They provide great taste food but sometimes it doesn't have masala in it !!

Quality less biryani waste of money

Today i have ordered the so called "Special Chicken Biryani" , It should named as "The biryani without Hot" , They have packed "Cold biryani" without egg in it and delivered it to me, When i called them they are giving me excuses and disconnected, Trust me next time i never gonna book from this restaurant and will not recommend to my friends also.

The worst place in Hyderabad to order Biryani, they make food so over spicy and never follow instructions by the customer just wrap the food and send it over.

Totally waste of money completely disappointed from the order .. it's not chicken Rogan Josh.. it's only oil and chicken money waste health waste just putted in dustbin because it's not food poison by paying money.. even zomato removed support just robotic reply.. and these restaurants tax rate changes every hour don't no which tax they charge which change every hour .. Yesterday i ordered veg biryani and one special chicken biryani . one of my friend is brahmin he doesn't smell the non veg , . but this restaurant sent me chicken biryani mini and one special biryani . it was continue repeatedly done by this restaurant . last order the food packet was opened . worst palce in zomato i have ever experienced. Yesterday I ordered biryani from New Green Bawarchi Restaurant<br/>. When I opened the cover, the biryani was getting the rotten smell and chicken staled. I respect food, but I don't have any choice, I just threw the food in the dustbin. I felt so bad. In this regard, I request Zoomato people to take the necessary action immediately and return my amount. Don't force me to take any further action against this issue.

Till today i had many worst experience with food tastes. But this is the only time i thrown away all the food. Of the very few restaurants delivering haleem to my area. I had no other option but to order mutton haleem from this restaurant. It tastes **** that's all. I don't know how people eat this ****.cant suggest to eat haleem from here. If somebody try haleem here for the first time then he will never even think about eating it again.

Ordered egg biryani but 75% cooked food has been sent to me. Worst communication while taking a parcel, asked for less spicy chicken family, gave me already packed family pack telling me it's less spicy, half of the biryani was thrown away, i would never ever prefer to go again.<br/>

The special here is Biryani but it tastes different each time. And one more thing is ambience it’s not so clean and so crowded always. So better to place an order and eat at your home rather than going over there.

Food was tasty and good. Chicken 65 and mutton biryani is a must try here at this green bawarchi outlet. Visiting and hanging out here may not be pleasant experience due to extreme poor ambience as every one another green bawarchi. But one can give it a shot by ordering food online.

No masala and spice in biryanis........I ordered a biryani.... mentioning ki want more spicy....but they sent me just the rice with less masala....and only 1 gravy packet which is not even sufficient..!! And they didn't even packet the onion and lemon in separate packet but left in the cover........What is this!!!

Great place if you want your money's worth or probably more than that. Quality is amazing and the Quantity sometimes blows your mind. Perfect place for students/bachelors to hang out and dine. A separate section for families is also helpful to dine in.
