Food ordered Chole bhature 4/5 Lassi 4/5 Ambience- The place is situated in the middle bazar so one need to come down from stairs from Mall road. The place is always crowded and a decent place. Food- The chole bhature and lassi taste awesome. These serve pickle and two chutney with chole so definetly add these two chutney in chole to make them more delicious. One should definitely visit this place when in shimla.

We tried samosa chat, dahi bhalla and sweet lassi. Chat and dahi bhalla was nice. I didn't like lassi as it was very liquid. You get authentic feeling earing here. One tip: they offer half plate for most of the dishes which is nice. Full plate chaat could be too much if you are not eating in group or not too hungry.

Delicious food.  Authentic himachali style cholae bhature. Chutney they put on top is usually found in himachal cousins. I would say they need to improve on hygiene side which brings down the whole experience. Otherwise, must try.

Sharma chaat shop is situated just near to old isbt, Shimla. You can easily locate it under the over foot bridge. The reason I am adding and reviewing this shop is just because of the service and hard working boys, Godhan alias munna. They serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, opening from 8 am to 10 pm. The menu is quite simple likebtheirbshop. No fancy covering. Just order from the selected homely food items and have it in seconds. Breakfast has chai pramntha, chana bhatura, lunch and dinner menu includes 2-3 items like mixed veg. Raajma Or chhole served with rice or chapati. They serve the very simple yet tasty food with hygiene. Also, ginger tea is available anytime. They also have Chinese menu, maggi, noodles etc. Please visit them and support their hard work. Very economic small sized dhaba.

The oldest chat shop. Best food quality. Staff helpful, submissive. On enquiry from nearby shops it reveals that Sharma Chat Shop established during British regime. The owner of the shop was Late Shri Babu Ram Sharma. Now said shop has been run by his sons. The quality of the Chat, choley-bhaturey are delicious. One must try and enjoy the ziyaka. .
