is just amazing. We had to shift inside as the strong wind towards the restaurant brought sand particles from the Ganges flowing below. It was a bit difficult to locate the restaurant but once inside it feels really nice. Portions were large enough for two people. We tried their Pakoras and Banana Smoothie with Flaxseeds, walnut and almonds. Pity due to power cut their oven was not working so could not tried the dishes we wanted to. But we will surely come back soon.<br/><br/>Arghh… I always forget to take pictures!

Every mountain city has a near perfect sunset spot. Rishikesh's near perfect sunset spot is this. Add to this amazing 60s and 70s rock music, French press coffee and lasagne; you won't even realize a couple of hours swing by. Heaven..!!!<br/>Do try their pizzaaas, pasta, Sandwiches and watermelon smoothie

We were a group of 6 people who were in need of some peaceful place and Beatles Cafe is one go to place for it. The ambience and the view has you going at the very first place. <br/><br/>We ordered some smoothies, kebabs, pizza, pasta and vegan sandwich. The food was average with kebabs being the standalone good thing.
Divyanshu
Aesthetics of the place - 4/5.<br/>Food quality- 2.8/5 <br/>Service- 3/5 <br/>Overall experience- 3/5. <br/>The only thing not upto the mark is the food quality.

Tired, hungry and exhausted we landed up in this cozy pretty little, ganga facing cafe in tapovan, rishikesh. There was a long waiting to grab table here. Finally when we got, we placed the order, waiting for the food. It took them 50 min to get the food which was annoying.<br/>*Food was good but not in the point of view of spices and flavours. Flavours were balanced out due to high number of foreigners there. Otherwise quality and prices satiated me.<br/>*The best thing I found was chilli garlic fried rice(although that pungent fumes were missing), vegetable lasagne and Chinese pao curry.<br/>*Drinks- watermelon mint drink, banana strawberry soy milk shake<br/><br/>Cafe is good if you want to chill and not in hurry of food. It has got good ambience but lacks food service.
Kishan Mehta
The place has really good ambience and plays beatles music only. As it overlooks the Ganga the sunset view is really amazing<br/><br/>Food- by and large the food there is really good. <br/><br/>Must try’s- Lucknowi Galawat kabab <br/><br/>Avoid- do not try the Hot banana desert although it’s a Ramsay Gordon dish. I know it’s sounds a bit weird but as Indians we are not used to that particular flavour and we felt pukish after having it

"You would be amazed by what you can give up, lose, or break, and yet still be a person who gets happy over brownies"<br/><br/>Wandering the streets of rishikesh, I had no idea I'd come across this place.<br/><br/>The playlist, the book shelf, and damn the serenity.<br/>Dessert lover? Love brownies? Don't mind classic Rock playlist? This has to be your go to place.

Amazing experience. From food to service and view of the holy river Ganga everything was really good. Coming to food, they had limited menu that day we ordered pizza which was delicious, pakoras and chai as it was raining and we enjoyed them as the pakoras were cooked to perfection, burgers really amazing and drinks too were really good. Must visit place for everyone when in Rishikesh.

Cost for 3 -₹ 680<br/>Order for Tea, Pizza, Biryani and Garlic Bread<br/>Giving 4 star for the ambience as you can see the beautiful Ganga river. The location is perfect . Difficult to find the place though. You’ll have to share tables as the place is small and you’ll find a lot of foreigners. Food- ginger tea was ok wouldn’t really recommend it . But the pizza and biryani were amazing. Me being from pune found the biryani taste way too different than the ones I had here. <br/>If your in Rishikesh must try place. But only visit if you have a lot of time on you- service is way too slow, I would rate it 1 for service. Had to call the man thrice. The biryani parcel another 30 mins.<br/>

Relaxing ambiance and delicious food!<br/><br/>The place has some really delicious sandwiches and burgers.<br/><br/>Also pan cakes are mouth watering. <br/><br/>View from the cafe is breathtaking!!<br/><br/>Service is good <br/><br/><br/>

This place near the Ganga in Laxmanjhula area is always crowded by visitors from abroad. Here one can leisurely sip a cup of tea/coffee and look upon the majestic view of the riverside and mountains and spend hours thereby. They serve vegan fare. Decor comprises posters from The Beatles with other memorabilia and paraphernalia belonging to the iconic band members. It is difficult to get a table, specially in weekends and tourist season. We had a black coffee, coffee latte with honey, texan mayo burger and beatles sandwich. The burger contains a freshly baked patty, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sriracha, caramelized onion, mayo and veggies, along with a side of crispy french fries. The beatles sandwich was a three-layered brown bread toast with parmesan cheese, sauted veggies and mayo sauce with a side of salad. Filling food. Economic prices. Slow service. Overall a nice place.

