I tried the "Pour Over" cafe which is amazing! Light roasted bean. They share with me the coffee bean is from Blue Tokai, a good brand of coffee beans.

Cafe Steps is a gem of a place, located pleasantly away from the main hustle and bustle of Rishikesh but still a short walk from Lakshman Jhula.
Quiet and spacious with a fantastic array of choices, including all-day breakfast 'sets' which I didn't try but wish I had!
