Royal sea, AKA Mearaj hotel.
Prices may vary but when I visited it's little bit hai, tea at rupees 12. It have also samosa, mirchi, bhajiya available on the hotels corner site.
*After a year, the price of tea now days at 14rupees, if you want to take a silver packet you have to pay tow rupees more
