If you're craving for authentic Chinese cuisine then this is the place, Been visiting this place for many years now, It's quite an old one, Beautiful ambience with cozy seating especially for couples. Decent staff and service is quick, but sometimes during weekends it's crowded and you have to wait for a seat. You must definitely try their American Chopsuey - it was hot and spicy Kung Pao chicken - Good taste Kung Pao Fish - super crunchy and soft Prawn soup and Chicken Manchow - - good with thick consistency Chilli garlic chicken - just with the right spices Fired ice cream - tried it for the first time and it was damn good. Egg fried rice - liked it but felt it was less spicy My daughter loves the noodles here A great experience overall, but for vegetarians this place has no good options at all. Parking is very difficult here.

Chung Hua is one of our favourites and a regular Chinese Restaurant. One can enjoy good veg and non-veg dishes and reasonable rates. Today, is one of those rare occasions where service was slow, maybe due to increased customers or fewer serving staff; but all because of our first love for this place & food, we had a lieaure and good food.

Another chapter added in my quest for good Chinese food in Hyderabad. My orders were as follows: Prawn Lung Fung Soup Kung Pao Chicken Fried Ice-Cream I tried Lung Fung soup for the first time and it definitely did not disappoint one bit. Had read about its thick consistency and ingredients and I absolutely loved it as it delivered perfectly as per my expectations. Definitely try this to give your soul some warmth and peace at the end of a tiring week and you will surely feel at peace. I have had Kung Pao Chicken before and decided to try it to see if they get their basics right. Its taste was slightly more on the sweeter side whereas I prefer slightly more spicy and sour. But it was definitely not bad at all. Fried Ice Cream was something entirely new for me. I mainly ordered it out of curiosity. I was definitely not disappointed and liked this unique style on creating a simple ice-cream. However good it was in taste, I'll have to admit it was nothing very extraordinary tbh. A great experience overall. Hopefully I'll have people with similar tastes to accompany me here the next time I visit 😅

Been visiting this place since my childhood days and Till date we've had great Experience. A Week ago me and my friends visited here for lunch after many years, still The place was calm with Beautiful interior and great Ambiance, completely Hygienic! We had Manchow Soup which was pretty good. Chicken Momos: Although it's not mentioned in the menu, but still when I asked the Management, they said yes we do serve. Perfect stuffing, Juicy and we'll steamed. The maida layer can be a little thinner! Kung Pao Fish: Super crunchy and soft inside, Great spice tough! Chicken flat noodles, Singaporean Flavour. Excellent flavours, but some parts of noodles were undercooked. Otherwise it would be amazing. Schezwan prawns in gravy, The best dish we've had today! Crunchy prawns and the gravy was full of flavours and spice. One of the bests I've had till date. All these years they have been maintaining some really good standards and quality, which is the best thing about this place! Yet again good day at Chung Hua! Thanks for great Hospitality. The items were fairly good. Chilly chicken was really good. Manchurian fried rice was a bit i overboard with big pieces of veg and chicken otherwise the rest were all quite good. Cantonese soup and Chicken Manchow were really good. Chicken spring rolls was well cooked inside and out.

Had been a regular to this place with friends Recently went after a long time Their fried Wantons are good, and their menu has more variety than the other Indo-chinese restaurants

First and foremost food was delicious! Each dish had it's unique flavour! Kung pao chicken and chilli fish were excellent😉! Mixed rice noodles were perfect! Fung Sao Kay was crazy🤤🤤🤤 Definitely will visit again!!

A nice Chinese restaurant. They have been here for a long time now and it’s good to see that they are still doing well and haven’t compromised on their quality of food. Must try their hoisean soup, chilli garlic chicken and basket noodles. Decent place , good staff and tasty food.

Nice place for tasty Indi-Chini food. Prices are reasonable with good portions. They offer quite a large variety of choices in the menu. Need to work on their service side which looks a bit laid back. Try to prefer weekdays to avoid waiting.