This is the best place for food in Rishikesh. I have tried their dessert and also the main course. Each time, it gets better. I tried their hot bananas and the led zeppelin pizza. You must try their hot bananas which is made of caramelized bananas with vanilla ice cream. It also has a very subtle taste of red chilli. It was too good and too generous in quantity. I will highly recommend this place if you are a foodie. During the day time, while having your food, you can also enjoy the view of ganges river and in the night, you get to see the lightening Ram Jhula. I loved their food and also, it is very much affordable since the price are quite justified. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is in Rishikesh and would want to have an amazing meal in Rishikesh.

60's Cafe Delmar/ Beatles Café <br/>3.5/5<br/><br/>On my recent visit to Rishikesh, I was a bit apprehensive whether the café’s in Rishikesh will as cool as those back in Chandigarh. I took note of 3-4 café and Beatles Café was at the top of my list. The location is a bit hard to find by yourself but it’s worth climbing down all those steps of Tapovan Ghat to reach a magnificent terrace with the view of Ganges. <br/><br/>The story of the restaurant colloquially called the Beatles Cafe is a particular lesson in the power of a good brand. The cafe, which is actually named 60’s Cafe or 60’s Cafe Delmar, is located on Paidal Marg, near Laxman Jhula. This 60s-themed joint with Beatles photos offers cafe fare and a terrace with dramatic views of Ganga. The peaceful ambiance is so stunning and cool, and the music captivates you and takes you back to the era of the ’60s. The food tasted awesome and the portion size was more than I expected. Pop in if you're close by.

With an absolutely amazing view of the Ganges and the calmness that come with it . With the backdrop of songs playing softly . The food comes with beautiful presentation and tastes good . Ordered garlic bread was a little burnt hence little spoiled in taste . With galauti kabab that were kind of soft with soups good , thick and tasty

An amazing place to try out some unique food combinations. Reasonably priced continental food which is light on stomach yet filling.<br/><br/>A must visit place in Tapovan area in Rishikesh for those looking for some vegan and gluten free options.

I can describe any place you want me to describe but to surface this  60's Beatles Cafe in my review would be undermining for this brilliant place located on the ghats of Tapovan, Rishikesh. One has to witness its interior, seating and scintillating view  of this place.<br/><br/>The place is so vivid and by any chance you are a music lover this place will captivate you and mark my words you could spend hours and hours here enjoying the far view of Ganga. <br/><br/>I had visited tapovan for a day so could not order to much eatables from this place, however , I managed to order as much drinks as I could along with my partners. Every drink we got and every sip we made was just exhilarating. One could never go wrong with any drink from their menu. <br/><br/>Without a miss, next time and for a matter of fact, everytime I will visit Tapovan, I will surely stopby this place and folks you do the same....<br/><br/>Visit this paradise to believe me.....

One of the best cafe in rishikesh with amazing view. Luckily we reached this location during sunset. We ordered holy crepe, zeplin pizza, tangri chilly potatoes, paneer veg roll, dahi kebab, watermelon juice and cold coffee. Food taste was fine. My favorites was watermelon juice and holy crepe.<br/><br/>

A very nice place with cool ambience. Their pastas are great. I ordered Texas burger with came along with a handful of french fries. Both were awesome. The dip for the French fries are so yummy. And needless to say about masala chai.

Amazing ambience and view from this cafe of the Ganga flowing by. The cafe has a very chill vibe to it. I'd rate the food 4/5, I had the eggplant lasagne, Mashed potatoes, veg burnt garlic rice, and Bolognese pasta. Even though I'm a non veg fan this cafe did a good job with the veg food.

Great food. Fantastic view.<br/>We ordered North Indian as well as penne arrabiatta. Both delicious. Rosemary spinach soup was very good too. Only the washroom is very dirty.

Superb quality n taste of food in whole of Rishikesh, topped with unbounded view of Ganges, and a very cosy n homely sitting environment. Must try ted zappelin pizza and caramelized onion burgers! Instantly became my fav. (Didnt like the scottish vegan and irish burger much though). The Indian fare is good too compared to other restos in rishikesh. Visited mostly by foreigners who want to relax and spend hours writing their travel diaries or reading books, the only downside is that waiting time to get table could be long as ppl visit this place to relax rather than just dine. But the experience is worth the wait - Must do thing in rishikesh!

