Review Kfc - Shimla

I visited KFC in townhall at mall road shimla and it was a busy place but lovely food for dining in just a bit busy and self order on kiosk and self service.

A cool place to sit and relax (if it's not buzzing around with folks.) in the mall road, close to try Himachal Tourisms Lift.

Good place in shimla for chicken lover

Ask for a tour of their pantry. The staff will be more than happy to give you one.

Ate there twice while in Shimla. Both times were good. As a tourist, it was good to have a taste of home. In India we loved the local cuisine but only so much you can do with chicken and fish.

Located bang on mall Road, shimla. Awesome staff. Ample sitting. If u love KFC, u don't have any other option!! But for other chicken lovers also, definitely recommended. Edit: Closed down now. Not operational any more

KFC in Shimla is really great. It's just beside Pizza hut. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a clear entrance, you have to go from inside of a shop and upstairs. Overall, it was fine.

I was roaming around the famous Mall Road of Shimla. Then I saw this KFC outlet and as a KFC lover I entered in the store without any second thoughts. I mostly order Zinger burger and this day was no exception. So, I ordered one zinger burger and next minute I received my order fresh and warm ready to be eaten. I usually eat my food slowly so that I can enjoy the food for longer. And I did the same thing that day too. I took my first bite of the burger and the sauce and the mayonnaise just melted in my mouth with some chicken and I was like "ummmmm". I literally said "this is so good". This was all about the food. Now let me write something about the staff members. I met Ms. Sheetal Sharma at this outlet and she was amazing. I felt like home when she was around. She was helpful, informative and lovely. I will never forget my visit at this outlet. And I'm going to visit this outlet every week. The way I was treated here will bring me back to this outlet. I felt like home in here. The staff is "so good" as tag line of KFC says. As a loyal customer of KFC, I expect a loyalty card from KFC, which I can show at every outlet to avail offers. Or, every time I buy something at KFC store points are added to my loyalty card. This can be a good concept to implement so that loyal customers like me can visit more and more. #LetsGuide

Usually kfc never disappoints me, here also no exception happened, good food, nice behavior of staff. Location is also good. They serves freshly cooked food.

You will get all the possible variety of options here. Staff is polite. Its a common floor having KFC and pizza hut.<br/>But be sure to ask them for hot order because they served us cold one.<br/>And they do not provide straw for your Pepsi as plastic is banned in Shimla.

The worst zinger burger I've ever had. There was a thin slice of chicken in the burger and a whole lot of batter. Unfortunately I had take away otherwise would have complained to the manager. Do not spend your hard earned money here.