I’ve captured pics for most recent visuals of menu & cleanliness. This place is atleast 2 decades old & food is just as good. I opted for takeaway. Loved the veg Szechuan noodles, Szechuan fish, Veg Manchuria. They could’ve toned down the salt levels. Will visit this place again

Excellent food . .excellent chef ..he has got the grip of taste .. mixed fried rice , oyester sause chicken, chi basket n any soup is made with taste n quality .. applaude for chef who makes such tasty food...best Chinese resturant in secbad/ Hyderabad . My favourite is Basket noodles a dish which is unique to this place. The wait staff are courteous and fast. Been frequenting this place for the last 12 or so years and never had a complaint, except for the parking part which is night mare, you have to park your car in some bi lane and walk back as they don't have a valet. The amenities are good and the decor Chinese style and pleasing to the eye. The place is full most of the time with locals.

Easily one of the best places to eat Chinese in twin cities. Been coming here for more a decade and they've given their absolutely best and consistent food. Highly recommend it of you're looking to fill yourself with great food without worrying about your wallet.

This is one of the best Chinese places in Hyderabad / Secunderabad. Easily touted for not only for some great food but I also loved that they are priced very reasonably, which makes you want to visit them manifold times. I loved all the times I had here and never disappointed in any of them, including the Fried Ice Cream they serve!

The service is decent while the food while lacking finesse does posses good taste. The ambiance could use a touch up to revitalise the place. The chilli chicken and drumsticks are stand out dishes.

I visited this place along with my family and we tried various dishes but the dishes I liked here are mixed szechuan fried rice, kung pao veg and chilli garlic fish.<br/><br/> Their ice creams are also good. It had a nice decor and the service is super fast.

So one night we decided to hope here and well let me say you the decision wasn’t bad enough. Its a good decent restaurant with an amazing menu and mouth watering dishes. Someone looking for indo-Chinese definitely need to visit here.<br/>

Number 1 : The only place I've seen that sends Thai curry without any steamed rice. Even the local stalls provide steamed rice with the curries. For what are you charging 250 bucks?<br/>Number 2: The thai curry is a disaster. Consisted 90% of carrots and beans And TOMATOES. Who adds tomato in thai curry ??? There are no herbs like kefir lime, galangal instead I could sense the normal LEMON juice in this. Also the gravy highly stinks of coconut oil possibly due to the usage of dried up coconuts for the coconut milk rather fresh ones.<br/>Please see the pics<br/><br/>Number 3: Nobody bothers to answer your phone when you call them up for explanation.<br/><br/>Never ordering from here.

Good Chinese restaurant but doesn't have all the varieties<br/>Definitely not a good place for vegans .i couldn't find much options in veg .i asked for kung pau paneer which is the basic vegan's option but its not available here.

Best Chinese Food in Hyderabad. Best Thai soup, Xlnt Seafood soup, Spicy Basket is heavenly, Every item is like a Poem. Fried ice cream too is unique.

They say Old is Gold- Not at all true for Chung Hua.<br/>We went to Chung Hua on a Sunday afternoon because of it's legendary reputation but we were bitterly disappointed.<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/><br/>Garlic Chicken- 2/5 Merely fried chicken, no aroma of garlic, no crisp. Only the home made sauce they gave was good.<br/><br/>Basket Noodles (Mixed): 3/5. This was probably the only decent dish we had here though not so much of a mixed Noodle. Had 3 pieces of prawn and some chicken pieces. Vegetables were not that well cooked. Could smell the raw carrot. Overall, it was at least edible.<br/><br/>Mixed Bamboo Rice- 1/5<br/>Being a lover of Bamboo rice, I was looking forward to it. What a massive disappointment it was! No aroma of bamboo. It was barely edible. No vegetables, chicken or prawns I could find. It was merely steamed rice which was pan fried and put in a Bamboo container. Street fried rice tastes better than this!<br/><br/>Hong Kong Chicken- 2/5. It was ok, nothing great. No such flavours that stood out. Just pieces of chicken cooked in some red sauce.<br/><br/>All in all it was a very bad experience. The decorations inside the restaurant is the probably the only good thing. Food was pathetic.<br/><br/>The owners seriously need to take a good look at their deteriorating quality.<br/><br/>If you are looking for some good Chinese food in Sindhi Colony, then Chung Hua should be the last on your list. Do yourself a favour, walk for 300m more and go to Bowl 'O China.

