Review Slap Cafe Bistro - Shillong

Well there is a small story in my review, we didn’t find any food in one of the renowned food joint , and I located this small place nearby , hungry and disgusted we reached here . The Bengali waitress was pleasant enough to ask our orders with her smile and I asked her masala tea which was not in the menu , but she spoke to her owner maybe and they made a very tasty tea and followed by the burgers which was very good .I really loved it .

Cozy place with enough space to fit a small party. Nice interiors. Menu very extensive. I decided to have the Mediterranean Mezza Platter Non veg. Good portions. Came with 4 soft decently sized & warm pita breads, 2 chicken & 2 mutton kebabs, hummus, tzatziki & baba ghanoush for dips. Taste also ok. A few items can be improved but in no way were they bad. I was informed prior to ordering that the dish will take time & it did take 40 mins. But I was prepared. Service was good. Prices were not cheap but atleast food wasn't disappointing. Looking forward to trying their other items.

A nice hang out spot to vibe. Cool ambience, good music and a really good service. Tea lovers must try the Sulaimani Tea! It's too good! The Biryani, Nachos and Crispy burger we ordered were also really good.

Cute cozy cafe not too crowded, there was music in the background and service was quite fast. The food was actually good. Would definitely go again and try something new from the menu.

Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Excellent Prices, The Atmosphere is too good. There is a very vast variety of food cuisines. The ambience was very refreshing. Recommend it for all, big and Small. 10/10

I love the Interior design, good place for photo lovers. But, if you sit near to the window, sun rays are annoying 3.5 out of 5 We really enjoyed the songs played throughout our stay.. 5 out of 5 Service is good. Waiters/staffs are nice.. 5 out of 5 Food is good. 4 out of 5 stars.. Drinks are the best. We had milkshakes and mojito. 5 out of 5 However, all prices are at the higher side. Not budget friendly. 3.4 out of 5

We enjoy eating in this place. Small place with great, quiet and peacefull atmosphere. Everything is clean which give us want to come back. The food was really good and the restaurant staff was really nice. Quick and perfect service.

Food is amazing 🤩. Must Try Ramen and Chicken Wings.
