Very tasty! The biryani of any meat is a must try at Pakwaan. One of the amazing things is they have an option of mini biryani, this would be sufficient for a person. I liked that they have this option cause it’s always good to not waste food when you don’t have anyone to share with

Biryanis are Awesome and Delicious. Chicken Curries and fast food items are quite tasty and Desserts like Kaddu ki kheer, Qubani and double ka meetha also luscious. Average and Budget friendly Restaurant with Friendly Staff.

Good taste. We ordered Handi chicken biryani and the taste is good. The restaurent can be well maintained. With handi biryani they provided one egg and 4 piece chicken 65 Overall good

Well Hyderabad is known for Biryani, so of course the Biryani was indeed delicious. The ambiance was perfect for a lunch, service was top-notch and most importantly the pricing was sweet. Loved the place.!!

Good Indian/ Moghalai cuisine at affordable price. It's almost like a cafe, so don't expect it to be spick and span clean. There's a family section though. This is a good place to try chicken handi biryani and chicken haleem.

We has been to this restaurant many times, taste of the food is good at affordable prices. But my yesterday's experience is making me write this review. We went to the restaurant at around 10.45pm on the way back from exhibition most the restaurant were closed by that time. We entered family dining area and the main waiter was impolite and asked us to sit in non family dinning area. We were walking out of the restaurant. The owner was very generous and instructed the waiter to serve us in family dining area.......... His attitude and his generous behaviour does made a difference. Definitely recommends!!

I was very hungry I ordered pander65 and insted I got chicken 65 I was trying calling many times to restaurant no body pick ups the phone this is very irresponsible waste of money and food I throughed it in dustbin

Today I Ordered half veg manchuriya,full veg sczwan noodles... Instead Got chicken manchuriya and half veg noodles...very bad service... And still not responding to calls...

I have ordered for chicken fried rice they given me morning cooked biriyani rice, rice was totally stale and they have fried the biriyani rice getting smell from the rice and no chicken pieces don't trust the restaurant u can't trust the restaurant quality food every time

Worst food don't order from this restaurent, very bad taste and even they wil not provide any onion salad, and rajitha was smelling very bad I think that was 2 or 3 days before curd. They will provide only 3 small pieces in 130rs mutton biryani. Finally horrible experince.

They serve really good quality food. North Indian and mughlai dishes are recommended.

Ordered Chicken Jumbo pack on Swiggy, Found cockroach as soon as we started serving. Complained to Swiggy, heard only empathy messages. Contact numbers of the restaurant dont work, Have complained to FSSAI. Dont opt for this restaurant.

The quality has deteriorated by time. This restaurant used to serve quality food with good portion. But now it doesn't. The taste is bland, quantity is less, and service isn't that good either. It's a below average experience.

Kheema was too bad, which had only skin kheema and not mutton kheema, no taste at all, we are worried now thinking that what was it actually that is gone in our tummies, just hope that we don't have stomach upset.. Pls be careful and don't ever order this, u get only skin kheema and not mutton kheema..

I had ordered for a chicken Biryani and a Prawns Biryani from Pakwaan last night. The quantity for a mini Biryani was amazing, more than we expected and the taste was awesome.<br/>Prawns Biryani, was a disaster quantity of rice was good, but i found no prawns. there were about 7 to 8 pieces of batter coated thing they called prawns. Absolutely dissappointed

This is one of the worst places to get food from in zomato, I've ordered chicken noodles, egg fried rice and gobi Manchurian gravy, the noodles and rice are absolute tasteless and undercooked, i got corn manchuria instead which wasn't tasty either, the packaging got leaked and which destroyed my experience and I request zomato authorities to ensure that strict action is taken for providing sub-par quality, moreover this restaurant was marked with zomato certified packaging but it clearly didn't look like it.

