Naga Food is famous for using Bamboo Shoot in its cuisine. So how apt was it for Achi to name her cute Naga restaurant, Bamboo Shoot. Achi belongs to Tuensang district of Nagaland which is 1 of the 3 original districts of Nagaland but I'm not sure if the restaurant serves food from one of the tribes

Visited this place only once when I was in Shillong. The pork was extremely good. The chutneys are spicy and south Indians will definitely like them.
Pricing of 250 is very reasonable since pork itself is costly and they’re giving rice and dal also in the meal.
I have always been a fan of Naga authentic dish and the little resturant has just nailed it..!! Food was awsome, with resonable price and really tasty. Also tried all other types of pork available and all were delicious. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work👍

Authentic naga food. Tried the pork and chicken with bamboo shoot and really liked both. The side dishes like mashed potatoes, fermented beans (if i am not wrong) and a sort of pickle made of bitter gourd were awesome too. This is by far the most delectable/flavoursome/mouth-watering/luscious Naga food I've ever had the pleasure to eat.I've known this place since the start of 2020 and I haven't stopped going there since.
