Review Kfc - Shillong

Classic zinger burger is awesome. Love the tenderness of the chicken with the sauce . Biryani, along with chicken popcorn, are delicious. Tried the new zinger pro burger and was good, just a tad bit too hot with the sauce . Spicy lovers will love this burger . The drinks are awesome and tasty . Personal fav is the lemon krusher . The atmosphere has good lighting and ample space. Service is decent and helpful . Location wise it's at the center of city which is good .

I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the tantalizing aroma of their famous fried chicken enveloped me, setting the stage for a truly satisfying meal.KFC's menu extends far beyond their iconic fried chicken. Their sides are equally impressive. The creamy and flavorful mashed potatoes, paired with a rich and savory gravy, were the perfect complement to the chicken. And let's not forget about the coleslaw – a refreshing and tangy side that provided a nice balance to the richness of the meal.

Food is great as always other KFCs But their ac was not working

This is KFC's chief restaurant outlet in the city of Shillong. It's situated in Police Bazar, the most popular shopping & hangout destination in the city, inside the Marba Hub Mall. I paid a visit to this restaurant in the month of November, 2021. My overall experience had been extremely satisfying, especially their customer service. I ordered two chicken burgers, which although were too much spicy, yet the quality was unparalleled. The burgers were served fresh. Now coming to the ambiance of this restaurant, this outlet is just like any other typical KFC restaurant. This restaurant can accommodate a large number of people because of ample seating capacity. Recommended.👍🏻

As always, it's finger licking good. Food is always great at KFC. I have visited KFC shillong outlet at least 5 times but every time The outlet AC is stopped / not working. The staff should understand that the weather in Shillong has changed, it's now hot and humid. During, my last visit I had to repack my food and had to eat in my car as the outlet was very hot. Please atleast install wall fan in our outlet. Thanks 👍.

Place is awesome 🤠 . But a few combo is not available like smoky chicken and cold drinks. Other than that everything is great. Proper hygienic is maintained

It was finger licking good... but too crowded plus very few sitting facilities , few counters due to which it has long lines, please add more eatable and drinkable items( as we are bored of having same thing everytime we visit) . And plus add different varieties of sauces. P.s. This feedback is just for the betterment and improvement purpose. Overall it was it was super good.

Yesterday I had chicken roll for the first time,taste is good but the roti was very hard to bite.Better make more softer.

its a very good calm place with a music...kfc's french fries and grilled juicy chickens are too good & tasty...staff of this outlet are soo friendly..well mannered..helpful...interior is the best... i have got nice experiences in here.....good people..good food...good memories...5 star😘

Had good experience there, good staff and they were helpful, spacious and Food is awesome.

Their menu is Different from all other KFC so you need to ask for all the saver combos as they dont have that in their display board and the crowd is decent with spacious hall. It is located in the prime location of Police Bazar, Marhaba mall 2nd floor.

Food is good here, but the dining area is too congested at present.