Pakwaan is located in a prime location of bowanpally on tadband crossing. One can find this place very easily.<br/><br/>Very huge outlet but the cleanliness & hygiene part is badly missing. Being a raining season, hygiene is a huge concern.<br/>Hand wash was stinking like anything.<br/><br/>In handi dum biryani the authentic hyderabadi flavour is missing. More or less is like tawa chicken biryani. Masala is very less. Rice used was broken in to small pieces. Raita n mirchi ka salan is OK. Dum biryani NOT recommended at all.<br/><br/>Chicken Butter Masala was very spicy. Tasted like kadai chicken.<br/>Roomali Roti was soft.<br/><br/>Overall avoid !!!<br/><br/>

I usually order everyday from Pakwaan, but my last dish taste was not like before and they also made it very spicy and the major thing, I received 1 less Rumali roti then I ordered. 🙁

Not a fine dine..so I do not recommend for a family outing. They do have a family section as such but best if you are out with friends. Anyway coming to the food..they have a pretty neat kitchen for a hyderabadi cafe kind of setup and the Chinese items and kebabs are made right in front of you..so can vouch for that. Biryani is decent, kebabs could be better, indo-chinese is nice and the quantity compared to the prices is crazy good. Ordering online is the best option.

Ordered two times veg briyani and it was Black deep fried. Means totally jaala Wala tha. Very bad.<br/>But first time second time,it was good.but third time was not good. Also special green noodles where not good at all. Very bad,🙁😑

Visited this restaurant recently for dinner , the restaurant is located on Bowenpally main road and is clearly visible . The restaurant is pretty huge and has huge boards .<br/><br/>Coming to the food we ordered -<br/><br/>RS 150 Chicken Handi biryani - This a sort of combo . They provide a chicken Handi , 4 pieces of chicken 65 and one boiled egg .<br/><br/>The biryani quantity is more than sufficient for an average eating person . The aroma and taste is what we would expect from a Hyderabadi biryani . The aroma of spices , the slow cooked basamati rice was mouth watering . The taste was also equally good , not the best ever biryani I had but definitely one of the good ones .<br/><br/>The chicken 65 is no where close to a authentic chicken 65 , it's just a spiced up kebab . It's still ok and goes well with the biryani , they should just call it something else .<br/><br/>The boiled egg is really good addition , I personally do like a boiled egg with my biryani.<br/><br/>RS 120 mini biryani - It's the same biryani but it's served in serving bowl quantity . In this only biryani is served and still the quantity is good enough for an average person.<br/><br/>They also provide curry and spiced curd with the biryani . The curry taste is really good . It has good flavour and goes really well with the biryani .<br/><br/>Overall the food experience was good . What turned me off was the waiter attitudes and hygiene .<br/><br/>The waiters are really rude and pretend like they are MasterChef level , don't get me wrong the service is still good , they serve well , they keep an eye for any orders etc , but the way they talk is very rough . I don't know whether it's intentionally or that's how they speak but for a outsider or a tourist like me it feels rude .<br/>The hygiene is a bit of an issue, the washroom stinks so bad that where ever you sit in the service hall your hit with the smell . The sense of etiquette is pretty bad , they use the same spoon for everything from serving the biryani and then drop it into the curry to serve ourselves , they also just dump the biryani into the plate In the blink of an eye .<br/><br/>The restaurant badly needs some fine tuning to make it a little more presentable to tourists. A refinement in terms of politeness of waiters , cleanliness and etiquette of hotel industry etc should definitely help the restaurant to be better and also get better crowds .<br/><br/>My rating is 2.7

Chicken Biryani horrible, masala toooo bad, NOT HOT, and the masala was burnt.<br/>Chicken tikka - IS ABSOLUTE RUBBER, very hard and very difficult to eat. The colour used in Tikka is to much. After eating watch ur hand, the colour will be like stains.

I actually ordered from here for the first time in March as had heard a lot about their food from my friends. Trust me it was worth a try. Their Tandoori Chicken is just awesome and mouth watering. If you are in Hyderabad anytime do not miss the chance to try food from Pakwaan.

One of the best place for Biryani.... I would say if you eat biryani at PAKWAAN am sure u'll forget all other so called famous restaurants for Biryani. Not only Biryani every thing is so delicious here... And one more important point quantity is also really good.

If you have to visit this place for anything, it's their biryani. Absolutely delicious. Not very spicy yet tastes amazing. Ground floor is your regular cafe setup and there is a family section on 1st floor. Decent ambience, polite staff and quick service.