We ordered chilly Chicken which was exact and tasty. We ordered Chicken basket noodles which was great. A must try dish at chung hua. If you are at Ranigunj and you think of having Chinese food this is the best option

Chung hua is good place for Chinese..I would never say a no. But these days approximately one to two months<br/>The consistency of their dishes have changed...<br/>I've been there alot of times where in it was satisfying but now the shrimp is not cleaned properly or chicken is hard to eat in Chinese chopsuey... I wish they pick up the quality soon

The Chung Hua restaurant has been serving some of the best Chinese food in Hyderabad since the past 40 years for a great price. They have two branches and we usually go to the PG Road one. For appetizers, the hakka chicken and chili garlic fish are amazing. And for mains their pan fried noodles and bamboo rice are easily the best I’ve had anywhere in Hyderabad including some high end restaurants. Their service is also great. A special thanks to the manager - Mr. Akshay for the sheer courtesy displayed by him and always ensuring that we get the same great quality of food during every visit.

One plate has 8-9 pieces.<br/><br/>Basket noodles (chicken): This is their specialty.<br/>We ordered the continental non-spicy one. I have visited twice with my family, car parking is little small, as you enter you immediately feel that it's an old restaurant, but has been nicely maintained. The ambiance is ok, you can choose seats facing the road also. Generally it is crowded after 8.00 pm. During our last visit we had ordered veg only, garlic fried rice and thai paneer curry both were good, the service was a little slow. Good thing about this restaurant is that the quantity and quality of the dishes is ok when compared to there prices. The overall dining experience was good.

Our go to place when we crave for Chinese food but offlate the American chopsuey here is being made more sweet than it always used to be. Happened two times in two months..and it was the first time in a decade of being a loyal customer to Chung hua I left the food half eaten. Anyway the 4stars go to the the place and food in general.

Today we came here for lunch, the food was excellent and the ambience is good. This outlet has a better decor and feel than the Basheerbagh one. Though we went at peak time we managed to get a table.<br/><br/>The service was good, but one does have to wait a bit for the food to be served (about 15 minutes, I know it's not that big a wait!), we did not mind as each order is cooked as per individual requests if any and it's fresh.<br/><br/>They have a range of Chinese cuisine which reflects in the menu so I will not repeat the same here.<br/><br/>We had come in for a quick lunch so ordered Tomyum soup, Chilli garlic baby corn, Szechuan chicken and Veg Soft noodles. One plate each was sufficient for 2 people with moderate appetite. We enjoyed the food. Try out their fried icecream.<br/><br/>Plenty of parking on the road opposite the restaurant, they also have a valet, so no parking problems. We enjoyed the quick meal. Value for money.<br/><br/>

The thing that I didn't like about the latter was that all the vegetables in the sauce were batter fried which made the sauce too thick and heavy as well. Maybe it was a wrong pick.<br/>Service - 4/5Service was slow as there were not enough number of waiters. It got me a little. this is first time I requested for early delivery but the specified time was 34 minutes after that got over again 20 more minutes were taken and today twisted for early delivery but it was delayed and when I was complaining to the delivery man he said he is not responsible which is ridiculous from such professional brand

Oh my god this place is amazing. Try any topping noodles and any kind of chicken and you will not be disappointed. The quantity is more than enough for 1 person. Fung sao chicken and Hong Kong prawns are a must try! It takes a little time for your order to come but given the fact that it is always crowded and the quality of the food it is worth it.
