Place is nice and the food was awesome. Service is very quick and the best part is that they will follow your instructions precisely while cooking. The only thing which I don’t like is, they serve tea or coffee in paper cup not in the ceramic one. Apart from that no other complains.

Located on the road side so easy to locate and reach. Have limited parking. The atmosphere is good. The place is nicely maintained and clean and also has toilets. Food is good and service is also good. Staff behaviour is also good and supportive. Prices are also reasonable.

The food are good but price are little higher than usual. Pretty much clean dhaba as well as interior are good too. They are not taking digital payments only card and cash. Food quality is good and taste as well. It is self service restaurant.

THE GREAT URBAN DHABA is an amazimg Place for NORTH INDIAN LOVERS to try HOT n piping FOOD!! The temp in shimpa goes to around 1-2 degree in the evening after 4 pm. WENT FOR half as I wanted to try more.. In Half dish u get 8 huge pcs of chicken... Tastes heavenly... THE JAFFRANI CHICKEN half is 4 bug pcs of tandoored chicken... WENT FOR DHABA STYLE EGG CURRY & JEERA RICE & ROTI!! The EGG CURRY was great and good for 2 ppl.. Jeera rice was flavorful... THE DHABA offers variety of Food in ITALIAN & Chinese as well.. DO VISIT THIS PLACE FOR A FLAVORFUL MEAL!!

The place is situated on the main road and can be easily spotted while going or coming back from Shimla. The interiors are amazing, and The Urban Dhaba gives you a feel of a high quality restaurant with very less hit on your pocket. The food is fresh and tastes very good, and it is very economical. Quantity of food is also very good. This place is a must visit if you are looking for some hygenic and good quality food in minimal prices.

One of the Best food in Shimla. It is economical and tasty food. The Interiors ans space is used in very optimised way. The ambience is friendly.

It was a very good experience at the urban dhaba. We had our dinner there and had Shahi thali, it was awesome. We also had hot coffee which was also very good. A must visit hotel in Shimla. Very good service. 😊

The food was good & the service was good too , but they can improve in many ways.. Like first of all they should move to a more prime location having balcony sitting and sunny areas .. btw it's located on national highway & you'll suffer a Lil bit for parkings but besides that they're doing a good job.

The food over here was worth every penny! Good food at moderate price! Pretty decent ambience and even the staff behavior was really good! A must visit restaurant if you are somewhere around Shimla ISBT! My Personal Favorites are: 12" Chicken Pizza, Chicken Fried Rice and Dahi Bhalla. Cheers to the dhaba staff! Great work guys! Kudos!

I love the ambience of this place, simple yet attractive. Food was also delicious.

We recently stopped on our way to Kufri as the place looks nice. Ordered Aloo Pyaaz parantha but there were no onions in it, infact I came to know later that they only serve Aloo parantha. Tea is machine made (cashier never mentioned it) which made our experience even worse. I don't think any Indian prefer machine tea/coffee. Tasteless food. Not recommended

We stopped on our way to Shimla for breakfast as the place is good looking from the outside. Parking is tricky. The service is a joke but the chef couldn't manage to even serve us a decent bread omelette, unfortunately.<br/>The chai / coffee is machine made hence not recommended.<br/>Inexpensive, seemingly hygienic, self service place.

A budgeted dhaba in shimla where you get a gpood quantity food but the quality is not too good. Service is fast.

Urban dhaba is one such place in the green lush Shimla. The ambiance was perfect, the quality of food was good though it was self-service outlet still the prep time was less; that too at such a genuine price. The only thing that took away my mind was cold coffee..it was very bad...ruined the entire taste...still great place👍
