We tried the hotdog and burger and it was amazing. We went at 1PM for lunch and the place was just opening. I don't know why our waiter asked us to sit upstairs it was hot. We didn't even know there was seating on the ground floor, much nicer to where we sat. The place might be more apt for evening-

Open cafe is hands down one of the best cafes I've visited in Shillong from delightful burgers to refreshing mocktails. I personally like the ambince and the effort the manager/owners have put into the place very courteous and quite neat and tidy cafe..
Food was good, the service was ok the atmosphere was not up to the mark not well maintained.

My number one recommendation would be to try the double decked hotdog. Simply exquisite.
