We tried the hotdog and burger and it was amazing. We went at 1PM for lunch and the place was just opening. I don't know why our waiter asked us to sit upstairs it was hot. We didn't even know there was seating on the ground floor, much nicer to where we sat. The place might be more apt for evening-dinner hangouts than noon lunches.

Open cafe is hands down one of the best cafes I've visited in Shillong from delightful burgers to refreshing mocktails. I personally like the ambince and the effort the manager/owners have put into the place very courteous and quite neat and tidy cafe..

Always a thrill going to Open up cafe. Exceptional food that never disappoints. My number one recommendation would be to try the double decked hotdog. Simply exquisite. For that matter all the fast food items are a treat for the taste bud. The continental menu is also spectacular but only if you have time to spare as it can take some time to prepare.

AWESOME!!!!! If you want good food that worth your money.. you should definitely go here. Like everything about it. The service from the staff is excellent. They are well mannered, kind and hospitable. Love the ambience. 10/10 Would highly recommend

Really really good food and one of the few places that offers good hotdogs and burgers.... The Chow and momos are okok not bad... But let's talk about your steak chicken what happened dude it's like it shrank overnight and quality wise has gone down soooo bad.... Please ensure quality food and consistent service....