One awesome cafe in Rishikesh - right on the Ganges and giving us a good view of the Ram Jhoola. When we ( a group of 6) went - the Ram Jhoola was lit and it was a wonderful view. The Cafe is beautifully maintained with a number of Beatles paraphernalia. The 'Led Zepplin' Pizza was yummy - easily the best that we ordered - of course we repeated it N number of times. A variant of the french fries loaded with veggies was also great. Masala chai, Black coffee and Fresh Lime Sodas easily made up for close to 3 hours of gossip. At the end the bill was very reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised. A must-visit place when in Rishikesh.

One of the best cafes if you are in Rishikesh! This cafe offers you the view of the Holy river Ganga with soothing ambiance and pleasant environ.<br/>This cafe servers pure vegetarian food; all cruisines. We had Alfredo pasta and if was lip smacking indeed. Post the pasta we ordered, Butter Paneer and rotis- cheese naan was particularly yum. We had dal tadka with which was okish.<br/>Overall a good experience to be here.

Giving a 5 star in rishikesh is a tough job basically because the restaurant workers here in most of the places are mostly uneducated and they’re just trained with a script to converse with the customers. I went here with a bunch of people who couldn’t speak hindi or english but the way the owner of this place treated us was worth a 5 star. <br/>About food - Probably the best italian servings in Rishikesh. <br/>Location - Starting point tapovan. You need to walk for around 8-10 mins from the road upstairs. The scenic view from the front facade is worth visiting this place.

It was off season , so this cafe was empty and quite . Otherwise I heard it has some good old English music playing while it's bustling with people. They have some good juices and smoothies along with a selective menu comprising pizzas, pastas and Indian food. The good part is that they have vegan options.
Dr Mansi Mehrotra
The best cafe in Rishikesh!<br/>It has the view of majestic ganga along with which the food is absolutely awesome!<br/>The pizzas and pastas are amazing !<br/>The also have gluten free options available

In one word vegan specialist!<br/><br/>Ambience : 5/5<br/>Service : 4/5 (a bit slow)<br/>Value for money : 3.5/5 ( a bit expensive )<br/><br/>Visited this place while I traveled through Rishikesh . What I love about this place is the vibe and the quotes that are put around. Really funny. Makes you feel at home and an enjoyable place.<br/><br/>But if you happen to be from a tier II city , you will find this place expensive . It is on the higher end even for someone like me who come from a tier I city. I am not into western food but I liked the food.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a place to chill and relax, absolutely recommended.<br/><br/>

No trip to Rishikesh is complete without a trip to the Beatles Ashram & the 60s cafe . Its difficult to find . I suggest you call them up so they can guide you . The views & the food , both are spectacular & the owner is a very interesting guy . Totally worth it .

Best views, one of the best food in Rishikesh, unlike most cafes that serve aloo sabzi in the name of hash browns.<br/>Warm and quick service. <br/>Ordered <br/>Nutella pan cake-was more of a crepe but it was tasty! <br/>Strawberry fields shake was average, though since it’s not the strawberry season I get it.<br/>Pizza was too good. It was cheesy and had balanced flavour. Had planned to order Thai curry and rice too but was too full, hope I get to try it next time we are there.<br/><br/>

It's a good cafe..love the view but I feel its bit expensive..<br/>You can relax here.. and enjoy the food..<br/>Ps. There is no connection of Beatles with this cafe.

It was a good cafe. We had the Beatles sandwich, mixed vegetable lasagna and an iced coffee with milk. I found the sandwich okay but my friend loved it. I really liked the lasagna and the iced coffee, and the amazing view was like a cherry on the top. Would definitely recommend grabbing a table by the river view.

I hardly put reviews , but for this cafe i will definately put one . Good ambience and the best part was the TASTY FOOD . Just loved it . Must try this . I odered 5 things and each one was equally tasty . And this cafe is pocket friendly also ( just an add on ) .

This was the best cafe I went to. Tucked in the busy streets of rishikesh, this one is difficult to find. The decor with the beatles theme is quite fascinating. We ordered a burger, coffee and lasagne. Food was made really well. The view from the balcony is wonderful in the backdrop of the Ganges. Fortunately the cafe wasn't crowded and we got the balcony seats.

Oh My god. this place is literally hard to find. You have to ask for directions once you reach Lakshman Jhula. It's located among shops so it's hard to locate but this place is worth going. Great view of Ganga. Staff was very friendly. Importantly Food was awesome. I ordered Lasagne which was great in taste. I tried Earl Grey Iced tea and lemonana which was very refreshing. I also ordered Caramel banana with ice cream but it tasted very weird as they had put red chilly in dessert. Overall the place is awesome one feels like sitting there and relax by enjoying ganga view.

This place is tucked away in the busy marketplace right on the banks of river Ganges but it is definitely worth a visit for the view that it offers, old world charm, lip smacking food and value for money. They serve the best masala tea and pan cakes in entire Rishikesh.
