I visited KFC in townhall at mall road shimla and it was a busy place but lovely food for dining in just a bit busy and self order on kiosk and self service.
A cool place to sit and relax (if it's not buzzing around with folks.) in the mall road, close to try Himachal Tourisms Lift.
Good place in shimla for chicken lover
Ask for a tour of their pantry. The staff will be more than happy to give you one.

Ate there twice while in Shimla. Both times were good. As a tourist, it was good to have a taste of home. In India we loved the local cuisine but only so much you can do with chicken and fish.
Located bang on mall Road, shimla. Awesome staff. Ample sitting. If u love KFC, u don't have any other option!! But for other chicken lovers also, definitely recommended.

KFC in Shimla is really great. It's just beside Pizza hut. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a clear entrance, you have to go from inside of a shop and upstairs.
Overall, it was fine.
I was roaming around the famous Mall Road of Shimla. Then I saw this KFC outlet and as a KFC lover I entered in the store without any second thoughts. I mostly order Zinger burger and this day was no exception. So, I ordered one zinger burger and next minute I received my order fresh and warm ready
