Review Rari's Kitchen - Rishikesh

Amit Mattatia
Definitely a good place for a variety of dishes and drinks. Omlets are excellent (3 eggs), nice oat bowls, great salads, good pancakes, and probably the best French press coffee in the whole area. Situated in a pleasant garden, with many high and low tables to choose from. Unfortunately the service is not consistent, depending on who's in charge on that particular day. At times it is excellent. At times, one has to repeatedly ask, directly in the kitchen, for the food to be ordered.

Amazing garden type laid back cafe in Tapovan. Great place to eat and work in nature. Food is good. Service can be improved, had to repeatedly ask for my order. Good thing is they only have Tawa Rotis in breads. Masala pancakes are literally besan (gram flour) chillas 😂 Tried 3 items from their menu - 1. Paneer Butter Masala - A bit sweeter in taste but overall good 2. Tawa Roti - simple and amazing 3. Masala Tea - Too much in quantity, ask for half They have wifi available. P.S - Asked for the rooms availability but they give it on monthly basis and all of them were full at that time. Date of Visit - 20th November, 2023

This is one of the to go places in Rishikesh specially for breakfast aur brunch. They have great variety of healthy food options for vegans and vegetarians. They have variety of seatings and you will just love all of them. I couldn’t take a lot of pictures of what we ate but this was one of the dishes I managed to capture. I was having a spinach and chick pea toast. Highly recommended. Great service!!

Superb cafe. Amazing food, awesome service. Backyard cafe feel with tons of greenery. Early morning is best. Everything on the menu is a must try. I personally loved their sandwiches and iced teas. Thank you so much for having us. Very very grateful.

A gorgeous café which feels like your backyard garden. If you are a nature person then you would definitely like it. I would recommend going in the morning when you can appreciate it’s beauty in full. We went there for breakfast and had oatmeal bowl which was very tasty. They have variety of options available in oatmeal bowl. They also offer alternatives to cow/buffalo milk so vegan people can also enjoy it. Ambience- 5 stars Food- 4.5 stars Service- 5 stars

Date of Visit: 10th and 12th June 2023. I recently had the most incredible breakfast experience, and I can't help but share my enthusiasm about it! From the moment I walked into the charming café, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was cozy yet vibrant, with soft lighting and the pleasant aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. Though this place is in India however it feels like you are visiting Europe because you can find foreigners walking and eating around. I was in Rishikesh with my partner and our Hotel Owner suggested this place to have breakfast. To complement our morning, we ordered fresh orange juice, cinnamon pancake, and Egg with Bread. What made this breakfast experience truly amazing was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive and friendly. We also got a chance to meet the owner of the property. Her genuine smile and enthusiasm added an extra touch of warmth to the already delightful atmosphere. She also mentioned that they offer homestay at their property however the rooms are occupied most of the time. So, if you are planning to enjoy good food and also looking for a place to stay, this can be a good option. I hope this review helps :D

While looking for a breakfast place, came across Ira's which had a good rating. Loved the place as it felt very earthly as the seating was now very swanky but simple. It was like sitting in a garden, having your breakfast amidst nature. The menu is more English with a bit of Desi touch to it. You get the egg and bread, pancakes, cereal etc mainly to cater to people who prefer English breakfast and some Paranthas to cater to customers opting for Desi breakfast. The fresh fruit juice tasted natural with no sugar, the parantha was so generously loaded with aloo and onions that it can give any local Desi restaurant a run for the money. The vegetable oats was good but was prepared to taste the palate of the non Desi crowd. The only thing which was annoying was the amount of fly's that was irritating and we had to cover our sandwich along with other dishes with tissues. The staff too was very much into the non Desi crowd and cared less at the desi crowd s request that we had to keep walking up to the kitchen a few times.

Very good muesli and ambiance. You still can hear the noises from the traffic in some part of the garden so it's not that quiet. Very good food in general, comfortable and cute garden It's fresh fruit and good French press coffee !! I recommend this place if you want to still sit outside in a chill environment

If you are looking for a place where you can work from and have good food, Ira's kitchen is for you. Visited this place in the early January-2023, on my workation trip, spend almost a day working from this place and meeting the awesome people there. The place is located in the upper Tapovan Area which makes it absolutely beautiful, it's located between trees and is on top of the hill so the views from this place are awesome. Tired the following food/beverages: 1. Masala Chai - Totally worth it, instead of sugar packets, they provide jaggery which I think is the best. Totally recommended 2. Masala Khichdi - Was working from there so I decided to keep it light, the khichdi tasted awesome 3. Rose-Ilaichi Tea - As the day passed, decided to end the day on a refreshing note with this awesome herbal tea, totally refreshing More Details: 1. Laptop and phone charging stations are available 2. Seating options are pretty decent and comfortable 3. Owner and staff are super friendly 4. One can easily park their 2 wheelers around 5. Washroom are well maintained How to visit: 1. Walkable from the Tapovan market 2. Private vehicle - car, bike, scooty Final notes: Recommended to people who love quite places and good food. Also recommended to people who are looking for cafes where they can work from, as they have wifi* and charging stations.
