I know there is plenty of good restaurants in Rishikesh (tapovan, laxmajhula, ramjhula) but this one, The RoofTop café is the best one!!! Pick any dishes from the menu, and you’ll feel in heaven. My favorite: Shakshuka, indian breakfast, hummus platter, veg biryani, bruschetta, pasta penne, tofu egg
We came here often for dinner. They serve delicious food such as the veggie burger, Malai kofta, Aloo Gobhi, mixed vegetable platter... And many more. Soups are quite garlicy! Some is if love it, some don't ;) service is amazing too very friendly.

A quaint little place in the quaint town of Rishikesh, this cafe almost always houses a foreign clientele, however their cuisine includes Indian, Eastern and Western. The seating arrangement is leisurely spaced and in itself I believe it's a welcome gathering as long as you are not disturbing others
