Pleasant Ambiance with good music with large screening. Food is good and service is very good. Outdoor seating is soothing in the evenings.

The service was bad , their prices on water was 3.5 times the MRP. The manager was reluctant and arrogant. No parking and ambience was not so good .

This is still my regular place for hangouts...to be honest i never enjoyed any veg dishes in lounges these days...but here,it is something special,something different about these dishes...i just love the food as it comes from jalpaan 😜 and coming to shisha , well for me by far Alex is the best in making shisha with natural coals...guys if you're planning to enjoy the combo of veg food and shisha with best service...this will be the place ☺️😘<br/><br/>Ambience : The reason why i eneded up at 4.5 is this,a very good rooftop ambience but then that lay back attitude of not taking care of the things which makes the customers feel good or which helps them to pass their time,like projector,tv,music at first these were the most attractive things about UB but now with that lay back attitude,i don't see it anymore.<br/><br/>Food : no comments only eatings<br/><br/>Service : 100%

Nice place to hangout with friends. I am here for more than 100 times wont mind going more 100 times. Orea shake, panner buttter masala are two items always consistent in taste, both are rich in cream.

It's a good place. Just the pricing is little expensive for the place. Sheesha was just ok. I would give 2/5 for sheesha. I ordered a Chinese platter, shezwan fried rice , Bombay pizza , fried rice all tasted good. In Chinese platter, we get - Veg Manchurian, Chinese chopsuey , noodles , fried rice , chilli veg. P.s : only veg is served here

Was here one evening , the place has indoor and open roof seating. Both places have hookah smell and smoke spread all over.<br/>The inside is well lit with a large projector.<br/>Ordered blue lagoon , Oreo milkshake, chilly paneer and corn cheese balls.<br/>The blue lagoon was fine! Oreo milkshake was amazing. It had perfect consistency and great blend of Oreos. It was more on the creamy side. Chilly paneer was super soft. It was spicy and tasted fabulous. Corn cheese balls were made of mashed corn and cheese cream. We used to go this place in college days. Sheesha was always enjoyable, food was so nice that starters are very tasty and loved to eat everything. It is on rooftop. Ambience is good. Staff were kind.

Good place in the heart of the city. If traveling through traffic to go to Banjara or Jubilee hills to chill with your friends is not possible. This is your best option, and probably your closest. Good place.

Had been here for couple of times... ambience is good and though the place is small... it's cool to hangout with friends and chicken starters were awesome here... The price is reasonable here.. so one time go is recommended!

Well...its like my homes backyard. So my review may be biased😆. Decent ambience and good food. The stewards are friendly and are quick in their response. A very good place to hang out with friends.

Worst food ever never tasted such a pasta....when told to replace the pasta , staff took the old pasta heated and brought the same pasta again. Not a good place anymore

This place is strictly for college goers or engineering grads who come to have hukkah because the hukkah seems like a children's story and the food menu also looks like a kids menu. Not really a place to hang out with friends of any age,however if you are too young and want to try hukkah mat be for the first time,you may give this place a try. Of course,they don't serve hukkah to less than 18years,so you may keep that in mind as well.

I kind of liked the place. Inside sitting sofas are really comfortable. Smoke was decent and they lack variation in base. <br/>Food and drinks are tasty and worth enjoying. <br/>Over all more than average. <br/>One problem is the payment option. Good to have cash if you are planning to visit the place. <br/>

Came here with friends. Tried Teen pan hookah flavour a big time waste and chocolate milkshake is worst. Ambience is okay. Service is good. We asked to change our hookah flavour and it has been without hassle free of charge. Service is prompt.

Good only for huckka. A typical shisha hangout. The food although is from Jalpan ,since the don't supply their own food. This can cause you an inconvenience when it comes to paying the bill as food bill is mapped to Jalpan while hucca bill to the place it self.

I would never suggest a place like UB for people who have a craze for hookah . We have better places in town to opt for hookah . They have good ambience and also a good choice of the location as Sindhi Colony is one of the prime locations in secunderabad .

Since it is very close to my office, I end up catching up with my friends over here often. The place is very reasonable and serves the purpose. You will usually find people smoking hookah, ordering little food and catching up with friends. I like the roof top more than the confined area. Food is really yummy, especially Veg Manchuria. KitKat shake is also worth trying. Though you only get vegetarian food, you won't seem to complain after tasting it.

Well to start with this is definitely one of the best place to enjoy Hookah in Hyderabad.<br/>This place is all about being laid back and relax after a hard day of work.<br/>The hookahs are great and they have all kinds of flavors.<br/>And "Food lovers "just peep through the menu.....food is awesome..kudos to the chef

It was a nightmare. One fine day when we were all tired to go to our regular place for hukka, one of our friends suggested this place. The moment I entered I knew this isn't right. We ordered the shisha which was way below average. The ambience was average but the loud music and improper sitting spoiled my mood. Overall it's 1/5 for everything. ????

I could keep writing but this place definitely doesn't deserve so much of my precious time. "Music" Err.. No music actually! M-tunes channel playing with volume up n down, well yes screeching it was. God save people who come there to relax n have a conversation with friends. Well, the mixer grinder sounds best in the kitchen rather than the seating area. :)
