The food was very good. The ambience and staff was very courteous and quick. A very good restaurant.

My daughter and I just returned from a 5 week trip to India. Of all the hotels we stayed in, The Loft surprised us the most! Not only was the room good value for money and the hotel super clean, but check in was a breeze … the staff were efficient, friendly and professional. While the Saffron restaurant didn’t even come up on Google maps, we went to the restaurant for dinner as we were tired and too lazy to hunt around. Again, blown away not only by the quality of the meal, but also by the service. Birendra our waiter was a breath of fresh air! He was a server who knew how to please his client and how to do his job professionally … he was very helpful in selecting items, asked us which course we would prefer first, etc. Way better service than any other hotel we stayed in at twice the price. Someone at this hotel is paying attention to both service and training. Duly impressed.

Super friendly staff, delicious food in a peaceful restaurant. An escape from the typical Indian street restaurants. The chicken tandoori was delicious and the staff outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant.
