Review Vj's By The Ganges - Rishikesh

This place has to be on the go to list for every visitor in Rishikesh. All the dishes we ordered were lip smacking delicious. We ordered a veg pizza, burger and crispy potato, beverages and all of it was very tasty. The freshly prepared wood fired pizza is highly recommended. There is a covered and an open seating area. The open area gives a good elevated view of the river. The restaurant opens at 1 pm All payment modes are accepted.

Lovely open air cafe serving Italian, continental and Indian cuisine. Beautiful location overlooking the Ganga river & it's Sivananda bridge, which looks beautiful in the evening. Food quality is great , but you may not get a seat in evenings, so go early.

Atmosphere is serene here with great view of ram jhula and ganga river. Taste of food is ok-ok.veg pulao was good, pizza was good but no spices in roll nor any sauce given with roll. When we asked for some mayonnaise sauce or some other sauce, they didn't have. They told that rolls prepared according to taste of foreigners

The view is spectacular and I’ve had the best summer roll dish! Really tasty dishes!

Nice ambiance, good outdoor seating with a great view of the river Ganga and Laxman Jhula. The place is famous for its pizzas and I ordered one of them, it was nice but could have been better. Less cheese and a bit sour taste of the sauces which I didn't like. Overall average taste.

Best place for the view of Ganges and yummy food. It has both open and covered sitting. The food is amazing. I tried garhwali thali, which could fill 2 of us and raagi rotis were very tasty. I also tried their pasta which tasted well.

Open cafe with the great view of Ganges river and Ram Jhula. I had one of the best pita bread with hummus here. The wood burn pizza is a must. The service is fast and the rates are reasonable. Great place to eat food.

One of the best Pizza places out there. Definitely visit this if you’re in Rishikesh. Don’t miss at all. They serve all kinds of pizza and the best part “ WOOD FIRED” The only downside is the service is a bit slow. And the place is almost always full in the evening and at night.

It is super nice place with a beautiful view to the Ganga. The food is delicious, and their lemon ginger honey has a lot of ginger, it's so good. People there are also super nice. 10 out of 10.

Best food in Rishikesh! Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff and perfect ambience. Coming here few times a week and it has become my favourite hangout. Make sure you walk all the way down since there's some confusion with the next door restaurant. Try the fusili pomodoro and the tiramisu. Or death by chocolate. . Its all fingerlicking good!

Wood fired pizza by the Ganges...Killer combination! Even the pasta and the dessert was so delicious! Dessert : Moksha by chocolate a must try! Pizzas are as good as cafe mangi, pizzeria of Mumbai, truly that good!

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating. Rawat ji thanks for such a nice pizza and everything.

Ordered wood fire pizza. The base was good but toppings wasn’t done in a proper manner. Not much of a options available in pizza. The place is good if you want to see a nice view.

One lovely spot overlooking River Ganga. To be honest saare Paise location ke hain, and also for the cute doggo.<br/>The food is good, ordered a cottage cheese burger and sautéed vegetables, the veggies were fresh but I've never had eggplant in crispy sautéed veg, the burger was a big chunk of cottage cheese pattie with lettuce tomato and onion. The buns were dry but pattie was good.<br/>Overall with the ambience and decent food service its a good place to be. As it is food in Tapovan isn't very over the mark so this place definitely gets 4 stars

The thin crust pizzas are amazing and the view of the restaurant is excellent. The only thing I didn't like is that the service is a little slow. Otherwise, everything's great! ♥️

The beautiful Tapovan, Rishikesh has this beautiful eating spot called "VJ'S BY THE GANGES" which bring a soothing, relaxable view of the hills. you can spend hours having the mesmerizing view of the hills. the restaurant offers you an amazing variety of food items that you will love to try again and again. Chicken Biryani, Manchurian Fried Rice, Special Thalis, Pizza's, Burgers and lots more are just awesome. This place was just about 100 mt from where we were staying in Rishikesh and yet unfortunately we chanced upon it on our last evening. I say unfortunate because the view and the food is really good! Although veg, and believe me eating veg pizza is no mean feat for me, I<br/>Must say it is one of the best pizzas we ever had!! This place gives a direct view of well lit laxman jhoola and of almost the entire Rishikesh city! This is going to be our regular joint next time around !

What a place! Amazing food and amazing location. It’s good to visit the place by early evening clock good pictures and enjoy the food by the great view till sunset. All the pizzas are just fabulous. If you are in rishikesh this is somewhere you need to go.

Entry of Restaurant is located just before Lakshman Jhula Turn on right side. It can be easily missed if you are not attentive enough, with ample space of parking this place is perfectly located.<br/><br/>Ambience in evening is just beautiful with Ram Jhula visible in front.<br/><br/>Coming to the food Pizza was really great so was the Coffee.<br/><br/>However they need to improve their Pasta and Sauted Veggies.<br/><br/>Overall it's a great experience and a must visit Cafe of Rishikesh.

A nice open air place with a beautiful view. We ordered two pizza and one pasta. The pizzas were really good and are wood baked. Whereas the pasta wasn't good at all. Had a little sour taste and penne seemed to taste as if it was stalled.

It's a nice place offering beautiful view of rishikesh valley , it's more of a place to chill nd relax . They make the pizza in an earth oven and the food quality is good . Also the service is satisfying.

Pathetic. There is a huge lack of service and ambience, well it is disappointing too. The quality of food is also not good and prices are also too much. Not worth visiting.

Insane hunger, not knowing where to go, I just entered this place which is located on the main road and very easy to find. Lovely location, where on can see the Ganga from aerial view. Food was delicious which satisfied both my hunger and taste buds.
